Williams has a heavy influence into the development of the comic and many of the controversial strips involving race or racism have been co-written by Williams.Darkness! ;Grendel: Grendel is a friend of Shin-Goji and Space Hojo, he shows up around the end of Season 4.Grendel's debut A member of the Stormtrooper 501st, he is only seen in his traditional armor and helmet. He serves as a bigger lecher than any of the other Toxic Pirates.

Accuracy of the measurement is limited by the accuracy and stability of the reference source. When her dentist, Dr. Bruce Fleckstein, is found murdered, Judith sees the possibility of a story that she might be able to sell to the newspaper's editor, maybe even get her old job back. Judith might have been the last person to see Fleckstein alive, which makes detective David Suarez consider her both a possible witness and a suspect. Fleckstein was a lecher and a louse.

Set in the 1930s, the story is a distillation of the Dragon Lady seductress stereotype and of the ruthless Mongols who threaten the West. The plot function of the aging lecher Pandarus in Chaucer's and Shakespeare's famous works has given rise to the English terms a pander (in later usage a panderer), from Chaucer, meaning a person who furthers other people's illicit sexual amours; and to pander, from Shakespeare, as a verb denoting the same activity. A man with no unsavoury habits, Bufan's biggest pastime is fishing which he does every weekend in the company of friends like Ma Shiyou (nicknamed Black Horse), Gao Liguo (nicknamed Grey Hound), and Bai Maolin (nicknamed White Fur). They usually go angling in the open seas or by the beach and would give the fish away. Of the lot, Black Horse is a lecher, Grey Hound had been unsuccessful in many match- making sessions and doesn’t dare to express his feelings for Xiulan (his colleague) even though he is enamoured with her, and the effeminate White Fur is uninterested in women. They usually tease Bufan for being the most “normal” one psychologically.

The Governor is a 1977 New Zealand docudrama television miniseries on Sir George Grey, co-produced by TV One and the National Film Unit, with Grey played by English actor Corin Redgrave. There are six parts, screened from Sunday 2 October 1977; the series has not been rescreened as TV One omitted to obtain repeat rights. The series is about Sir George Grey as Governor of New Zealand from 1845–53 and 1861–68. In the nineteenth century he was both Governor and (later) Prime Minister of New Zealand, and Governor of South Australia and Governor of the Cape Colony. Neville describes him as “a Victorian gentleman, a drug addict (he used laudanum) and a lecher”.

By the time of their second album Sin City in 1998, Genitorturers had gained a notable reputation with their flamboyant BDSM-themed shows resulting in the band appearing in various television features in the USA; including VH1, Fox News, Hard Copy, HBO's Real Sex and Playboy TV's Sexcetera. The Flesh is the Law EP includes the track "Lecher Bitch", which was also included in the November 2004 video game Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. After the death of his wife Princess Kinshi, Morosuke married Princess Gashi, and when she died Princess Yasuko, all of whom were daughters of Emperor Daigo, thus further deepening his ties with the imperial line. Because he had affairs with and then married three different imperial princesses, Morosuke may have been the model for a character in the Utsubo Monogatari, the ultimate lecher, Fujiwara no Kanemasa. In 960 Morosuke was laid out by illness, and according to the customs of the day attempted to cut his hair and take the tonsure, but Emperor Murakami sent a messenger to dissuade him. Even so, his sickness worsened, and on May 29 he cut off his hair, only to die two days later on May 31, 960, at the age of 53.

On 28 October 1897, Dr. Otto Lecher, Delegate for Brünn, spoke continuously for twelve hours before the Abgeordnetenhaus ("House of Delegates") of the Reichsrat ("Imperial Council") of Austria, to block action on the "Ausgleich" with Hungary, which was due for renewal. Mark Twain was present, and described the speech and the political context in his essay "Stirring Times in Austria." In the Southern Rhodesia Legislative Assembly, Independent member Dr Ahrn Palley staged a similar filibuster against the Law and Order Maintenance Bill on 22 November 1960, although this took the form of moving a long series of amendments to the Bill, and therefore consisted of multiple individual speeches interspersed with comments from other Members. Palley kept the Assembly sitting from 8 PM to 12:30 PM the following day.

He was also instrumental in the launch of the Portsmouth International String Quartet Competition in 1979 (from 1988 the London International String Quartet Competition), of which he was joint artistic director with Yehudi Menuhin. Neaman also gave his support to the Musicians Benevolent Fund (now Help Musicians) and the Myra Hess Trust, the Worshipful Company of Musicians and the UK branch of the European String Teachers Association ESTA, which he founded in 1973 alongside Jack Bornoff, Wallis Hunt, Nannie Jamieson, Robert Masters, Yehudi Menhuin and Max Rostal at an open meeting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Yfrah Neaman was Vice-Chairman of the organisation for 25 years and was made an Honorary Vice- Chairman in 1999. Among Yfrah Neaman's students were Krzysztof Smietana, David Takeno, Masayuki Kino, Wolfgang David, Simon Fischer, Norman Foxwell, Drew Lecher, Vanya Milanova, Eugene Sarbu, Takashi Shimizu, Valantine Stephanov, Paul de Keyser, Sherban Loupu, Sung-Sic Yang, Gennady Filimonov, Mark Knight, Mona Kodama, Todor Nikolaev, Mihai Craioveanu, Miroslaw Bojadzijew and Radoslaw Szulc.

All three series shared common themes and the multiple characters – performed by just several actors – were often outrageously grotesque and bizarre. Põldroos' characters included Uuno Nisu/Nisu Unn, an alcoholic World War II veteran who fought for Germany and burned Adolf Hitler's corpse in 1945; Maali, a sadistic mother-in-law; Aiku, a teenage rullnokk (an Estonian hoodlum, akin to a chav); Eints, a comedian; Feeliks Raudjalg/Lieutenant colonel Ivanov, a lecher who pretends to be crippled and an Estonian freedom fighter who, in reality, was a spy for the KGB; and Inspektor Valdek Kukeke, a corrupt and incompetent policeman, among others. In 2007, Põldroos joined the cast of the comedy-parody series Täna Õhtul Leo Põld, which caused a measure of controversy, as the series lampooned the early-1980s Eesti Televisioon (ETV) children's television series Kõige suurem sõber; depicting some of the central characters from that series in adult-themed scenarios. Several episodes were filmed, but the series was not broadcast, due to objections from the public, Eesti Rahvusringhääling (Estonian Public Broadcasting) copyright violation claims, and Põldroos' death.
