Toby Philpott (born 14 February 1946) is an English puppeteer best known for his work in motion picture animatronics during the 1980s in such films as The Dark Crystal and Return of the Jedi. Born into a family of entertainers, Philpott dropped out of school and traveled the world during the 1960s, squatting in various locations and surviving off money he earned from his work as a street performer, which included juggling, fire eating, magic shows, clowning and acrobatics. He began his film career after Jim Henson personally selected Philpott to work on the 1982 fantasy film The Dark Crystal, in which he worked side-by-side with Henson. The next year, Philpott was approached to serve as one of the puppeteers controlling Jabba the Hutt in Return of the Jedi.

Though Hamilton and Leigh Brackett worked side by side for a quarter-century, they rarely shared the task of authorship; their single formal collaboration, Stark and the Star Kings, originally intended for Harlan Ellison's The Last Dangerous Visions, would not appear in print until 2005. Edmond Hamilton died in February 1977 in Lancaster, California, of complications following kidney surgery. In the year before his death, Toei Animation had launched production of an anime adaptation of his Captain Future novels and Tsuburaya Productions adapted Star Wolf into a tokusatsu series; both series were aired on Japanese television in 1978.

As sanitation engineering came to be practised beginning in the mid-19th century and human waste was conveyed from the home in pipes, the gong farmer was replaced by the municipal rubbish collector as there remained growing amounts of household refuse, including fly ash from coal, which was burnt for home heating. In 1981, Straus filed a $33 million lawsuit today against five of his former co-workers, charging they had conspired to discredit his work. Straus spoke publicly for the first time before the President's Commission for the Study of Ethical Problems in Medicine and strongly denied he had engaged in any wrongdoing. Straus alleged forgeries of his signature. Ruth Moran, Straus’ lab chief from 1972 testified, "Having worked side by side with Dr. Straus for 8 years ... the allegations to be totally inconsistent with what I know his scientific standards to be... The (BUMC) committee refused to see me. Dr. Straus’ chief data manager (Mary Jane Rimmer, R.N.) reported to me ... that she had always been instructed by Dr. Straus to record data accurately.

Morton soon gained a reputation as a strong advocate for allowing free enterprise and business to take precedence over planning controls and government regulation. His time as Minister was marked by increasing strains on state infrastructure and his pro-development stance was largely attributed as an attempt to alleviate these problems. Despite this, Morton and his State Planning Authority were continuously criticised for not being totally accountable to the public, particularly as the pro-business Sydney Commissioners worked side-by-side with the Planning authority to increase developments in the Sydney CBD to their highest levels ever, embodied by the construction of the MLC Centre, the demolition of the Theatre Royal, Sydney and the Australia Hotel. It is the patriarchy of society that has influenced Christianity and put men in positions of power. Though women have played a vital role in the church, as expressed by the Acts and many others, none have ever been allowed a position of leadership. Women such as Mary Magdalene, who played a major role in support Jesus’ and the ministry, show just how important women have been to Christianity. Apostle Paul is a great example in showing this as he worked, “side by side with them for the furtherance of the gospel,” but never appointed any women in roles of leadership or power. Women in Christianity can be roughly summarized in the following quote: “Although women are spiritual equals with men and the ministry of women is essential to the body of Christ, women are excluded from leadership over men in the church.” However some Christians disagree with the idea that women should not have leadership positions, popular female preachers like Joyce Meyer, Paula White and Kathryn Kuhlman have had or have leadership roles in Church. It is mentioned in the Old Testament that women such as Deborah and Huldah were Prophets.

During his time in the music industry, Santo has worked (written, recorded, and/or performed) and continues to work, with a wide variety of musically diverse recording artists ranging from Ozzy Osbourne, to Michael Bolton, Alejandra Guzmán to Jonny Lang, as well as, Eric Carmen, Cheap Trick, Neko Case, Steve Smith, Bon Jovi, LeAnn Rimes, Santana, and the Backstreet Boys. He has also worked “side by side” in the studio with such acclaimed music producers as: Desmond Child (nominated to the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2008), Jack Douglas (Best known for working with The Who and John Lennon), and also, Grammy Award-winning record producer, songwriter, and musician Mark Hudson. Mark Hudson, along with Santo, is also a member of the infamous "Boneyard Boys", the small group of songwriters, musicians, and music producers responsible for the rock band Aerosmith's creative process. Paul has also appeared on the Ozzy Osbourne album Under Cover(guitar), Ringo Starr's Ringo Rama (audio engineer, Pro Tools, guitar & keyboards) and Michael Bolton's Only a Woman Like You (Bass guitar, guitars, audio engineer, and Pro Tools) and many others as a musician, audio engineer, or both.
