With just minutes away from detonation, Kabakov lowers himself from the helicopter to the blimp, and hooks it up with a cable to the helicopter, which hauls it out of the panicked stadium and over the ocean. Kabakov unhooks the cable from the blimp, and clings to the cable as the helicopter moves away to a safe distance. A few seconds later, the bomb detonates, firing the flechettes harmlessly into the water.

A young woman with amnesia breaks out of a coffin in a funeral home, and dials 911 in the morgue, but accidentally unhooks the telephone while speaking to the operator. The mortician appears, and is impaled by a man equipped with a chrome skull mask, and a shoulder mounted camera. The girl stabs ChromeSkull in the eye, and runs off while he treats his wound. The girl is picked up by Tucker, who takes her home to his wife Cindy, and promises her that they will go to the sheriff's station in the morning, as Tucker's truck is low on gas, and their phone service has been cut off.

Meanwhile, Homer drives all over Springfield in search of more milk, to no avail. He finally buys some in the sleazy neighboring city of Guidopolis, which is populated by Italian-American stereotypes, but finds his car being towed away by a man named Louie. Seeing Homer's fascination with towing, Louie unhooks the car and introduces him to the business, but warns him not to work in Guidopolis as it is Louie's territory.

There, she finds her father slumped against the wall, dead from a heart attack induced by fright. When she looks up, she finds Chiemi's head, suspended from the rafters by its extremely long hair. Eri tries to take the head down, only for it to use its hair to open its eyes, and begins gnashing its teeth, to which Eri realises the hair had come alive, and had killed Chiemi to prevent her from cutting it. The head then unhooks itself from the rafters, and slithers away to the house of Chiemi's ex, where it torments him by attempting to force its hair through cracks in the walls.

Next, Tom tries to enter the Acropolis and chase Jerry, only to be thrown out because there is a sign that says "No Cats Allowed." After failing to hit Jerry with a catapult, he successfully sneaks in when a statue's head falls onto his own, but has to keep hiding from the guards, accidentally knocking the arms off the Venus de Milo sculpture in the process (thus giving it its current appearance). Jerry gets the better of him several more times, tricks him into jumping on a chariot, and unhooks the horses, leaving Tom to careen down the front steps.
