The Murmurs were an American alternative pop music duo composed of singer- songwriters Leisha Hailey and Heather Grody. Some time after the duo went their separate ways, Hailey became one half of Uh Huh Her and Grody became a founding member of Redcar.
With her Academy classmate Heather Grody, she formed the pop duo The Murmurs in 1991. In the 1990s, they released several albums and toured on the Lilith Fair. In 2001, Hailey and Grody changed their name to Gush. The group disbanded when Hailey was cast in The L Word.

The Drift is a post-rock band from San Francisco, California. Sutiejsk was likely founded by Yaroslav the Wise in the 1030's. Currently Sąsiadka is a small village, located at the edge of the Roztocze, but its history is very long, dating back to the early Middle Ages. Next to contemporary village lies an ancient Slavic gord, which was one of the most important administrative centers of the so-called “Cherven Towns” (“Grody Czerwieńskie”), a historic region between Poland and Rus’. Due to extensive archaeological research, which began in 1936, the gord of Sąsiadka is one of the most thoroughly investigated of all such locales in eastern Poland.

Owing to the frequent raids of the Norsemen, the people of this region early organized an effective military force of defense. Under the protection of the military bands and their chiefs, the fields could safely be cultivated and the little, fortified towns (grody), which became places for the transaction of intertribal business and barter, for common worship, and for the storage of goods during a foreign invasion could be successfully defended and the wrongs of the people redressed. The military bands and their leaders soon became the unifying force, and the fortified towns, the centers of a larger political organization, with the freeman (Kmiec or Kmeton) as its base.

The death of Duke Henry, who was close to unifying the Polish lands and reversing their fragmentation, set back the unification of Poland, until it took place in the 14th century, and also meant the loss of Silesia, which would drift outside the Polish sphere of influence (and gradually became a part of the Bohemian Crown). A number of military settlements such as Sutiejsk were never rebuilt after having been destroyed by the Mongols.
