On June 3, 2016, the band released a lyric video for the album's second single - "Louder than the DJ". The song was performed live for the first time, a few days earlier, along with the first single "Afraid of Heights" and another new song - "Big Red Gun", on the band's first tour date of 2016, at the Anabuk Festival in Moscow, Russia. On July 21, 2016, the band released the official music video for the first single off the album, "Afraid of Heights".
Police attempting to control the crowds employed high-pressure water hoses, and the safety of the police became a matter of national concern, provoking controversial discussions in Parliament over the thousands of police officers putting themselves at risk to protect the Beatles. On the first tour date, at the Odeon in Cheltenham, the volume of sound from the screaming crowds was so great that the Beatles' amplification equipment proved unequal to it – the band members could not hear themselves speaking, singing or playing. The next day, the Daily Mirror carried the headline "BEATLEMANIA! It's happening everywhere ... even in sedate Cheltenham".
In 1999, Pink Floyd touring keyboardist Jon Carin joined with Wright's wife to bring Wright and Waters back together after some 18 years apart; the two men met backstage after a tour date by Waters. Wright played at several of Gilmour's solo shows in 2002, contributing keyboards and vocals, including his own composition "Breakthrough". In 2006, he became a regular member of Gilmour's solo touring band along with former Floyd sidemen Jon Carin, Dick Parry and Guy Pratt. He contributed keyboards and background vocals to Gilmour's solo album, On an Island, and performed live in Europe and North America that year.
Jarrett performing as part of Davis' septet in November 1971 The Charles Lloyd Quartet with Jarrett, Ron McClure and DeJohnette came to an end in 1968, after the recording of Soundtrack, because of disputes over money as well as artistic differences.Carr, Ian. Keith Jarrett, pp. 38–39. Jarrett was asked to join the Miles Davis group after the trumpeter heard him in a New York City club (according to another version Jarrett tells, Davis had brought his entire band to see a tour date of Jarrett's own trio in Paris; the Davis band being practically the only audience, the attention made Jarrett feel embarrassed).

Slade performed second guitar for the various Original Misfits reunion sets.
After the Honda Civic tour ended, the band embarked on their world tour, including stops throughout Europe, Japan and Australia. However, their live performance hit an all-time low, with Pryor at times refusing to even sing large portions of songs. At one tour date in England, the tensions came to a head when Ryan Pope confronted Pryor over his recent despondence, leading to a band meeting where Pryor confessed his desire to reduce his commitment to the rest of the group. After some discussion, the band agreed that their hearts were no longer in it and at the end of the tour they would quietly end the band.

Rolling Stone commented on Minogue's background singers during the song, saying they had "the evening's most striking fashion innovation": neon pink wigs worn as shoulder pads. Jean-Jacques Rousseau by Maurice Quentin de La Tour Date: 1712–1778 Rousseau, though he paid his respects to Plato's philosophy, rejected it as impractical due to the decayed state of society. Rousseau also had a different theory of human development; where Plato held that people are born with skills appropriate to different castes (though he did not regard these skills as being inherited), Rousseau held that there was one developmental process common to all humans. This was an intrinsic, natural process, of which the primary behavioral manifestation was curiosity. This differed from Locke's 'tabula rasa' in that it was an active process deriving from the child's nature, which drove the child to learn and adapt to its surroundings.
They also performed a short series of concerts in Europe and the United States in 2009, with a rare tour-only release album, The Third Mind Movements. Although not a scheduled tour date there were many rumours that Swedish House Mafia would close Tomorrowland 2019, especially after Steve Angello claimed in the Autumn of the previous year that the group would play at the festival "by any means necessary". As the festival drew closer no official announcement was made but the evidence suggesting a surprise performance grew even stronger with the group's signature "three dots" appearing on the Tomorrowland lineup. However the "three dots" were announced last minute to be for 3 Are Legend (Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Steve Aoki) leading many fans to believe that Swedish House Mafia cancelled last minute as they did with Ultra Korea and Weekend Festival. Despite this Axwell and Steve Angello both claim that the group never was booked for the festival.

The Telegraph noted of Jackson that "[o]ne of his earliest charitable ventures was in 1979, when he donated books, including Peter Pan, to the Chicago Public Library and promoted reading through a programme he called Boogie to the Book Beat". In July 1981, Jackson led a benefit concert at the Omni Auditorium in Atlanta, Georgia, raised $100,000 for the Atlanta Children's Foundation, to aid the poor children of the city in the wake of a string of child kidnappings and murders there. He explained that he didn't speak on this too much because he didn't want it to seem like he was wallowing in it; he wanted to be able to address it but not let it consume the album. He said that the album was a tribute to his mother and father: His father, Paul Watsky, is on the front cover with his cat Saruman; his mother is on the back cover. He explained that it is not only a tribute to his parents but also the kind of music they listened to when they were growing up, which is why there is so much psychedelic artwork in the deluxe physical copy.
Reason to Live features many standout tracks including "All Things Come to Pass" which features Sixty Watt Shaman and guest performers Scott Reeder (Kyuss, The Obsessed) and Scott "Wino" Weinrich (The Obsessed, Saint Vitus) who were brought together again after having played together years earlier in The Obsessed for this live jam performance. During the U2 360° Tour, it was snippeted in Pittsburgh (the final American tour date) and was revived on the last night of that tour in Moncton, New Brunswick as the tour's final song. It is U2's 15th-most performed live song, or 12-most performed if snippets are included in its total. The song made its Innocence + Experience Tour debut on 27 May 2015 in Inglewood, and was dedicated to the memory of their recently deceased tour manager Dennis Sheehan, before going on to close many of the subsequent shows on that tour.

Bon Jovi kicked off the stadium leg of the Circle Tour by making history – they played the first ever show at the brand new New Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The three sold-out shows on May 26, 27 and 29, 2010 were a huge success, that they prompted the addition of another tour date at the stadium – on July 9, 2010 (the start of the 2nd North American leg) Bon Jovi played a special free performance for fans and former season ticket holders of the Jon Bon Jovi- owned arena football team The Philadelphia Soul on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 a few hours before the band's show at Philadelphia's Wachovia Center.
