As he walks down the street looking for predators, a boy on a bicycle approaches him. As he is staring at the bicycle boy a hooded woman sneaks up behind him, then tases and kidnaps him.

Williamson is knocked out by the boat's speed and the boat crashes onto shore. Bucum and Reggie reunite until Williamson, badly injured, attacks Bucum. Reggie tases him and Bucum shoots Williamson to death multiple times. Later, Bucum and Reggie are figuring out what to do next but the coast guards are coming, and Bucum is forced to handcuff Reggie and hide the money.

Veronica signs up for the mentoring program in criminology class, and she notices that one of the kids at the concert has a criminal record. Dick gets beaten up when he talks to another man's girlfriend, but Logan tases the man.

The scene moves to Australia, where we learn that Duncan organized the murder.

Emily is kidnapped from her apartment just as Tom finds the body of another victim (this time a coworker from River Rescue) outside his houseboat. Thinking that Jimmy's other cousin Danny has been committing the murders out of revenge, Tom heads upriver to the Detillo family cabin. Just as Danny arrives, someone from behind tases Tom unconscious. Tom awakens to find himself, Danny, and Emily handcuffed to chairs.

Grace (Skyler Samuels) and Zayday (Keke Palmer) are at the supermarket to buy food for Kappa. Grace sees the Red Devil running towards her and she tases him and Zayday knocks the shelves to stop him. It is revealed that he is someone from Zayday's class who just tried to scare them. Due to Chanel #2 (Ariana Grande)'s mysterious "absence", Zayday and Grace enter her room and find a blood stain, while Denise (Niecy Nash) enters and confirms it.

Dean O'Dell finds and enters into the room in which his wife and the criminology professor are carrying on their affair as Veronica learns that they have tracked the wrong girl. Just as Mercer (Ryan Devlin) (the actual rapist) is about to rape his next victim, he abruptly learns that Veronica has changed places with his victim. Veronica tases Mercer, and they have a quick fight before Veronica escapes.

Lisa tells Homer she disagrees with what the government did with Mona, and unintentionally gives Homer the idea to break Mona out of prison. The next day, Homer and Bart trick the bus which is transferring female convicts to prison into pulling over by changing a sign overhead to display a warning of a snowstorm ahead. As the drivers get off to put chains on the tires, Homer steals the bus and liberates the convicts as the police give chase. Not wanting Homer to be imprisoned and leave his children like she did, Mona tases him and pushes him out of the bus onto an abandoned bed.

Outside Dillon questions whether there is a conflict of interest regarding Kiera with Carlos, which Carlos denies. Dillon then tasks Carlos with having Kiera processed. Elsewhere, the members of Liber8 pull up outside a parking garage and attack the security guard before Lucas Ingram (Omari Newton) pulls out a sphere shaped device that releases an electronic pulse, disabling much of the city's electrical power, including the elevator that Kiera and Carlos are currently in. After Alec informs her of where Liber8 are, she apologizes to Carlos and tases him before leaving the elevator to go after Liber8 Using a frequency generator built into her suit, she unlocks a series of cars before being told by Alec to get into one of the cars that required no key to start.
