The Fountain Archive (also called The Fountain Archives or Fountain Archive Project) is a processual art project of the French conceptual artist Saâdane Afif which started in 2008/ 2009. The project includes an ongoing series of framed pages which contain one or several reproductions of the work Fountain by Marcel Duchamp. During the last days of the Vietnam War, USAF Lieutenant colonel Iceal E. "Gene" Hambleton (Gene Hackman) call sign BAT-21 Bravo, is flying on board an EB-66C electronic warfare aircraft, engaged in electronic countermeasures preparatory to a major bombing strike. Without warning, a number of SA-2 Guideline SAMs are launched from North Vietnam, targeting their aircraft. A massive SAM explosion tears off the tail and Hambleton, in the navigator's position, ejects as the sole survivor of the six-man crew. While still coming down by parachute, Hambleton makes radio contact with Captain Bartholomew "Birddog" Clark (Danny Glover), the pilot of a Cessna O-2 Skymaster, flying a forward air control mission near where the EB-66 was destroyed.

Reaching and searching her cabin, Sally finds her pills in the toilet and urinated upon and reluctantly begins trying to scoop them out, only to be attacked by Jason. As Jason tries to kill her with a knife, Sally fights back and manages to beat him to death with a toilet cistern lid—only realizing minutes later that the person she has killed was actually Brian, who she had hallucinated was Jason. Realizing what she has done, Sally suffers from a panic attack and tears off her bloodstained clothing before collapsing naked on Brian's corpse. It is in this position that the real Jason finds her moments later and, instead of killing her, takes her away to a cabin, along with Brian's body.

Judith faints upon seeing Mike's death and slowly awakens to find herself bound with rope again to a chair in an abandoned and desecrated church in a forest area outside of Venice where Dracula's coffin is hidden. Dracula is about to drink her blood and turn her into his vampire bride, but the Monster (who has fallen for her beauty) turns against Dracula and forces him out of the church and into the forest outside it (but not before removing Dracula's ring from his finger before exiting the church), where a fierce battle ensues between the two monsters. Dracula literally tears off the Monster's arms and head, but gets caught in the rays of the sun before he can make it back to his coffin and slowly disintegrates into dust. Judith manages to free herself and sees Dracula's ashes and clothing.

Later that night at the Walden farm, Ty Ty is still worried that the albino Dave wants to run away, but his fears are allayed when he and Buck discover Dave and Uncle Felix sleeping peacefully in the barn. A short time later, Ty Ty watches his daughter-in-law Griselda undress, and catches a good glimpse of her bare skin as she slips on her nightgown. The morning of the third day, Pluto drives Will, Rosamund, Darling Jill, and Griselda back to the Thompson house in South Carolina. Will goes out on mill business, and returns highly agitated and determined to open the mill the next morning.
