In Philippines, we had a great partner, we continue to have a great partnership with the SM and Belle group and in Cyprus again we had great partners with the CNS group so we work well with people and I think a lot of that is because of my Canadian upbringing, because I'm an easy going, ultra open minded liberal guy.
