Johann Caspar Seyfert (1697, Augsburg, Germany – 26 May 1767, Augsburg, Germany) was a German composer, violinist and lute player. He was a music director in Augsburg. In 1746 he added a fourth volume to the Augsburger Tafel-Confect, which Valentin Rathgeber had published in 1733, 1737 and 1739. Rathgeber-Memorial, Banz Abbey Rathgeber was a very versatile and productive composer and was one of the most popular and respected composers in southern Germany. He composed both secular and sacred works, the majority of his output being sacred vocal works. He wrote several hundred works, mainly masses (43), hymns, arias, litanies, requiems, magnificats, offertories (164), Marian antiphons (44) and also instrumental concertos (24) and songs. Nick Brewer started off as a Christian Grime artist. Brewer has released four EPs in collaboration with The Confect; 2010's Alone With My Thoughts, 2011's Alone With My Thoughts Part 2, 2013's Flat 10 and 2014's 4 Miles Further, the latter taking its name from the movement of The Confect's home studios to their new set up in Brick Lane. His 2014 single, Fall From Here, featured Naomi Scott. His 2015 single, "Talk to Me", was written by Brewer and Bibi Bourelly.

It also played shows at ESP Explosion and Independence Rock, winning the nationwide tour and competitions 2007 title.
