This arch in Cley is traditionally believed to have originally been part of Blakeney Chapel. The wall is of the flint and mortar type typical of this area. The first investigation of the chapel ruins, supported by the National Trust, was conducted by the local history group in the winter of 1998–99. The IBWC also accused WBtW of installing a gate for the wall on federal land in lieu of proper permits or authorizations, while illegally preventing access to waterways and a public monument. According to emails obtained via Open Records Act requests, WBtW was informed about such permits and studies that were required to build the gate on federal property but ignored them and proceeded with construction anyway. "We are literally making a mountain out of a molehill," said attorney Rich Kaye, who represented WBtW, in writing to the IBWC on June 3.

He then quoted Kripal's claim that those passages, plus other non-"secret" passages that touch on similar themes, are the key to Ramakrishna's mysticism and a lens through which one can validly read the whole Kathamrta. In his extensive 2000 review, Tyagananda wrote that Ramakrishna's "secret" talks were neither troubling nor secret, having been said in the presence of a large number of visitors, with the doors open. According to Tyagananda, Kripal's "secret talks" is a mistranslation of guhya katha, which in the context means the "esoteric" or "deeper meaning" of a scripture.

New songs and video were released on YouTube each Thursday, for a total of five or six days in a row. The Thursday after the final song of each episode, the full episode would be released on streaming services as an EP. Certain songs were released as digital streaming singles ahead of their episodes. Often, songs were altered between their initial video release and episode release - notably, the video release of "Mile Bush Pride" includes an extended outro that was later cut, the final version of "Molehill" was given an extended coda, and "Beautiful Yes That Would Be" was originally reworked as a brief intro to Episode 1, then extended on the final release. The songs on Episode 1 were also re-ordered and mixed together to play continuously, something which wasn't repeated in later episodes.

The idiom is found in Nicholas Udall's translation of The first tome or volume of the Paraphrase of Erasmus vpon the newe testamente (1548) in the statement that "The Sophistes of Grece coulde through their copiousness make an Elephant of a flye, and a mountaine of a mollehill." The comparison of the elephant with a fly (elephantem ex musca facere) is an old Latin proverb that Erasmus recorded in his collection of such phrases, the Adagia,1.9.69, Erasmian animal idioms European variations on which persist.

This very rural parish, forming part of the North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is located in a dry valley to the south of Gravesend and is named after a scattered group of houses and farms around Luddesdown Court and its church next to it. The civil parish also contains its main neighbourhood or street, Henley Street, and separate hamlets of Great Buckland (though split down the side with Snodland having essentially the Church) and Boughurst Street to the south; the valley narrows quickly the south to the appropriately named Buckland at the top of the dry valley floor. In this steep valley, facing west, is a vineyard, Monk's Vineyard; east are these woods: College, Haydown, Brazenden, Scrubes, Wrenches, Goss Hilly and Red Wood to the north east. Apart from this eastern edge, there are Fowles/Brimp, Luxon, Molehill, Freezelands, Round, Tom Loft's, Longfield and Henley Woods.
