However, younger swingers seeking peer group options find this is not always possible at conventional swingers' clubs because of normal demographics. Similarly, those individuals who seek to specifically exclude others they personally view as unattractive are often disappointed at many swingers' clubs because the patrons are not screened to their standards.

Standing 188 cm, Johnston had a smooth ten-pace approach to the wicket, with an idiosyncratic dip of his head before the instant of delivery. His stock ball swung into the right-hander, but he mixed this with an away swinger.

However, because he did hit for a high batting average, Guerrero was valuable as a pinch hitter since he could come through in a clutch situation with a necessary hit.

A relationship is more likely to be called "polyamorous" if at least one relationship is long-term, involves some sort of commitment (e.g. a formal ceremony), and involves shared living arrangements and/or finances, but none of these criteria are necessary or definitive. For instance, somebody who has multiple sexual partners might form strong loving friendships with them, without feeling romantic love for them. Whether such a person identifies as "polyamorous", or as a swinger, or uses some other term, often depends more on their attitude towards other "polyamorists", "swingers", etc.

Slipcue.com reviewed Pure Connie Smith and gave it a more positive review, calling the album Smith's "swinger album" and further explaining that the album had a "much looser, casual sense of morality in evidence".

Many people consider Emu Ridge to be a suburb name, and it is widely used in Canberra, even on some (though not most) official maps. It does not, however, have any official standing as a place name. There are other instances of estate names becoming de facto suburb names in Canberra, such as Gleneagles, in the suburb of Kambah, Harcourt Hill, in the suburb of Nicholls, and Swinger Hill in the suburb of Phillip. These are all discrete estates within larger suburbs, but none of these names have been officially gazetted by the Australian Capital Territory Government.

Originally, when a home run was hit, the guitar-swinger logo would light up and perimeter lights around the entire scoreboard would begin flashing; it was also capable of shooting fireworks after each Sounds home run. Many of the lights were no longer able to be lit, and replacement parts were becoming hard to find. When MFP Baseball purchased the team in late 2008, the organization made minor renovations to the scoreboard, rendering it once again fully functional, although not to its original specifications.

Other bowlers in his time could sometimes get the ball to swing, but King was one of the first to do so at will with an old or new ball. He made use of a lethal delivery which he called the "angler", a product of his experience as a baseball pitcher, to confuse the English batsmen. He would come in with the ball clasped above his head in both hands as would a baseball pitcher. He was famous for his late swing—in and out—and would produce the in-swinger with his right hand coming down from a point over his left shoulder.

Styles, Kazarian, Robert Roode, James Storm, Douglas Williams and Matt Morgan of Ric Flair's stable, who thought they didn't deserve to be in TNA.
SX-70 Model 2 with film cartridge protruding from the front SX-70 Sonar One Step A fully collapsed SX-70 In 1947, Polaroid introduced its first consumer camera. The Land Camera Model 95 was the first camera to use instant film to quickly produce photographs without developing them in a laboratory. The popular Model 95 and subsequent Land Cameras required complex procedures to take and produce good photographs. Photographic paper had to be manually removed from cameras, peeled open after 60 seconds, needed several minutes to dry, and often left developing chemicals on hands. The instructions for the Model 20 Swinger, introduced in 1965, warned that, if not followed, "you’re headed for plenty of picture taking trouble".
On November 3, 1955 the film version of the musical was released, starring Marlon Brando as Sky, Frank Sinatra as Nathan Detroit, and Jean Simmons as Sarah, with Vivian Blaine reprising her role as Adelaide. The film was directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz and produced by Samuel Goldwyn. Levene lost the film role of Nathan Detroit to Frank Sinatra: "You can’t have a Jew playing a Jew, it wouldn't work on screen", producer Samuel Goldwyn argued when explaining he wanted Sinatra rather than Levene who had originated the role, even though Guys and Dolls film director Joseph L. Mankiewicz wanted Levene, the original Broadway star. Frank Loesser felt Sinatra played the part like a "dapper Italian swinger".
On August 8, 2010, Maritato took part in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's ECW reunion show, Hardcore Justice, where he, Tony Mamaluke (billed as Tony Luke) and Tracy Smothers defeated Kid Kash, Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger in a six-man tag team match. The teen pop newspaper, Go-Set started publishing in 1966, and in 1968, as a guest writer, Saddington provided an interview of soul and blues singer, Max Merritt. In March 1969 Saddington was described by The Canberra Timess Garry Raffaele as "by far the best female rhythm and blues singer in the country. That's a relative judgment; objectively she is an exciting, raging swinger in the style of Aretha Franklin ... vocally she screams and roars and sighs with the rhythmic feel of [Franklin]". Saddington left the band in May that year prior to any known recordings, the band later shortened their name to Chain and had a hit with "Black and Blue".
Brands Hatch remained in operation during the 1930s, but after being used as a military vehicle park and being subject to many bombing raids during World War II, it needed much work before it could become a professional racing circuit.Peter Swinger, "Motor Racing Circuits in England : Then & Now" (Ian Allan Publishing, , 2008) In 1932, four local motorcycling clubs joined forces (Bermondsey, Owls, Sidcup and West Kingsdown) and staged their first meeting that March. Motorcycle racing quickly resumed after World War II and in 1947, Joe Francis (managing director of Brands Hatch Stadium Ltd.) persuaded the BBC to televise a grass track meeting, the first motorcycle event to be televised on British TV.
In 1979, Ferrato moved to New York City, where she began photographing in sex clubs and nightclubs, documenting the heady nightclub culture of the late 1970s and early 1980s at legendary establishments like Studio 54, Mudd Club, Xenon, and Area. Ferrato began visiting the famous swingers club Plato's Retreat after landing an assignment with New York Magazine to photograph owner Larry Levenson, and was then commissioned by Japanese Playboy to photograph a prominent swinger couple known as Garth and Lisa. Ferrato immersed herself in Garth and Lisa's life, moving in with the couple at their Saddle River mansion. "I was there for the orgies as well as the typical family moments," Ferrato writes in Love & Lust.

Powers' "Shaguar" The series featured two cars number plates "SWINGER" and "SWINGER2" and collectively dubbed the "Shaguars" that were portrayed by a 1961 Jaguar E-Type and a 2001 Jaguar XK8 convertible, with a Union Jack paint scheme. The Ministry of Defence creates two cars to transport Powers through time: a psychedelic rainbow painted 1999 Volkswagen "New Beetle" convertible in the second film, and a purple 1975 Cadillac Eldorado Fleetwood "pimpmobile" (number plate "SWNGR 3") in the third. In the second film, Felicity Shagwell drives a 1965 Chevrolet Corvette with an American flag paint scheme. In the third Nigel Powers has a 2001 Mini Cooper – able to travel underwater, and which bears the number plate "GR8SHAG".
In the next over, Trescothick was gone for a 15-ball duck, to an away-swinger from McGrath, and two balls later Paul Collingwood gave a massive inside-edge onto his stumps – England were six for three, and staring down the barrel. A rescue operation from Andrew Flintoff and Vikram Solanki followed, pairing up for 79 before Solanki was caught at midwicket off Brad Hogg. Then, Flintoff was nearly stumped off Hogg's bowling, only to give a catch at long on later on in the over for 44. With England at 94 for 5, they needed seven and a half runs an over, with Kevin Pietersen and Geraint Jones at the crease.
The feud between the new World Heavyweight Champion Steve Corino, former champion Jerry Lynn and Justin Credible continued as the three competed in a three-way dance for the title at Massacre on 34th Street. Bad Street Boys began feuding with Simon and Swinger after the event, leading to a rematch between the two teams at Massacre on 34th Street. Super Crazy continued his alliance with the Unholy Alliance as the trio took on Hot Commodity on the November 19 episode of Hardcore TV, where Unholy Alliance turned on Crazy, culminating in Tajiri beating Crazy with the help of Whipwreck. Crazy teamed with Kid Kash to take on the Unholy Alliance at Massacre on 34th Street.
From 2002-2003, during arguably BCW's hottest period ever, a weekly television show was produced for Cogeco Cable. Aired in several markets in Ontario (Windsor/Essex, Chatham-Kent, Sarnia, and Owen Sound), and featured many of today's Superstars including Gail Kim, Eric Young, Bobby Roode, Rhino, plus already established names like Johnny Swinger, Simon Diamond, Terry Taylor, Chris Sabin, D-Lo Brown, Gangrel, and Shane Douglas. After another short hiatus the previous year, BCW returned in Spring 2004 after merging with rival promotion, Ontario Championship Wrestling (OCW), and taking on OCW founder James Trepanier as a new partner. After the merger, BCW began running regular smaller scale shows at OCW's former venue in Windsor.
This documentary is about a man, Jim Killeen, who decided to go beyond a Google search of himself and record the exploration and interactions with the men who share his name. Killeen made the decision to be thorough in his endeavors and took the extra step to travel to the location of these men to get the full scoop on the stories of their lives. He faced more rejection than expected initially when extending the offer to travel to the location of his fellow Killeen's, even gambling in a poker tournament to raise funds for the film production. Killeen meets several other Jim Killen's all ranging from a priest in Ireland to a swinger in Colorado.
There are a number of notable people from the amusement industry who have either worked with or have relations to Anton Schwarzkopf. His brother, Franz Schwarzkopf, was also a ride designer at around the same time as Anton, and designed many staples of the both amusement parks and carnivals alike, such as the Wave Swinger. Anton's son Wieland Schwarzkopf became involved with the industry as well, starting out at Schwarzkopf and later starting his own business in 1984. Wieland's company mostly provided parts and services for his father's rides, but had a few of its own attractions, such as the Sound Factory, a short-lived version of the popular Monster ride with looping cars.
1970 Dart Swinger The Dart was refreshed for 1970 with front and rear changes designed to bring the car closer to the design themes found in Dodge’s full-size vehicles through grille and contour changes. In the rear, the Dart’s new rectangular tail lights were set into a wedge-shaped rear bumper design continuing the angled trailing edge of the new deck lid and quarter panels. The revised rear styling did not change the 14.1 cubic ft trunk space of the 1969 model. 14-inch wheels became standard equipment, and the slant-6 was replaced by a larger version for improved base- model performance and greater manufacturing economy—the 198 used the same block as the 225, while the 170 had used a different block.
" Soundman Alex Christison reminisced about getting the sound right on the show: "The main problem with All Creatures was that we are talking about the days before multi-mic radio microphones were available, so you couldn't just scatter personal mics around each actor and mix accordingly. We were also recording in mono audio, so I didn't even have another track to play with like the dramas do these days with split track. Basically I relied on my boom swinger to get my sound. We'd done away with the old sync lead by then, thank God, which meant I wasn't joined up to the camera; the boom mic would be connected to my Nagra mixer and would be recorded separately to picture.
This came about after members of the group had killed Catholic taxi driver Michael McGoldrick outside Lurgan during the Drumcree disturbances, while the UVF were on ceasefire. Wright, who was expelled from the UVF, ordered to leave Northern Ireland, and threatened with execution, defied the Belfast leadership. He publicly denounced the Brigade staff as "communists", and went on to form the Loyalist Volunteer Force (LVF), taking a significant number of Mid-Ulster Brigade members with him including his deputy Mark "Swinger" Fulton. Authors such as Martin Dillon argue that the Mid-Ulster Brigade had long established a reputation as a being a 'rogue' unit within the UVF that was responsible for some of the most savage sectarian attacks of the Troubles.
Redgrave's first starring film role was in Morgan – A Suitable Case for Treatment (1966), co- starring David Warner and directed by Karel Reisz, for which she received an Oscar nomination, a Cannes award, a Golden Globe nomination and a BAFTA Film Award nomination. Following this, she portrayed a cool London swinger in Blowup (1966). Co-starring David Hemmings, it was the first English-language film of the Italian director Michelangelo Antonioni. Reunited with Karel Reisz for the biographical film of dancer Isadora Duncan in Isadora (1968), her portrayal of Duncan led her gaining a National Society of Film Critics' Award for Best Actress, a second Prize for the Best Female Performance at the Cannes Film Festival, along with a Golden Globe and an Oscar nomination.
He troubled batsmen for pace, and combined a natural in-swinger with a ball that held its line outside off stump. He was no-balled for throwing by Paul Gibb twice in 1960, but Gibb later recognised that he had been mistaken. His batting was limited, and tended to the agricultural. In 1960, he scored 28 off an over bowled by Oxford University off-spinner Dan Piachaud: after a dot ball, he hit four sixes and then a four. He took over 100 wickets in a season on four occasions, claiming 6–10 at Middlesbrough in 1965 against a Yorkshire side (including Geoff Boycott, Brian Close, Ray Illingworth and Fred Trueman) that was bowled out for its lowest ever first-class total of 23.
Rolling Stone magazine described their personal style in the following passage: > King and the Swinger saunter into the exalted Middle East nightclub, their > gabardine shirtsleeves creased and their coiffures slightly greased. One > part retro and three parts cool...Rolling Stone July 9, 1999 According to an Allmusic reviewer: > If you can't get enough of retro sounds and styles, the self-titled debut by > Rhode Island's Amazing Royal Crowns is for you. Equal parts punk (a la X), > rockabilly (Reverend Horton Heat), and swing (Brian Setzer Orchestra), the > Crowns successfully capture the excitement of their live act on their debut, > undoubtedly due to the fact that it was recorded in only two days. And > impressively, not one overdub was used during the debut's recording.
Near the end of the match, Puppet was sent out of the ring after Puppet and Meatball missed a double team move on Teo and Teo followed by hitting a tiger feint kick and a senton bomb for the win. Next, Konnan took on Devon Storm in a hardcore match. Near the end of the match, Storm set up the guard rail and placed Konnan on it and then Storm hit a diving splash on Konnan for the win. Later, a four-way title unification match took place in which the WWA International Cruiserweight Championship would be unified into the TNA X Division Championship, with the International Cruiserweight Champion Jerry Lynn competing against the X Division Champion Chris Sabin, Johnny Swinger and Frankie Kazarian.
Record eight-time champion Chris Sabin In July 2002, the X Division Champion AJ Styles defended the title against Adam Jacobs and David Young at Ring of Honor's Crowning a Champion, the first defense outside TNA. In May 2003, before the professional wrestling promotion World Wrestling All-Stars' (WWA) foreclosure, then NWA–TNA X Division champion Chris Sabin defeated WWA International Cruiserweight Champion Jerry Lynn, Frankie Kazarian, and Johnny Swinger in a Four Corners championship unification match to unify the X Division Championship with the WWA International Cruiserweight Championship. In Winter 2004, Petey Williams defended the title in various IWA-Mid South events. During Christopher Daniels' first reign in mid-2005, he defended the X Division Championship at several Pro Wrestling Guerrilla shows.
The late R. C. Robertson-Glasgow had written of Sutcliffe a tribute that Wisden appended to Sutcliffe's obituary: > [He] was the serenest batsman I have known. Whatever may have passed under > that calm brow – anger, joy, disagreement, surprise, relief, triumph – no > outward sign was betrayed on the field of play. When I first saw him, in > 1919, he was a debonair and powerful stylist. As you bowled opening overs to > the later Sutcliffe you noticed the entire development of every defensive > art; the depressingly straight bat, the astute use of pads (as with Hobbs), > the sharp detection of which out-swinger could be left; above all, the > consistently safe playing down of a rising or turning ball on leg stump, or > thighs.
Four overs into the morning, specialist spin bowler Giles was involved in a dismissal for the only time in the match, having Lee run out for 8. However, Gillespie batted for an hour and 15 minutes, and took part in a 52-run stand with the recognised batsman, Katich before Simon Jones got his reward with an away-swinger that crashed into Gillespie's off stump, after having three catches dropped. The last-wicket partnership rubbed it in with 43 more runs before Katich was caught by Simon Jones off Harmison, but England were set what would be a world record 420 to win. They started positively, riding some favourable umpiring decisions; Aleem Dar turned down four strong leg before wicket (LBW) appeals off Warne.
Playing swing bowling is considered to be a hallmark of a batsman's skill. Firstly, a batsman needs good eye reflexes which are considered to be a key skill when facing swing bowling. Secondly, a batsman often needs to anticipate beforehand what the ball will do and adjust accordingly to play swing bowling. This can be done by observing the bowler's grip and action (which may have a marked difference depending on which type of swinger is to be delivered), by observing the field set, which may depend on the types of deliveries expected (as a rule outswingers will have more slips assigned) or by means of prior knowledge of the bowler; many can bowl or are proficient in only one type of swing.
Denness delayed the taking of the new ball as he hoped to use it in the morning when Lever was better, but was forced to take it in the evening to no avail as Australia reach 273/3 with the local press proclaimed "WE SAVED IT". Lever was back on the field, but it was Arnold who made the breakthrough, feeding Edwards his favourite leg-glance until he edged it behind his to Knott. The Surrey bowler then made the ball cut from leg to hit Walter's off stump. When Denness caught Marsh off a Lever out-swinger Australia were 306/6 and struggling, but Chappell made his seventh half-century of the series and with Walker took Australia to 360/6 by lunch.
The event kicked off with a tag team match between The Bad Street Boys (Christian York and Joey Matthews) and the team of Danny Doring and Roadkill. Doring and Roadkill delivered a Buggy Bang to York for the win. After the match, both teams shook hands with each other until Simon and Swinger came to attack both men with chairs and delivered a Problem Solver to Doring. After the match, Cyrus and Joel Gertner confronted each other and then Cyrus brought in Hot Commodity (EZ Money, Julio Dinero and Chris Hamrick) to attack Gertner but Commissioner Spike Dudley prevented the assault by making a match between Kid Kash and EZ Money, which stipulated that if Money won, then Cyrus would not have to wrestle Gertner.
In Part 3, in the spring of 1978, Nick attends a waste management conference in the Mojave Desert and meets a swinger named Donna, while Marvin Lundy traces the baseball to San Francisco. Part 4, in the summer of 1974, mainly concerns Klara Sax, who is working as an artist in New York City, and Matt Shay, Nick's brother, a former chess prodigy, who is a scientist in the nuclear weapons program in New Mexico. Part 5 encompasses the 1950s and 1960s, beginning with Nick Shay in juvenile detention, following Nick's relationship with a woman named Amy and later with his future wife Marian, and Matt's courtship of his wife Janet. Lenny Bruce's comedy routines on the Cuban Missile Crisis are mentioned several times.
1974 Dodge Dart 4-Door Sedan In 1974, the US federal bumper impact standards were expanded to cover rear bumpers as well as front ones, and as a result, the Swinger and Dart sedan's rear bumpers grew much more massive. Taillights larger than the previous year's items were set above the rear bumper, rather than within it. Shoulder and lap belts were finally combined in all Chrysler products into a retractable, inertia-sensitive, single-buckle design Chrysler called "Unibelt", replacing the difficult-to-use separate lap and shoulder belts that had been installed through 1973. The Arab oil embargo of 1973, increased sales of smaller cars in the U.S. Dodge introduced the Dart SE (Special Edition) in mid-1974 as a four-door sedan and two-door hardtop.
Both girls were shot at close range while another 14-year-old girl, Jamie Smith, was called a "fenian slut" by one of the gunmen before being dragged by the hair and thrown out of the shop. The Sunday World published an article on 18 September 2011 in which the paper stated that the attack was "planned by Billy Wright and fellow UVF murderer, Mark Swinger Fulton, in a flat in Portadown's loyalist Corcrain Estate." A seven-month-pregnant Catholic woman, Kathleen O'Hagan, was shot dead by the Brigade in front of her children in August 1994 in Creggan, County Tyrone. In July 1997, another teenage girl, Bernadette Martin, was shot in the head four times as she slept next to her Protestant boyfriend, Gordon Greene, in Aghalee.
Miss St. Clair Shores volunteers and serves her city during her preparation to compete at the Miss Michigan Pageant. Dating back to its years as a popular lakefront entertainment destination, St. Clair Shores has a long connection to Detroit's musical history. In addition to the many past roadhouses which featured numerous national performing artists of the era, other notable music-related locations include the former Car City Records store, whose employees have included many from the Detroit music scene; the former Crows Nest East, a short-lived, but popular music venue of the late 1960s; and the former Shirley's Swinger Lounge. Individuals and groups who played at or frequented these venues went on to regional and national success; including Bob Seger, the MC5, Iggy Pop, The Frost, and more.
At Heat Wave, Chetti and Nova defeated Da Baldies in a tag team match. On the August 6 episode of Hardcore TV, Chetti received his first opportunity for the ECW World Heavyweight Championship, challenging Justin Credible for the title in a losing effort. On the September 3 episode of Hardcore TV, Chetti and Nova participated in a tournament for the vacant ECW World Tag Team Championship, where they lost to Team Me (Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger) in the quarter-final. The following week, on Hardcore TV, Chetti and Nova competed against Team Me and Danny Doring and Roadkill in a three-way dance, during which Chetti turned on Nova by hitting him with a chair and causing him to get eliminated, thus turning into a villain for the first time in his ECW career.
1970 Duster 340 with logo Plymouth introduced a sporty new model for 1970: the 2-door fastback Plymouth Valiant Duster. The same technique that spawned the 1964 Barracuda was employed for the Duster. It was designed to use the same front end sheet metal, running gear, and wheelbase as the Valiant, but Plymouth's stylists gave the car an entirely new look by using a modified fastback configuration with radically curved side glass having only half the curvature radius of conventional side glass. Though the V8 engine with 10.5:1 compression, and of torque had been available for special order in Valiants and Barracudas since 1968, the 340 was offered as a regular production option in the Duster 340, Plymouth's analogue to the Dodge Demon 340 and the Dodge Dart Swinger 340.
The St. Petersburg Times reported that the man behind the "Cleveland Street Safety League" is "a longtime Scientologist known for confronting critics". The Scientologist behind the Cleveland Street Safety League created a website about Lonsdale and posted his arrest record and comments Lonsdale had made on a swinger site, and also called Lonsdale's family in New England claiming that Lonsdale needed mental help. Lonsdale's employer and landlord received phone calls from Scientology representatives who claimed that he was a religious bigot and dangerous. Lonsdale was subpoenaed by the Church of Scientology for a deposition in the fall of 2006, and the Church claimed that he belonged to an anti-Scientology group which had previously been barred from protesting in certain areas in downtown Clearwater, the Lisa McPherson Trust.
Though more recent use by Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead has raised the Starcaster's profile, CBS-era instruments are generally much less coveted or collectable than the "pre-CBS" models created by Leo Fender prior to selling the Fender companies to CBS in 1965. In 1983 the Fender Stratocaster received a short-lived redesign including a single ("master") tone control, a bare-bones pickguard-mounted output jack, redesigned single-coil pickups, active electronics, and three push buttons for pickup selection (on the Elite Series). Additionally, previous models such as the Swinger (also known as Musiclander) and Custom (also known as Maverick) were perceived by some musicians as little more than attempts to squeeze profits out of factory stock. The so-called "pre-CBS cult" refers to the popularity of Fenders made before the sale.
The Australian Sidecar Championship is a speedway championship held each year to determine the Australian national champions. The event is sanctioned and run by Motorcycling Australia (MA) and is held in a different state every year. The Australian Sidecar Championship was first held in 1931 at the Melbourne Exhibition Speedway and was won by Victorian pair Les Medlycott and his passenger "Tich" Jones The 2013 Australian Speedway Sidecar Championship was held at the Gillman Speedway in Adelaide, South Australia, and was won by Darrin Treloar (NSW) and his Victorian swinger Simon Cohrs. Tony Franciosa with Robert Stack (left) and Gene Barry in the TV series The Name of the Game (1968) Franciosa guest starred on The DuPont Show of the Week, Arrest and Trial, Breaking Point, The Greatest Show on Earth, and Bob Hope Presents the Chrysler Theatre. He had support parts in two films for Fox: Rio Conchos (1964) with Stuart Whitman and Richard Boone, and The Pleasure Seekers (1964) with Ann-Margret and Carol Lynley. He starred in a TV series Valentine's Day (1964–65). When that ended he had support parts in A Man Could Get Killed (1966) with James Garner and Assault on a Queen (1966) with Frank Sinatra. A little short of the top pace, he was primarily a line-and-length bowler, using both seam and swing, with the away-swinger his stock ball. He spent a year at school in England, and in 1996 he went to Madras for coaching by Dennis Lillee; on his return he was offered a place in the Plascon Academy in South Africa, which he attended from April to September 1996. A surprise choice for the Zimbabwe tour of Pakistan in 1996–97, he made his Test debut after the first choice bowlers were injured but made the most of his opportunity, taking the vital wickets of Ijaz Ahmed and Wasim Akram. But thereafter he struggled to maintain consistency, and his lack of pace meant that he was easy picking for international batsmen.

Currently playing in the Tameside Football League, they are notoriously known for their comedy sideline and physical playing style. Playing their home games at the 100 capacity middle pitch of Bowlee Stadium since 2019, you can regularly see star player, Brad Hough, beasting and feasting on the unlucky opponents he finds himself against. Managed by Middletons most famous swinger, Mickey Grainger, the club is on the up and looks set for a successful 2020. However, they do have many doubters throughout the area, with Louie Sweeney, notable frontman of The Demo, going as far as saying; “They are a tinpot club with no culture or fans”. Another non-believer, local dog groomer, Ollie White has been quoted saying; “I believe they need to sack the manager and bring in a proper man”.
'Bob Murray's Supramatic', a spoof of adverts featuring Bob Monkhouse promoting the Polaroid Swinger instant camera, with Tim as Bob. 'Razz' washing powder, a spoof of the Daz two-for-one swap ad, Garden plays the interviewer and Brooke-Taylor plays the role of the 'old lady'. The sketch was originally written by Oddie and Garden for the BBC Radio 2 series I'm Sorry, I'll Read That Again, and appeared on the edition broadcast on 22 February 1970. Brooke-Taylor's 'old lady' character was also that which he used in At Last the 1948 Show (ITV, 1967) and in the Marty Feldman sketch comedy Marty (BBC, 1968/69); for the old lady, Brooke-Taylor adopted his Lady Constance voice from I'm Sorry, I'll Read That Again, which was based on that of Dame Edith Evans.
Between May and June, Killings began teaming with Konnan and former WWE ally B.G. James. In July the trio formed a faction known as the 3Live Kru. The Kru first wrestled as a unit on August 13, 2003, defeating The Disciples of the New Church (Sinn, Vampire Warrior, and Devon Storm). The Kru soon went after the NWA World Tag Team Championship. On November 26, the Kru defeated Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger, and Glenn Gilberti in a six-man tag team match with the vacant NWA World Tag Team Championship on the line. The NWA World Tag Team Championship was held by all three members of the Kru as part of the Freebird Rule until January 28, 2004, when they were defeated by Redshirt Security (Kevin Northcutt and Legend).
Swinger Hill shops As the commercial and geographical centre of Woden, Phillip contains many of the district's key facilities. As well as the Woden Town Centre, which includes the Westfield Woden shopping centre, a bus interchange and the Lovett Tower (the tallest commercial office building in Canberra), it has its own commercial area located along Botany, Townshend and Parramatta Streets. The Southside campus of the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) is located in the suburb, as is Eddison Park and the Woden Cemetery. Phillip also contains a number of sporting facilities, including the Phillip Enclosed Oval, which has been known as Football Park since 1981 and was the headquarters of Australian rules football in Canberra during the 1980s and 1990s, and the Phillip Swimming & Ice Skating Centre, home to the CBR Brave of the Australian Ice Hockey League.
Some sex clubs have formal membership and requirements that can include membership fees, showing proof of identity, attending a formal orientation, possibly providing STI test results or showing that one is part of a stable, long-term relationship and is attending with that partner (intended to minimize the number of single males or cheating husbands). Other clubs are open to any person willing to pay an admission fee. Sex clubs normally do not directly advertise to the general public, but typically rely on their own websites, swinger social networking, vertical integration in the adult entertainment industry, or through affiliate promotions on other adult venues. Many clubs, websites, publications, travel agencies, resorts, and events catering to the lifestyle promote each other to their mutual financial benefit but also with the altruistic intent of encouraging the dissemination of accurate information about the swinging lifestyle.
In the old Simca Factory in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, Brazil, the Dodge Dart was produced from 1969 until 1981 (more than 92,000 cars were sold). They were built with minor changes from the original model, starting in 1969, and were all largely based on the 1968 Dart GT (and GTS). For its last three years of production, a two-door upper trim level version of the Dart was sold as the Magnum, featuring the 318 in³ V8 engine used in all Dodge coupe and sedan models in Brazil. A unique fiberglass front fascia that included four headlights to give it a more modern look was used, while the rear end was very similar to the American Dart 1975 (the Dart model from the same year having been identical to the Swinger from USA).
Courtesy of the Clayton-Hamilton Orchestra, Cole projects her aura on to songs once recorded previously by great singers like Nina Simone, Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Dinah Washington, Peggy Lee, Carmen McRae, Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross, Frank Sinatra, and Nat "King" Cole. Natalie Cole's musical choices include songs that depict the various aspects of love—its joy, its sorrow, its loneliness, and its consolation. Included are two of Dinah Washington's gems -- "I Haven't Got Anything Better to Do" and the title track, "Ask a Woman Who Knows"—both songs about love gone wrong. Cole changes the tone of the set with great scatting on the up-tempo swinger "My Baby Just Cares for Me"; big band swing "It's Crazy," the hit by her father, Nat King Cole; and the soulful "I'm Glad There Is You," which features Roy Hargrove on flugelhorn.
The single featured two new songs, "Joy" and "Let's Have A War" (a cover of a song by Fear), as well as a "Darwin Goodman" remix of Infested – Darwin from naturalist/evolutionary scientist Charles Darwin and Goodman from legendary big band clarinetist Benny Goodman. The remix sampled Goodman's performance of swinger Louis Prima's big band standard "Sing, Sing, Sing (With a Swing)" and featured a different, swing-inspired drumbeat. In 1995, producer John Fryer (Nine Inch Nails, Gravity Kills) was tapped to produce their third record, Telepathic Last Words, as it featured more electronic-edged material. Soon after, the band found support in Dallas radio icon Redbeard who promoted the album weeks ahead of release on Dallas radio station Q102, including heavy airplay of "New Maps", which was scheduled to be the lead single from Telepathic Last Words.

Making his professional debut in 2004, Damian Steele teamed with AJ Steele in one of his earliest matches in the promotion to challenge GCW Tag Team Champions Sonny Siaki and David Young on October 14, 2004. The following month, he was selected by AJ Steele as his new partner after he and Bull Buchanan, then reigning GCW Tag Team Champions, had split up. Steele had beaten Buchanan in a singles match to win that right. The two successfully defended the tag team titles against Sonny Siaki & David Young and Bull Buchanan and The Grappler before losing the belts to Elix Skipper and John Bogie in Columbus, Georgia on December 25, 2004. They briefly regained the titles from Glenn Gilbertti and Johnny Swinger on February 12, 2005 before losing to Sonny Siaki and The Wrestler a little over two weeks later.

Orsini, who had previously sent a video tape of her wrestling matches to Extreme Championship Wrestling, was hired by promoter Paul Heyman and began appearing as The Prodigette managing the stable Sideshow Freaks which included Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger, The Muskateer, Tom Marquez and Bilvis Wesley. Feuding with Jazz, she also confronted male wrestlers including Jerry Lynn who put her in a piledriver at her last appearance at the ECW Arena. Staying with the promotion until its close in 2001, she was forced to miss the last house show after being severely injured in a car accident. Although doctors had told Orsini that she had suffered a career-ending injury, she successfully returned to wrestling within six months and later won the PGWA Championship from Susan Green, she dedicated her victory to the memory of her trainer Liz Chase who died earlier that year.
All About Jazz reviewer Mark Sullivan called it "Another very enjoyable recording from the ever-reliable trumpeter" and said, "Here's hoping for many more small group projects from him. This quartet certainly deserves another recording date". In The Guardian, John Fordham wrote "Rava’s Miles-inspired lyricism and tone control on slow music often takes centre stage in his work, but though the softly meditative "Space Girl" (with its distant intimations of drum uprisings that don't materialise), or the wistful "Sola" and "Overboard" show that side of him, the blurted Ornette Coleman-like flurries of "Infant" or "Happy Shades", the guitar-driven swinger "Cornette", or the soft bop "F Express", over the excellent Enrico Morello's bustling brushwork, represent effortlessly inventive uptempo jazz playing. The closing "Frogs", with its upwardly scuttling two-horn melody over guitar and bass vamps and its rattling drumwork, is the tour de force".
When most of Earth's costumed adventurers, including the then-core membership of the Avengers and Fantastic Four, seemingly died battling Onslaught, Baron Helmut Zemo recruited Jenkins and a number of other villains to trick the world into believing they were heroes called the Thunderbolts. Jenkins adopted the guise of "MACH-1". He was the first member of the team to do something because it was right rather than because it benefited the plan, providing Spider-Man with evidence to clear his name after an android framed the web-swinger for a series of thefts after the two were forced to fight the rest of the Thunderbolts under mind-control and Spider-Man saved Jenkins' life.Spider-Man Team-Up #7 Zemo's plan ultimately failed, but when Jenkins and other members began to enjoy the adulation and personal satisfaction from being heroes, they decided to try making the Thunderbolts a legitimate team.

Near the end of the match, Lynn hit a cradle piledriver to Kazarian and covered him for the pinfall but Sabin broke up the pinfall and then Lynn and Swinger continued to brawl on the floor, allowing Sabin to hit a Future Shock on Kazarian to win the match and unify the International Cruiserweight Championship into the X Division Championship. Next, Shane Douglas made his WWA debut and insulted the crowd and Sabu on the question if Extreme Championship Wrestling was built around Sabu or himself. He then claimed that he would beat Sabu but Joe E. Legend appeared and stopped Douglas from competing against Sabu and volunteered to take his place against Sabu and Douglas then provided color commentary for the match while Legend competed against Sabu in the predominant match. Near the end of the match, Sabu hit an Arabian Facebuster to Legend for the win.
Rock and Roll Night Club combines elements of American soul, chopped and screwed music, glam rock, 1950s rock and roll, garage rock, new wave and Captured Tracks' signature jangle guitar pop sound. Pitchforks Evan Minsker opined that, lyrically, "it's probably safe to assume that at least 80% of Night Club is laced with a meta joke that nobody's in on except DeMarco," and No Ripcord described his performance on the record as resembling a "hopelessly romantic swinger." DeMarco himself said Rock And Roll Night Club was a joke as well, saying that he was being "intentionally sketchy" in making what Elliot Sharp of the official site for Red Bull described as "over-the- top", "conceptual", "kooky", and overall "a trashy, sleazy rock album that celebrated rock's trashy, sleazy core." DeMarco's vocals on the first rough half of Rock and Roll Night Club were analyzed to be an impersonation of Elvis Presley.
Francis Dodd Admiral Sir Henry Harvey Bruce KCB MVO (8 May 1862 – 14 September 1948) was a British Royal Navy officer. Bruce was born in Stoke Damerel, Devonport, Devon, the son of Commander Sir Thomas Bruce, who later became Superintendent of Packets at Dover. He followed his father into the Navy as a Cadet at HMS Britannia in 1875. His first sea service was in HMS Black Prince, flagship of the Channel Squadron and the second ironclad battleship in the Royal Navy. He then joined the frigate HMS Raleigh in the Mediterranean as a Midshipman, followed by HMS Monarch, the first turret ship, from November 1879, taking part in the Anglo-Egyptian War of 1882. He was promoted Sub-Lieutenant in June 1882, went to the Royal Naval College, Greenwich in August 1882, and in 1883 was appointed to the gunboat HMS Swinger in Australia.
Brian Mansfield wrote of the album in AllMusic that "Weak material weighs down Chesnutt's third release, though he still sings them like the most romantic western swinger since George Strait." He praised the title track for its string section, but criticized the uptempo material as being inferior to "Bubba Shot the Jukebox" and "Old Flames Have New Names". Nash felt that the album was "class-A honky-tonk, ballad, and Texas swing, delivered by a guy whose instincts are usually as sure as his pitch", but criticized the lyrics of the closing track "The Will". Also in 1993, Chesnutt won two awards from the Country Music Association: the Horizon Award, and Vocal Event of the Year for George Jones' 1992 single "I Don't Need Your Rockin' Chair", which featured Chesnutt as one of several guest vocalists and was awarded to all participants on the song.

This made him highly popular amongst young Hispanic Americans particularly in the urban centres of Los Angeles and New York where Pagán made a significant cultural impact.
Born in Covington, Virginia, the , , Lemon was known as "Bob" before he signed with MLB. He signed originally with the Cleveland Indians (becoming known as Jim Lemon to avoid confusion with pitcher Bob Lemon) but he never won a regular job with Cleveland; indeed, he was a "late-bloomer" who required several trips to the minor leagues before finally winning a regular berth with the 1956 Senators at the age of 28. A free-swinger who three times led the American League in striking out, Lemon and his teammates benefitted from new Washington owner Calvin Griffith's decision to move the left field fences closer to home plate in the Senators' cavernous ballpark, Griffith Stadium. Lemon smashed 27 homers in 1956, also leading the league in triples, then followed with 26 (1958), 33 (1959) and 38 (1960). He twice compiled over 100 runs batted in and became a favorite of U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower after Eisenhower attended Lemon's 3-home-run performance at Griffith Stadium in 1956.
Impact Wrestling, then known as NWA: Total Nonstop Action, had their own variation of the WarGames match known as the "Wednesday Bloody Wednesday" Steel Cage match. The single ring was surrounded by a large single steel cage with poles attached to the ring posts measured about five to six feet above the turnbuckles, with single chains wrapped from and hanging on the poles to various points on the ring itself with many weapons hanging from and attached to steel chains above itself but followed the rules of War Games match in that two wrestlers from both teams started the match, and after ninety seconds another wrestler would enter. The only way to win is by pinfall or submission. The first and only "Wednesday Bloody Wednesday" Steel Cage match was contested on September 3, 2003 between a team of AJ Styles, Shane Douglas, Christopher Daniels, Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger and a team of Jeff Jarrett, Raven, D'Lo Brown, Chris Harris and James Storm.
Four overs into the morning, Ashley Giles returned what could arguably be said to be his most useful contribution of the match, having Brett Lee run out for 8. However, the always defensive Jason Gillespie proved too difficult to get out for England, Harmison menacing him with bouncers and yorkers but not managing it, and it was the quietly toiling Jones who finally got his reward with an away-swinger that crashed into Gillespie's off stump – after having a number of catches dropped, one especially simple one by namesake Geraint. Glenn McGrath and Katich continued with a partnership of 43, as England was set what would be a world record 420 to win. They started positively, riding their luck and good favour with the umpires – a number of lbw appeals were turned down both before and after tea – as Strauss and Trescothick paired up for 80 for the first wicket before Strauss edged a classic paceman's short ball from Lee back into the bowler's waiting hands.

Konnan returned to TNA on February 12, 2003 and formed a short-lived villainous alliance, the Authentic Luchadores, with fellow Hispanic wrestlers Juventud Guerrera, Super Crazy and The S.A.T.(Spanish Announce Team). The stable feuded with Jerry Lynn until April 2, 2003, when Lynn claimed that he had been heavily influenced by lucha libre and that he respected his Mexican opponents, thus earning the friendship of Konnan. Throughout May and June 2003, Konnan began teaming with B.G. James and Ron Killings, and in July 2003 the trio formed a heroic alliance known as the 3Live Kru. The Kru first wrestled as a unit on August 13, 2003, defeating The New Church (Sinn, Vampire Warrior and Tempest). On November 26, the Kru defeated Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger and Glenn Gilberti in a six-man tag team match with the vacant NWA World Tag Team Championships on the line. Jim Laker had a temperature and sore throat, but came on to bowl with Mortimore, but neither off-spinner could get the ball to turn like Benaud's wrist spin, which usually had an advantage in Australia. McDonald was now comfortable and was using his favourite cut stroke to make runs, but Neil Harvey was not comfortable against the faster bowling and Trueman had him caught by Roy Swetman off a beautiful out-swinger. Norm O'Neill came in to bat and on "a good day for batting and with an appreciative crowd in attendance I felt like a million", but was caught by Colin Cowdrey in the gully off Fred Trueman for a first ball duck. Four years later in the Second Test on the same ground he was dismissed in exactly the same manner for another first ball duck.p95, Freddi This left Australia 83/3, but McDonald (133) added 71 with Ken Mackay (23) and 53 with Alan Davidson (17), who was bowled for Mortimore's first Test wicket. McDonald fell to Laker (4/92) at 209/6 and England were still in the game.
