In May 1925, burglars attempted to break into the council's strongroom using high explosives to break through the reinforced concrete floor, but the noise attracted attention and they fled without stealing anything.

Unfortunately, both the keys to the strongroom are still under Mainwaring and Wilson's possession, so Frazer uses a fishing rod to yank up one of the keys. Rogers enters the strongroom, and identifies the bomb as a 'trembler'. He exasperates Mainwaring and Wilson by saying he has to go back to GHQ to pick up some special equipment. Jones realises that Mainwaring and Wilson cannot hang on much longer, so he proposes an elaborate plan to remove the bomb from them.

A strongroom is located beneath the ground floor strongroom adjacent to a fireplace. The ceilings are lined with tongue and groove boards and the floor is formed with concrete. The rear wall contains a central door and two full height windows with double hung sashes secured with metal grilles. Original internal walls on the upper two levels are finished with plaster lined to imitate stone ashlar while ceilings on all levels are lined with double beaded tongue and groove boards with timber cornices.

Off the rear (eastern) verandah of the 1898 section is a hip-roofed 1953 block containing toilets and a strongroom. The walls, ceiling and floor of the strongroom are constructed of reinforced concrete; the remainder of the building is constructed of timber. Attached to the southwest corner of the 1898 section is the 1907 addition.

Paneling to the underside of the first flight houses an access door to a single flight of stairs leading to the basement. The stairs consist of closed risers and treads with turned balusters and newel posts, the basement stair is painted and the upper staircase is clear finished. The strongroom with heavy metal door is also located on the north- western wall adjacent to a fireplace to the rear office. Partial height timber framed partitions lined with plasterboard positioned parallel to the south-eastern wall, are later additions and separate the office and strongroom from a hall created to access the rear addition.

The strongroom has a brick floor, instead of the timber floors used elsewhere in the store. Its door, which was possibly metal, is now missing. No display counters remain, but the cedar framed display cases, made to fit the windows, do survive.

In 1903, the Ulster King of Arms' offices within the Dublin Castle complex were transferred from the Bermingham Tower to the Bedford or Clock Tower. The jewels were transferred to a new safe, which was to be placed in the newly constructed strongroom. The new safe was too large for the doorway to the strongroom, and Sir Arthur Vicars, the Ulster King of Arms, instead stored it in his office. Seven latch keys to the door of the Office of Arms were held by Vicars and his staff, and two keys to the safe containing the insignia were both in the custody of Vicars.

The central spiral stair directly connected to the basement strongroom, and the other stair to the main basement store. Behind the bank proper, the private Bathurst Street entrance connected the ground floor manager's Office and the first and second floors. The rear quarters included a ground floor kitchen, washhouse, lavatory and rear yard.

This was emailed to Taylor, who then recorded the main vocals for the song. To create the beat in "Shake a Fist" Martin used the Elektron Machinedrum. This was the first occasion that Hot Chip had recorded music in a studio environment.

Original boxing around the timber columns has been removed exposing the sawn timber columns on the first floor, which are now incorporated as design features.

The original wrought iron gates remain. Internally a large proportion of the evidence of the original use of the building has been lost due to refurbishment, but evidence of the strongroom and position of the manager's office survives on the ground floor, and the original timber stair between floors remains against the east wall. The timber verandah along the south wall has been infilled with fibrous cement cladding.

He began recording with new electronic instruments such as AMS digital delays and the Synclavier sampler synthesiser, which was brought in by Daniel Miller of Mute Records. In the mid 1990s he moved back to London and worked in famous studios such as Abbey Road and The Strongroom in London. Jones uses mostly software these days which keeps him more mobile for work. He has an outstanding knowledge of "Logic Audio" music production software.

In the 1950s, Keith Faulkner was known for his roles as Ginger in Just William and Bob Cherry in Billy Bunter of Greyfriars School (both BBC TV series) and also featured in juvenile roles in a number of feature films. In the early 1960s, he appeared in several B-film thrillers and crime films and starred in The Man in the Back Seat, and Strongroom. His last screen credit was in 1963.

To the west the building has been extended in replicated detail when a strong room was added in 1935. The architrave of the windows is in relief from the surrounding wall surface and has a hood mould and keystone over which springs off recessed piers with moulded imposts. The strongroom window has vertical bars and the other walls are blank. An entablature connects the pediment over the front entrance and returns down the sides of the building.

On the west side of the hall is a single room which was created in 1935 when the strongroom was added. The hall leads, via a single door, to the Court Room which has an extended wall height to create a lofty space. This has recently been refurbished when subdividing partitions were removed to reveal the original volume and detailing. French doors with semi circular over lights and three round headed double hung windows open onto the side verandahs.

The two end shops have been recently fitted out as fast food outlets with drop ceilings and modern fixtures, with the eastern shop's strongroom being converted to a coldroom. The corridor leads to a timber stair with turned balustrade. The first floor consists of a central corridor with offices either side, three of which have strongrooms. All joinery has been painted, doors have been rehung and amber bottle glass panels inserted in fanlights and some doors.

A single room structure with thick, solid brick walls and a heavy metal door, the strongroom behind the main building is a good example of a secure storage vault. Retaining its context and the major design elements of an air raid shelter (rectangular in plan, reinforced concrete roof and external and internal blast walls, two entrances to the same side and toilet cubicles), the air raid shelter is important in demonstrating the layout, operation and siting of structures in the ARP system.

The two-storey brick annexe was demolished at this time. Extensive renovations were completed to the Commissariat Store building between 1978 and 1979 including removal of the staircase, lift and strongroom and replacement of the 1861 flooring on the ground floor with masonry. The roof was tiled over new steel framework. Tozer's Building is a good example of commercial offices designed by Richard Gailey. The original 1896 structure is important in demonstrating the principal characteristics of Victorian-era commercial offices. It comprises a foyer, handsome cedar staircase to the first floor rooms, a ground floor office, strongroom and a basement with its own strongrooms. The interior contains fine finishes such as plaster walls, decorative plaster cornices, pine ceilings, and handsome original cedar joinery including counter, windows, fanlights, architraves, skirtings and substantial doors.

Three years later he was elevated to Commissioner of Parliament. Blood is most famous for devising a plot to steal the Crown Jewels from the Tower of London and using them as a ransom for Charles II. In 1671 he and Maria disguised themselves as a parson and his wife. They visited the keeper of the jewels and Maria pretended to faint to cause a distraction. The keeper unlocked the Crown Jewels and, to his amazement, was seized and held in the strongroom.

The police track down the maker of the key and he advises them to which bank it belongs. The police initially suspect the bank manager of absconding but it is pointed out that no bank emplyee should ever have both keys - threfore something is very amiss here. The police catch Len and Griff boring a hole in the strongroom door. In addition to the Council Chamber, the building provided offices for the Town Clerk, Accountant, Mayor and Engineer, and included a strongroom. A second entrance was provided at the northern end of the building. An internal staircase led to an earth closet, lavatory and tool store downstairs. The plans indicated a future extension of the building along the Kennedy Terrace frontage; a modified version of which appears to have been carried out with the extension of the building to accommodate the kindergarten during the 1950s.

After the fire, Council erected temporary offices next to the strong room and sought a loan to build substantial new brick chambers for the rapidly expanding shire. Frederick Smith prepared the plans and the tender of local builder AS Wight, for , was accepted. The foundation stone was laid by Queensland Governor Matthew Nathan on 25 July 1921 and the brick and concrete chambers measuring , with a surrounding wide verandah, was completed early in 1922.

A concrete blockwork addition to the ground floor and basement level extends toward Reef Street and the rear elevation houses exit doors on the eastern side to both levels. The ground floor of the 1896 building contains three rooms: the foyer, a strongroom and a rear office. The foyer contains the original counter with robust detailing, part of which is stored in the basement and a grandfather clock on the southern wall. On the north-western wall, a half-turn stair provides access to the upper level.

Released in September 2013, the Single White Female EP featured the lead track "Sunday Best", alongside "Looking Glass" and "Single White Female" from the Steve Lironi live sessions. Rainer von Fieandt, who was a board member in Kone ja Silta, Wärtsilä and PYP, organised together with Wahlforss a gigantic acquisition – Wärtsilä, an East Finnish company with 700 employees, took over the leading metal industry company of Finland in 1935. The transaction was fully funded by a loan given by PYP. The new Wärtsilä Corporation lead now four units which all were barely profitable; therefore, many financial specialists expressed their doubts on the future of the company.

Wide verandahs to three sides are supported by chamfered timber posts with capitals and brackets, and feature fine cast-iron balustrading and a deep lattice frieze. Fire escapes have been added, and an early garage of lesser quality has been attached to the northeast wall. The main house comprises entrance vestibule, stair hall, living and dining rooms, study, library, breakfast room (with cellar below), and strongroom on the ground floor, and six bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Extra kitchens and bathrooms have been added throughout the house since the original construction.

Its safe is considered unbreakable but it does open automatically shortly at certain times. The two gang leaders use the stagecoach as a kind of Trojan Horse to get gang members unrecognised into the town and moreover to have a big chest put into the strongroom. When the time has come for the safe to open, Chiuchi attacks the town as a diversionary tactic and lures the guards away. Then El Bedoja carries out the actual strike with his own gang, taking the now scarcely protected bank by surprise.

However the Dalit community felt that the police were biased towards the perpetrator, and Nishad was there to protest. At one stage, the group attempted to enter the strongroom in the police station, and constable Krishnanand Rai, a noted hockey player, was apparently preventing their entry. In the ensuing altercations, someone from Nishad's group fired three rounds, and two bullets hit constable Rai in the chest, killing him. This was part of an attempt to "ransack the police station and loot the armoury,", according to Deputy Inspector General of Police, G L Meena.

Taylor's family relocated to New Zealand in 1987. Taylor moved to London in 1997. He spent a decade based in the UK where he established his career as an engineer and programmer, working with producers and mixers such as Guy Sigsworth, Neil McLellan, Adrian Bushby, Pascal Gabriel, Al Clay, Jim Abiss, Steve Osborne, Cameron Craig, and Tom Elmhirst, and artists such as UNKLE, Adam Freeland, and The Prodigy. Taylor regularly worked at studios such as Strongroom, Olympic, Whitfield Street, Metropolis, The Townhouse, Chiswick Reach, Rockfield, and The Pierce Rooms.

At this point, Pierce made a trip to the United States to record Dr. John's piano and vocal parts on the track "Cop Shoot Cop". The mixing process involved various studios and personnel. Beginning at House of Blues in Memphis, Pierce returned to work again with Darren Allison at The Strongroom Studios, John Leckie, and Trevor Curwen at Moles Studio. With the mixing phase complete, Pierce concentrated on post-production and editing with Mads Bjerke, and Ray Staff at Whitfield Street Studios took charge of the mastering process.

Between April and June 2007 the band recorded their first full-length album, Good Nature, at the Seamus Wong studio in Leicester, released on Drowned in Sound Recordings on 17 March 2008. Ant Theaker, former guitarist with Hope of the States, produced the album, which was mixed at the Strongroom Studios in east London, and mastered in Chicago by Bob Weston of Shellac. The album introduced "a new attention to melody" and was the first recording to feature the trumpet playing of Sam Scott. In December 2009, the band announced that they had split.

In 1914 further alterations were made to provide for officers from other government departments, including the land commissioner, mining registrar and inspector of machinery. A new hip-roofed wing was constructed at the southern end of the building which contained two rooms and extended the western verandah. A separate, 2 roomed structure was linked to the rear verandah by a covered way and accommodated drafting and records. In 1953 a toilet block and strongroom was added and in 1961 the last major addition occurred when a four roomed wing was added to the 1914 section.

Furniture was still a problem in 1881, when a letter of complaint from residents of Gympie noted that there was no provision for seating the public, jurors, suitors or witnesses, and jurors had to use the office of the Clerk of Petty Sessions to confer. A jury room was built on the rear verandah later in 1881. Expenditure on the Gympie court house, as reported by the Department of Public Works in 1891, included: in 1875; in 1876; in 1877; in 1881; and (for a strongroom by George Caldwell) in 1882.

It has been extended at the rear. It occupies approximately half of the block, with a bitumined carpark at the rear, accessed via a driveway off Goondoon Street along the north side of the building. There are several mature trees along the perimeter of the back yard, possibly related to the period of occupation of the first floor of the building as a bank manager's residence. The site slopes considerably to the rear (east) and to the south, accommodating a basement level with what was formerly a strongroom.

The former Royal Bank of Queensland building is important in demonstrating the principal characteristics of a regional bank of its era, being a good example of a masonry structure in a classical style combining a banking chamber and offices. Its siting with other gold-related buildings in upper Mary Street above the gold diggings, illustrates the prominence of banks in the gold mining town of Gympie. Its intactness is demonstrated on its exterior and in its room volumes, joinery and fittings and extant strongroom. The place is important because of its aesthetic significance.

The ceiling is lined and a projecting vestibule has twin timber doors with a fanlight above. The interior has tongue and groove boards to the walls, a flat boarded ceiling and partitioning has been installed to separate the surgery, reception and a toilet. The building has double-hung sash windows and a rendered masonry strongroom is built into the southeast elevation adjacent to the surgery and is used as a store. A metal sheeted shed sitting on metal posts and a weatherboard and fibrous cement toilet block are located to the rear of the building.

The contract was let to Townsville builder Dennis Kelleher in 1886, and the Society moved into their new premises in January 1888, occupying two rooms on the ground floor: a spacious, cedar-fitted public office at the front, and the district secretary's office, with strongroom, at the rear. The remainder of the ground floor contained two shops, which were let to tenants. The upper floor comprised office accommodation, with strongrooms, let to business and professional persons. At the time, the building was considered a handsome addition to Flinders Street.

To make robbing the Money Bin easier, the Beagle Boys acquire anti-inertia and neutra-friction beam pistols from the foolish cabbage professor (The one who invented the petrifying beam in The Mysterious Stone Ray). Next, they march to the Money Bin while evading all obstacles using the beam pistols, including a barbed-wire fence, dogs, portcullis, automatically triggered machine gun nests, and cannonballs. They advance in that way as far as towards the strongroom. There, Scrooge snatches the neutra-friction pistol and fires it at his money, making it behave essentially as a liquid.

A professional thief in his younger years, 77 year old widower Brian Reader pulls together a band of ageing criminals to plot an unprecedented burglary at the Hatton Garden Safe Deposit. The thieves, all but one in their 60s and 70s, employ their old-school skills to plan the heist over the Easter holiday weekend. Posing as gas repairmen, they enter the deposit building, neutralise the alarms, and proceed to drill a hole into the wall of the strongroom. Two days later, they manage to escape with allegedly over £14 million worth of stolen jewels and money.

These dimensions and early photographs suggest the building was symmetrical about the central hallway, with the meeting room to one side and two offices to the other, and an arched portico at the entrance. Apart from its role as Council Chambers, the meeting room has been used by many local groups including the local branch of the Queensland Country Women's Association and the Chamber of Commerce, and the cane-cutters sign-on in 1935. The 1917 strongroom appears to now form part of the rear verandah. The sugar industry sustained the local economy during the 1930s depression, and the district expanded.

The strongroom measured internally, with walls, and it is still extant behind the former court house. In 1888, the layout of the court house included two offices at the southwest end of the building, the corner office on Channon Street being for the Police Magistrate, and the rear corner office was for Clerk of Petty Sessions. There was an area for the judge's bench between the two offices, and the three spaces each had a door leading to a verandah on the southwest elevation. The separate court and public areas took up the main rectangular space of the building.

It was the only bank in Marburg at the time. With the extension of the railway line from Rosewood to Marburg in 1911, opening officially on 26 January 1912, confidence in the district's future increased. In August 1911 the QNB purchased the present site at the corner of Edmond and Queen Streets, near the railway terminus, and in the first half of 1912, Ipswich contractors Hastie and Halliwell erected new bank premises to a design prepared by Ipswich architect George Brockwell Gill. The building housed the banking chamber, manager's office, strongroom, bedroom for a resident banking officer, and a bathroom.

On November 30, 2013, Balan received his third Golden Gramophone award for the song "Lyubi". In January 2014, Balan began recording a new studio album in London in the Abbey Road Studios, AIR Studios, RAK Studios, Strongroom Studios and Sarm Studios. He wrote the music and lyrics and produced all of the tracks on the album. The recordings featured the Symphony Orchestra of the British Musicians' Union, the London Community Gospel Choir, London Voices led by Terry Edwards and Ben Parry, as well as Massive Attack drummer Julien Brown, guitarist Seton Daunt, and percussionist Andy Duncan.

Relocating the bank, 1917 In January 1917 the Royal Bank and the Bank of North Queensland (established in Townsville in 1888) merged to form the Bank of Queensland Ltd, with the Lowood branch retained under the new name. In mid-1917 the Lowood bank building, complete with a brick and concrete strongroom which weighed close to 40 tonnes, was re-located to the present site in Railway Street. In 1922 the Bank of Queensland in turn merged with the National Bank of Australasia, and the building remained a branch of the National Bank until 1986. In 2015, it functions as a dental surgery.

Initially work was concentrated on completing the offices, stables, bakehouse, wash-house and laundry. The Dundas Papers also record that Carr demolished the rear section of the dwelling while leaving the hall range and wings intact. According to Giles Worsley: "In its place, grouped round an open courtyard, was built a new kitchen, scullery and a range of servants' rooms, including a steward's parlour, a housekeeper's room and a strongroom, together with family rooms and a staircase." Former stable block Thomas Dundas, 2nd Earl of Zetland (1795-1873), made "substantial but essentially cosmetic" alterations to Aske Hall.

In May 1920 up to a hundred armed men broke into Kilmorna House and held Vicars at gunpoint while they attempted to break into the house's strongroom. On 14 April 1921, he was taken from Kilmorna House, which was set alight, and shot dead in front of his wife. According to the communiqué issued from Dublin Castle, thirty armed men took him from his bed and shot him, leaving a placard around his neck denouncing him as an informer."Murder of Sir A. Air raid shelter from the south, 2011 Butting against the north-east side of the strongroom, the rectangular pill box air raid shelter has off-form concrete blast walls, a concrete slab floor and flat roof. It has entrances at the north-east and south-west ends, each with an open porch sheltered by the cantilevered roof. Only the north-east end retains its interior concrete blast wall, which forms an entrance corridor into the main space of the shelter. The floor and ceiling are coved and there are three openings to the north-west and south-east sides housing pairs of eight-light casement windows.

Three small time crooks, Griff, Len and Len's brother Alec hold up a bank just after closing time on a Saturday preceding an Easter Monday Bank Holiday. The stuffy bank manager (Mr Spencer) and his secretary, Rose are locked in the bank's airtight vault, or "Strongroom" by the crooks when two cleaners unexpectedly arrive. The robbers escape but realise that they face possible murder convictions as the bank will be closed for days and the two employees will suffocate. The crooks improvise a plan to leave the keys to the vault in a telephone box and alert the police by an anonymous phone call.

Jake Davis served as an engineer for mix; he also helmed the additional programming and sound design. The sound was remixed and additionally produced by Jeremy Wheatley at the Townhouse studios, while Ellis-Bextor's vocals were produced and recorded by Bacon & Quarmby at the Strongroom studios. Being a cover of Cher's song, the song retains writing credits for Bob Esty and Michele Aller, while Ellis-Bextor included new lyrics written by herself. While both versions address sexual intercourse, the publication noted that in the original version, Cher "sings romantically about 'makin' love'" while Ellis-Bextor sings "more aggressive" lyrics such as "only fair I get my way".

The metal strongroom doors are also significant for their size and sophistication. The Reserve Bank was a prestigious and desirable place to work. There was a strong staff hierarchy and senior positions had considerable community status. This status is demonstrated in physical terms by the design of executive and staff areas in the building. In the 1960s the building was known to provide more extensive staff facilities compared with other contemporary buildings. In this building they consisted of the cafeteria, executive and Board dining rooms, the staff lounge, the staff library, a medical suite, squash courts and associated amenities, an auditorium and an observation deck on the 20th level for the use of staff and ex-staff.

Periodically through the 1860s and 1870s, county officials tried to find money to erect a new courthouse, but all attempts proved abortive until 1879, when $70,000 was appropriated and a special tax levied on real and personal property countywide. The original plans called for it to measure , with county offices placed on the first floor and court- related rooms on the second. Among the interior features were gas lines, steam heat, and running water with toilets, together with ordinary features such as a burglar-proof strongroom. Its walls are primarily brick with a stone foundation, pierced by pairs of windows and topped with a mansard roof atop a tower on each of the building's corners.

Revealing the overall theme in January 2007, Wainwright declared the album was about opening up and following impulses. "Whether it's the environment, politics or religious warfare", Wainwright stated in an interview with The Japan Times, "it's time to get out there and be a part of the solution, whatever that is." Between 1988-1989, Before forming Meat Machine, Vincent James was signed to Tim Palmer's Beggars Banquet Records / City Beat Label (which was the precursor to XL Recordings) as a solo artist; Recording a 12-inch House Music Single (at Strongroom Recording Studios in Shoreditch) under the name of Vince James Project feat. J Rose; Co-Produced by Stephen W. Tayler (Sigue Sigue Sputnik & Kate Bush et al.) & Engineered by Neil McLellan (The Prodigy). The Single was later remixed at Madness (band) owned Liquidator Studios, by Rex Brough (aka King John and the Red King) who also produced songs on both Bomb The Bass & Betty Boo debut albums for the Rhythm King label.

However, given the later date is more likely, the post office would still be one of a series of comparatively early post offices built by the Commonwealth in the state. Although George Oakeshott was the architect in charge of Commonwealth Department of Works and Railways, the architect who actually designed the building was probably E. J. Henderson who had designed a number of post office buildings. In May 1939, the post office was robbed by breaking into the strongroom by blasting a gelignite charge, which created three loud explosions. Having obtained access to the safe, the men stole £50 worth of cash, postal notes and stamps, and well as other items in the post office to the value of £260.

Other known surviving 1870s court houses in Queensland include those in: Maryborough (brick, 1877, Maryborough Courthouse), Port Douglas (timber, 1879, Port Douglas Court House Museum), St Lawrence (timber, 1878, St Lawrence Police Station), Toowoomba (its second, sandstone, 1878, Toowoomba Court House) and Townsville (brick, 1877, Townsville Magistrates Court). Also present on the site, behind the main building, are an 1882 strongroom and a 1942 air raid shelter. Gympie (initially called Nashville) was established after the discovery of gold in October 1867 by James Nash. Although small finds of gold had been made in the region-near Imbil, Black Snake Range, and Nanango, it was the discovery of gold at Gympie in a gully near the Mary River that suddenly changed the fortunes of the region and Queensland.

The survivors, 21 passengers and 18 crew members, were all men, with no women or children saved. A list of 320 passenger names departing from Melbourne in August 1859 on the Royal Charter is available on- line from the Public Records Office, Victoria: "Index to Outward Passengers to Interstate, UK and Foreign Ports, 1852–1901". A large quantity of gold was said to have been thrown up on the beach at Porth Alerth, with some families becoming rich overnight. The gold bullion being carried as cargo was insured for £322,000, but the total value of the gold on the ship must have been much higher as many of the passengers had considerable sums in gold, either on their bodies or deposited in the ship's strongroom.

Wood mixed the release and Andy Miles and Simon Heyworth mastered the project at the Super Audio Mastering facility in Devon, UK. No. 6 offers 9 tracks written by band members and a bluegrass rethinking of The Only Ones' Another Girl, Another Planet.

Banks were staffed by males at this time, as no female toilet facilities are evident in plans. A small kitchen food hoist is shown connecting the ground floor kitchen with upper floor accommodation, and Tobin ventilators are shown in a measured plan that may have supplied air to the basement or banking chambers. ;1910 ground floor alterations The 1910 alterations saw the expansion of the ground floor banking chambers by some 95 square metres with demolition of 50% of the existing rear walls, the removal of the central stair to the basement strongroom, and the relocation of the kitchen, the separate Manager's office and internal stairs. The extension of the bank building allowed the private Bathurst Street entrance and the connecting stairwell to the upper floors to be relocated.

While still based in the Midwest during the post-production period of It's All Good, the trio appeared sparingly in the projects of others, including Jozef K. Richards' web-series Friday Night Weekly as themselves, and in the short-lived series Poké Men & Women as a destructive cadre of poorly behaved and reckless Mr. Mime alongside comedian Reuben Glaser in the role of the hapless Scientist Roger. Fronk appeared by himself as "Batmaniac" in the 2017 film Batman and Jesus starring Paul Provenza. DeGaetano can be seen in the projects Beasts, Augmented, Two Minutes Till Impact, and will appear in In The Backseat. The Coop has been very active since relocating to Los Angeles, racking up several appearances in films such as Strongroom, The Artist, Thanks a Latte, and Kappa Force.

Fever () was released on 11 September 2009, and is the fifth full-length studio album by Taiwanese indie pop band Sodagreen. It is the second of the band's Vivaldi Project, a planned series of four albums representing the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn and winter respectively. The recording of the album took place in London, England, at Strongroom Recording Studio, and the songs, mostly written by Sodagreen's lead singer Wu Tsing-Fong, contain Britpop elements and lyrical references to the supernatural, Faust, Madame Butterfly, Don Quixote and the Greek god Dionysus, the subject of three brief prose passages between tracks, written in English by band manager Will Lin and recited by studio engineer Dan McKinna. The first music video released was for the lead song "Fever", and was directed by the film studio Heroes for Zeroes.

In 2016, Sergei Smolin began working with composer Gennady Rovner on the first part of India Inside, an international project which encompassed a symphonic composition, an electro-acoustic noise album and a documentary film. Over 300 performers from all around the world took part in the project, including two symphony orchestras, a European choir, Indian musicians and jazz musicians working across six studios: in Moscow (“Mosfilm”), London (Real World Studios, AIR Studios, Strongroom Music Studios, Metropolis) and Mumbai (Yash Raj Films). Former chief engineer at Abbey Road Studios and multiple-Grammy-award-winner Haydn Bendall was the sound producer on the album. The project received official support from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and plaudits from Sergei Lavrov. In March 2017, Sergei Smolin was the producer and organizer of “Given & Stolen”, an exhibition of work by photographer Igor Vereshchagin presented at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.

New material was written and debuted at several one-off live performances and acoustic showcases throughout 2008. Recording of the new album started in September 2008 at Strongroom 33 Studios in East London. In February 2009 all songs were written and "Wade In" was made available as a free download on the band's MySpace page. A demo of the new album's intro was posted to their MySpace for a free listen as well. In April 2009, it was stated that 13 songs were written and recorded for their then still untitled second studio album. In the following months, they were mixed with a release eventually expected in early 2010. Although the full album was leaked online as early as October 2009. While taking a short break from mixing the upcoming album, Stateless embarked on a small acoustic tour in the Netherlands in June 2009, playing 4 locations, which they repeated in late October 2009 with another 4 Dutch acoustic showcases.

Moving across to the PWL Studios in London, 'The Hit Factory', their success was unstoppable - for artists such as Rick Astley, Mel & Kim, Bananarama, Pet Shop Boys and Kylie Minogue. Harding's partnership (from 1986) with Ian Curnow in the basement studio of PWL saw them become internationally renowned remixers/producers, with multiple UK and American singles and club chart successes for a list of artists, including Diana Ross, Depeche Mode, The Jackson 5, Erasure, The Four Tops, Five Star, Chic (band), Jesus Jones, John Travolta & Olivia Newton John, ABC, Imagination, Climie Fisher, Donna Summer, Voice of the Beehive and Debbie Harry. In 1992, Harding left PWL to set up his own production company, P&E; Music, with Ian Curnow at The Strongroom studio complex in London.

In the ten years subsequent to its establishment the project collected 1,773 witness statements totaling 35,000 pages, 334 sets of contemporary documents, 42 photographs, 12 voice recordings, 210 photographs of action sites of Easter Week, and a collection of press cuttings. The objective was then ‘to assemble and co-ordinate material to form the basis for the compilation of the history of the movement for Independence from the formation of the Irish Volunteers on 25 November 1913, to 11 July 1921.’ When the Bureau members had completed their mission, they oversaw the placing of the witness statements into 83 steel boxes, together with 66 annexes to witness statements, 54 collections of records of people who did not contribute statements, 178 collections of press cuttings, 12 voice recordings, 246 photographs and 322 bundles of original documents. In March 1959, the archive was locked in the strongroom in Government Buildings, not to be released to researchers and the general public until after the death of the last recipient of the military-service pension that had testified to the Bureau.
