The performance was not particularly well received and Bennett became an extra and assistant to Adrian Brunel.

The series is about the Intimidators and Astroman. A silver age battle in Cold War Cuba knocks Astroman, a goody-two-shoes sixties superhero, forty-three years into the future where he decides to try and turn the Intimidators into a group of heroes. Prior to Astroman's arrival, the Intimidators were America's Domestic Strike Unit, but were seldom sent into action because of their callous attitude and bloody disregard for human life. Aside from Astroman the team features Crash, Byrn, Limit, Fetish and Firepower.

Elmina is very studious and fastidious, even emotionless and monotonous voice, and a bit of a humorless goody-two-shoes. When she was younger, her stern father (who is the King of Heaven) would not tolerate imperfection. Elmina tries very hard to be perfect, and she is also very hard on herself whenever she makes a mistake. Once she made a mistake or is fail, she will be depressed and lose her confidence to keep going, because of her sad memories with her father in the past, leading her to have an emotionless expression.

This Mr Goody-Two-Shoes has no temper at all and is a big softie at heart; Hong Zhaoyang only weakness is that his overly passionate and helpful nature can sometimes turn things for the worse. Zhaoyang, once a superb swimming instructor, met his student Zheng Yinsha at the pool and love blossomed from there. He enjoys doing housework and cooking, and loves his wife and children extremely. With a special passion for baking, Zhaoyang decides to rent a stall in the market to hawk his creations but is eventually conned of his money.

She first appeared on stage in 1875 as a member of Mr. Chatterton's Children's Pantomime CompanyDeath of Katie Seymour. Lloyds Weekly News, 13 September 1903, p.8 and the following year, billed as, 'the Little Wonder', six-year-old Seymour sang and danced a version of the hornpipe on 13 March at The Town Hall, London. That Christmas at London's Adelphi Theatre she was one of eighteen children to perform in a pantomime E. L. Blanchard based on the fairy tale, Little Goody Two-Shoes and Her Sweetheart Little Boy-Blue.

The show featured the adventures of the title character Fortycoats (Fran Dempsey) - his catchphrase was "Be me forty coats and me fifty pockets" - and his companions Sofar Sogood (played by Conal Kearney), a prim goody two shoes character and Slightly Bonkers (played by Virginia Cole), a naive schoolgirl. They occupied the Flying Trick Shop (also known as the Flying Tuck Shop and the Flying Sweet Shop) and battled against the evil Whilomena, the Whirligig Witch (and her cat, Spooky) and the equally evil Pickarooney (who lived in a rubbish tip and kidnapped children).

William Collins (Aaron Johnson) is a depressed boy recovering from self-harm and regularly goes online to chatrooms. One day, he decides to open a chatroom himself and calls it "Chelsea Teens!" and where he meets Jim (Matthew Beard), another kid; Eva (Imogen Poots), a model; Emily (Hannah Murray), a goody two-shoes; and Mo (Daniel Kaluuya), a normal kid. There is no real subject matter in "Chelsea Teens!" which instead focuses on the lives of each one as they talk. Even though they only really communicate through text, the film depicts them in an old hotel-like room and actually having contact.

The video begins with Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley talking about what they did the night before. Feeling left out Hillary wants them to take her out on the town later that night but they disagree saying she is too much of a goody two-shoes who would rather watch romantic comedies. In order to prove that she can have fun like the guys, Hillary calls Beth Behrs to see if she wants to go out on the town and "get so crazy they get arrested". William Gooch was admitted as a sizar to Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge at the age of 16 on 30 May 1786, matriculated in the Michaelmas term of 1787, achieved his B.A. (Second Wrangler) in 1791 being awarded with the Smith's Prize and the Schuldham college prize and became a junior Fellow until his death in 1792. At Cambridge, Gooch formed a friendship with a Miss Sally Smithson, the daughter of a cook at St John's College, Cambridge, with whom he continued to correspond after setting sail to join the Vancouver Expedition. He affectionately referred to her as "little goody two-shoes".

When the war was over, she returned to the theatre and also began appearing in films: usually comedies and almost invariably as a maid or charlady. Chi-ho, Kyung-jae and Dong-woo are best friends who've just graduated from high school and turned 20. Chi-ho is an unemployed player living in the moment and whose number one priority is dating and chasing women. Kyung-jae is a goody-two-shoes university student whose goal is to get accepted at a corporate job; he's extremely shy around girls, but completely transforms when he gets drunk. And happy-go-lucky Dong-woo dreams of becoming a cartoonist, but when his family goes bankrupt, he's forced to become the breadwinner and take on several part-time jobs.

Pirroni acted as lead guitarist and co-songwriter, penning two UK number one singles and a further four Top Ten hits, with Ant. The two albums he co-wrote for Adam and the Ants, Kings of the Wild Frontier and Prince Charming, both made the Top 10 in the UK Albums Chart ("Kings" #1; "Prince Charming" #2). When Adam and the Ants disbanded in 1982, Pirroni was retained as Adam Ant's co-writer; they produced another number-one single ("Goody Two Shoes") and an album (Friend or Foe), followed by nine more Top 20 hits. Ant and Pirroni won two shared Ivor Novello Awards for "Stand and Deliver".

Lester then grabs the gun and orders everyone to evacuate the school. This finally forces the N.Y.P.D. detectives to come in, led by Detective Audrey McDonald (Vanessa L. Williams) as a negotiator. In the middle of all of this, there is a subplot in which Lynn berates Stephanie for being a "goody-two shoes", and a fight in the school's library that includes Rivers and Rodney, as well as Officer Jackson fleeing from Rodney and the others after knocking him out to use the bathroom. Another notable subplot was Ziggy showing everyone his artistic talents, such being a mural of himself and others on a classroom wall.

Their goal was to raise money and create more awareness for cystic fibrosis. In 2008, they released a set of songs on their MySpace page under the album name This Kid. Although This Kid is not an official studio album, a few of these songs appeared throughout their career, including "Burn Apollo" that was re-recorded on their debut album, Queens being played live in 2012, and "I Need to Be Fixed" played live during Warped Tour 2012. The band played many small shows and festivals in California during this time. In 2009 the band added guitarist Travis Neumann whose first appearance was on the band's 2009 EP, Goody Two Shoes.

Parker McKenna played by Marina Black, is Claire's best friend during her senior year of high school. Parker is a rebellious transfer student from a private school, although she appears to be a "goody two-shoes", who attempts to start a friendship with Claire Fisher. The friendship blossoms, but after finding out that Parker had cheated on her SATs and had been accepted into better colleges than Claire, the friendship is broken off until Claire learns it's better to have one friend than no friends at all. Parker tells Claire that the Chinese holistic herbs that her Aunt Sarah sent her are actually magic mushrooms and the two trip together.

Collins was born Ellen Edith Hannah Redknap in 1906 in Shadwell, London, the eldest of four children and daughter of Frederick Redknap (1887–1950), a master-plumber. As a child she set such a good example to her younger siblings, she was called "Goody Two Shoes" and as such by many in the family, in the last years of her life, she was known and addressed as Auntie Goody. As a child she had been an excellent pianist, but never played again after the death of her mother in 1934. She went to St. Mary's College on the Twickenham Road (possibly now known as Gumley school) where even then she wanted to write.

He released his third and final album with the group, Prince Charming (1981), which spawned two UK number one singles "Stand and Deliver" and "Prince Charming". In 1982, he disbanded his group for a solo career retaining only Marco Pirroni as a bandmember and co-songwriter for later solo albums. His first solo album was Friend or Foe (1982), which the debut single "Goody Two- Shoes" reached number one in the UK and Australia in 1982 and became his first top 20 hit in the United States. The album reached number five on the UK Albums Chart and number 16 on the US Billboard Album Chart, becoming his most successful solo album.

In 1948 Corré met the pantomime dame Clarkson Rose who put her in his pantomime Goody Two-Shoes at the King's Theatre in Hammersmith. She played a four-month season in 1960–61 at the London Palladium with Norman Wisdom in Turn Again, Whittington as the Cat. Over the next twenty years Corré was a regular pantomime cat, appearing with, among others, Arthur Askey, Eddie Gray, Dana, Spike Milligan, Joe Brown, Tommy Cooper, Norman Vaughan and Jess Conrad. She appeared in two award- winning television documentaries – Lord Snowdon's Born to Be Small in 1971, about people of restricted growth, and The Skin Game in 1970, an edition of LWT's arts magazine series Aquarius that examined pantomime animal traditions.

Born in Fareham, Hampshire, England, she appeared in Goody Two Shoes at the Prince's Theatre in Bristol during 1930–31, and in the musical play Balalaika, which opened in London at the Adelphi Theatre on 22 December 1936 and which ran for 569 performances. In 1945, she appeared in the 'musical extravaganza' Magic Carpet at the Princes Theatre in London. Warren's first film appearance was in Magyar Melody in 1939. This was followed by The Farmer's Wife (1941), Secret Mission (1942), Variety Jubilee (1943), They Met in the Dark (1943), Champagne Charlie (1944, as Bessie Bellwood), The Magic Bow (1946), Passport to Pimlico (1949, with Stanley Holloway), So Long at the Fair (1950), and Tread Softly Stranger (1958).

In 1863 she wrote and designed Red Riding Hood, a verse version of the folk tale "Little Red Riding Hood" that was die-cut into the outline shape of the little girl with the wolf crouching by her feet. Published by L. Prang & Co., it was the first book in the United States to be shaped like a person or an animal. Prang followed up with more shaped books (also known as 'Doll books') written by Very, including Goody Two Shoes and a verse version of Daniel Defoe's Robinson Crusoe. Very claimed the shaped-book design was hers and tried but failed to get a patent; her claim was disputed by Prang, which countered that it had originated the shaped books.

Figaro (c1870) In 1862 Falconer was granted the lease of the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and owing Chatterton £2,866 in profits from Peep O'Day, in return for allowing the debt to be carried over he appointed Chatterton as acting manager at Drury Lane while Falconer continued as sole lessee and manager. Their joint management opened on Boxing Day 1862 with the pantomime Little Goody Two-Shoes, after which they produced Falconer's play Bonnie Dundee, which proved a financial disaster. Other plays by Falconer were also mounted which also failed and the two faced bankruptcy. Chatterton was forced to stop Falconer putting on any more of his own plays, later writing, 'I insisted upon our reverting at once to the legitimate and classic drama'.

Many of the plots revolved around the kids learning to relate to each other and their numerous misadventures, along with Dolores and Cathy's discovery that living together was putting a new face on their friendship. Dolores was sensible, headstrong, and very much down to earth, while Cathy seemed too preoccupied with perfection, and was wary of taking risks. Eventually, Cathy resolved to shake off her "goody-two-shoes" image and sought the guidance of Dolores to bring her more in touch with the real world. In the second season, the two are no longer co-workers, as Cathy is laid off from the Department of Social Services, and later in the season, she dusts off her teaching degree and becomes a substitute at the kids' high school.

His greatest UK chart success was Adam & the Ants' 1980 album Kings of the Wild Frontier which was number one in the UK Albums Chart for a total of twelve weeks. However, it was the follow-up album, Prince Charming which produced the biggest hit singles with "Stand and Deliver" and the title track, achieving five weeks and four weeks respectively as number one singles on the UK Singles Chart. In the United States, Ant's biggest chart success was his solo debut, 1982's Friend or Foe album, which reached the Top 20 on the Billboard 200. It also included the hit single "Goody Two Shoes" which was a Top 20 hit single on the Billboard Hot 100, as well as a third number one single for Ant on the UK Singles Chart.

Several other, less important, marketing vehicles were employed, such as the Virginia Slims Book of Days (a day timer/calendar book), fashion shows, and an extensive line of products, apparel, and accessories. The "Find your voice" ad campaign was criticized for being offensive to those who have lost their voices to throat cancer as a result of smoking, especially in light of the well-publicized laryngectomy of Janet Sackman, a former model for another cigarette brand, who developed throat and lung cancer. The campaign was also criticised for targeting minority women; the campaign and the brand sought to associate themselves with empowerment, independence, women's rights, and sexual allure. The campaign was also criticized for the slogan "NEVER let the goody two shoes get you down", which uses reactance to promote product use.

Constantinou began as a bass guitar player with Diz Watson until the late 1970s when he formed Drill, who worked extensively with Chas Chandler and then Adam Ant, who he joined in 1982. By that stage, Pirroni, who has worked with Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Models and Rema- Rema - had joined Adam and the Ants to worldwide acclaim, co-writing two number one singles and a further four top tens with Ant for the band. When the Ants disbanded in 1982, Marco remained as Ant's co-writer, starting off with the duo's third number one single ("Goody Two Shoes") and a top 5 hit album (Friend or Foe), followed by four more top 20 hits. The former gave Pirroni and Ant their second shared Ivor Novello award.

Following the disbandment of the successful Adam and the Ants earlier in 1982, Adam Ant began a solo career with fellow "Ant" guitarist and songwriter Marco Pirroni. Like their previous band, which achieved 7 top-10 hits (2 at No. 1) in the UK Singles chart and the best- selling album of 1980 (Kings of the Wild Frontier), Ant's debut single "Goody Two-Shoes" was a smash hit. The single reached No. 1 in the UK and Australia in June 1982 and No. 12 in the US - Ant's first US hit single. The single "Friend or Foe" was released one month prior to the album in September 1982 and charted as high as No. 9 in the UK. The album Friend or Foe, was released in October 1982 and reached No. 5 on the UK Albums Chart and No. 16 on the US Billboard Album Chart, becoming Adam Ant's most successful solo album, and was certified Gold by the BPI for sales in excess of 100,000 copies.

Phil brings Alex necessary clothes in order to make her participate, which she agrees. By the time Haley, Luke and Claire go home, Phil has also a change of heart and helps them to get rid of the ducks. Manny (Rico Rodriguez) joins Gloria (Sofía Vergara) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) who want to have heist pepper in their hot sauce. By making that, he also wants to prove to his mother that he can be a rebel rather that the goody two shoes boy whose people around him see. His plan seems to work, but on the other side, Cameron acts selfish by making decisions without Gloria’s opinion until he manages to understand that she wants him to create his own sauce without constantly ask for help. At the same time, Jay (Ed O'Neill) helps Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) to organize Lilly’s (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) first sleepover with her Vietnamese fellows from a troupe dance, something that appears to be difficult since Mitchell and Cameron aren't always welcomed by Vietnamese parents.

The tripwire that sets all of the ensuing plot action in motion occurs when Gretchen Jordache begins an affair with the president of the company she works for, Teddy Boylan, a man much older than herself. Eventually her brothers Rudolph and Thomas also become involved with Boylan, in different ways, and it is his influence upon all three that first springs each of them into the world beyond the small upstate New York town where their parents scrape by with their bakery. Boylan constitutes their first true encounters with an adult beyond their parents. Many people, mainly because of their familiarity with the miniseries rather than the actual source material, thought of the story as a very simplistic juxtaposition of the virtuous, goody two shoes brother (Rudolph) with the black sheep, ne'er-do- well younger sibling (Thomas, whom Shaw seeks to differentiate psychologically by means of a physical symbol – he is the only blond haired member of the family), but the novel is much more complex than this in its demonstrative understructure.

Curiously, the last two WWE wrestlers billed as "the face of the company" or "the top guy" (John Cena and Roman Reigns) have been linked to have had go away heat, as both have in common the fact to be billed as heroic characters and staying as such despite getting jeers for years, unlike Rocky Maivia who was turned into a villain less than a year after his failed run as fan favorite. Cena had a brief run as a villain between late 2002 and late 2003, when he was turned back into a fan favorite to acclaim, much like The Rock in 1998. Cena would also win his first world title to a pop from the crowd, eventually surpassing Batista's popularity in 2005 that would see him being moved from SmackDown to the Raw brand. By mid-2005, due a change of character not appreciated by fans that would see Cena changing from "The Doctor of Thuganomics" (a rapper) to a more clean-cut character (described by Cena as a "goody-two shoes Superman") who would often "overcome the odds", thus getting his first boos and jeers.

The tour closed in Manchester on 5 June with a show at the city's Manchester Academy which was applauded by frequent supporter John Robb in hyperbolic fashion: "What a great singer he is, the yodelling is really fab, it's that very Adam touch of pure pop and dark underground... this is one of the great rock n roll voices, a brilliant clarity that cuts like a knife even two weeks into a tour. The set list is perfect. Loads of 'Dirk' period stuff.

In 1879–80 she played at the Imperial Theatre in a rival version of Goldsmith's story, adapted by Tom Taylor and starring Marie Litton, Lionel Brough and Kyrle Bellew.
