Pleasure Beach Bridge is a riveted Warren through-truss, consisting of longitudinal members joined only by angled cross-members, forming alternately inverted equilateral triangle-shaped spaces along the length. The bridge is supported by timber pilings. The swing span is made of two separate Warren through-trusses that pivots on concrete pier. The operator's house is located on the mainland approach.

Pseudophilautus hypomelas is a relatively small frog. Its snout–vent length is , with males being smaller than females. Conlephasma enigma is a wingless, ground-dwelling species of stick insect in the monotypic genus Conlephasma, and is found on Mount Halcon, on the Philippine island of Mindoro. Anne Loftus Playground, the only playground designed by the Olmsted Brothers Fort Tryon Park contains two playgrounds. The park's northeast corner contains the Anne Loftus Playground, a triangle-shaped play area that primarily serves the Inwood neighborhood to the north.
