He released a collective of his satirical and verse poetry from The Bulletin in 1923, entitled Tommyrot Rhymes for Children and Grown-ups who Ought to Know Better. Glenn Porter (born 1975) is an American drummer from Chicago, Illinois, United States, most famous for forming Alkaline Trio with fellow bike messenger Matt Skiba and Rob Doran, which he later left in 2000 after recording two albums with them. He is also a former 88 Fingers Louie member. Prior to drumming for 88 Fingers Louie, Porter drummed for a band called Tommyrot. He has also been credited as a sound mixer for two films.

Michael King started 13th Step Productions, a production company for underground Louisville area artists that he promotes and manages. He also has started a management company, Michael King Music, Inc. 13th Step Productions has signed Chainfire and most notably Bury The Willing. Michael King Music is the parent company of Burkhart Management L.L.C. The pair produce live recordings and do video production for local area artists, most notably Steve Hunnicutt of Tommyrot.

O'Hara in 1946 Malone states that as "Ireland's first Hollywood superstar", O'Hara "paved the way for a future generation of actresses seeking their own voice ... With her mahogany hair, her hoydenish ways, and her whip-smart delivery of lines, she created a character prototype that seemed to define her country of origin and much as Ireland defined her". He notes though that O'Hara was "loved for her naturalness" and her "lack of a diva quality". She dismissed method acting as "tommyrot", believing that acting should be acting, and placed great emphasis on work ethic and punctuality. Insisting on doing her own stunts, O'Hara became so prone to injuries during her productions that her colleagues remarked that she "should have been awarded a Purple Heart".
