Founded in 1962, the school is divided into a pre- school, primary school and high school and offers playgroup through to Grade 12. Michael Oak Waldorf School is located in the suburb of Kenilworth and is a registered independent school.

Hinde, along with his second wife, Joan Stephenson-Hinde, conducted research using at-home questionnaires along with playgroup ethological observations to compare an individual child's interactions with his mother and the child's behavior during playgroup; they were able to establish consistency in the child's interactions over time. In addition, the studies established sex differences in the ways that children interacted with their mothers, their teachers, and their peers. Playpen is a playgroup to grade 12 English-medium school in Bashundhara Residential Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh that was established in 1977 by Zeba Khan. In 2001, Playgroup released the single, "Number One", an up- tempo disco dance song. The music video was computer animated and featured a tower PC which was transformed into a humanoid dancing robot during the song. The dancing PC performed various dance moves with disco to breakdance elements in a digital dance arena, complete with lighting effects. Among the moves are some signature ones of famous artists.

The Prince of Wales pub in Totham South was gutted by fire in 1990 with loss of historic features, but it has been rebuilt and reopened.

Battisford is a village and civil parish in the Mid Suffolk district of Suffolk, England. The village is about south of Stowmarket, and is directly alongside Wattisham Airfield. The main road which runs through Battisford is Straight Road, being very straight and over a mile long.

This change of heart cleared the way for further successful applications. Building at Valley Road went ahead and in 1964 Mr K. Riches obtained clearance to develop Orchard Way. Planning proposals and village growth increased the workload of the parish council, who found it necessary to hold monthly meetings. The needs of the growing village led to the formation of the Playgroup by Christine Morris and Jenny Harvey in 1968 with meetings twice weekly at the village hall.

Early Years was founded in 1965, when an inaugural meeting was held, attended by 25 people. The organisation was formed as NIPPA and established as part of PPA, the English Pre-School Playgroup Association. A year later, the first AGM and conference were held, offering members within the organisation the opportunity to meet and review the working year of the company in addition to participating in training activities. On the Main Street, the Village Hall is used by a variety of organisations including; Crossford Playgroup, Crossford Ladies Group, SWRI, Zumba classes, religious meetings, Crossford Community Council. The highlights of the social year in Crossford are probably the Children's Gala events held over the year to raise funds for the November Fireworks and the Gala Week, with daily events, each June. The Children's Gala has been held since 1955 and is organised by the Crossford Gala Committee for children from the village.
The school hosts its own pre-school facility, the Bluebird Pre-school Playgroup. In 2009, the school was an award holder in the schools section of the Clean Air Awards Scheme, under the auspices of Lincolnshire County Council. It was cited as a Flagship School for the Food for Life Partnership 2009–2010, achieving a bronze award, partly for its cookery club. In 2010 it won Best School Garden in the East Midlands and a gold medal with Britain in Bloom.
Icknield Walk First School is a larger than average first school located in Royston, Hertfordshire, England. It has approximately 335 registered students and has an overall 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating. The school runs the Rise and Shine Breakfast Club for its pupils and hosts both the Fair Play After School / Holiday Club and the Queens Road Playgroup. It is a member of the Royston Area Schools Partnership (RASP), which comprises the other seven first schools in Royston and the surrounding villages.
They failed and the choir won a special recognition award so David and his father, Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell), revealed Nicola's original plan so she was shunned by everyone. Playgroup Festival is a festival of contemporary performing arts that has taken place in both Kent and East Sussex in England. In addition to contemporary music, the festival has hosted comedy, cabaret and other arts and activities. Regarded as a minor event in British culture, the festival is inspired by the creative output of Sussex and Kent, especially the City of Brighton & Hove. The organising production company, most of the performing artists and the festival crew are all based in the City.

At the time of her release, Naomi Leong was three years old and had lived her entire life within the detention system. Over this period she allegedly became mentally disturbed, exhibiting various signs including bruises from banging her head against walls. She was also purported to suffer from severe separation anxiety. From March till May 2005, psychiatrist Dr. Michael Dudley orchestrated a campaign to allow Naomi to visit a local playgroup for three hours a week, for the sake of her mental health.
After a local family gifted the section to the community, it was built and opened in March 1986 with community-raised funds and council assistance. Established in 2008, it was chosen as one of the top kindergartens in Hong Kong by Asia Tatler in 2011.
Just to the north of Sparkford is Hazlegrove Preparatory School, which is an independent preparatory school for King's School, Bruton. In early 2011 the village hall once more became utilised for the purpose of a local playgroup. The Galhampton Pre-school re-located to Sparkford due to structural problems with Galhampton village hall. After a few years being located at Sparkford in Sept 2016 the Galhampton Pre-school closed its doors due to dwindling numbers applying to the Pre-school.
She also hosted two promotional videos for the Asia-Pacific Regional Network for Early Childhood in Beijing. This led her to direct “Sihuan Playgroup,” which won Best Overall Picture at Edutain Film Festival. Chang landed her first feature film lead role in the multiple award-winning Blood Hunters: Rise of the Hybrids written and directed by Vincent Soberano. Shortly after, she landed her second feature film lead role in the Chinese film Excellent Doctor from Hejian (2017) with director Sun Ai Guo.
The school had a nursery unit which was built during the 1960s, but it closed down and the building was incorporated into the new middle school in 1972. Mr Clifford Whitehouse retired in July 1977 after serving Cotwall End as head teacher of the Junior/Middle School for its first 15 years. Michael Harvey then spent a term as interim head teacher. When the secondary transfer age was reverted to 11 in September 1990, the building was taken over by a local playgroup.

On the last Monday of June the village holds its annual Bike Night on Upper Cassington village green. Several thousand motorcyclists fill the village to see a static display of hundreds of historic British motorcycles. St Peter's School, the Women's institute, the village's pre-school playgroup and a Scout troop from nearby Eynsham all raise funds from the event.
Merriott is a village and civil parish in Somerset, England, near the town of Crewkerne and west of Yeovil in the South Somerset district. The village has a population of 1,979. On Church Street, there is a well-preserved tithe barn, which is used by local organisations including the playgroup, badminton club and a Morris dancing side (Dr Turberville's Morris). The village is home to Merriott Rovers F.C. who play in the Perry Street and District League, spanning Somerset, Dorset and Devon.

Drysdale was interested in books and she read Sigmund Freud with some interest. In 1935 she found that she had a natural talent for child psychology as she worked at a playgroup. Her skills enabled her to control children without having to resort to punishments such as ignoring or excluding them. View towards Dingwall from Culbokie There is one school, a shop/post office, a public house (the Culbokie Inn) and Findon Hall Community Centre. Culbokie has a range of community and youth groups, including Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Badminton, Playgroup, Football and a Senior Citizens club. It is known for its spectacular scenery and its old world ambiance including an authentic water pump from the early 19th century. Since the mid-2000s, the village has expanded significantly and this has resulted in a mismatch of developments.
The village has a small number of facilities including a primary school, Ysgol Cynfran, accepting pupils from nursery age to 11; a convenience store; the mediaeval St. Cynfran's parish church (see below); the village hall; a playgroup; three parks, two telephone boxes, and two post boxes. There is now only one drinking establishment, also a restaurant- The Semaphore. A micro pub has been opened in the village recently. A Mobile Library run by Conwy Library Service also calls at the village every three weeks.

Leaena Tambyah (born Leaena Chelliah; 28 June 1937) is a special education advocate who founded Singapore's first school for children with multiple disabilities. The school was originally called the Handicapped Children's Playgroup, but went on to become the AWWA School. Tambyah also founded a programme called TEACH ME (Therapy and Educational Assistance for Children in Mainstream Education) to try to bring disabled children into mainstream schools, and to provide mobile therapy services to children whose families could not afford to bring them to a hospital.
Amy plans to return the toy but changes her mind and leaves. The occupant of the schoolhouse is Mr Martin Waldron, school caretaker since 2000. A full-time nursery opened in September 2007, the school's first such facility in 35 years. For the previous 13 years, the school had been served by a twice-weekly pre-school club called "Cotty Kitten", which was open to pupils in their final term prior to compulsory education and took place in various sections of the infant school. The playgroup which ran between 1990 and 2001 was not connected to the school.
Welsh language parent-and-toddler group Cylch Ti a Fi Y Felinheli and a Welsh- language playgroup Cylch Meithrin Y Felinheli currently serves the community with the support of Mudiad Ysgolion Meithrin. Ysgol Gynradd Y Felinheli provides Welsh-medium primary education to the village and the surrounding area. As of 2019, there were 189 pupils enrolled at the school. In terms of secondary education, the village is in the catchment area of three secondary schools, namely Ysgol Tryfan, Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen and Ysgol Friars.
Editor-in-chief Susan Kane led the successful repositioning of all three publications in the Babytalk franchise in 2005 – Babytalk, Babytalk Mom-to-Be, and Babytalk First Months. Under Kane's leadership, Babytalk garnered several industry awards, including a 2005 ASME National Magazine Award win in the Personal Service category for an article on breastfeeding. Beginning in 2005, Babytalk hosted "World's Biggest Playgroup" gatherings across the country. Aimed at new moms and their babies, this popular event features live kids' entertainment, music classes, valet stroller parking, raffles, giveaways, and photo opportunities.
Bunscoill Ghaelgagh In 1983 Bob Carswell began researching, revising and devising stories and rhymes for the Manx- language playgroup that was run by his first wife, Peg. Since 2006 he has been working as translator and creator of Manx language resources for the Bunscoill Ghaelgagh.‘Bunscoill Ghaelgagh’ website (accessed 8 May 2013) He also creates similar resources for Unnid Gaelgagh (Manx Language Unit). His role in non- classroom Manx education includes involvement in media projects such as Caarjyn as Fennee (children's cartoons) and producing YouTube broadcasts on aspects of culture.

The game started to spread as a meme through various social networks, mostly collegiate, in the late 1990s. Aaron Mandel, a former Madison resident, brought the game to Harvard University and started an active playgroup which changed the size of the cards to the more standard half-index dimensions ().
Borrowash Playgroup offers non-compulsory education to children aged between one and three, as does Ashbrook Nursery School but this is specifically for ages two to four. Ashbrook Infant and Junior Schools provide compulsory education at Key Stages 1 and 2 for children aged 4–11. For further educational facilities (non-fee paying), the closest secondary school is West Park in Spondon where, as of 2004, a sixth form no longer exists and consequently the closest provider of further education is Friesland School in Sandiacre. The nearest university is the University of Derby.
Asian College of Technology expanded its educational programs to the south of Cebu and Cebu City with the establishment of ACT - South Campus in 1992. At present, the Campus hosts the Integrated School composed of students from Preschool to Senior High School. The ACT Integrated School (ACT-IS) was established in 1996 to integrate the preschool (playgroup, nursery, and kindergarten), grade school and high school curricula. In 2006, the Asian College of Technology - International Educational Foundation (ACT-IEF) was incorporated for the establishment of additional colleges and diversification of curricular offerings.
Throughout its existence, Townsville's Saints Theodores Church has also been (and still continues to be) the central focus of activities contributing to the social and cultural aspects and well-being of Townsville's Greek Community. This includes the provision and fostering of an Ethnic Greek School, Greek Dancing School, Hellenic Youth Association, Greek Ladies' Auxiliary, Hellenic Senior Citizens, a Greek Orthodox Church Playgroup, and Debutante Balls through the Saints Theodores Parish of Townsville. The local Greek Community, as do many visitors, maintain that Townsville's Saints Theodores Church is the most beautiful Greek Orthodox Church in Australia.

Austrey is a vibrant and active village that has the benefit of a Village Shop / Post Office, C of E Primary School, Pre-School and a Playgroup. The village has two Church's, St Nicholas Church of England that dates back to the 13th century and an early-19th-century Baptist Church. The Bird in Hand 15th Century Thatched Pub and Village Hall (former Parochial School, erected 1850) are both well frequented. The area in and around Austrey has many equestrian (horse) livery yards and stables providing great facilities for equine enthusiasts.

Public houses in the area include the Minerstown Tavern (located 3 miles to the east along the coast) and The Four Roads Inn (2 miles from the village). The village was selected for an award from the Big Lottery Fund of £128,472 to provide a new children's playgroup area.Big Lottery Fund - Ballykinlar Visitors to Ballykinlar include walkers and hikers who wish to observe the coastline of County Down, and undertake the Ballykinlar to Killough walk which passes the Blue Flag beach at Tyrella. Ballykinlar is the site of a former British Army base known as Abercorn Barracks.
Tufnell Hall is home to the Little Waltham Sports and Social Club, which hosts the village football team as well as badminton. Tufnell Hall has a main hall which is used by the Montessori Nursery School during term times (see Education) and is available for hire for functions, plus a separate bar area open to members and visitors. The Memorial Hall is used by the village playgroup and is also used as the polling station for elections. The United Reformed Church also has a smaller hall which is primarily used for church functions plus the Applepips nursery school.
Their first CD, titled First CD, sold over 1000 copies. They released a second album, Toe Jam Dance Party, in 2003, and a third, Toe Jam in Outer Space, in 2008. They have received a grant from the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children for their Creative Arts Playgroup, and proceeds from the sale of their first CD went to the MSPCC. H5 is a French design and animation studio founded by Ludovic Houplain and Antoine Bardou-Jacquet in 1994. Under Houplain's art direction, H5's work can mostly be found in the fields of music videos (visuals for Air, Super Discount, Etienne de Crécy, Röyksopp, Le Tone, Alex Gopher, Darkel, Cosmo Vitelli and Demon) and luxury advertising (Dior, Cartier, Hugo Boss, Hermès and Lancôme). Since 1999, H5 has also worked as a collective of directors. They also made their first animated clips, such as animated typography for Alex Gopher, a cartoon for Zebda, digital animations for Super Furry Animals and Playgroup.

One year later, in May 2011, the school agreed that the Queens Road Playgroup, which had been operating in Royston for 50 years, could relocate to its grounds, subject to planning permission. At the east of the village is the small red brick parish church of St Mark's which includes a preschool playgroup. A war memorial is at the junction of Northiam Road and Bodiam road.
Peppa's friends are her age, and Peppa's younger brother George's friends are his age. 1975 The 130th anniversary of the school was celebrated by a Victorian Day. The headmaster, Mr Peter Ramm, teachers and scholars all wore Victorian costume and lessons were given in Victorian style. The Playgroup was now being run by Mrs Jean Campling and sessions had been increased to three mornings weekly. 1976 Negotiations began fora site fora new school; with the rapid expansion of the village the school roll stood at seventy-six, the next year it was to reach 100. 1977 This was the year of the Queen's Jubilee and Tasburgh entered into the celebrations with a will.
There is one remaining village pub the Queens Hotel on High Street (the former A57). The second pub theCrown Inn closed down in approx. 2012 and was sold to developers who have turned it into a residential property. East Markham also features a playgroup, Pippins Pre-School, and a primary school East Markham used to be home to some heavy manufacturing such as Hermans chicken factory and was historically known for its many orchards that used to surround the village, most of which closed in the 1980s (Hermans) or were replanted in the case of orchards.
The village hosts Lourin Fair, a traditional country fair dating back some 500 years, held annually on the third Saturday in August. Lourin Fair is well attended and quite unusual including traditional elements such as Clydesdale Horse competition/parade; bothy concert; pipe band; It's a knockout; homecraft & produce competition; demonstrations; traditional children's games; vintage vehicles and tea/coffee with "fancy pieces" The fair is organised by the Old Rayne Community Association (ORCA), a registered charity raising funds for community projects; the upkeep of the village hall and supporting local organisations including Toddlers; Playgroup; Scouts; Bowling and Ospreys football.
Other collaborating artists have included - Antoine Clamaran, Joachim Garraud, Kiko, Sinema, Playgroup (Trevor Jackson) Tocadisco and Junior Jack. 2011 Onwards JD has been working in the studio with Joachim Garraud. 2013 already seems to signal a period of new growth and regeneration for Davis with a major new releases for UK label Skint Records (Fatboy Slim, Freq Nasty and more): Dave Davis Takes place as a DJ/producer and returns to his roots . New Skin and Changed featuring Skye (Morcheeba`s) on vocals, and Davis has returned the favour, contributing a remix of Skye’s own single Nowhere for PIAS Records UK.
Rhu Primary is a non-denominational and co- educational school situated in the heart of the village of Rhu. It enjoys close links with the adjacent church and surrounding village, in particular the playgroup and the senior citizens club. It is a community school which has grown up and developed with the neighbouring area and many members of the village make a very welcome contribution to the life of the school. We are fortunate that school activities such as church services, concerts, sports days and fundraising activities are supported not only by the parents/carers but by the people of the village generally.
International School Dhaka (ISD) is a co-educational International Baccalaureate World School in Dhaka, Bangladesh that was established in 1999. The school enrolls students in the age range of 2–18, from Playgroup through to Grade 12, providing an international education for local and expatriate children living in Bangladesh. Footprints is a childcare and pre-school chain based in Gurgaon, India, founded in 2013 and operating on a franchising basis. The company was set up by Purvesh Sharma, Raj Singhal and Ashish Aggarwal, and raised over $2 million through angel investments and venture funding. Footprints offers full-day daycare and pre-school facilities for children aged from three months to four years, following a curriculum developed by the HighScope Educational Research Foundation. The curriculum is age-specific, and divided into toddlers' (ages 9–18 months), playgroup (ages 19–30 months), pre-nursery (ages 31–42 months) and nursery (ages 42+ months) programmes.
