Tex is killed in the comics by Michelle, who beats and disembowels him with the very knife he was planning to butcher her with.

After realizing his defeat, Tint attempts to escape, but Rambo intercepts and disembowels him dead with his machete. Sometime later, Rambo returns to the United States to visit his father at his home in Bowie, Arizona.

There, the beautiful Anne admits to Michael that she slept with (and was possibly raped by) a police officer named Chris. After Anne's confession, Chris (who has been stalking Anne since their night together) slits Michael's throat with his bicycle, and goes after Anne, telling a dying Michael that "she belongs to me". A park ranger discovers Anne and tries to help her, but Chris finds the two, and disembowels the ranger, forcing Anne to continue trying to escape on her bicycle.

Hiranyakashipu cannot be killed by human, deva or animal, but Narasimha is none of these, as he is a form of Vishnu (a deva) incarnate as part human, part animal. He comes upon Hiranyakashipu at twilight (when it is neither day nor night) on the threshold of a courtyard (neither indoors nor out), and puts the demon on his thighs (neither earth nor space). Using his nails (neither animate nor inanimate) as weapons, he disembowels and kills the demon.

Michael initially refuses to believe the woman, but after she displays supernatural powers he reluctantly goes out in search of a victim, finding one in the form of a purse-snatching drug addict who he stabs and disembowels. With the angel's encouragement, Michael commits more murders, butchering his unscrupulous boss and the man's lover, and then a dominatrix and her married client.

On Earth, an elderly Black Panther rules the surviving humans in New Wakanda, but he is in a power struggle with the new generation of Acolytes, a team of mutant supervillains who praised Magneto, and their leader, Malcolm Cortez, the disillusioned son of Fabian Cortez, an old friend of T'Challa. An Acolyte assassin attacks the Panther in his sleep and nearly disembowels him, but the Panther is saved from death by the Wasp – who remains a zombie but who is now cured of her hunger – when she deliberately infects him in order to 'save' him. After devouring the assassin, the two struggle with how to manage their hunger, while the cosmic zombies continue their approach to Earth. During their interstellar travel back to Earth, Spider-Man and Luke Cage gradually lose their hunger and begin to act rationally once again.

Using Ding's posterior as a headset, the player then escapes to a dungeon, meeting The King of VR (Panos), another puffy obese creature, who is initially friendly but gradually turns insulting; the player stabs and disembowels the King, and pulls out yet another VR helmet from its body to go one level deeper. In the next world, a player finds a xylophone made out of bones, with two chatty skulls (Roiland and Steele) attached, who urge the player to use other bones to play the xylophone, appearing to have some sort of sexual satisfaction if the player does so and disappointment if the player stops. In a cabinet behind the player, a small jar of acid is found: drinking it causes the player to die.

The ensuing explosion, combined with the propane and meth-making chemicals, unleashes a toxic firestorm large enough to incinerate most of the town. More than a thousand of the town's residents are quickly incinerated on national television, leaving alive just over 300 individuals who gradually die out as the toxic air restricts their breathing. Among the survivors are the twenty- seven refugees at the abandoned farm, an orphaned farm boy, hiding in a potato cellar, and Big Jim and his informal aide-de-camp, Carter Thibodeau, in the town's fallout shelter. Big Jim and Thibodeau eventually turn on each other over the limited oxygen supply (and Big Jim's worry that Thibodeau may act as a witness against him if they survive); Big Jim stabs and disembowels Thibodeau, only to die several hours later when hallucinations of the dead send him fleeing into the toxic environment outside.

Stabbing the agent who helped in the chest with his bone knife, angered at her attempts to suggest that they go out for a drink once the Jason situation is resolved and swearing that his wife is irreplaceable, Norwood ascends to the roof of the Phoenix Heights Hotel, where he finds Jason and Halo. Engaging Jason in a fight as the Phoenix Heights Hotel burns down, Norwood is killed when Jason strikes him in the stomach with a cleaver and disembowels him with his bare hands, before throwing him into a hole in the roof of the blazing hotel.
