In the 1990s and 2000s, XEAAA (frequently pronounced X-E- Triple A) had a series of news/talk formats. In 2011, it became Ultra, with an adult contemporary format operated by the company of the same name. In 2013, XEAAA flipped to a Catholic radio format sourced from ESNE Radio, making it the only ESNE station in Mexico. At the start of September 2018, XEAAA and XEBBB exchanged formats, with ESNE Radio moving to 1040 and RadioMujer moving to 880 AM, because XEAAA had been tapped to migrate to FM as XHEAAA-FM 92.7.

The older was probably "Mucel son of Esne" recorded in a Mercian charter of 836. Esne attested Mercian charters in the late eighth and early ninth centuries. Ealhswith's father attested two West Saxon charters in 868, the year his daughter married Alfred. Ealhswith's brother, Æthelwulf, was a sub-ealdorman under Æthelred, Lord of the Mercians at the end of the ninth century, controlling western and possibly central Mercia.

KURS (1040 kHz) is an AM radio station broadcasting a Spanish-language Catholic radio format. The station is licensed to San Diego, California and is owned by El Sembrador Ministries. KURS is an affiliate of ESNE Radio. ESNE had been heard for five years in the San Diego area at its former home on KNSN 1240 AM from 2009 to September 29, 2014 when Donald Crawford's Crawford Broadcasting and its licensee Kiertron, Inc.

At the start of September 2018, XEAAA-AM 880 and XEBBB exchanged formats, with the Catholic ESNE Radio format moving to 1040 and RadioMujer women's talk moving to 880 AM. This was done in order to migrate Radio Mujer to FM.

Born in 1605, he owed his name to his recovery from illness aged six months on 7 February 1609, after his father prayed for the intercession of saint Bernard of Clairvaux. He became marquis of Coligny-le-Vieux, Andelot and Saint-Bris, baron of Lanty and Dinteville and lieutenant-général of Champagne. In 1625 he married Gabrielle de Pouilly, daughter of Simon de Pouilly, baron of Esne and Manonville, lord of Loupy, marshal of Barrois, governor of Stenay, and his wife Françoise de Berniaut. He died without issue in 1627 and his widow remarried to Claude-Roger de Cominges, marquis of Vervins.
