Heritance Negombo (formally known as Browns Beach Hotel) was rebranded as Heritance Negombo. This hotel is the latest in the Heritance portfolio that came on board in 2016. The premium brand portfolio offers novel 'city hotel on the beach' concept, which combines proximity and convenience with a resort ambience. In March 2016, TUI Group CEO Friedrich Joussen visited the 139-room hotel.

In March 2015, Aitken Spence acquired "Aarah", another island property in Maldives in Raa Atoll, to develop a 163-room, US$50mn resort, having received Maldivian Government's approval to expand buildable area in Maldivian archipelago. Heritance Aarah from Aitken Spence Hotels will be the group's first 'Heritance' property overseas. Heritance Aarah is scheduled to open in time for the winter season of 2018.

Heritance Ahungalla, formerly known as Triton, is Sri Lanka's first five-star beach resort—launched in 1981 in Ahungalla, a town in southern coastal belt of Sri Lanka. Originally designed by Deshamanya Geoffrey Bawa, the 152 roomed 5 star resort was relaunched under the Heritance brand in June 2006 subsequent to a US$13 million refurbishment. Heritance Tea Factory Heritance Tea Factory is a concept hotel wherein a 61-year-old dilapidated tea factory has been remodelled and conserved as a hotel. Located in Heathersett Estate (25 acre tea estate), Kandapola in the Nuwara Eliya district, the 5 star resort is considered to be the highest elevated (6,800 ft above sea level) luxury hotel in Sri Lanka. Conceptualized by G. C. Wickremasinghe, a former chairman and current board member of Aitken Spence, and designed by Nihal Bodhinayake, the hotel came to operation in 1996. The hotel was awarded the Asia Pacific Heritage Merit Award in 2001 by UNESCO for preserving the tea factory and its colonial heritage.

Since the ARHGEF9 gene is on the X chromosome, this gene displays X-linked recessive heritance. The collybistin protein is responsible for proper gephyrin targeting, which is crucial for the proper localization of glycine and GABA receptors. Deficiencies in collybistin function would result in an artificial lack of glycine and GABA receptors at the synaptic cleft.

The Law of Uppland (Upplandslagen) was drafted by a Royal commission, enacted at the three Folkland Things, and given Royal assent in 1296. The Law of Uppland became the law of the land, not only for the province of Uppland it created, containing the three Folklands and Roden, but also for Gästrikland. The law contained eight law codes: The Church, King's, Heritance, Freeman's, Land, Merchant's, Neighborhood, and Thing codes. Courts were held in each Hundred and each Folkland.

Although no specific PA susceptibility genes have been identified, a genetic factor likely is involved in the disease. Pernicious anemia is often found in conjunction with other autoimmune disorders, suggesting common autoimmune susceptibility genes may be a causative factor. After Mary's early death in 1482, Maximilian attempted to secure the Burgundian heritance to one of his and Mary's children Philip the Handsome. Charles VIII of France contested this, using both military and dynastic means, but the Burgundian succession was finally ruled in favor of Philip in the Treaty of Senlis in 1493. After the death of his father in 1493, Maximilian was proclaimed the new King of the Romans, receiving the name Maximilian I. Maximilian was initially unable to travel to Rome to receive the Imperial title from the Pope, due to opposition from Venice and from the French who were occupying Milan, as well a refusal from the Pope due to enemy forces being present on his territory. In 1508, Maximilian proclaimed himself as the "chosen Emperor," and this was also recognized by the Pope due to changes in political alliances.
