Mills was born in Berkeley, California, the son of Janet L. Dowd, a draftsperson, and Paul Chadbourne Mills, an art historian and museum director. He graduated from Cooper Union in Lower Manhattan, New York City. His mother died of brain cancer in 1999. Six months after she died, his father Paul came out as gay at the age of 75 and after 44 years of marriage.

Zoltan Pali was born May 28, 1960 at the French Hospital in Chinatown, Los Angeles, California to Emery Pali and Maria [Szalacsy] Pali. His parents were immigrants from Budapest just after the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. His father taught him the basics of drawing - particularly mechanical drafting - and by the time Zoltan was 15 years old he was able to work summers in various engineering and architectural offices as a draftsperson. Sandalwood cutters established a track through the park in about 1848. European settlers arrived in the late 1800s initially around Amelup and farmed much of the surrounding areas. John Forrest climbed Toolbrunup in 1881 with Henry Samuel Ranford and made a cairn at the summit. The boundaries of the park were first suggested by Jas Hope, the Chief Draftsperson of the Lands and Survey Department, in 1908 and approved by N.J. Moore who was the Minister of Lands at the time.

Iwan Iwanoff worked in Laufen as a caricature painter in the immediate post-war period before working with Emil Freymuth, a modernist architect in Munich, Germany. Leaving Germany with the help of the International Refugee Organization, Iwan Iwanoff and his wife left Europe on the SS Fairsea which left Naples on the 7th of February 1950, and settled in Fremantle, Western Australia on 2 March 1950. His Munich qualifications were not recognised in Australia. But shortly after, he gained employment under Krantz and Sheldon as a draftsperson.

Australian artist Anne Lynch. Anne Lynch (born Melbourne 1956) is an Australian artist, working primarily as a draftsperson and printmaker in the genre of Outsider art. Her artwork has been shown internationally and is represented in the Self-Taught and Outsider Art Research Collection at the Callan Park Gallery for Self-Taught and Outsider Art, University of Sydney. St. Antoine was the official draftsperson for the Model Employment Termination Act (META). He also authored a defense of that act, The Model Employment Termination Act: A Fair Compromise published in the Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science in 1994. St. Antoine has taught as a visiting faculty member at Cambridge, Duke, George Washington, and Tokyo University, and in Salzburg. In the past few years he has spent a great deal of time teaching labor relations and arbitration in Chinese universities, and speaking about developing labor law in China.

Following her graduation, Chadeayne sought work at a number of Los Angeles- based firms, but found that few would consider hiring a woman. Eventually she was able to find work as a draftsperson at the firm of Pierpoint and Walter S. Davis. After their office closed during the Depression, she was able to find work in the mid-1930s with the architect and fellow UC Berkeley alumna Lilian Jeannette Rice. Based in the Rancho Santa Fe area, she specialized in residences and civic buildings in the Spanish Colonial Revival style.

In 1937, she opened her own practice in Washington, D.C., which she ran for five years while also doing freelance drafting work for other firms around town. Parker worked for the U.S. War Department during World War II, initially as a draftsperson and later overseeing the fabrication of relief maps for the Office of Strategic Services. After the war, she reopened her practice, which continued (with interruptions) until 1975.

An accomplished printmaker, Collazo-Llorens is, according to curator Deborah Cullen, “a sophisticated draftsperson who…has been producing personal, visceral drawings on a daily basis over several years. She became chairperson of the Delegation for Relations with the People's Republic of China, and a member of the conference of delegation chairpersons. During this period, she was a reporter on the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals. In 2003, she was appointed draftsperson for the Directive on the patentability of computer-implemented inventions and proposed an amendment for a "grace period" which would have brought European patent practice in the field of software patents closer to the United States practice of "first to invent" as opposed to the European practice of "first to file". Between 2001 and 2002, she was vice-president of the European Parliament.

Born in Lapeer, Michigan, Robinson received her undergraduate degree in science from Kalamazoo College in 1908, and the BArch and MID (Master in Landscape Design) in 1924 from the University of Michigan. She ran her own landscape firm from 1916-1926 and worked as a draftsperson for J.W. Case in Detroit. She arrived at the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign in 1926 and spent the rest of her career there, developing a highly ranked landscape architecture department with colleagues Stanley White and Karl Lohmann. In 1926 she was hired as associate teacher, then in 1929 she was hired as the first female tenure track faculty member.

The outcome of this was the Labour Party including a curriculum review and the Green Party of England and Wales specifically mentioning Teach the Future's English Climate Emergency Education Act in both of their respective manifestos. In accordance to their third ask, the student volunteers and a professional legislative draftsperson drafted the first ever student written education bill in history which has been supported by many Parliamentarians. Nadia Whittome supported the students in hosting a parliamentary reception to unveil this legislation to the Government by being their Parliamentary Sponsor; this reception was held in the Houses of Parliament's Terrace Pavilion on 26th February 2020 and had an attendance of over 150 politicians, educators, student campaigners, union representatives and supporters.

The new OECS Economic Union Treaty was finally presented at the 43rd OECS Meeting in St. Kitts on June 21, 2006. The current draft Treaty was commended at the meeting, but the Authority directed the formulation of some additional provisions to allow a role for national parliamentary representatives (both government and opposition) of the Member States in the form of a regional Assembly of Parliamentarians. This body, it was felt, was necessary to act as a legislative filter to the Authority in its law making capacity. The Heads further directed that the Treaty be reviewed by a meeting of members of the Task Force, Attorneys General, the draftsperson for the Treaty and representatives of the OECS Secretariat.

A pencil sketch made about 1915 shows a figure, probably one of the Portuguese women of Provincetown. Weinrich was a meticulous draftsperson and this drawing is typical of the work she did in the academic style between 1914 and 1920. She also produced works more akin to the Impressionist favored by Hawthorne and many of his students. When in 1917 Weinrich showed paintings in a New York women's club, the MacDowell Club, the art critic for the Brooklyn Daily Eagle said they showed a "strong note of impressionism." On graduating, Raymond joined Frost's practice as his sole partner (she had previously been working for him as a draftsperson while a student). Raymond opened her own office in 1928 after working with Frost for several years. She was drawn to the simple vernacular structures expressive of rural American life, avoiding the grand facades and the exclusively modern styles that were popular with her contemporaries. In 1931, after five years of work, Raymond published Early Domestic Architecture of Pennsylvania, in which she explored what she called the “unstudied directness in fitting form to function” of very early American architecture. The book was one of the first systematic inventories of vernacular American architecture and defined Raymond’s career.

Brill has been at the forefront of efforts to integrate computers into the law school classroom, and has spoken on issues related to replacing the traditional law school handwritten exam with an exam typed on a laptop. Rocky Mountain Legal Writing Conference, March 2012 In addition to his work in legal education, Brill has been active in the Chicago Bar Association and was the chief draftsperson of rules requiring State of Illinois lawyers to be responsible for continuing their legal education for the remainder of their careers. Brill has also been a consultant on numerous tort cases. Despite stepping down as Director of Legal Writing, Brill continued to remain involved in the development of the field.

Thompson and Morley were to remain close and like-minded colleagues in spite of this move. Towards the end of the Chichen Itza project, Morley came across the drawings of a young artist and draftsperson, Tatiana Proskouriakoff, who as an unpaid excavator had accompanied a 1936–37 University of Pennsylvania Museum expedition to the Maya site of Piedras Negras. The quality of her reconstructive panorama drawings (depicting what the site "might have looked like" when in use) so impressed Morley that he determined to enroll her onto the Carnegie staff. However, this was in the midst of the Great Depression and funds for hiring were scarce; it was also not clear whether Morley had the appropriate authority to do so.

As the supplies of metal began to dry up due to World War II, Frostic turned to more readily available materials and began printmaking, using the Linocut technique of carving linoleum blocks. Due to her exploration with plastic, she was also commissioned to make a piece for the 1939 New York World's Fair. During World War II, Frostic worked full-time, six days a week, as a tool and die draftsperson in the Willow Run bomber plant of Ford Motor Company where she became skilled in production. After the war, Frostic started her own production printing company in Wyandotte, known as Presscraft Papers, by turning her linoleum block carvings into stationery goods and prints through the use of Heidelberg printing presses.

It is a technical director's job to make sure the technical equipment in the theater is functional, maintained and safe. The technical director, along with the production manager, is responsible for the overall organization of the technical production process. Duties included are generating necessary working drawings for construction (in conjunction with a draftsperson, if there is one); budget estimations and maintaining of accounts; materials research and purchasing; scheduling and supervising build crews; coordinating load-ins; handling conflicts that arise between different departments; and organizing the strike and clean-up for the production. Often, the Technical Director can serve as the head of the scenic department, supervising the master carpenter, carpenters, charge artists and leading them in the realization of the scenic designer's vision.

She commenced the role in 1934, soon becoming a senior draftsperson and in 1938 was promoted to the chief designer at Oakley & Parkes, where she designed and documented office buildings, flats, houses and factories. When WWII broke out, fellow architect Mary Turner Shaw encouraged Teague to support the war effort by joining the Commonwealth Department of Works (CDW). Initially her role was in munitions designing bomb and shell-filling factories at Maribynong, Victoria and later shifted to designing and documenting pyrotechnics plants in Mulwala, NSW.
