Two last-minute changes to the resolution, pressed by India, made it "unobtrusive" in nature and "non-judgemental" in approach.
MBCT teaches individuals how to observe their thoughts and feelings by focusing their attention on natural objects, such as breathing and bodily sensations. Individuals are taught how to achieve awareness while holding an attitude of non-judgemental acceptance. Within MBCT, mindfulness skills are taught in order to recognize distressing thoughts and feelings, to be aware of these experiences, and utilize acceptance and self-compassion to break up associative networks that may cause a relapse. Self-compassion in response to negative thoughts and feelings is an adaptive process, which validates it as a key learning skill in MBCT.
Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) learn that Lily (Aubrey Anderson- Emmons) made a new friend, Tom (Jackson Millarker) who is transgender. They overhear her call him a weirdo, and worry about her having a judgemental attitude. They visit Jay (Ed O'Neill) and Gloria (Sofía Vergara) for advice, who make them realize that they in turn need to tolerate her beliefs even if they don't agree with them. They later learn that Lily only called Tom a weirdo because he insulted the couple due to the mural on Lily's wall that Cameron painted the day they brought her home.
She also tells him that Des has remarried his second wife, Mike is teaching children in the Philippines, and Paul's former wife Gail Robinson (Fiona Corke) says hello. Paul accuses Jane of being gossipy and judgemental like her grandmother. While discussing ways to regain Lassiters' five-star rating, Jane recalls the Lassiters Girl campaign and Paul suggests re-inventing it as the Face of Lassiters campaign, with Jane as a judge. While discussing the renovations made to Number 32 with Toadfish (Ryan Moloney) and Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey), Jane meets their daughter Nell Rebecchi (Scarlett Anderson), who they named after Mrs Mangel.
Jini Maxwell of Screenhub Australia awarded Content three-and-a-half stars out of five. Watching it on a smartphone, the reviewer called the format "immersive" and said they felt a "moment of panic" during Lucy's first-episode FaceTime call, "half-expecting my own face to appear on-screen when the call is answered". Maxwell said the characters' text messages "felt genuine", which is " a testament to strong writing". The reviewer also said the show's tone "feels judgemental", that Lucy is "held up as the ultimate millennial joke", and that "it’s disappointing to see such an interesting format wasted on a condescending sentiment".
The song talks about someone who struggled with addiction. "Justified", written by McKinnon, Westfall, Quistad, Stevenson and Skaff, came about from an idea Westfall previous had. The group loved the song early on in the writing process. Lyrically, the song is about judgemental people who have a distaste for others for simply having different beliefs to them. "We Got This", written by McKinnon, Westfall and Skaff, is about when you're a young person in "a music scene people don’t really understand or respect, but then going to these shows and realising this is something you love".
His writings in Abalabandhab were on one hand defensive, while on the other, moralistic and judgemental on the proper behaviour and demeanour of educated women. "The first article dealt with a number of topics, such as subject for self-protection,'Vocational training' and 'Social, political and religious issues'. The second article was devoted to topics like 'Knowledge of the Yavanas in Sanskrit', the third to 'Whabi religion,Rafique Mondal and Amiruddin', the fourth to 'Edison and electric light', the fifth to 'Telephone, microphone and phonograms etc', the sixth to 'System of Kindergarten education' and seventh and the last to 'Miscellaneous topics." \- The Brahmo Public Opinion, January 1878.
The books characteristically bring a fresh 'sideways look' in a peaceful and non-judgemental way to places perhaps unfamiliar at the time to a Chinese national: the author was struck by things the locals might not notice, such as beards, or the fact that the so-called Lion's Haunch on Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh is actually far more like a sleeping elephant. In his wartime books, Chiang Yee made it plain that he was fervently opposed to Nazism. His writings exude a feeling of positive curiosity, life-enhancing in a unique way. Some of his books have been re-issued in recent decades, at times with fresh introductions.
Marking solved the problems of numbers and prevented unfair personal bias, and its introduction was a step towards modern objective testing, the format it is best suited to. But the technology of testing that followed, with its major emphasis on reliability and the automatisation of marking, has been an uncomfortable partner for some areas of educational achievement: assessing writing or speaking, and other kinds of performance need something more qualitative and judgemental. The technique of Adaptive Comparative Judgement is an alternative to marking. It returns to the pre-1792 idea of sorting papers according to their quality, but retains the guarantee of reliability and fairness.
As editor and representative of Vanity Fair, Hoare was approached by the Fashion Museum, Bath and asked to select the defining look of 2004 for their Dress of the Year collection. She chose a long evening gown by Tom Ford for Yves Saint Laurent in a Chinese dragon-printed silk, which had been worn on the red carpet by Nicole Kidman to that year's Tony Awards. Hoare published her first book, Talking Fashion, in 2002, a monograph on the fashion industry. She described it as her response to the judgemental reactions and male chauvinism that she received when she told people what she did for a living.
Tzohar rabbis take a non- judgemental and non-coercive approach, which is an alternative to the Rabbanut, Israel's governmental rabbinic authority. The rabbis of Tzohar participate in various religious activities such as officiating at Jewish weddings, training brides and grooms in the laws of niddah, and running prayer services that are open and welcoming (especially during the High Holy Days). In 2015, Tzohar, along with the Israel Bar Association, introduced a prenuptial agreement meant to help ensure divorcing wives will get a get; under the agreement, the husband commits to paying a high sum of money daily to his spouse in the event of a separation.
The overall style of the national support teams was planned to be in line with Peter Block's 'Flawless Consulting' approach.Block, Peter (1999). Flawless Consulting: A Guide to Getting Your Expertise Used (1999), The diagnostic model employed was broadly influenced by appreciative inquiry, due to its tested relevance to healthcare environments and the emphasis upon positive potential to enhance organisational function (rather than a performance management approach, which initial client feedback suggested would be perceived as judgemental). Recommendations for change were presented at closing plenary sessions to both senior leadership and operational managers with sufficient detail to trigger follow-up action and a delivery style reported by audiences as more memorable than was initially expected of an organisational development input.
In a number of respects his literary career ran concurrent with that of Laurens van der Post though there is no record of the two literary figures ever meeting. Inherently conservative and Eurocentric in style, Green's work nevertheless encompasses all the cultural diversity of the sub-continent, often alluding to changes in the social and political milieu but rarely judgemental in regard to socio-political issues under debate at the time. Unlike many of his contemporaries of South African literature, he is however devoid of any political commentary or critique. He employed mainly first and third person narrative style in short story chapter form, usually contained within a book with particular thematic content.
Red Alert would eventually become a fellow Zulu member, along with the likes other early Zulu deejays Afrika Islam, Grandmixer DST, and The Soul Sonic Force. Afrika Bambaataa added to the young Red Alert's wisdom regarding the value of keeping a non-judgemental approach to exploring various genres of music, including rock, reggae, disco, and new wave. The teenage Crute graduated high school as a top-ranking basketball prospect, and earned a full athletic scholarship to attend Hampton University in 1976. After attending a total of three semesters, Red dropped out of Hampton University and returned home to Harlem to become a full-time deejay for Afrika Bambaataa and performed throughout The Bronx, Long Island, Connecticut and New Jersey.
The Times of India gave the film a rating of three-and-a-half out of five stars and wrote that "The first half appeared to drag a bit, but as the mystery deepens, it could be an edge-of-the-seat thriller". 123 Telugu gave the film two-and-a-half out of five stars and wrote that " There is absolutely no logic in much of the film and you can safely stay away from this ‘thriller’". Full Hyderabad gave the film a rating of six-and-a-half out of ten and wrote that "In all, this is a rather decent attempt, but heavily flawed. Watch it if you care enough to be non-judgemental".
The "moral influence theory of atonement" was developed, or most notably propagated, by Abelard (1079–1142), as an alternative to Anselm's satisfaction theory. Abelard not only "rejected the idea of Jesus' death as a ransom paid to the devil", which turned the Devil into a rival god, but also objected to the idea that Jesus' death was a "debt paid to God's honor". He also objected to the emphasis on God's judgment, and the idea that God changed his mind after the sinner accepted Jesus' sacrificial death, which was not easily reconcilable with the idea of "the perfect, impassible God [who] does not change". Abelard focused on changing man's perception of God – not to be seen as offended, harsh, and judgemental, but as loving.
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. Developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in the 1970s by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, MBSR uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga and exploration of patterns of behaviour, thinking, feeling and action. Mindfulness can be understood as the non-judgemental acceptance and investigation of present experience, including body sensations, internal mental states, thoughts, emotions, impulses and memories, in order to reduce suffering or distress and to increase well-being. Mindfulness meditation is a method by which attention skills are cultivated, emotional regulation is developed, as well as rumination and worry are significantly reduced.
Slowly, the struggle and pain of losing their son and brother began to heal as time passed by. Ng's father Francis Ng (aged 53 in 2014) and mother Mdm Joyce Tan (aged 51 in 2014), began to slowly open up to Ng's friends from the gang, with whom they were originally angry at and partially blamed for their son's death. After they opened up and shared their grief, they began to slowly understand Ng's friends and stopped their judgemental attitude towards these delinquent youths. As for Ng's friends, they began to regard Ng's parents as their godparents, as to them, the couple gave them the parental attention they craved, and was willing to listen to their thoughts, which they did not share with even their own parents.
Lilian Kominski, played by Anna Korwin, is the mother of Rachel Kominski (Jacquetta May). She comes to stay with Rachel unexpectedly following a row with her husband, Joseph, and she refuses to return home until her husband begs her to. Lilian is an interfering, judgemental and critical person, who constantly upsets and embarrasses Rachel in front of her friends. She jibes Rachel for not dressing attractively or having a husband; criticises her lifestyle; meddles in her blossoming relationship with Richard Cole (Ian Reddington); frowns upon Rachel's lodger, Michelle Fowler (Susan Tully), for having an interracial relationship with Clyde Tavernier (Steven Woodcock); and tells anyone who cares to listen about how badly Rachel treats her and how much she has sacrificed for her.
Telegraph Newspapers apologised for a libel against Saif al-Islam Gaddafi in April 2002."Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi: an apology", telegraph.co.uk, 21 April 2002 The Sunday Telegraph had published an article by Coughlin in November 1995, then the newspaper's chief foreign correspondent (and a piece for the newspaper's Mandrake column, published during the following month, which quoted Coughlin)"Gaddafi v Telegraph Group Ltd [1998] EWCA Civ 1626 (28 October 1998)", Judgemental alleging that Saif al-Islam Gaddafi was involved in a massive criminal operation with Iranian officials that involved counterfeit notes and money laundering in Europe based on information received by British intelligence and banking officials. The Sunday Telegraph was served with a libel writ by Saif al-Islam Gaddafi.
Help Me Anthea, I'm Infested Episode Guide, bbc.co.uk According to an interview with Anthea Turner, only the first three episodes were planned to be on bug infestations, although she did not specify what later episodes would cover. Critical reactions were very negative: James Watson at the Daily Telegraph described it as being both boring and exhibiting "grinding, excruciating pointlessness", while The Guardian's Nancy Banks-Smith described it as "frightful". Charlie Brooker thought Turner came across as "a hard, judgemental piece of work who spends most of her time haranguing the human inhabitants for living in filth", and the resulting programme feels like "a strange psychodrama in which the punters are caught between unfeeling vermin on one side, and an unfeeling former Blue Peter presenter on the other".
However, there are also some negative aspects which include the child or adolescent developing some egocentric thoughts which include the imaginary audience and the personal fable. An imaginary audience is when an adolescent feels that the world is just as concerned and judgemental of anything the adolescent does as they are; an adolescent may feel as if they are “on stage” and everyone is a critic and they are the ones being critiqued. A personal fable is when the adolescent feels that he or she is a unique person and everything they do is unique. They feel as if they are the only ones that have ever experienced what they are experiencing and that they are invincible and nothing bad will happen to them, it will only happen to others.
As expressed in the title, the overarching theme of the album is that of the internet. Broadly, the album lyrically explores our modern relationship with the internet, as well as how it impacts and influences our interpersonal relationships and our relationship with politics, culture, society and life as a whole. Healy noted that around this time, he came to the "profound-not-profound realisation" that "all of our communication, outside of face-to-face, is mediated through the internet," and subsequently became obsessed with this idea; he noted that for him, this idea "provokes questions...that just aren't asked now." Healy noted that across much of the album, rather than being particularly judgemental or opinionated, he is more so asking questions pertaining to the different issues he raises.
Scott received payments from the Admiralty for his ideas totalling £10,000 equivalent to over £250,000 in 2005's money. More significantly, officers of the day were allowed to commercialize their inventions, and Scott landed a royalties agreement with Vickers leading to aggregate payments to him of some £200,000 equivalent to over £5,000,000 in 2005's money. Financial independence allowed Scott to indulge his intellectual arrogance and judgemental nature, which, when combined with his flair for self-publicity, formed the basis of his fractious relationship with Navy authorities. However, Jackie Fisher, creator of the radical Dreadnought concept and a dominant influence on naval reform in the years leading up to the First World War, recognized Scott's merits, kept his career on track and was instrumental in promoting and introducing many of his ideas.
Two weeks after the Stow trial, Clark conducted a second, recorded interview with Black. He had appointed Andrew Watt and Roger Orr to conduct the interview, with instructions they were to tell Black that they would not be judgemental. In the six-hour interview, Black freely discussed his early sexual experiences, his experimentation with various forms of self-abuse, and his attraction towards young children; he also described his penchant for wearing young girls' clothing, and admitted to having sexually assaulted in excess of 30 young girls between the 1960s and 1980s. He was largely uncommunicative in response to questions even loosely pertaining to any unsolved child murders and disappearances, but said he had enticed two young girls into his van in Carlisle upon the pretext of asking for directions in late 1985, then allowed them to leave when eyewitnesses appeared.
Ted Ellis views education as one of his primary missions, and he is involved with several educational initiatives. He has a run a number of art workshops with children, including drawing and touching up the school mural which local sixth-graders paint every year, and joining with his wife Erania to illustrate while she reads aloud to children from books about topics like the Buffalo Soldiers. When working with children with autism, he employs a strategy of engaging the children's creativity in a non-judgemental setting where there is no wrong way for them to express themselves; he hopes to put their art on display at the Houston Children's Museum. He has partnered with the Tom Joyner Foundation to fund-raise for students, while "Art with a Purpose", his own nonprofit program, was awarded a federal grant to help disadvantaged students.

When Derek gets out, he yells at Rocko for not being the blob, but Rocko is behind the Mega64 trying to fix it. Jon walks in and tells Derek not to play discs that don't belong to him. When Derek is bent down, he knocks Derek out and says that he'll never stop FALZ and that "the only threat to FALZ is Sean, and I've already taken care of him." Jon drags Derek out and Rocko has seen the whole thing. We then see the television show Judgemental Night (Parody of Judgement Day) interrupted by a U62 news update that says that televisions in the city are being interrupted by a pirate signal showing Derek and Rocko using the Mega64. The news story shows that Mega64 has gotten a fan base who have conventions, make skit suggestions and make songs about Mega64.
It called upon the government of Sri Lanka to implement constructive recommendations made in the LLRC report and to take all necessary additional steps to fulfill its relevant legal obligations to initiate credible and independent actions to ensure justice, equity, accountability and reconciliation for all Sri Lankans. It requested the government to present an action plan detailing the steps that it has taken and will take to implement the recommendations made in the commission's report, and also to address alleged violations of international law. The resolution also encouraged the (OHCHR) to provide advice and technical assistance on implementing the above- mentioned steps; and requested the OHCHR to present a report on the provision of such assistance to the Human Rights Council at its 22nd session in March 2013. Two last-minute changes to the resolution, pressed by India, made it "unobtrusive" in nature and "non-judgemental" in approach.
In 2001, the Department of Occupational Safety and Health developed a non-compulsory ‘Code of Practice on Prevention and Management of HIV and AIDS’ which supports the creation of a non-judgemental and non- discriminatory work environment. During the 2011 Nineteenth ASEAN Summit, Malaysia together with other ASEAN nations, adopted the "ASEAN Declaration of Commitment: Getting To Zero New HIV Infections, Zero Discrimination, Zero AIDS-Related Deaths, Bali, Indonesia, 17 November 2011" to reaffirm their commitment in working towards realizing an ASEAN community with Zero HIV Infections, Zero Discrimination and Zero AIDS-related Deaths. On 13 October 2017, the then-Ministry of Human Resources Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Richard Riot Jaem announced that the government wants to draft a new regulation in an effort to eliminate discrimination against people living with HIV or AIDS at the workplace. The ministry plans to legislate the HIV and AIDS in Workplace Policy by 2020.
Towards the end he discovers his father and sister living in a small hut in the remote hills where he stalks his father while they are harvesting honey but finds him come face to face. His father acknowledges the trouble he took to track them down, offering a fruit to him asking him to get fresh in the stream in the valley and eat the fruit. Later in the hut at night, his father tells him that all relationships are complicated and are pure only if viewed without any judgemental attitude. Later in the day he again approaches them to kill them and after his mind imagines a changed unnatural relation with his sister when he sees her from far bathing in a lake, he is tormented and digs his palms into the thorns and later throws the knife into the lake in front of his father eyes.
The next week, in episodes broadcast from 9 to 13 July 2012, Jack and Max both witness Kat dancing sexily with Ray, and they are judgemental of her, which Inside Soap said could be because one of them is jealous, and Jack keeps "making eyes" at Kat, which could be more revealing than Kat's own actions. They later said that Kat would probably not dance with Ray like that if she was trying to keep an affair with him secret, especially in front of Kim, and said she could have been trying to make either Max or Jack jealous. All About Soap also thought Jack might be jealous, and when he asks Ray if any "hot women" are going to his party, Jack looks at Kat, which they thought could be because Jack hopes Kat will be there. The "sexy dance" between Ray and Kat was interpreted to be either evidence or a red herring, but Inside Soap noted that Kat seems keen to be around Ray.
The influential Adolf Meyer (psychiatrist) spread the concept of constitutional psychopathy when he emigrated to the US, though unlike Koch he separated out cases of what was termed psychoneurosis. After World War I German psychiatrists dropped the term inferiors/defectives (Minderwertigkeiten) and used psychopathic (psychopathisch) and its derivatives instead, at that time a more neutral term covering a wide range of conditions. Emil Kraepelin, Kurt Schneider and Karl Birnbaum developed categorisation schemes under the heading 'psychopathic personality', only some subtypes of which were thought to have particular links to antisocial behaviour. Schneider in particular advanced the term and tried to formulate it in less judgemental terms than Kraepelin, though infamously defining it as ‘those abnormal personalities who suffer from their abnormality or from whose abnormality society suffers.’Hitler's Prisons: Legal Terror in Nazi Germany Nikolaus Wachsmann, Yale University Press, 2004. Page 47 In a similar vein, Birnbaum, a biological psychiatrist, suggested from 1909 a concept similar to sociopathy, implying the social environment could determine whether dispositions became criminal or not.

The fact that ‘’Frol Skobeev’’ lacks a moralizing narrator and a didactic conclusion has led many critics to see it as a marking a decisive break in Russian literary tradition. Soviet scholars in particular favoured this view, and coined the term ‘democratic satire’ to describe ‘’Frol Skobeev’’, arguing that the tale illustrated growing popular discontent with the feudal system and strict control of the Orthodox Church and the state. For a typical Soviet view, see D.S. Likachev. Semnadtasatyi vek v russkoi literatury. (Moscow: 1988) Critics reading the novel in this way often saw the tale as a precursor to nineteenth-century satire: George Verdansky called it “a realistic and cynical story of a successful rascal, in a sense a forerunner of nineteenth-century realistic satire.” Verdansky, George. A History of Russia (New Haven, CT: Yale University Press, 1943) Scholarship in recent years has been more nuanced and commentators have accused the Soviet-era scholars of indulging in broad-brush generalizations which see the work in stark political terms. Gitta Hammberg, for example, questions whether or not the apparent lack of moral judgement in the text is as original a feature as was claimed, pointing to a similar non-judgemental narrative voice in other literary satires.
