From the early 1970s to the early 1980s, at the behest of Metro, a shuttle service to Birds Hill Provincial Park was instituted.

Qubudile Richard Dyantyi (born 25 October 1968, Burgersdorp, Eastern Cape) is a previous MEC for Local Government and Housing in the Western Cape province of South Africa. He is a member of the African National Congress. He became known in South African municipal politics after he had led an unsuccessful effort in 2006 to replace the Unicity government of the City of Cape Town with a centralized executive mayor system, which would have stripped the current mayor of the municipality, Helen Zille, of her powers as mayor. He was fired as MEC for Local Government and Housing on 31 July 2008 by Lynne Brown, but continues to be a Member of Provincial Parliament.

In relational databases, a table can be a (mathematical) set or a multiset, depending on the presence of unicity constraints on some columns (which turns it into a candidate key). SQL allows the selection of rows from a relational table: this operation will in general yield a multiset, unless the keyword `DISTINCT` is used to force the rows to be all different, or the selection includes the primary (or a candidate) key. In ANSI SQL the `MULTISET` keyword can be used to transform a subquery into a collection expression: SELECT expression1, expression2... FROM table_name... is a general select that can be used as subquery expression of another more general query, while MULTISET(SELECT expression1, expression2... FROM table_name...) transforms the subquery into a collection expression that can be used in another query, or in assignment to a column of appropriate collection type.

The input to this voting system consists of the agents' ordinal preferences over outcomes (not lotteries over outcomes), but a relation on the set of lotteries is constructed in the following way: if p and q are different lotteries over outcomes, p\succ q if the expected value of the margin of victory of an outcome selected with distribution p in a head-to-head vote against an outcome selected with distribution q is positive. Defacing could also be one of the techniques that many graphic designers use, by applying their own hand writing on a graphic itself. Sometimes the use of this technique might be mistaken as vandalism to the original work, as exemplified by the work of Stefan Sagmeister, including his Lou Reed CD cover. A unique use of the defacement technique is the CD cover for A.P.C. by Jean Touitou, where the designer wrote the title, volume number, and date with her own hand writing on the pre-print blank CD. Creative vandalism of this sort is not limited to writing and sketching. For example, the spraying on the KPIST album Golden coat for MNW Records by Sweden graphic uses gold spray, which may be considered an act of vandalism, but the customer may also appreciate the unicity of each cover that had been sprayed gold in different ways.

Fr Jacques Dupuis S.J. taught at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome until the fall of 1998, when he came under Vatican investigation for his book Toward a Christian Theology of Religious Pluralism (Orbis, 1997). "The camaraderie amoureuse thesis", he explained, "entails a free contract of association (that may be annulled without notice, following prior agreement) reached between anarchist individualists of different genders, adhering to the necessary standards of sexual hygiene, with a view toward protecting the other parties to the contract from certain risks of the amorous experience, such as rejection, rupture, exclusivism, possessiveness, unicity, coquetry, whims, indifference, flirtatiousness, disregard for others, and prostitution." In a text from 1937, he mentioned among the individualist objectives the practice of forming voluntary associations for purely sexual purposes of heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual nature or of a combination thereof. He also supported the right of individuals to change sex and stated his willingness to rehabilitate forbidden pleasures, non-conformist caresses (he was personally inclined toward voyeurism), as well as sodomy.
