Acheson's policy was realized as NSC 68, a classified report issued by the United States National Security Council in April 1950 and written by Paul Nitze, Kennan's successor as Director of Policy Planning.. Kennan and Charles Bohlen, another State Department expert on Russia, argued about the wording of NSC68, which became the basis of Cold War policy. Kennan rejected the idea that Stalin had a grand design for world conquest implicit in Nitze's report and argued that he actually feared overextending Russian power.
Dangerous Woman received positive reviews from music critics. According to Metacritic, which assigns a weighted average score out of 100 to ratings and reviews from mainstream critics, critics gave Dangerous Woman a score of 76, based on 14 reviews, indicating "generally favorable reviews". Stephen Thomas Erlewine wrote for AllMusic that "track by track, Dangerous Woman has sly, subtle distinctions – a little bit of torch gives way to some heavy hip only to have frothy pop surface again", and that "while some of these cuts work better than others, the range is impressive, as is Grande's measured, assured performance." In his review for Entertainment Weekly, Nolan Feeney commented that while Grande's previous album, My Everything, "suffered for trying to be everything", on Dangerous Woman, "with a streamlined team of hitmakers such as Max Martin, she pulls off pop, R&B;, reggae, and house—all without overextending herself or pandering to trends".

A 2020 systematic review of the media on pornography, published in the journal Social Forces, described "These claims do not necessarily come from scientific experts. Instead, we find that newspaper articles draw from a variety of professionals who are not scientists" and mention that "Rhodes is quoted repeatedly reflecting that he was 'addicted to internet porn' and shares the personal consequences." They conclude "journalists and political actors are overextending scientific findings to advance their media markets and political agendas"..." to codify gender stereotypes and normative heterosexuality". Paulding County, located in northwest Metro Atlanta, encompasses 314 square miles and is home to approximately 150,000 residents. Source On October 4, 2013, nearly one year after negotiations and contracts, Paulding County announced a Public Private Partnership with an entrepreneurial startup company called Propeller Investments, llc dba Propeller Airports, llc dba Silver Comet Terminal Partners, llc to develop its airport, which proposed including commercial passenger service, despite the head of the Paulding County Airport Authority's promises to the county residents of transparency and that the airport would remain a general aviation airport. Paulding residents immediately filed several lawsuits, which addressed violations of Georgia's Sunshine Laws and Open Meetings Act, and an ultra vires suit against the Paulding County Industrial Building Authority for overextending its authority. Many of these lawsuits have been filed by attorneys associated with Delta Air Lines. October 2013: Residents file a legal challenge to bond funding for a Paulding airport taxiway expansion that will facilitate airline service.

However, by 1983, the station's competitors began overextending themselves to acquire the strongest programming. KTXA (channel 21) converted into a full-time general entertainment station in September of that year, after discontinuing its nighttime-only affiliation with ONTV; KNBN-TV on Channel 33 shifted from a part-time business news and general entertainment format to a full-time entertainment-based station as KRLD-TV, and began to feature a strong inventory of programming by 1986; KDFI- TV (channel 27) also adopted a full-time general entertainment format in 1984. As a result, KXTX shifted its programming focus away from cartoons and classic sitcoms, and more toward westerns, family-oriented drama series and movies. Also around this time, many cable providers outside of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex began to drop the station, in order to avoid copyright payment liability amid the Copyright Royalty Tribunal's January 1983 establishment of a 3.75% royalty fee—based on a cable system's gross receipts from subscribers—for any distant signals carried by their local system.
