Jeffrey Lisandro (born in Perth) is an Italo-Australian professional poker player, now residing in Salerno, Italy. Lisandro is known as a cash game specialist, but he also plays often in the poker tournament circuit and is regarded as one of the premier Seven Card Stud players in the world. At the 2009 World Series of Poker, he became the first person to win a World Series title in all three seven-card stud disciplines in the same year, when he won tournaments in Stud High, Stud High-Low, and Razz, earning him the Player of the Year title.

Strange Alliance is the debut album by Tommy Keene and was self-released on LP in 1982 on his Avenue Records label (catalog #AVE 001). The set of tournaments that the World Series of Poker (WSOP) would evolve into was the brainchild of Las Vegas casino owner and poker player Benny Binion. Jeff Lisandro became the fifth player to ever win three bracelets in the same year, and the first ever to win bracelets in all three stud variants offered at the WSOP (stud high-only, stud high-low, and Razz) in the same year. As word of the fight reaches the Horde's leader Hordak, Bow and Kowl take Adam and Cringer to the Rebellion's base in the Whispering Woods. They meet the other Rebels, including their leader Princess Glimmer, tree people the Twiggetts, and Madame Razz, the comically inept witch, who arrives on her talking Broom to reveal that the Horde are threatening to enslave the villagers unless the Rebels responsible for the fight in the inn give themselves up. Bow is willing to do this, but Adam and Glimmer convince the group that they should fight back to save the villagers instead. As the Horde, led by Force Captain Adora, start taking away the villagers, they are attacked by the Rebels, aided by Adam and Cringer in their secret identities as He-Man and Battle Cat.

He-Man confronts Adora and the Sword of Protection glows in her presence, revealing that she is the one he's looking for; unfortunately, this distraction allows the Horde to knock He-Man out and capture him. Madame Razz uses divination to discover that the Horde have taken He-Man to their prison complex on Beast Island and the Rebels head there to attempt a rescue. In the prison, Adora interrogates He-Man and agrees that the sword seems to be meant for her, to which He-Man retorts that he is to give it to someone who serves good rather than evil. As it turns out Adora thinks the Rebels are evil and the Horde the rightful, benevolent rulers of Etheria, although she admits to not knowing much about life outside the Horde's base.

Bruno Fitoussi (born September 21, 1958) is a French professional poker player from Paris. He totals 2 700 000 million dollars winnings in live poker tournaments. Fitoussi's first televised poker outing was on the original poker show Late Night Poker. He finished 7th in his heat, which also featured Surinder Sunar, Peter "The Bandit" Evans and Donnacha O'Dea. In 2001, Fitoussi won the World Heads-Up Poker Championship, defeating Amarillo Slim in the Grand Final. In 2003, Fitoussi finished in 8th place in the first World Poker Tour (WPT) Championship. Controversy ensued when Nguyen, intoxicated during the final table of the tournament, began berating other players, notably Michael DeMichele, without receiving any penalty. MacKaye went on to co-found Fugazi, which attained international recognition under the Dischord record label, alongside Rites of Spring guitarist Guy Picciotto. Henry Rollins, a native of the District of Columbia hardcore scene, moved to Los Angeles in 1981 to join Black Flag.

O'Connor was created in February 1998 when Claudio O'Connor was still member of Malón as his first idea was to have a parallel personal project to Malón. For unknown factors occurred that year, O'Connor decided to leave Malón and started to give life to the project of his new band; "The project was always very well thought, very consistent, I always had in mind to make progress on this project", Claudio commented. The idea was clear but it needed musicians until Ariel Malizia, former sound operator of Hermética and Malón contacted Claudio with the bassist Hernán García (ex Alakran, Bang bang and Razz) and they started the work on the new material. The rest of the members were "guests" to give life to the project. In April 1999 they debuted on the stage announced as "the first presentation of Claudio O'Connor after his separation from Malón".

Lance has little authority over his staff who often ignore his instructions, although he is treated with some measure of affection by them, and Christopher risks his own job to save Lance's from the scheming Razz Prince. Lance lives in almost religious awe of his former, now incarcerated employee "Little" Gary Patel, to the point he has a huge mural of Gary painted on his office wall with the legend "What would Little Gary do?" as a motivational prompt. Lance enjoys reggae and dancehall music and joins a special club, the "WMRC" (White Men's Reggae Club) where he and fellow Caucasian enthusiasts can dance to the traditionally Jamaican music "without fear of ridicule." Lance is accidentally revealed to be extremely sexually well endowed and as a result is pressured into joining Jerwayne and Ashley's fledgling male escort business; something he is distinctly hesitant about doing.

The overarching interplanetary supreme leader of the Horde, Horde Prime, who held leadership over both Hordak and Skeletor, was also introduced during the She-Ra Filmation series. Some of the other popular one-off heroes and villains were Spinnerella, Huntara, General Sunder, False-Face, Colonel Blast, the Red Knight, Granita the comet warrior, Sorrowful the Dragon, the Meteorbs, and the Star Sisters. She-Ra and Adora were voiced in the series by Melendy Britt (who also voiced Catra, Castaspella, Mermista, and Octavia); George DiCenzo was the voice of Hordak, Bow, Sea-Hawk, Tung-Lashor, and a few others; and Diane Pershing provided the voice for Netossa and Spinnerella. Alan Oppenheimer and John Erwin would reprise their roles from the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series, as would Linda Gary with Teela and the Sorceress, while providing additional voice work for Glimmer, Madame Razz, Sweet Bee, Shadow Weaver, Scorpia, and Entrapta.

In 2007, a new incarnation of Masters of the Universe was announced, with the first action figure, King Grayskull, released at San Diego Comic Con 2008. Based on the look of the original 1980s MOTU toys, this new toy line was aimed primarily at the adult toy collector market, often available only through subscriptions (from MattyCollector). Sculpted by the Four Horsemen, these toys were updated versions of previous figures as well as characters that never before had an action figure made of them; such as Filmation's Queen Marlena, Fang-Man, Lizard-Man, Count Marzo, Granamyr, and many others. The toy line featured many redesigned and updated action figures from the original action- figure line from the 1980s, but it also included characters from She-Ra: Princess of Power (Adora, Madame Razz, Scorpia, Shadow Weaver, and others), The New Adventures of He-Man (Mara, Crita, and more), and the Mike Young Productions series from 2002 (Faceless One, Chief Carnivus, King Chooblah, Ceratus, and others).

WSOP Championship bracelet The 2006 World Series of Poker (WSOP) began on June 25, 2006 with "satellite" events, with regular play commencing on June 26 with the annual Casino Employee event, and the Tournament of Champions held on June 28 and 29. Forty more events in various disciplines including Omaha, seven-card stud and razz, plus ladies' and senior tournaments led up to the 10,000 US$ no-limit Texas hold 'em main event starting July 28 and running through the final table on August 10. All events were held at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, which marked the first time that a casino other than Binion's Horseshoe (now "Binion's") hosted the final table of the main event. Six days reserved for the first two rounds of play for the main event were established by Harrah's Entertainment, which has run the annual event since its purchase from the Binion family in 2004.

His project Transitions Organ Duo, a Hammond/Drum duo with Dutch organist John Hondorp, does not only continue work with renowned guest soloists. It displays Markus’s vision of a contemporary jazz music that combines communicational and dynamic aspects of jazz music with the rawness of rock sounds, always in respect of the heritage of jazz music. He likes to refer to this music as “Razz”. On Transitions album “No Idea”, which is to be released end of 2013, Jeanfrançois Prins (guitar) and Frederik Köster (trumpet, winner of the German Jazz Echo prize) join Transitions on Markus compositions “Emerald” and “No Idea”, as well as Prins’s composition Futebol. Larry Goldings listened to this album and commented: ”I’m really impressed with the thoughtfulness of the music.” Transitions Organ Duo has already impressed audiences on high profiled jazz music events across Europe such as the “WDR Jazznacht” (Jazz event of west German radio) or being headliner of the “International Jazzfestival Enschede”. During his master's degree studies, Markus was able to broaden his network strongly through writing a research on the network of jazz music in Europe.

Growing up near Salerno, Italy, Lisandro's mother taught him how to play poker at the age of five. Lisandro made his first final table appearance in a World Series of Poker event in 1997, in the $3,000 pot limit hold'em event won by Phil Hellmuth Jr. He has made eleven WSOP final tables since then, in Omaha, seven card stud and 2 to 7 lowball events and has won five bracelets, two in Seven Card Stud, one in Seven Card Stud hi/low, one in Razz, and one in Pot-Limit Omaha. Lisandro has not yet made a final table on the World Poker Tour (WPT), but has finished in the money in two events. In December 2004, Lisandro won the $25,000 limit hold'em heads-up tournament, defeating Howard Lederer in the final to take home the $194,000 grand prize. In May 2005, he won the $10,000 no limit hold'em World Series of Poker circuit event at Lake Tahoe, defeating Phil Ivey in the final heads-up confrontation to win the $542,360 prize.

The city has several live performance venues, ranging from the Massey Theatre adjacent to New Westminster High School, to the Burr Theatre, a converted cinema on Columbia Street, and two theatrical venues in Queens Park (One being the Bernie Legge Theatre, home of the Vagabond Players, which were formed in 1937.) The Royal City Musical Theatre, a long-established New Westminster tradition, uses the Massey, while comedy and mystery theatricals use the stages in Queens Park. Also in Queens Park is the Queens Park Arena, longtime home to the legendary New Westminster Salmonbellies professional lacrosse team, as well as an open-air stadium used for baseball and field sports. The Burr Theatre (originally the Columbia Theatre), named for New Westminster native Raymond Burr, was operated by the Raymond Burr Performing Arts Society who produced professional -quality mysteries and comedies between October 2000 and January 2005. February 2005 saw the theatre reopen as a vaudeville theatre with three major productions by The Heartaches Razz Band and in February 2006 collaboration with The Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society produced the first Annual Vancouver International Burlesque Festival.

Adora/She-Ra is again presented as a former member of the Horde, befriended by re-imagined versions of Glimmer and Bow (with new voice actors Aimee Carrero, Karen Fukuhara and Marcus Scribner, respectively). Under the direction of Glimmer's mother Queen Angella of Bright Moon, the three embark upon re-uniting the Princesses of Etheria, which include Perfuma, Mermista, Entrapta and Frosta, each with re-imagined characters as well. Also appearing in the series are Swift Wind (without the alter ego of Spirit and with a completely different take on the character's personality), Light Hope (as a female hologram generated by the "First Ones"), Sea Hawk (now presented as a more comical glory-seeking associate of Mermista), Castaspella (as the sister of Angella's husband King Micah), Madame Razz (as an older and confused forest dweller with knowledge of Mara, a prior "She-Ra"), Netossa and Spinnerella (princesses not often featured, in limited speaking roles). The evil Horde returns as the villainous overlords of Etheria, and although Hordak remains leader of the Horde, Catra is often presented as the primary antagonist (now voiced by AJ Michalka), with a much stronger relationship established between her and Adora.

Johnny Moss, with a win at the 1971 WSOP, became the first person to have won multiple lifetime WSOP bracelets. Moss also was the first person to win 5 lifetime WSOP bracelets, with a win at the 1975 WSOP. Johnny Chan, with a win in Event #25 at the 2005 WSOP, became the first person to win 10 lifetime WSOP bracelets, just a few days before Doyle Brunson won his 10th bracelet in Event #31 of that same WSOP. Phil Hellmuth, with a win in Event #15 at the 2007 WSOP, became the first person to win 11 WSOP bracelets. As of the end of the 2010 series, Hellmuth holds the record for most WSOP bracelets won. He extended his record to 12 bracelets at the 2012 WSOP when he won Event #18, a Razz tournament, for his first-ever non-Hold'em bracelet. Later that year at the WSOP Europe, he won the Main Event for his 13th bracelet, which also made him the first player to win both the WSOP and WSOP Europe Main Events. The first person to win 2 bracelets in the same WSOP was Johnny Moss, at the 1971 WSOP. With his win in $3,000 H.O.R.S.E., in 2010, Phil Ivey became the player with the most non-Hold'em bracelets (8).

Other main characters of the She-Ra series would include Swift Wind, winged unicorn and alter ego of She-Ra's trusty steed Spirit;, Light Hope, mystical living beam of light and mentor to She-Ra; and her Great Rebellion allies Glimmer, magically inclined onetime leader of the rebellion; Bow, skilled archer and the main male protagonist of the series; Kowl, Bow's owllike, rainbow-eared companion; Madame Razz, absent-minded witch with her sarcastic sentient Broom; and Queen Angella, Glimmer's mother and angel-winged queen of the Bright Moon; along with Hordak's spell-casting witch Shadow Weaver; shape-shifting spy Imp; bumbling bug-eyed henchman Mantenna; Force Squad captain Catra; evil scientist Modulok; beastly warrior Grizzlor; energy-draining Leech; and thuggish henchwoman Scorpia. Various children's books, magazines, comics, read-along records/cassette tapes, and other merchandise were also released worldwide around this time, with much of the content based primarily on the Filmation He-Man and She-Ra series. The live- action film Masters of the Universe was released in 1987 by Cannon Films, starring Dolph Lundgren and Frank Langella. The later 1980s mini comics, Marvel comics series, and UK magazine comics continued the adventures of He- Man and She-Ra past the end of the two Filmation series.
