Followed, in 2007, by the addition of a new auxiliary gym, fresh tennis courts, pool and auditorium remodeling, the additions of two Biology rooms, and a significant enlargement of the band and choir department. The Ozark Mountain Daredevils played a concert at Shawnee Mission North on February 21, 1973, prior to the release of their first album in December of that year.
Due to misunderstandings, Konatsu initially designed Rune as a male character. Munisix had imagined Rune as looking "girly", wearing a skirt and having long, black hair. However, when Konatsu redid the design, elements of the original male design remained, with Rune being given pigtails and pants, which Munisix later said that he preferred over his original concept. Some locations that did not exist in the original draft, such as the Zhevitz family manor, were added to the story late during the game's production when Alice in Dissonance was low on money.
Fischinger requested to be let out of his contract and left Paramount. Several years later, with the help of Hilla von Rebay and a grant from the Museum of Non- Objective Painting (later The Guggenheim), he was able to buy the film back from Paramount. Fischinger then redid and re-painted the cels and made a color version to his satisfaction which he then called Allegretto. According to biographer William Moritz, this became one of the most-screened and successful films of visual music's history, and one of Fischinger's most popular films.
After speaking with city officials, the first work session was held in October 1998. The project was assisted by the D&SNG;'s Museum Curator Jeff Ellingson who redid the lettering and also evaluated #315s overall condition. Later on the SJLS' Board of Directors decided the project would be too big to perform under the club name, and formed the 315 Committee. Later in 1999, the Committee reconsidered the end goal of the restoration and also decided to reorganize as a Non-Profit Organization under the name of the Durango Railroad Historical Society.
Indeed, Pietro had returned to Italy that year with a retinue of Germans, whose names are recorded with specific reference to their cities. Pietro may have inquired about a cycle of frescoes executed by Giovanni for the Venetian Giovanni Cornaro: this work is referenced in the contract of 1437. In 1444 Pietro commissioned Giovanni da Firenze to make the current font for the baptistry; Giovanni also repaved the interior and redid the tombs.Howard Saalman (1987), "Carrara Burials in the Baptistery of Padua," The Art Bulletin, 69(3), 384, and see figures 9 and 10.
During their time together, Graham and the band recorded a few songs together, and Graham completely disappeared. In an attempt to get Graham to resurface, Brock took the recordings to Sub Pop Records, redid them in the studio, and had them released as Sharpen Your Teeth. A follow-up is highly unlikely due to contractual obligations Brock has with Modest Mouse's label Epic Records. It has since been revealed that Brock fabricated the story himself, using Ugly Casanova as a method of writing music whilst not being recognized instantly as Modest Mouse.
Aware of the historic significance of the house, she became active in early local preservation efforts, and encouraged her caretaker, a Danish stonemason, to do some restoration work. He redid the walls (particularly the joints, removing any trace of earlier efforts) and the chimneys and fireplaces. Laura also had him build a new staircase inside, and remove the plaster ceilings to restore a more authentic original appearance to the house. In 1944, she sold the rest of the property save the two acres (8,000 m²) around the house.
During the same year she also participated in both Symphony in C and Magrittomania where was a soloist and played a role of Aegina in Spartacus. In 2005 she joined John Neumeier's A Midsummer Night's Dream where she played a role of Hermia. Later on, she redid the same Symphony in 2008 and participated in the Christopher Wheeldon's Misericordes. Prior to all of it, in 2001 she played in Yuri Grigorovich's adaptation of the Swan Lake called Three Swans and next year did the same in a play called Odette-Odile which was another adaptation.
United States District Court, Central District of California. Case No. CV 91 6426 HLH (Tx), (4 April): 64 pp Tabayoyon's account of the planting of the meadow was supported by another former Scientologist, Maureen Bolstad, who said that a couple of dozen Scientologists including herself were put to work on a rainy night through dawn on the project. "We were told that we needed to plant a field and that it was to help Tom impress Nicole...but for some mysterious reason it wasn't considered acceptable by Mr. Miscavige. So the project was rejected and they redid it".
Home to The Amazing Real Live Food Co., the creamery was founded in 2007 and is run by brother, Rory Chase, who redid a barn built in the 1930s by his grandfather in order to make a cheese making plant and aging cave. Chaseholm crafts a number of different styles of cheese, most out of the French tradition. The milk from their own cows is used to make seven types of artisan cheeses. The seven current cheeses are Alpag Gruyere, Chaseholm Camembert, Moonlight Chaource, Probiotic Herbed Farmer's Cheese, a spicy Queso Blanco, an herbal Queso Blanco, and Stella Vallis Tomme.
Tyrone were allowed to keep the cup, even though they had earlier been deducted points for exactly the same offence, though not enough to prevent them from winning their group and eliminate them from the competition. In the 2008 semi-finals Donegal defeated Armagh and Tyrone defeated Monaghan. The Ulster Council had earlier declared UUJ as semi-finalists in place of Monaghan but they later redid their calculations correctly. The tournament also saw former Fermanagh star Rory Gallagher make a substitute appearance and score a late point for Cavan in their victory over Queen's University Belfast.
Beardsley complained to Robbie Ross: "For one week the numbers of telegraph and messenger boys who came to the door was simply scandalous". Wilde redid much of the translation himself, but, in a gesture of reconciliation, suggested that Douglas be dedicated as the translator rather than credited, along with him, on the title-page. Accepting this, Douglas, somewhat vainly, likened a dedication to sharing the title-page as "the difference between a tribute of admiration from an artist and a receipt from a tradesman". In 1894, Douglas came and visited Oscar Wilde in Worthing, much to the consternation of the latter's wife Constance.
Principal photography took place on the island of Fårö (including Langhammars, with its rauks in the background, and Bergman's property at Hammars) and at Råsunda Studios in Stockholm. Shooting began on 19 July 1965 and wrapped by 15 September. Ullmann described the initial Stockholm shoot as marred by awkward performances and unprepared direction; the crew opted to retreat to Fårö, where Bergman found a house to shoot in. Fårö's weather was ideal during shooting; the crew redid much of the footage filmed in Stockholm, recreating the summer house on the Stockholm set and using a Fårö museum as the hospital.
According to Kreuger, Mahin and producer Arthur Freed introduced the plot device of keeping the lovers Magnolia Hawks and Gaylord Ravenal young to the end, rather than having a passage that showed them forty years older, as in the original stage musical. He wrote Quo Vadis (1951) for MGM and My Son John (1952) for Leo McCarey. He redid his Red Dust script as Mogambo (1953) for Gable and John Ford, and worked on another melodrama in the tropics, Elephant Walk (1954). In 1955 a play he wrote with Patsy Ruth Miller, Don Ella, played at UCLA.
Keys said that while recording the song she wanted to make sure she got the hook right explaining, "I did try it a couple of times, but it was more about capturing the kind of grand feeling of it. With the way I sang it the first time, I was actually kind of sick, and I knew that he needed the record, so I was like, 'Let me get to it.'" Keys had been congested when she first recorded the vocals and redid them after Jay-Z wasn't satisfied with her original take. "I came back and revisited it so that it could be what it is now", Keys added.
In 1943, Oswald Theodore Avery and a team of scientists discovered that traits proper to the "smooth" form of the Pneumococcus could be transferred to the "rough" form of the same bacteria merely by making the killed "smooth" (S) form available to the live "rough" (R) form. Quite unexpectedly, the living R Pneumococcus bacteria were transformed into a new strain of the S form, and the transferred S characteristics turned out to be heritable. Avery called the medium of transfer of traits the transforming principle; he identified DNA as the transforming principle, and not protein as previously thought. He essentially redid Frederick Griffith's experiment.
In 2015, Ulster County gave the village of Ellenville a million dollars for various local projects after it was passed over by the state as a casino site following a 2014 amendment to the state constitution that allowed casinos at several state locations. Of that money, $100,000 was allocated to restoring the Hunt Building. A little over one-third was used to shore up the main portico, while the rest went to refinishing the interior, although two rooms remain to be redone. The Hunt Memorial Building Commission, which the village set up to operate the building, installed a new roof and redid the flooring and the windows.
In phases one and two of the Facade Renewal Project, windows were replaced, walls were insulated, and stonework was reinforced on the third and fourth floors of the building. In phases three and four, construction was focused on the building's first and second floors. Here, crews removed existing stonework, installed an accessible ramp to the school's entrance on University Avenue, and redid the school's front entrance. Inside the building, the centre staircase that existed between the first and second floor has been removed to make way for the creation of modern administrative office space on the second floor to provide a new and improved area for the administrative staff.
He redid the main theme about seven times through the music production due to this need to reassess the game. The main theme was initially recorded using orchestra, then Sakimoto removed elements such as the guitar and bass, then adjusted the theme using a synthesizer before redoing segments such as the guitar piece on their own before incorporating them into the theme. The rejected main theme was used as a hopeful tune that played during the game's ending. The battle themes were designed around the concept of a "modern battle" divorced from a fantasy scenario by using modern musical instruments, constructed to create a sense of atonality.
Knight recorded her lead vocal in one take at MoWest Studios, with parts of the background by the group already done. The group then headed back from Los Angeles to Detroit but while in their car, Bubba Knight recounted that them singing the song prompted them to return to the studio to add more to the background, while Gladys redid her lead vocal. During this time period, the group's contract was up for renewal in the winter of 1973. The group eventually refused to renew it after failing to get Motown to renew their contract in "good faith" and eventually asked to be released from their contract.
Pandey started his career at the Danapore Block Hospital, a suburb near Patna city, and continued there for one year. While working at the block hospital, he married Padma, a student of Patna Science College, in 1975. Disillusioned with the work at the block hospital, which consisted of mainly vasectomies, Narendra Kumar Pander moved to London, in 1976, when he got an opportunity for further studies in the city. The move to London opened more opportunities to Pandey and he redid his internship at the Ashford Hospital, London, in surgery, and at the Aberystwyth District General Hospital and North Devon District Hospital, in orthopedics.
The religious congregation received the approval of the Bishop of Vic Llucià Casadevall i Duran on 17 March 1950. After Soler's death the order received the papal approval of Pope Leo XIII in 1897. Soler drafted the constitution of the order in 1850 and redid it in 1871; this was approved after his death in 1888. In 1871 Soler died as he said Mass at the time of the consecration of the Eucharist; at that point he leaned over and fell which led to the archpriest of the parish tending to him and ending the Mass at once to the alarm of those in attendance.
Jaws: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack for Jaws was released on LP by MCA in 1975, and as a CD in 1992, including roughly a half-hour of music that John Williams redid for the album. In 2000, two versions of the score were released: one in a re-recording of the entire Jaws score by Royal Scottish National Orchestra conducted by Joel McNeely, and another to coincide with the release of the 25th anniversary DVD by Decca/Universal, featuring the entire 51 minutes of the original score. In 2005, it was ranked No.6 in AFI's 100 Years of Film Scores, a list which compiles the greatest American film scores.
The flexible deck idea was found to be technically feasible but was abandoned, as the weight of carrier aircraft increased and there were always doubts about the ability of an average pilot to land in this way. The Type 508 was subsequently developed into a conventional carrier aircraft, the Supermarine Scimitar. The US Navy evaluated a shore-based flexible deck made by Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. using two modified Grumman F9F-7 Cougars. Three US pilots had participated in the British flexible deck trials at Farnborough and the US Navy, despite liaison with the British, partially redid the Farnborough trials, with 23 landings at Patuxent River, before cancelling the project in March 1956 for similar reasons.
This was changed abruptly when the game was being pitched to Sega; they asked if it was a lengthy role-playing game, a genre they wanted for the Saturn due to ongoing competition with the PlayStation. To prevent the game being rejected, Kamitami said it was an role-playing game, and quickly redid his designs to replace the simulation aspects with action role-playing gameplay. Development began in late 1995 based on this revised concept, but the project ran into difficulties the following year when the company went bankrupt. While Kamitami tried going to Sega for direct funding, they were in the middle of negotiations for a possible merger with Bandai and declined to fund the project.
A few months later, he redid the song "24.000 baci" by Adriano Celentano for the movie Safe Sex created by Repas and Papathanasiou which is included in the movie soundtrack. The song reached the top of the charts after just a couple of days of release. In 2001 he moved to the independent Greek record label Nitro Music and released the album To Domatio which soon became platinum and the songs "To Domatio", "Dos Mou Fotia" and his duet with Notis Sfakianakis "Himonas Einai" became hits. After a two-year break, Dantis returned in May 2003 by signing with Sony Music Greece and with the album Ena Tragoudi Akoma composed entirely by Giorgos Theofanous.
It was first recorded on June 19, 1952, as a duet with Betty Hutton which was never released; Como and The Fontane Sisters with Michell Ayres' and his orchestra redid the song on September 9, 1952. This second recording was released as a 78 rpm single in the United States by RCA Victor Records (catalog number 20-4959, with the flip side My Lady Loves to Dance) and in the United Kingdom by HMV in January 1953 (catalog number B-10400, with the flip side Don't Let the Stars Get In Your Eyes). The US version reached #19 on the Billboard charts. Another recording was made by Como of the song on May 21, 1959.
He expanded the house and redid its exterior in the Gothic Revival style that characterized much of his own work; most of these were removed in the 1920s by a later owner in order to restore the house to something close to its original appearance. In 1982 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In the early 2000s it has been the subject of a dispute between the foundation which owns it and local history enthusiasts. The latter claim the head of the foundation is improperly using it as a residence and has not fully complied with Internal Revenue Service requirements that the house be open to the public as a museum.
I then redid all the cover art and designed a new insert for photos and info, Kevin did a take on the original Direction label, and we sent it all off for cutting, pressing and packaging to United Record Pressing in Nashville." He said: "It actually sounds good, if not better, than the original." For the previously unreleased 1976 album, McGough also took the single tape that existed of the unmixed recordings and transferred it to digital, while Marbeck succeeded in locating the multi-track tapes of "Vegas", the final song Waves recorded. Gash said: "They are the only multi-tracks we have of any of our material, and therefore the only song we had the opportunity to do an actual mix on.
The relationship between sound and silence is also taken advantage of in the way the audience is conditioned to associate the shark with its theme, which is exploited toward the film's climax when the shark suddenly appears with no musical introduction. Spielberg later said that without Williams's score the film would have been only half as successful, and according to Williams it jumpstarted his career. He had previously scored Spielberg's debut feature, The Sugarland Express, and went on to collaborate with the director on almost all of his films. The original soundtrack for Jaws was released by MCA Records on LP in 1975, and as a CD in 1992, including roughly a half hour of music that Williams redid for the album.
The film was Padmini's debut film as a lead actress. She had earlier worked as a child artist and as a supporting actress in Insaaf Ka Tarazu. The music, composed by Rahul Dev Burman with lyrics by Majrooh Sultanpuri, was successful, but the movie itself did not have the success associated with a Nasir Hussain production, with his last three films being major hits (Hum Kisise Kum Naheen, Yaadon Ki Baaraat and Caravan.) The film took scenes from all previous Nasir Hussain productions and redid them as a part of the story, including the train top song (song being different) from his first production Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai, the runaway girl from Caravan and the song contest from Hum Kisise Kum Naheen.
In 1727 Pedro de Ribera was commissioned to replace the Fountain of the Harpies, located in the Puerta del Sol, which had been projected a century earlier by Italian sculptor Rutilio Gaci. While the Madrilenian architect took some elements of the early fountain, completely redid the work of his predecessor, due to its deterioration. He opted for a slimmer and lower composition, on the line which, years later, would propose to the Fuente de la Fama, though much more restrained than this. Regarding the decor, is quite true that eliminated much of the ornaments designed by Gaci like the harpies, which were replaced by dolphins, but it is also true that kept many others, such as the masks with dispenser or the sculpture topping the set.
No buildings like the Cubist House were built in France, but the model did have an impact in Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic) then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, where architects wanted to show their independence from the Viennese style. In 1913 the Czech architect Pavel Janák was commissioned to reconstruct the facade of a large baroque house, the Fara House in the town of Pelhrimov in south Bohemia, in the cubist style. Janák redid the baroque facade by adding angular geometric forms similar to those on the model of the cubist house in Paris. Because of this quest for architectural independence from Austria, many art deco houses, mostly in the later more typical Deco style, are found in Prague and other cities in the Czech Republic.
In 1934, when new laws and attrition of mail contracts forced many airlines to reorganize, the corporation redid its routes into a connected system and was renamed American Airlines. Between 1970 and 2000, the company grew into being an international carrier, purchasing Trans World Airlines in 2001. American had a direct role in the development of the DC-3, which resulted from a marathon telephone call from American Airlines CEO C. R. Smith to Donald Douglas, when Smith persuaded a reluctant Douglas to design a sleeper aircraft based on the DC-2 to replace American's Curtiss Condor II biplanes. (The existing DC-2's cabin was wide, too narrow for side-by-side berths.) Douglas agreed to go ahead with development only after Smith informed him of American's intention to purchase 20 aircraft.
When the series was released as a trade paperback, Veitch redid the entire ending from scratch for the series. After Midnight Mink's confrontation with Father Dunn, Cody encounters the original Chippy outside the church; his injuries too severe for his healing factor to fix, he finally dies but gives Chippy his mask before he passes. Meanwhile, after being told that Midnight Mink allows his sidekicks to confess the abuse they endure at the hands of the heroes because he knows the priest can do nothing to save the young teens from the abuse, Father Dunn pulls out a gun and shoots Mink. Chippy responds by rescuing the hero and overseeing his recovery; going so far as to perform a blood transfusion, so his own healing factor can help speed up Mink's healing process.
Paesano subsequently wrote a more "songish" version of the main theme for the sequence, with a basic verse-chorus-verse structure, and instrumentation such as guitars and a drum kit to retain the feel and energy of the originally chosen song. Besides the main theme, Paesano tended to focus more on "a feel and a tone and a sound" rather than Star Wars-style motifs and "heavy, thematic, melodic elements". The approach for villain Wilson Fisk was to juxtapose "this big bullish threatening character" with "light and sparse and elegant" classical music. For when his "evil twisted side" shows through, Paesano "took classical pieces of music and I twisted them up and played them backwards or redid some of the harmony or put them through distortion and created a classical vibe but really mangled and twisted".
Minimum wage#Card and Krueger Critics of the analysis, including The Employment Policies Institute, noted that because Card and Krueger's research was based on informal headcounts acquired through telephone surveys, it could not be easily replicated. Subsequent analysis of these restaurants' payroll data records found that employment actually decreased by 4.6 percent after the minimum wage hike, and The Employment Policies Institute's findings were later verified by independent economists. This result would mean that the total amount of wages paid to minimum wage employees in the fast food industry in New Jersey increased 13.4 percent as a result of the increase in the minimum wage (employment declined 4.6 percent, but the minimum wage increased 18.8 percent, for a total change in wages paid of 13.4 percent). In 2000, Card and Krueger redid their study using a data set from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and reproduced their earlier conclusions.
Russian cosplayer Anna Moleva (right) had recreated the character of Elizabeth (left) so accurately that Irrational hired her to be their live-action Elizabeth, and slightly redid her in-game model to resemble Moleva. The official game cover was revealed by Irrational Games in early December 2012; the art featured DeWitt against a burning flag with some other elements of the game. Several journalists were critical of the art, with the lack of any major elements from the game including Elizabeth, and lacking any of the uniqueness that BioShock Infinite had set itself to be prior to this point, such as through the Game Informer Saturday Evening Post-inspired covers. Erik Kain of Forbes considered the art "generic", while Owen Good of Kotaku considered it both "bland" and "cliché"; Gieson Cacho of the San Jose Mercury News noted that the cover was reminiscent of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, down to the pose of DeWitt matching that of Nathan Drake.
Anderson's role as a servant was common for black leads in the popular media of that era, such as Ethel Waters in Beulah. The stereotyping of black characters was a standard practice in the entertainment business for generations, referencing minstrel shows, where white actors in blackface reinforced low stereotypes of laziness, ignorance, illiteracy, weakness for drinking, gambling, and carousing, and general unfitness for any position of responsibility. Jack Benny's broadcast on November 1, 1936, was entitled Doc Benny's Minstrel Show, in which the entire cast performed a minstrel show in a "black" dialect. They redid Doc Benny's Minstrel Show on March 3, 1942; the subsequent performance demonstrates the progression of race relations.Boskin, pp. 175–187. (Windows Media Player) Anderson with Jack Benny radio show cast, 1946 According to Jack Benny's posthumous autobiography, Sunday Nights at Seven, the tone of racial humor surrounding Rochester declined following World War II, once the enormity of The Holocaust was revealed.
Hearing it straight from God is what she needed for her head and heart to finally agree on the truth and release the lies she had believed. After this client session, Smith began to try this technique with other clients, asking Jesus to show them where he was in their memories of trauma and letting him tell them the truth they needed to hear. This process became the core tool of Theophostic and the foundation for the method Smith developed and trained others in. The name Theophostic comes from the Greek words theos meaning God, and phos meaning light. The goal of Theophostic is to shine God’s light on our dark and hurting places. In 2016 Theophostic rebranded as Transformation Prayer Ministry and totally redid their training material and re-launched it as an online training. They changed names to emphasize the transformation clients go through when God’s truth lights up their dark places. And streamlined the training to make it easier to learn. Dawna DeSilva and Teresa Liebscher are the founders of Sozo ministry, developed in the late 90s. In 1997 they learned a deliverance tool from Argentina called the Four Doors.
In 1988, they responded to a booming housing market in California by developing a survey of the expectations and attitudes of homebuyers in four cities: San Francisco, Anaheim (Orange County, CA), Milwaukee, and Boston. The survey showed that home buyers were knowledgeable about current conditions, they saw little or no risk in the housing market, they had very positive price expectations, they thought of housing as an investment, and they indicated they would hold out in a down market. In 2003, Case and Shiller redid the same survey and have repeated it every year since. Case, Shiller and Weiss also wrote a series of articles which proposed the establishment of futures and options markets in real estate (Case, Shiller and Weiss 1993).Karl E. Case, Robert J. Shiller and Allan N. Weiss "Index-Based Futures and Options Markets in Real Estate," Journal of Portfolio Management, 19(2) (Winter 1993): 83-91. Case wrote several papers which described the consequences of housing price booms and busts for regional economies and the distribution of income and wealth (Case and Cook 1989;Karl E. Case and Leah Cook, 1989 "The Distributional Effects of Housing Price Booms: Winners and Losers in Boston, 1980-89," New England Economic Review, issue May/June, pages 3-12.
