The International Fleetstar is a series of trucks that was produced between 1962 and 1977 by International Harvester. Slotted above the Loadstar and below the Paystar and Transtar conventionals introduced after it, the Fleetstar was a heavy-duty truck; it was one of the first designed for vocational use. Using a conventional-cab configuration, the Fleetstar was available as both a straight truck and as a semitractor, with both single and tandem rear axles. Released during 1978 production, International Harvester introduced the S-series bus chassis alongside its conventional-cab counterpart. Replacing the bus chassis variant of the International Harvester Loadstar, the S-series chassis continued the use of the "Schoolmaster" product name. In a shift from being an adaptation of a truck chassis, the Schoolmaster was designed as a distinct model line intended solely for bus use. Viron Transportation Co., Inc. ("Viron" originates from "VIRgilio RONdaris") is related to the former Times Transit (because it is owned by their father Santiago Rondaris). The bus chassis variant of the International S series is a cowled bus chassis (conventional style) that was produced by International Harvester (later Navistar International) from 1978 to 2004. Produced primarily for school bus applications, the chassis was also produced for other applications, including commercial-use buses and cutaway-cab buses. In addition, the cowled chassis formed the basis for front-engine and rear-engine stripped chassis produced for bus applications. After World War Two NAC continued to rely on prewar 'tailwheel' types of aircraft. Both the high-speed twin-engine 10 seat Lockheed Model 10 Electra and the 15 seat Lockheed Loadstar were used, along with the slower British built de Havilland Rapide/Dominie and single-engine Fox Moth. All three twin-engine types could operate into all airports while the Rapide and Fox Moth could land on remote beaches on the West Coast as well as some lighthouse station airstrips. The de Havilland Dominie operated until 1963.

Bess Lyon produced eight foals between 1865 and 1877, including four full-siblings to Gamos: the fillies Loadstar and Marriage (sent to South Africa in 1875) and the colts Libertine and King George. In the later part of 1867, Bess Lyon and Gamos were sold for £600 to William Blenkiron, who owned the Middle Park Stud in Kent. Improvements were introduced, such as rear and side screens to protect the wild game and drivers, and lighting systems. New variants were also created, such as the Loadstar III, a three-wheeled Tote Gote for use in warehouses and plant nurseries; a street-based model called the Collegiate for use on college campuses; a minibike called the Mini Gote; and a shaft driven series call the NOVA. After producing Tote Gotes for thirteen years, the Bonham Company closed in 1970 and sold its remaining stock of parts. A community of Tote Gote enthusiasts is still active.

These trucks were reliable, easily fixed and maintained, and offered a low cost heavy truck for those looking in this market area. The construction and heavy duty market also got its version of the Fleetstar with a special Construction package, but these were eclipsed by the smaller Loadstar and larger Paystar series of trucks. Many older Fleetstar trucks got a second lease on life after over the road trucking by being converted to everything from stake beds to van bodies to dump trucks. Nowadays it is using and mostly relying on its newer rebodied Mitsubishi Fuso, Hino RF, Mercedes Benz and King Long buses. Their Loadstar and S-Series coaches were stored at Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, in front of Dominion Bus Line's Terminal (owned by his sister Virginia Rondaris- Mendoza); and were recently sold to a collector for about PhP60,000 per bus. It has expanded to the first district of the province and beyond; and has occupied the former Times Transit compound in Vigan (near the ISECO Vigan Sub-Office, behind Mira Hills) after Times' collapse, and serves as its terminal there.

In the late 80s, Pasvil soon was allegedly taken over by government-favored operators and went bankrupt. The Pascual and the Villegas owners opted out of the merger and put back on the road their old Isuzu, IH Loadstar and Ford buses sporting their old livery. The IHC S series was produced in a number of variants for a wide variety of applications, including straight trucks, semitractors, vocational trucks, and severe-service trucks. Additionally, the S series was produced in other body configurations, including a four-door crew cab, cutaway cab, cowled chassis, and a stripped chassis (primarily for school buses).

Scene World has also been one of the few disk magazines to actively seek individuals that do not fit into the specific software cracking or demo scene subcultures that most other disk magazines focus on. As a result, it has been able to conduct interviews with numerous non-Commodore-related computer industry pioneers. Additionally, Scene World partnered with fellow disk magazine Loadstar (ISSN 0886-4144) in 2003 for a "Wild West" cross-promotion. Scene World currently utilizes an all-volunteer editorial staff of 20, and produces two issues of the disk magazine per year, generally in summer and winter, with video interviews scheduled to coincide with the disk magazine releases.

Some of the initial ideas for album tracks, such as "Eat My Tears", were created as early as 2010. "Losing You" was another of the first to be produced. The duo produced probably "over 100 tracks" since the album concept came about, but only a few made the final cut. In May 2012, the album was considered "finished" and due for October 2012 release, but the release was pushed forward to May 2013 after more tracks were produced for it. Speaking about the album, Nick said the following: > “We’ve had time to really go deep into our ideas and fine tune how we wanted > to present the album. It’s about finding the balance between the dancefloor > D&B; that people know us for and trying to show a different side to us like > our deeper material, the dubstep stuff, even hip-hop influences. That’s why > it’s taken so long to get it right. Loadstar has been a journey of discovery > for us.
