Route 382, also known as Long Island Tickle Road, is a highway in the central portion of Newfoundland in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, branching off Route 380 (Beothuck Trail) in the town of Pilley's Island. The route is the only provincial route with no communities prevalent – it is designed as an access to Lushes Bight–Beaumont–Beaumont North (Long Island) and Little Bay Islands ferries. The maximum speed limit for much of Route 382 is 60 km/h, but is reduced to 30 km/h when approaching the ferry.

Gaetano Cima was born in Cagliari, Sardinia by an upper-middle- class family. He studied architecture in Turin and later in Rome at the Accademia delle Belle Arti, where he had as professors Luigi Canina and Luigi Poletti, famous Italian neoclassical architects. He came back to Sardinia when he completed his studies, working as civil engineer in the Cadastre Office in Cagliari and later assuming professorship at the local university while conducting projects in association with former classmate and then colleague architect Carlo De Candia; they beatified the waterfront of Cagliari with buildings presenting lushes balconies and patios with views to the ocean at the best Ligurian style. Gaetano Cima died in Cagliari in 1878.

Route 380 begins on mainland Newfoundland in South Brook at an intersection with Route 1 (TCH) and heads north through town before leaving and heading northeast through very hilly terrain for several kilometres, where it has an intersection with Route 381 (Port Anson Road), which provides access to the communities on Sunday Cove Island. The highway now passes through Roberts Arm before crossing a Causeway onto Pilley's Island and passing through the Town of the same name, where it has an intersection with Route 382 (Long Island Tickle Road), which provides access to ferries leading to the Little Bay Islands and Lushes Bight–Beaumont–Beaumont North (Long Island). Route 380 now crosses another causeway onto Big Triton Island and winds its way through the town of Triton before heading through hilly terrain to cross the final causeway onto Brighton Tickle Island, where it comes to an end in downtown Brighton.
