A copy of Vlad's portrait has been featured in the "monster portrait gallery" in the Ambras Castle at Innsbruck. It marks the northern end of the main ridge of the Helvellyn range and is often walked as part of the ridge walk. The fell stands south of the village of Threlkeld and the A66 road, and it forms the steep eastern side of the tranquil valley of St John's in the Vale. On its western side the fell displays a dark mass of rocky crags and a deep-set rocky ravine.

Oakfield Station is located adjacent to the railroad tracks formerly of the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad, at the end of Station Street, south of the town's rural village center. It is a single-story wood frame structure, nine bays in length and a single room deep, set on a modern concrete foundation. It has a gable-on-hip roof, where there are half- round windows and exposed rafters in the gable ends. The main facade faces southeast toward the track, with an off-center projecting bay topped by a gable with bracketed eave and lunette window.

The Conservative Party began low in the polls, and had experienced great difficulties over the previous five years, with polling often putting it some 40 points adrift of Labour. Major hoped that a long campaign would expose Labour's "hollowness" and the Conservative campaign emphasised stability, as did its manifesto title 'You can only be sure with the Conservatives'. Senna's description of Samantha Taper in Birdie's (now Jesse Goldman) perspective versus that of Birdie's peers exemplifies the hyper-sexualization of black girl bodies. While Birdie describes Samantha as having "deep-set eyes, caramel complexion..." and "full lips", Birdie's classmates mock her by calling her "Wilona", "disgusting", and "Brown Cow" because she has developed breasts.

The burn emerges from a deep-set culvert to flow under the Victoria Viaduct, down a deep gorge, through the site of Hutchison's Flour Mills before running parallel to the harbour wall and into the sea. From the mid-19th century, the Hutchison's buildings became a significant landmark adjacent to the burn. The flour millers chose this area for its railway connection which linked the main station to the harbour, rather than for the need to use the burn to power the mills. The West (or Tiel) Burn, was also important, providing power for textile mills.

The advent of the new fleet was driven primarily by targeting swordfish, which meant using squid bait on hooks deployed in relatively shallow depths (<30 m) and with light sticks attached to the branch lines. Observers began to be employed on vessels in 1994 and it soon became apparent that in the shallow set fishery there were catches of sea turtles and seabirds. The principal seabirds caught were black-footed and Laysan albatross, and for the turtles, loggerheads and leatherbacks. This use of oppositions is also seen in the head and face. The fourth floor created an entablature, punctuated by the rhythm of windows that continued in brick for 13 more floors. The tower was capped on the top two floors with ornamented terra-cotta, including a balustrade and arched deep-set openings. The corners of the tower were clad in white brick to provide visual supports for the upper portion of the tower, while the narrow strips of brick between the windows were tan in color, each capped with a white acanthus leaf at the top. From this Head estimated the length of the type specimen of Protohadros at seven to eight metres. He pointed out that this specimen was that of a subadult and that fully-grown individuals could have been longer. Protohadros had a massive, very deep set of lower jaws, and the snout was strongly turned down at the front, which according to Head suggested a habit of grazing on low-growing plants, rather than browsing from bushes or overhanging branches. Its diet would then have consisted of the swamp plants which grew in the delta streams in its habitat, scooped up by the broad, down-turned mouth.

Born in Wiveliscombe,BFI biodata Somerset, she began her career in repertory in Birmingham in the 1950s moving from there to the Dundee Rep. Her petite build and distinctively deep-set eyes saw her frequently typecast as a stereotypically dotty or timid and mouse-like spinster. She nonetheless appeared in a wide range of roles, including the television series Dr Finlay's Casebook, Emmerdale Farm where she played an aunt of publican and newspaper correspondent Amos Brearly, Fawlty Towers (where she memorably played the Colonel's wife inadvertently served the raw red mullet in "Gourmet Night") and Rumpole of the Bailey as Dodo Mackintosh.

Daisy Turner was proud of her heritage, and was a strong, outspoken woman from childhood to her death at the age of 104. She is remembered as a gifted storyteller and family historian. The Turner family homestead, where they raised 13 children, is located on the "Daisy Turner Loop", a biking trail near Grafton Pond. Turner was a "striking beauty in her youth, with high cheekbones and deep-set eyes" and led an exciting life, many of the details of which have been recorded carefully. A signature model named for the guitarist (Crimson Guitars Robert Fripp Signature) features Fernandes Sustainer and MIDI pickups with a Les Paul-style Body. A significant difference from the Gibson Les Paul is that the signature model is built using a deep set neck tenon rather than a traditional set neck. Fripp recommended that Guitar Craft students adopt the Ovation 1867 Legend steel-string guitar, which had a shallow body. In Mike, Wyatt is something of an all-round hero at Wrykyn - he has a pleasant, square-jawed face, and a pair of very deep-set grey eyes which somehow put Mike at his ease. A first-eleven cricketer, he is a mighty hitter and a fair slow bowler, who made the first eleven the year before Mike. He is also something of a marksman, both in school competition and out of hours – one of Wyatt's fondest pleasures is to sneak around the grounds at night, shooting at cats with an air-pistol. Sadly, he is caught one night and must leave the school to work in a bank, but thanks to Mike's father, finds more salubrious employment in the wild Argentine.

Life restoration Qianzhousaurus were medium-sized tyrannosaurids that have been estimated to be long and in weight. The taxon can be differentiated from other tyrannosaurids in having a highly narrowed premaxilla, a pneumatic opening on the upper extension of the maxilla, and the lack of a vertical ridge-like structure on the lateral surface of the ilium. Unlike more "traditional" tyrannosaurids, which had prominent deep-set jaws and thick teeth, Qianzhousaurus had a particularly elongated snout, with (when restored) narrow teeth. The holotype specimen is notably more larger and mature than the holotypes of both species of Alioramus, however, given that some sutures between the cervical and dorsal vertebrae are partially fused, the holotype was a immature animal, likely a sub-adult.

The oval entablature to the dome has a 'crown' of foliage and frames a view of deep set interlocking coffering of octagons, crosses and hexagons which diminish in size the higher they rise.

In order to maintain cool storage conditions, the brewery's beer was kept in a series of caves cut into the bluff behind the building, where the temperature lingered in the 40s year- round. Today, remnants of two of the sandstone walls remain, punctuated by deep-set wooden windows graced by brick arches. The mouths of storage caves lie exposed, dark recesses in the bluff framed by weeds. According to the Wisconsin Historical Society, the ruins “provide valuable insight into the construction and operations of a small-scale 19th century brewery.” Beyond its research value, the brewery-hotel's ruins are a reminder of the important role Melchoir's investment played in revitalizing Trempealeau's local economy during the late nineteenth century, when this brewery was one of the county's larger industries.

On July 9 Puciato premiered his third single "Do You Need Me to Remind You]" via Sirius Metal Liquid Metal show accompanied by a music video that premiered with Revolver Magazine on July 10. Hornbrook is both featured on the track and in the music video alongside Puciato. The single was released on two limited quantity pressings of colored vinyl. Hornbrook was featured in an exclusive drum play- through of "Do You Need Me to Remind You?" with DRUM! Magazine on July 17. On October 2, Puciato released the fifth single "Down When I'm Not" which featured Hornbrook on drums.

Nikolaus The interior walls of the church are adorned with a series of frescoes ranging over 600 years. The first phase of decoration began in the 11th century and survived the later raids and general deterioration due to time. Again, author A. H. S. Megaw comments on the decoration of the church, "what remains of its initial fresco decoration is not of the first class, it is still a reflection, if a somewhat remote one, of the central tradition of Constantinople. In heads such as those of the apostles in scenes and that of the Gabriel lately uncovered in the apse we see the deep-set staring eyes of the expressionist style which fresco painters of the time inherited from Byzantine miniaturists of the Macedonian renaissance" (Megaw 82).

Tunny launched three torpedoes from and noted a hit in the forward hold of the Japanese cargo ship before diving to to avoid the attention of the destroyer. The formation of spectacular waterfalls is facilitated in the presence of the sheer cliffs and deep gorges in the valley. Almost all the streams in the area have their name related to Lung (the Chinese word for dragon) which is the Chinese mythological creature of the waters and the favorite metaphor for the towering waterfalls. Being the main branch of the Tung Chung Valley, the deep-set Wong Lung Valley is the home of the Wong Lung Stream (The Yellow Dragon). The mainstream has its source on the saddle at the east of Sunset Peak, but the stream collects water through a large network of feeder streams on both sides of the valley, including the famous Tung-Lung, Pak-Lung, Chong-Lung, and Ngo- Lung Streams, which are known collectively as "The Five Dragons of Tung Chung".

The X-COM core series consisted of four main games published by MicroProse: UFO: Enemy Unknown (also known as X-COM: UFO Defense, PC and Amiga in 1994, Sony PlayStation in 1995), X-COM: Terror from the Deep (PC in 1995, PlayStation in 1996), X-COM: Apocalypse (PC in 1997) and X-COM: Interceptor (PC in 1998). The premise of the franchise is that an alien invasion beginning in 1999 prompts the creation of a clandestine paramilitary organization codenamed X-COM (an abbreviation of "Extraterrestrial Combat") by a coalition of funding nations. The player is charged with leading this force and tasked to secretly engage and research the alien threat. The sequels, against new alien invasions, are set underwater (Terror from the Deep, set in 2040), in a futuristic megacity (Apocalypse, set in 2084), and in space (Interceptor, set in 2067 and making it a prequel to Apocalypse).
