Up and at 'Em is a 1922 American comedy romance silent film directed by William A. Seiter, written by Eve Unsell with a story by Lewis Milestone and William A. Seiter, and starring Doris May, Hallam Cooley, and J. Herbert Frank. The film had theatrical release August 16, 1922. It is unknown if any copies of this film survive.

Although some modern sources mention the songs "One Minute of Heaven" and "Up and At 'Em" as being performed in this film, they were actually written for the 1929 musical comedy The Forward Pass. Since the film is now lost, and the music was cut from circulating prints in the United States, it is not certain what the songs that were written for this picture were.

After having directed films for the U.S. Signal Corps during World War I, Lewis Milestone traveled to California to work in the film industry. Collaborating with director William A. Seiter on the script, Up and at 'Em marks his first Hollywood screenplay. The film also marks the first screen role for actor Eddie Quillan. When he and his four siblings were touring California as part of the Vaudeville Orpheum Circuit, his father had submitted the 5 children for auditions at Keystone Studios.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, into a family of vaudeville performers, Quillan made his stage debut at the age of seven alongside his parents, Scottish-born Joseph Quillan and his wife Sarah, as well as his siblings in their act titled 'The Rising Generation'. By the early 1920s he was called upon by film director Mack Sennett to perform a screen test for Mack Sennett Studios. Sennett signed Quillan to a contract in 1922. Quillan's very first film appearance was in the 1922 comedy short Up and at 'Em.

Eleven days after his poor run at Haydock, recorded his first victory in a minor race over six furlongs at Great Yarmouth Racecourse: ridden by Pat Eddery, he led from the start, went clear of his four opponents in the last quarter mile and won by two and half lengths. On 16 June Lake Coniston was moved up sharply in class for the Cork and Orrery Stakes at Royal Ascot in which he started a 20/1 outsider and finished unplaced behind Owington. He was dropped back to five furlongs for the Listed Sprint Stakes at Sandown Park Racecourse on 2 July and led for most of the way before being caught in the final strides and beaten a short head by the four-year-old Up and At 'Em. Two weeks later, the colt made his seventh appearance of the year in the Hackwood Stakes at Newbury Racecourse and started third favourite behind the Gosden- trained pair Nimphidia and Storm Canyon.

Olga also appeared on lead vocals alongside Brian Johnson from (AC/DC) and John Miles, on the Geordie Aid single "Try Giving Everything" in 1985, for charity relating to Ethiopia.
