The station area is dominated by the overpassing viaduct, which carries the Kruithuisweg, a provincial Highway, over the railroad. The viaduct is also used by pedestrians and travellers to reach the platforms at the other side.

Overpassing the older bridge Skansbron, it connects the major island Södermalm to the southern district Johanneshov. The first proposal for an elevated bridge stretching over the canal Hammarbykanalen was produced in 1921, before work on the lower Skansbron bridge began in 1923.

It heads north and intersects LA 22 and turns eastward to follow it for about a half-mile before turning back north. The highway heads toward the community of Robert, crossing Sims Creek and then intersecting (overpassing) I-12 at a folded-diamond interchange (Exit 47). At Robert, LA 445 and US 190 cross at a traffic signal.

Kendal segment of Route 1 ends in Gambilangu, a hamlet notoriously known as red-light district in Kendal Regency-Semarang City border, 750 m later. Route 1 enters Semarang as Jl. The bridge was formerly called Spinnhusbron ("The spinning house Bridge") in reference to the precursor to the Långholmen prison, and, popularly, Suckarnas bro ("The Bridge of Sighs"), also in reference to the prison. Its present name stems from 1885. The section of Västerbron, the bridge overpassing Långholmsbron, used to be called Långholmsbron. Most likely, an old wooden bridge was found here by the mid 17th century, as this was the location for a custom house dealing with the ships delivering goods to the city from Lake Mälaren.

The Lahn Valley Railway is one of the few main routes in Germany largely not electrified, except for the short Eschhofen–Limburg (Lahn) section, part of the electrified Main-Lahn Railway, connecting Frankfurt Hbf and Limburg. Since many of the 18 tunnels and several overpassing bridges are too low, the electrification—planned in the 1970s—would be very costly. The structure gauge of the tunnels prevents the use of double-deck carriages.

After writing an article related to Marije Shllaku, he was accused of overpassing the nationalistic boundaries and his scholarship got cancelled. Despite that, he graduated in 1950. Because it had patriot barracks and was located on an intermediate point between the Río de la Plata and the Alto Perú and Santa Cruz de la Sierra, San Miguel de Tucumán was designated as the venue for the Congress of the Independence. On July 9, 1816, the Independence of Argentina was declared, not only from Spain but from any other foreign domination. The act of the Independence was signed at the Casa de Tucumán, also named "Casa Histórica" or "Casa de la Independencia". By 1850 the city had increased its population considerably, overpassing the estimated registers.

The line towards the Technische Fakultät, opened in December 2015, is to be extended by two further stops from 2018 to the intersection of Madisonallee/Hermann-Mitsch-Straße, where a terminal loop and a park and ride station are to be built. Whilst a route along Emmy-Noether-Straße and parallel to the exhibition halls at the Messe were originally planned with a double crossing at Madisonallee, which according to the Federal Railway Authority would have required under- or overpassing or restriction, the section has been redesigned so that the line will now be run entirely to the west of Madisonallee.

Mojave River Dam Outlet The water in the river is mostly underground. The channel at the surface remains dry most of the time, but extreme flooding is possible. For example, during a heavy El Niño in the Mojave Desert, rains caused the Mojave River to overflow onto overpassing bridges on February 22, 1993, the most damaged being on Bear Valley Road, where Victorville and Apple Valley are separated. The water comes to the surface only in areas with impermeable rock, such as the upper and lower narrows near Victorville and in the Afton Canyon area northeast of Barstow.

The Burlington Tunnel (also known as the North Avenue Rail Tunnel) is a railroad tunnel located in Burlington, Vermont and is currently owned and operated by the New England Central Railroad (NECR). According to the inscription on its southern entrance, the Burlington Tunnel was constructed beginning on 1 November 1860, and completed on 17 May 1861 for a predecessor railroad to the Central Vermont Railway. The tunnel runs in a northeast/southwest curve, while the external approach trackage runs from south to east. The street overpassing the Burlington Tunnel is North Avenue (Functional classification of 16; Urban Minor Arterial) which has an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of about 12,000 vehicles.

The highway begins at Lyndhurst interchange, where the South Gippsland Highway and the alignment of the South Gippsland Freeway meet, outside Lynbrook; Western Port Highway is linked directly to the southern end of the South Gippsland Freeway by an overpass over the South Gippsland Highway. From the interchange, Western Port Highway runs south as a two-lane (each way), dual carriageway, overpassing the Cranbourne railway line, passing through a set of traffic lights at Moreton Bay Boulevard, and passing through roundabouts at Glasscocks Road, and Thompsons Road; between here and Lyndhurst interchange the highway is designated route M780. The highway runs onwards further south through roundabout intersections with Hall Road, Ballarto Road and Cranbourne- Frankston Road. The road continues south to North Road, as a dual carriageway but designated as route A780, before reverting to a dual-lane single carriageway road to Hastings.

Johanneshovsbron in Stockholm 2008 Johanneshovsbron (Swedish: "The Johanneshov Bridge") is a 756 metres long and 17,9 metres wide road bridge in central Stockholm, Sweden. Overpassing two older bridges, Skansbron and Skanstullsbron, and one newer bridge, Fredriksdalsbron, it connects Södermalm and the tunnel passing under it, Söderledstunneln, to Johanneshov, the district immediately south of the historical city centre, and national road 73, leading out of the city. Brought about by the construction of the tunnel, Johanneshovsbron forms part of one of the major roads passing through the central city, extending north over Centralbron. Running south form the mouth of Söderledstunneln to the west of Skanstull, the bridge runs uphill and somewhat in parallel to Skanstullsbron for some 500 metres before it turns east to pass over its neighbour, between which ramps it finally extends into road 37 underneath the roundabout at Johanneshov.
