It was formed in April 2000 as one of three successor co-operatives to Milk Marque. Milk Marque was broken up after the Competition Commission queried how it set milk prices. In July 2002, the company bought the Crediton and Kirkcudbright creameries from Express Dairies for £33.1 million, which both make UHT milk. It also bought out the 50% of joint-venture partner Express Dairies in the creamery at Frome.

Steam infusion can be used to pasteurize a variety of dairy products. For ultra pasteurization, also known as ultrahigh-temperature (UHT) pasteurization, the milk is heated to temperatures in the order of 140 °C. During steam infusion, milk is brought into contact with steam at 140 °C for one or two seconds. The heating is instantaneous, and the milk is cooled rapidly by evaporative cooling exposure to a slight vacuum, removing any water added to the milk by condensation of the steam.

Milk is firstly homogenized and then is heated to 138 degrees Celsius for 1–3seconds. The milk is immediately cooled down and packed into a sterile container. As a result of this treatment, all the pathogenic bacteria within the milk are destroyed, unlike when the milk is just pasteurized.

Pasteurization is used to kill harmful pathogenic bacteria by heating the milk for a short time and then immediately cooling it. Types of pasteurized milk include full cream, reduced fat, skim milk, calcium enriched, flavored, and UHT. The standard high temperature short time (HTST) process of 72 °C for 15 seconds completely kills pathogenic bacteria in milk, rendering it safe to drink for up to three weeks if continually refrigerated. Some flavored milk products Flavored milk is a sweetened dairy drink made with milk, sugar, flavorings, and sometimes food colorings. It may be sold as a pasteurized, refrigerated product; or as an ultra-high-temperature (UHT) treated product not requiring refrigeration. In 1996 it was tested mounted on a Wiesel AWC. An unusual study (Project MORAINE) suggests mounting an RMK 30 gun in a retractable mast on a Type 212 submarine. The PARS 3 LR in German service, also known as TRIGAT-LR (Third Generation AntiTank, Long Range) and AC 3G in French, is a fire-and-forget missile, which can be used against air or ground targets. The Napier Complex is among the most ancient terrestrial terranes on Earth. Its evolution is characterized by high- grade metamorphism and several strong deformations. At least four distinct tectonothermal events occurred in the Archaean Eon: # 3.8 billion years ago: occurrence of initial felsic igneous activity over a long period of time # 3.0 billion years ago: emplacement of charnockite at Proclamation Island # 2.8 billion years ago: occurrence of a very-high grade discrete tectonothermal event (a UHT metamorphic event) # 2.5 billion years ago: occurrence of a subsequent, protracted high-grade tectonothermal event Much of the East Antarctic craton was formed in the Precambrian period by a series of tectonothermal orogenic events. Napier orogeny formed the cratonic nucleus approximately 4 billion years ago.

The order of steps in preparing a cup of tea is a much-debated topic and can vary widely between cultures or even individuals. Some say it is preferable to add the milk to the cup before the tea, as the high temperature of freshly brewed tea can denature the proteins found in fresh milk, similar to the change in taste of UHT milk, resulting in an inferior-tasting beverage. It now controls the entire Tarka Line from just north of the Cowley Bridge Junction with the Bristol to Exeter line, all the way to Barnstaple, although most of the line uses the No Signalman Token Remote (NSTR) system. Under this method of operation only a single train is allowed into each section, so not much signal control is actually required. The creamery and dairy in Crediton is located next to the church, but the company's transport depot was located in Hoskin's Yard next to the station. Every day, a train of three or more Milk Tank Wagons would be filled from lorries, and then taken to London by either the GWR or the SR. Express Dairies sold the creamery and a similar unit in Kirkcudbright, Scotland in July 2002 to Milk Link, which by that time produced UHT milk.

Following the company modernisation, it changed its name to Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad in 2000 and have been using the ultra-high-temperature processing (UHT) and packaging technology since 1970s to produce milk in the country. The company continued to progressively manufacture and introduce new products into the Malaysian market – sterilised milk were locally produced and sold in plastic bottles in 1983, production of chilled milk products started in 1986, and fruit yoghurt and growing up milk were introduced into the market in 1988. In 2011, Dutch Lady Malaysia was reported as the market share leader in the growing up milk segment – with the Dutch Lady brand holding 40% of national market share. Its financial record for first quarter of 2012 showed a 9% increase in revenue year-on-year, with a net profit of RM27.5 million (US$8.72 million).

Saxophonist with a classical and jazz background, his career started in 1992. From 1994 to 1997, he is a member of the Collectif Mu and helps founding the Crescent Jazz Club where he shared the stage with experimented guests (Charles Bellanzi, Luigi Trussardi, Clovis Nicolas, Wayne Dockery, Eric Lelann, Steve Grossman, Peter King, Ricardo del Fra...). In 1996, with KPT’N PLANET (Philippe Garcia on drums) they founded the group Cosmik Connection, an electro-drum’n’jazz fusion laboratory quickly joined by Jérémie Picard (aka Jahbass). He joined in 2000, Laurent de Wilde sextet and followed him on tour and in studio for the albums “Time for Change” and “Stories”. 4 years later he collaborated with him on the “Organics” album composition, an electro-jazz quintet with Yoann Sera and Philippe Bussonet. He also perform sax on electronic music recordings (UHT, DJ Volta, DJ Ben...) and starts to produce his own solo performance with an electro-drum’n’bass live, show that he plays under the pseudonym Dual Snake.
