In 1987 he retired from competition and started working full-time in the contemporary comedy rooms of Melbourne and Sydney alongside his coaching role with the Victorian Institute of Sport. While Cui Guanghao initially started his career with the Liaoning F.C. youth team it was his time at second tier club Nanjing Yoyo where he distinguished himself as being a technically gifted player who was a regular for the team throughout their time within the second tier. On July 21, 2010 Cui and the entire first team of Nanjing Yoyo went on strike because of unpaid wages amounting up to 8 million Yuan, before a league game against Guangzhou Evergrande F.C. and this saw the club's youth players used as they were thrashed a Chinese record of 10-0. While Cui was one of the few players who returned to playing the majority of first team would not be able resolve their wage dispute with the club and the team ultimately went on a losing streak that saw them relegated. With the club in continued financial difficulties and still unable to pay their players they disbanded in 2011.

Qu Shengqing (; Pinyin: Qū Shèngqīng born June 5, 1975) is a Chinese football coach and former international player. As a player he represented Liaoning FC where he won the Golden Boot in the 1999 league season before joining Shanghai Shenhua. Released in 2004 by Rhino Handmade in a limited edition of 1,500 copies, this signed and numbered box set contains a "Riding Some Kind of Unusual Skull Sleigh" CD of Vliet-recited poetry, the Anton Corbijn film of Vliet Some YoYo Stuff on DVD and two art books. One book, entitled Splinters, gives a visual "scrapbook" insight into Vliet's life, from an early age to his painting in retirement. The second, eponymously titled, book is packed with art pages of Vliet's work. The first is bound in green linen, the second in yellow.

Huff began her musical career in the late 1990s with the novelty synthpop group the Space Ballerinas, based in Olympia. Deerhoof were formed in San Francisco in 1994 as Rob Fisk's improvisational bass/harmonica solo project. Greg Saunier joined on drums a week later. They were quickly signed to record a single for Kill Rock Stars after owner Slim Moon witnessed their performance at the 1994 Yoyo A Go Go festival. Satomi Matsuzaki joined Deerhoof within a week of moving to the United States from Japan in May 1995, with no prior experience playing in a band, and went on tour as Deerhoof's singer only a week later, opening for Caroliner.

Forensic Heroes (Traditional Chinese: 法證先鋒) is a TVB modern suspense series broadcast in June 2006 and it stars Bobby Au-Yeung, Frankie Lam, Yoyo Mung, Linda Chung, Raymond Cho & Florence Kwok in the first installment of the Forensic Heroes series. A direct sequel, Forensic Heroes II (法證先鋒II) was produced and broadcast in 2008 continued with the same cast, alongside Kevin Cheng and Charmaine Sheh. Forensic Heroes III was broadcast in October 2011. The actors and actresses are totally different from the former two TV plays.

It focuses on the adventures of fabulous characters: elves, princes, witches and so on. The main character Tonio Cartonio was played by Danilo Bertazzi from 1999 to 2004, and was then followed by Milo Cotogno (Lorenzo Branchetti). The episode entitled "Chi ha paura del lupo cattivo" was also dubbed in English with the title "Who's afraid of the big bad wolfe".

The band started playing in London in April 2008 at venues such as Club Mother Fucker, Dollop, YoYo, White Heat and Durr. From there, it continued its lifelong yoyo existence and moved up and down between Bezirksliga and A-Klasse, to establish itself back in the Bezirksliga from 2006 onwards. Roy Chicago started playing in the 1950s at Central Hotel on Adamasingba Street in Ibadan before moving to Lagos. In his early years, Roy Chicago was helped by Bobby Benson who guided him in playing the saxophone and leading a band. After Nigeria gained independence in 1960, Roy Chicago became increasingly successful with hits such as "Iyawo Pankeke", "Are owo niesa Yoyo gbe" and "Keregbe emu". In the 1960s, Victor Olaiya's International All Stars and Roy Chicago's Abalabi Rhythm Dandies were two of the leading highlife bands in Nigeria, both led by graduates of the Bobby Benson Orchestra.

Tom Kuhn (also known as Dr. Yo) is an American dentist and yo-yo designer based in San Francisco, California. Dissatisfied with the plastic yoyos of the 1970s, and nostalgic for the wooden yoyos of his youth, Kuhn developed the "No-Jive" yoyo, which is popular to the present. Kuhn's own dental patients provided him support in his yo-yo career, with a lawyer patient advising him on a patent, and another advising he contact NASA regarding new space-age materials. Kuhn continued his dentistry while working in the yo-yo field, displaying his yo-yo collection in the lobby of the Victorian home used as his office.

Edge is a musician from Leeds, England. After playing in local bands, he moved to London in the late 1970s, and joined the Thompson Twins. After one year Edge left the group and joined Uropa Lula (with singer David Lloyd), who released three singles (on Arista Records) and later supported Big Country on a tour of Britain. Edge then joined Savage Progress, who supported the Thompson Twins on a tour of Britain in 1984, and in the same year embarked on a tour of Germany, Switzerland and Austria, to support their album and single releases there. Edge moved to Linz, Austria in the late 1980s, forming the band YOYO; signing a record contract with EMI records in Vienna.

In futuristic Tokyo, referred to in the game as "Tokyo-to", a group of teenage skaters called the GG's vie for control of the many districts of Tokyo against many rival groups. The Rokkaku Group, a megacorporation, has taken over the many districts of the city and their leader is the mayor of Tokyo. It is oppressing the people, taking away freedom of speech and expression, and is forcing other gang members to give up their territory using the corrupt police force of Tokyo. The game begins with the player in control of a character called Yoyo, who has to complete a set of basic training exercise to prove himself worthy of joining the GGs.

After the Noise Tanks are destroyed, two new threats appear: a Yakuza-style gang called the Golden Rhinos who are bent on eliminating all graffiti in the city, along with executing all Rudies; and an insane demon-like creature who sprays odd graffiti and looks strangely like one of the GGs, Beat. Amid all this heat, the GGs are approached by Clutch, a Rudie who knows where Yoyo is; the player needs to find a certain number of Graffiti Souls for the info. Currently the project can be operated semi-automatically, which means that a participant has to manually download tasks from the webpage and submit results by email using this method of operation. GameMaker (originally Animo and later Game Maker until 2011) is a series of cross-platform game engines created by Mark Overmars in 1999 and developed by YoYo Games since 2007. The latest iteration is GameMaker Studio 2, first released in 2017. GameMaker accommodates the creation of cross-platform and multi-genre video games using a custom drag-and-drop visual programming language or a scripting language known as Game Maker Language, which can be used to develop more advanced games that could not be created just by using the drag and drop features. Padi (Indonesian for Oryza sativa) is an Indonesian rock band. It is formed in 1996 with their early name Soda. When the band formed on April 8, 1997 through the rename from Soda to Padi, all of its members were still studying at Airlangga University, Surabaya, Indonesia. The band consists of Satrio Yudi Wahono better known as "Piyu" (lead guitar, backing vocals), Andi Fadly Arifuddin (lead vocals), Ari Tri Sosianto (guitar, backing vocals), Rindra Risyanto Noor (bass), and Surendro Prasetyo better known as "Yoyo" (drums). The oldest surviving recordings of the marímbula in Cuba were made by Terceto Yoyo and Sexteto Habanero in 1925. Kwan Ho-Chin (Yoyo Mung) is the daughter of rich businessman Ko Wing-Tai (Lau Tan), Ko not only abandoned the unborn Kwan and her mother in Macao but stole her mother's life savings to begin his business empire. Years later in Hong Kong Kwan plots revenge, and hires Macao pole dancer Hung Long- Kiu (Fala Chen) to seduce Ko with the aim of pretending that Hung is Ko's daughter once they have become lovers. Ko is prevented from consummating his relationship with Hung, but is fooled into thinking that Hung is indeed his long lost daughter. With her plan to convince Ko that he has committed incest foiled, Kwan instead sets her sights on Ko's fortune, and asks Hung to play along with Ko's misconception.

Gogo Dodo (voiced by Frank Welker) is a young, green male dodo with blue shoes, and a pink and purple umbrella sticking out from the top of his head. Gogo is noted for performing various bizarre sight gags or stunts. Unlike the other characters who attend Acme Looniversity, Gogo made his home in the Daliesque realm known as Wackyland, a surreal land where backgrounds changed constantly and the entrance to which was located across a bridge on the outskirts of the city of Acme Acres, the usual setting of Tiny Toon Adventures. According to series writer Paul Dini, Gogo is the only member of the Tiny Toons cast to be a direct relative of one of the Looney Tunes characters; he is the son of the original dodo from the 1938 cartoon Porky in Wackyland retroactively named Yoyo Dodo.

These dancers find that many of the older Modern Jive moves done in the classical form, such as the YoYo, the Catapult and the Push Spin work better at higher tempos, and are less suitable for slow tempos (100BPM or lower) where other moves and a more elastic style of dancing are more appropriate. When Modern Jive tends to be danced rotationally, it is still often taught on stage in two directions, to allow large classes to observe the instruction and instructors often compensate to be seen. In these classes, directional leads are often not taught effectively at beginner level (even at intermediate level), and so as soon as the class goes to freestyle dancing the dancers start to rotate in a rotating slot style.

PJ Masks (French: Pyjamasques) is a French-British-Canadian interactive computer-animated superhero children's television series produced by Frog Box, Entertainment One UK Limited, TeamTO, with the participation of France Télévisions, Disney Junior and Hasbro's Allspark Animation. The series is based on the Les Pyjamasques book series by Romuald Racioppo. Disney Channels Worldwide's Disney Junior channels broadcast PJ Masks worldwide, while France 5 airs the series in its original home country of France; it also airs on Tiny Pop in the UK, ABC Kids in Australia, RAI YoYo in Italy, TV Cultura in Brazil, and Televisa in Mexico. Unity Technologies, Epic Games, and the Khronos Group pledged support to help developers bring games to the Switch using their game engines and middleware, Unity, Unreal Engine 4, and the Vulkan and OpenGL graphical APIs, respectively; for instance, the Unreal Engine toolkit was updated in February 2017 to provide beta testing for native support for Switch games, with full support added by May 2017. In March 2018, Nintendo announced it has also gained support of YoYo Games' GameMaker Studio 2 engine for the Switch. Miyamoto said that Nintendo's own developers have "mastered" engines like Unreal, so that while it would be unlikely that Nintendo would release a first-party title using such software, they can help support developers using these tools on the Switch. Meanwhile, Ka-On's selfish and greedy sister-in- law, Lau Siu-Lan (Mandy Wong) encourages her husband Ka-Hong (Oscar Leung) to take advantage of his older brother to obtain a house without spending any money of their own, especially after Ka-Hong injures his leg. While Hu admitted that he would be willing to leave the club to return to his home town of Shanghai he decided to stay with Bayi to help fight for promotion, which he achieved at the end of the 2000 league season. Despite Bayi's promotion Hu's desire to leave the club for a move back to Shanghai became apparent once again and Bayi were willing to let Hu leave the club, but sold him to Shenyang Ginde F.C. at the beginning of the 2001 league season. He frustratingly joined Shenyang but quickly picked up an injury, which saw him miss much of his first season with club. Once he returned to action the following season he nevertheless became an integral member of the team and stayed with the club until the end of the 2003 league season to join second tier football club Nanjing Yoyo F.C. While Hu had hoped to return to Shanghai to play out the remainder of his career there were no clubs willing to risk taking a player who was past his prime except for Nanjing who Hu admitted he joined because they neighboured Shanghai.
