This angers Premanand and he takes revenge by plotting to kill Tarzan, but ends up killing Tarzan's father.

Big Girls Don't Cry () is a 2002 German drama film. Written and directed by Maria von Heland, it tells the story of two teenage girls in Berlin, one of whom takes revenge on the daughter of her father's lover. Black Stallion film starts from Irumba John (Ashish Vidyarthi), a dreaded goon who terrorizes the town of Tirupur. His partner in his is the local cop Doraiswamy (Pitamagan Mahadevan) Fridge kills him in a market share. Sollai's son witnesses the people; he grows up and per his father's day to be another "Criminal charges" called Black (Kalabhavan Mani). Later, he takes revenge by killing innocent and soon becomes a notorious "thug in unicorn".

Derek then decides to let Alice think he has changed. When Lucy Beale (Hetti Bywater) calls Derek's probation officer, saying he is in possession of illegal alcohol, Derek takes revenge by taking money from the tills in Lucy's absent father Ian Beale's (Adam Woodyatt) businesses. Rob first appears as a customer in Alf Stewart's (Ray Meagher) store. It transpires he is a former local who has returned to Summer Bay. Rob's visit to the store coincides with Jack Wilson's (Daniel Amalm) first shift as Alf's assistant which contributes to the somewhat eccentric service he receives. When Rob collects his dry cleaning, he is splashed by a careless driver and takes revenge by placing a potato in the man's exhaust pipe.

After the success of Tromeo, Troma had plans to develop a spiritual sequel entitled Schlock and Schlockability (a play on Sense and Sensibility), in which Jane Austen is reincarnated as a well-endowed female who takes revenge on all of the Hollywood movie producers who have bastardized her novels. Soo-il found out that Eun-jin was pregnant when she was in the hospital. He takes revenge on White Shark by dousing the gang and him with kerosene.

The film abandoned the love letters that had formed much of the source material, focusing instead on actions. Melati van Agam starred A. Rachman, Neng Titi, Oemar, and Bachtiar Effendi. However, Pascual, in complicity with Magnolia, breaks into the family's room and steals their money, after Pascual decides he can be cheated. When Tomás confronts him, he is brutally beaten, but when he recovers from his wounds, Tomás takes revenge by stealing Pascual's gold cuff links from his room. Later, both men settle their differences and go to a brothel owned by Deborah, Pascual's lover. The brothel becomes a haunt for both of them.

With the help of his friend Kutti Hassan, he starts on a trail to find out the mystery behind the murder and in the midst, he finds out the missing links of his own life. As the film proceeds it is revealed that Kumaran was murdered by the same people who killed Vijay's father. Vijay finally takes revenge upon his enemies in his own method. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Kumaran's daughter Sridevi.

Adam Cameron (Mat Stevenson) invites Emma out on a date but when he tries to get close to her, she feels uncomfortable. Adam tells Emma he only went out with her for a bet, anyway. Upset, Emma takes revenge and drills holes in his raft causing it to sink in a race the next day. When Robson visits the infirmary, prison dentist Dr. Tariq Faraj tells him that he has gum disease and needs new gums grafted from a cadaver. Robson hurls racial slurs at the Pakistani dentist, but agrees to the surgery. After the surgery, however, Faraj takes revenge by telling Robson that his new gums are from a black man.

In 2017, he signed onto Rum where he played a deaf and mute hacker. Arjun got his breaththrough role as Adhik in H. Vinoth's Nerkonda Paarvai alongside Ajith Kumar. He played the antagonist of the film who attempts to abuse a woman and takes revenge once she refused. Arjun took the role as it will set an example of how men should not be and the film opens up discussion about sexual violence and consent.

When Helgi refused them this, Hunding's sons declared war and in the ensuing battle, Helgi killed all of Hunding's sons.In the Völsunga saga, Hunding's sons kill Sigmund and his father-in-law Eylimi, whereupon Sigurd takes revenge. Helgi met the Valkyrie Sigrún who informed him that her father Högni has betrothed her to Höðbroddr, the unworthy son of king Granmarr of the Hniflung clan. Helgi promised to take on Höðbroddr and to claim her as his own.

After the battle is won, Daizaburo and Misa see the hypocrisy of the clan system mirrored in Gennosuke's situation and rescind their vendetta allowing Gennosuke to leave without a fight.

Pandiarajan joins the company and to his surprise he finds Sundarrajan to be one of the Watchmen at the company. Pandiarajan takes revenge by assigning Sundarrajan to night duty for three winter months. Pandiarajan then finds a rental house. He reduces the rent to a very low amount by convincing the house owner by telling him that he would help out in menial household tasks and work for free for a few hours in the owner's cycle repair shop.

Paraman takes revenge for his friend's death by decapitating Kanugu and laying his head at his friend's murder site. Paraman then calls to Kasi and reveals how he killed Kanugu, during which he sees Somu's henchmen rushing behind Kasi. Kasi betrays Paraman and leaves him at the mercy of the henchmen who kill him. The story shifts back to the present day where it is revealed the person who was stabbed outside the prison walls is Kasi.

Marie spends the days learning French from David and getting more and more tender toward him. Horst's visits become more frequent, and one afternoon, he attempts to rape Marie. Josef gets his fertility tested to confirm a long-time rumor: He can't have children. Humiliated by his earlier antics, Horst takes revenge on Marie by forcing them to provide lodging for his supervisor, a committed Nazi bureaucrat, who had suffered a stroke after Nazis kill his son for deserting the army.

Lacenaire takes revenge by calling him a cuckold and, dramatically pulling back a curtain, reveals Garance in Baptiste's embrace on the balcony. The infection that results transforms him into a cosmic decapod crustacean/human hybrid, with the head and claws of a crayfish or lobster. When he returns to Earth and tries to reconnect with his family, he discovers that he's been the victim of a sinister conspiracy, and takes revenge on those responsible for his family's disappearance.

Cutter resumes his unfaithful behavior, and after an escapade with both Candice's sister Nanette (Kate Vernon) and Alice Chambers, he continues his affair with Lily, which Nanette and colleague Booker witness. Nanette informs her sister about Cutter's cheating behavior, causing Candice to get drunk and confront him. Cutter dismisses her claims, and states that Nanette has lied out of jealousy, before actually visiting Nanette to hit her. Nanette takes revenge by sending Candice pictures of Lily and Cutter having sex.

The themes of love and death are also present in the video.Bee, 2006, pp. 333–34. For biographer Violet, all the people belong to the same community, the bullfighter was unfaithful by impregnating a pregnant woman seen in the video, and Farmer "wears horns" literally as she has been deceived by her lover, and ultimately takes revenge by killing him. Belgian writer and Farmer's friend Amélie Nothomb, spoke of this video in an excerpt from her 1997 book Attentat, with her character Ethel.

Balu explains his sad story to her grandmother Paattiamma (Nirmalamma) that he lost his mother during small age and could not endure the torture of his stepmother, so he escaped from home. Paatiamma believes him, but Mahesh takes revenge by setting up wires and making her paralyzed. Due to a crisis of conscience, Dick adopts the new villainous persona of Renegade in order to infiltrate Lex Luthor's Secret Society of Super-Villains. This ruse includes Nightwing aligning himself with his long-time enemy Deathstroke in order to track the manufacturing and distribution of Bane's venom serum and to keep tabs on the Society's activities in Gotham and Blüdhaven. He also begins training (and subtly converting) Deathstroke's daughter, Ravager. Deathstroke takes revenge on Nightwing when Blüdhaven is destroyed by the Society.

In a gory finale, he enters the mouth of the man responsible for his ordeal and turns him inside out.

In Aesop's fable "The Eagle and the Beetle", the eagle kills a hare that has asked for sanctuary with a beetle. The beetle then takes revenge by twice destroying the eagle's eggs. The eagle, in despair, flies up to Olympus and places her latest eggs in Zeus's lap, beseeching the god to protect them. When the beetle finds out what the eagle has done, it stuffs itself with dung, goes straight up to Zeus and flies right into his face.

The story of Veera Madakari revolves around Muttati Sathyaraju (Sudeep), a small-time conman, who is in love with Neeraja (Ragini Dwivedi). Madakari (also played by Sudeep), an honest police officer who is murdered by the villain, Babjee (Gopinath Bhat), his brother Titla (voice dubbed by Sudeep himself for this character) and his son Munna (Arun Sagar). After Madakari's death, Sathyaraju takes on Madakari's identity and takes revenge on the villains in the small village of Devgarh terrorised by Babjee.

Vee's attraction to Svetlana initially causes tension between her and Kev, but the three eventually work out a solution, and by season 7, they are in a polyamorous relationship and raising their children together. They attempt to adopt each other's children, only for Kev and Vee to find out they signed ownership of the Alibi over to Svetlana. Kev and Vee end their relationship with Svetlana. In season 8, Vee takes revenge on Svetlana by having her arrested by immigration.

Needhi Singh is a Punjabi language crime thriller women focused film directed by Jaivi Dhanda and produced by Inder Bhandaal and Sumeet Singh. The film is based on a true story about a village girl, Needhi Singh, who faces social estrangements and hardship. After which she goes takes revenge from all of the people that did wrong with her The film was scheduled to be released on 22 July 2016. The role of Needhi Singh is portrayed by Kulraj Randhawa.

Whenever the rest of the team requires a pilot, they have to break him out of the hospital, generally using Faceman to do so. In Seasons 1–4, Murdock has a different pet, imaginary friend, or alter-ego in each episode. Whenever one of his pets or imaginary friends is killed by an enemy, Murdock snaps and takes revenge (but never kills). Many times, when Baracus is mad at Murdock for being crazy, Hannibal will side with Murdock in a sympathetic way.

The film was well received by critics and audience, and it became highest grossing Bollywood film of 1958 and was labelled as a blockbuster at the box office and ended up as the fifth highest-grossing film of the decade with its net adjusted to inflation to about 586.4 million. When he sees Jackie holding Kelso in her arms, knowing Jackie and Kelso's long history and on-off relationship, Hyde assumes that something must be going on between her and Kelso again. Despite her pleas that she was only comforting him and that nothing untoward happened, he doesn't believe her and he takes revenge by spending the night with another woman. When he realizes that Jackie has been telling the truth, he confesses his infidelity. A heartbroken Jackie ends the relationship immediately.

Shakil's friend Keegan Baker (Zack Morris) takes revenge by distributing a pornographic clip with Bex's face imposed on the model's body, which Martin eventually discovers. The police become involved as the video is considered an indecent image of a minor, and the photo of Shakil is discovered. Bex takes the blame for it, covering for Alexandra and Madison, who have threatened her. When Martin sees Carmel and Shakil at the school, Martin brands Shakil dirty and threatens violence against him if he ever sees him again.

The Butcher, the Chef and the Swordsman () is a 2010 action comedy film directed by Wuershan. The film is made up of three inter-twining stories. The first about a butcher who takes revenge on a swordsman for humiliation, the second is about a chef who has his apprentice makes an eight-course meal for the powerful Eunuch Liu. The final story is about a warrior with a powerful sword melted from other champion swords, but the sword does not work as expected during combat.

Gruesome School Trip follows Onnoval, an awkward 11-year-old who feels uncomfortable around his fellow classmates. He believes that if he loses control, by becoming too excited or getting into a fight, he will turn into a werewolf. Onnoval keeps his worry a secret, even from his school sweetheart, Liselore. After a particularly humiliating incident at school where the bully Gino grabs his love poem to Lislore and tears it to pieces, Onnoval writes a horror story where he takes revenge on his classmates.

Behula sails with her dead husband, scene from Manasa Mangal The story of Manasamangal begins with the conflict of the merchant Chandradhar or Chand Sadagar with Manasa and ends with Chandradhar becoming an ardent devotee of Manasa. Chandradhar is a worshipper of Shiva, but Manasa hopes that she can win over Chand to her worship. But, far from worshipping her, Chand refuses to even recognize her as a deity. Manasa takes revenge upon Chand by destroying seven of his ships at sea and killing his seven sons.

Jaque is in a terrible situation after being caught having sex with the daughter of the dreaded businessman Oscar Cabos; his boss. The day after receiving the most savage beating of his life, Jaque is confronted by Mr. Cabos, who accidentally trips and loses consciousness. Jaque then asks his friend, Mudo, to aid him. Leaving Cabos in his office, a childhood friend that now works as the company's janitor, who was betrayed by Cabos then takes revenge by stealing and wearing Mr. Cabos' valuable clothes.

Bachtiar Effendi, who played the title role in Si Ronda Si Ronda was released in 1930; Effendi stated that it was released before Tan's Nancy Bikin Pembalesan (Nancy Takes Revenge), a sequel to Njai Dasima, began screening in May 1930. Dutch newspapers indicate that it had screened in Medan, North Sumatra, by 1932. Biran writes that the film received little coverage; he notes that Sinematek Indonesia has no news clippings related to Si Ronda. After Si Ronda, Lie and Tan collaborated on three further films.

Once installed as king, following the death of his father, Edward II summons his friend and lover, Piers Gaveston, back to England from exile abroad, and showers him with gifts, titles and abiding love. Their relationship is fiery and passionate, but it is the focus of gossip and derision throughout the kingdom. Upon his return, Gaveston takes revenge on the Bishop of Winchester, who had been responsible for his banishment from England during the previous reign, by personally torturing him. Kent, Edward's brother, is the first to protest about Gaveston's return.

The film was revealed to be completed by September 2017, with Sai Pallavi beginning her dubbing work. Vijay denied that the film was a horror film and stated that the film would explore the "story of a young mother and her four-year-old child", with Sai Pallavi portraying the mother. Still, the film is a horror story with Baby Veronika as the aborted daughter of Naga Shouraya and Sai Pallavi, who takes revenge on the demise of her. In April 2018, the film's title was changed from Karu to Diya.

Envied by the good name he has in the village, Paresh Rawal traps his sister and sees that she commits suicide and also blames his wife Jayasudha that she is illicit. He kills Chiranjeevi in a village fight and that blame is taken by Jayasudha and she is in jail and all the villagers think that she is the actual cause of all this. Now the son takes revenge on the villain and opens the truth before the villagers. Also Nagma transforms into his loving wife after knowing her fathers' deeds.

The fourth episode covers Circe's encounter with Ulysses (Roman names of Odysseus). The first episode in that book deals with the story of Glaucus and Scylla, in which the enamoured sea-god seeks a love potion to win Scylla's love, only to have the sorceress fall in love with him. When she is unsuccessful, she takes revenge on her rival by turning Scylla into a monster (lines 1–74). The story of the Latian king Picus is told in the fifth episode (and also alluded to in the Aeneid).

Mörðr Valgarðsson now finds Höskuldr to be such a successful chief that his own chieftaincy is declining. He sets the sons of Njáll against Höskuldr; the tragedy of the saga is that they are so susceptible to his promptings that they, with Mörðr and Kári, murder him as he sows in his field. As one character says, "Höskuldr was killed for less than no reason; all men mourn his death; but none more than Njal, his foster-father". Flosi, the uncle of Höskuldr's wife, takes revenge against the killers, and seeks help from powerful chieftains.

However, he criticised the other actors, describing the one who played Williams as too young, the one who played Samiun as looking like a bellboy, and the one who played Mak Buyung as looking half crazy. The magazine Doenia Film praised the filmography and acting by the lead characters. The magazine Panorama later wrote that Njai Dasima was an important film for the Indies, as it showed that locally produced films could compete with foreign, especially American, ones. The film spawned a sequel, Nancy Bikin Pembalesan (Nancy Takes Revenge; 1930).

By killing the watchman via Malini, Manju takes revenge for her son's death and wants to kill Ajay. At the last minute, the mother comes and tells her dead daughter's spirit that she cannot take revenge from Ajay by making Malini a murderer, so Manju leaves Malini's body, and Ajay is thrown in front of everyone. The story ends with Ajay going to prison and Parmasivan telling him to rot in a jail cell forever. After Paramasivan leaves the cell, Ajay finds himself face-to-face with Manju.

Eva finds an NYU student who has written a paper about microwave pulses to effect HFT. She hires him, and starts the process of building a series of towers to make trades with microwaves. As Vincent struggles with acquiring land, being diagnosed with cancer, and broken drill bits, Eva manages to finish her microwave towers first, and begins front-running the market. Eva also takes revenge on Anton by having him arrested by the FBI for stock market fraud by using stolen property in the form of the software that he wrote for her company.

Elsewhere in Tromaville, a gang of three men are holding up a Mexican restaurant and attack a blind woman named Sarah (Andree Maranda). They kill her guide dog and attempt to rape her, but are stopped by Melvin, who wreaks bloody vengeance on them. Toxie takes Sarah back to her home, where they begin to get to know one another and subsequently become romantically involved. Melvin continues to fight crime, including drug dealers and pimps for underage prostitutes, and also takes revenge on the four tormentors who caused his transformation.

He first frees the local people from the extortion by Ravi's gang, while Sridevi also falls in love with him for real. Later, Maari captures one of Arjun's smuggling vehicles and the driver, by which he forces Arjun to release Velu. When Arjun takes revenge by burning Maari's pigeon coop, which kills 10 of his pigeons, he gets angry and beats up Ravi and Arjun, with the former agreeing to confess to everything. Angered, Arjun stabs Ravi but eventually gets arrested by the Revenue Department after Aarumugam reveals all of his secrets.

Revenge is one of the novel's themes. Damrong takes revenge on her father by informing the police about one of her father's burglaries. The police in the countryside orchestrate her father's death, via the "elephant game" (the victim is placed into a spherical cage, of a type that elephants tend to start kicking, and thereafter stomp on when the sphere gets wedged into the corner of the arena). Damrong has prepared for her father's murder by bringing a camera with an expensive zoom, so that she can take detailed pictures of the execution.

She repairs her friendship with Todd, and they kiss at Ricky and Bianca's engagement party. Their reunion is short- lived, and Whitney breaks up with him in favour of Bianca's half-brother Billie Jackson (Devon Anderson). Whitney is attacked by Billie's jealous friend Kylie (Elarica Gallacher), and when his friends cause trouble at a grime night at The Queen Victoria public house, Whitney asks him to choose between her and his former gang. Billie chooses Whitney, and Kylie takes revenge by attempting to shoot him, shooting his uncle Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) instead.

It tells the story of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark—who takes revenge on the current king (Hamlet's uncle) for killing the previous king (Hamlet's father) and for marrying his father's widow (Hamlet's mother)—and it charts the course of his real or feigned madness. Hamlet is the longest play—and Hamlet is the largest part—in the entire Shakespeare canon.

Jack goes to the flat each night to search for the jewels, and lighting the apartment's gas lights causes the lights to dim in the rest of the building. His footsteps in the supposedly empty apartment persuade Bella that she is "hearing things." Rough convinces Bella to assist him in exposing Jack as the murderer, which she does, but not before she takes revenge on Jack by pretending to help him escape. At the last minute she reminds him that, having gone insane, she is not accountable for her actions.

Although she volunteers at the retirement home along with Shuri and seems to have a very gentle personality, she is in fact quite vindictive and takes revenge on people who hurt her. In the anime, she had a crush on Shuri and when she confessed to her, Shuri said that they should remain friends. Angered, Asami wrote a letter to the school accusing Shuri and her twin of being lovers. She later invites Shuri and Sana to the hospital to visit a sick woman from the retirement home in an attempt to hurt Shuri mentally.

Joel and Natalie then focus on the children they have by hiring Robert Perez (Tony Poli) as a tutor for Gypsy, with Joel unaware that he is actually an old acquaintance, David D'Angelo. It emerges Joel had arrested David in Hong Kong years ago, and he takes revenge on the family by kidnapping Natalie and Gypsy, then burning the family home to the ground. David is then arrested and jailed. Left homeless, the family move in with Travis and his wife Rebecca (Belinda Emmett) at the caravan park.

Fiesco has made up his mind, and the conspiracy takes its course. Under the pretext of equipping a number of galleys for an expedition against the Turks, Fiesco gathers support in the form of several hundred mercenaries and smuggles them into the city. Under his leadership the conspirators take over the city's St. Thomas gate, occupy the harbor and gain control of the galleys and the main city squares. The youth Bourgognino takes revenge on Gianettino Doria for raping his bride by striking him down, as he has sworn to do.

Seeker drives his power into the ground, causing an earthquake that stopped the battle in an instant, but the charged water bomb had already been launched at Anacrea and destroyed it, along with the Garden and the Lost Child. Seeker gets angry and takes revenge on the Jahan by breaking his pride, forcing him to kneel to Echo Kittle. The army of Orlans breaks up and Soren Similin dies from a charged water explosion. Seeker heads out in search of a purpose and runs across Jango, who is standing before a door.

Nene and her mother started using it as a punching bag to vent out their anger. :It is known as Happiness Bunny in the Funimation dub. There are three occurrences in the Funimation dub where it came to life at the light of a lunar eclipse (evidenced by a red moon), and takes revenge on Penny and her mother for all the beatings. ;Shinko-chan (しんこちゃん Shinko-chan) is a strange girl from the future with the same facial features as Shin-chan.

She asks people to comb or louse her hair. Those who fulfill her request will be rewarded with a neverending clew of yarn or with yellow leaves which will later become gold if not thrown away. It is but very difficult to clean and tidy the Buschweibchen's hair because her head is as cold as ice, thus leading to a (temporary) freezing of the helper's hands. When she was sneered at, the Buschgroßmutter takes revenge by breathing on the sneerer which will result in illnesses, most commonly rash.

An emotional separation-themed song, "Robbery" was described as being about "a woman stealing Juice's heart", by Complex and how Juice takes revenge against her while consuming liquor. It was produced by Nick Mira, who also produced Juice's multi-platinum-certified single "Lucid Dreams". Rolling Stone described the song as "dark and melodramatic" while calling it "a clunky metaphor about a woman demanding love" from Juice. Lyrically, the first verse discusses the comparison of Juice's father advising him about not revealing his insecurities to women and his heart's stance of the contrary.

As trust forms between the two men so Jack feels enabled to confess the truth behind the crime for which he has been imprisoned. Emboldened by Jack's honesty the two men plan their lives together post Jack's release. Prison gang leader Max (Bernie Hodges), however has ulterior objections and sets about ruining this relationship and manipulates the Governess; Heather (Dymphna Skehill), into suspending Martin for misconduct after disclosing the affair. Alone and vulnerable Jack is now tormented and hunted by Max who takes revenge on him for his crime.

Dennis believes that Bailey hit him and takes revenge by throwing water balloons at Bailey's uncles Riley (Tom Jacobs) and Chatham Taylor (Alfie Jacobs), along with his friends, and videoed the incident, before being chased off by Ollie's mother and Sharon's friend Linda Carter (Kellie Bright). Karen finds out about the video from Gray Atkins and confronts Dennis. Gray warns Phil to delete the video.

The main character is Alex Trambuan (played by Peter O'Brian), known to his friends as Rambu, is a lone vigilante and former police officer who takes revenge on the gang who killed his wife. The movie starts off with two gangsters driving recklessly down a road hitting an old woman. The two gang members get out the car, having a go at her until Rambu comes along with a baseball bat, smashing the car windows forcing the gangsters to pay the old woman. Rambu's wife wants Rambu to stop sorting other people's problems out.

His mother comes to get him released but is raped and killed by the police officer (Chali Pala) in charge of the station. When Gokul comes out, he teams up with some other boys and takes revenge on the police officer, strangling him. Then they flee to Mumbai, where they become criminals, constantly clashing with the cops. Things get too hot for them when a daring police officer takes charge, and they break up, with Gokul taking refuge in a colony at the house of Gopalan (Vijayaraghavan), who is a kind-hearted taxi driver.

Nitocris is the sister of an unnamed pharaoh. When a bridge the pharaoh built across the Nile collapses, the pharaoh extinguishes the sacred fires of Osiris, defiles a temple with hyena sacrifices, and as a result dies at the hands of an angry mob of priests and citizens. Nitocris, now the empress, takes revenge for the execution of her brother for sacrilege by inviting his judges to a banquet in a magnificent temple she has constructed, feigning only a desire to atone for his offenses. In fact, the new temple is an elaborate death trap.

She later fakes a miscarriage in an attempt to end her pregnancy lie, but when she upsets Babe, Babe writes Ben a letter revealing the truth. The letter is read by Louise (now played by Tilly Keeper), who has returned, and to keep her from showing it to Ben, Abi allows her to use Phil's credit card. When Ben finds the card, he confronts Abi, but she believes he found the letter so inadvertently reveals she was never pregnant and says that Louise was blackmailing her. Ben takes revenge on Louise in The Queen Vic by putting her head in the toilet.

Carla's new husband Tony Gordon (Gray O'Brien) purchases Liam's shares shortly before he dies but, after Tony is imprisoned for Liam's murder, Carla buys his shares. Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) purchases them in early 2010, then sells his 40% share back to Carla when the pair do not get along. In 2011, Frank Foster (Andrew Lancel) buys Nick's former share from Carla. In early June 2010, Tony takes revenge on Carla and Roy Cropper (David Neilson) by taking Carla and Roy's wife Hayley (Julie Hesmondhalgh) hostage, before setting the factory on fire with Carla inside (see "Siege Week").

After her sister, scandalized by Jessica's lifestyle, forbids her from ever seeing her precious niece Lottie (Omri's maternal grandmother who was killed in the Blitz during World War II), Jessica takes revenge by stealing her sister's valuable earrings. To do so she makes a duplicate of the jewel- case key out of lead, but accidentally imbues it with magical power through her own Gift. This allows the Key to open any lock. Lottie is accused of stealing the earrings and runs out into the street where her father follows her, resulting in him being killed by a passing carriage.

15 years ago, the teenager Nicole Burke loses her mother and decides to step up to her abusive father and shoots him dead. Nicole's vengeance grows with her, and she slowly takes revenge on all those who wronged her during her childhood. Growing up, Nicole changed her name to Alice and worked as a child care consultant in schools to make sure no other child suffers her fate. It is revealed that Mona used to abuse kids who came to her photo studio for taking pictures and Carlos used to take obscene videos of other students in his school after drugging them.

Sevak Singh Dharma is a dreaded dacoit living in isolation with his followers Bhairav Singh (Rajan Haksar), Mangal Singh (Madan Puri) and his wife Parvati (Geeta Siddharth) amongst others. He kills Bhairav for betraying his trust during a police encounter. While escaping in a boat, both his young son, Suraj, and wife are hit by gunfire by inspector Ajit Singh (Ajit) and considered drowned, while he survives and lands up in a city as the feared dacoit, Chandan Singh. Chandan Singh takes revenge on Ajit Singh's family and abducts his wife Asha and daughter Radha (both played by Rekha).

Erwin warns Martin about the ending of the story, in which Sennentuntschi kills all three men, but they both rape her anyway. The girl takes revenge by slaughtering all the goats and killing Erwin, Albert dies in a fire by accident and Martin due to blood poisoning, as he was bitten by the girl during rape. Meanwhile, in the village, local (older) priest instigates parishioners against the unknown girl, calling her a witch, bearer of evil and responsible for the recent death of a new-born. He supports his theory by a photograph from 1950, showing a young woman that resembles the girl.

In 1969, Davis played Colonel William G. Butler (1831–1912), who takes revenge on the since ghost town of Helena, Texas, after its citizens refuse to disclose the killer of Butler's son, Emmett. Butler arranges for the San Antonio and Aransas Pass Railway to bypass Helena; instead Karnes City, south of San Antonio, became the seat of government of Karnes County. In 1954–1955, Davis starred and narrated the syndicated Western anthology television series Stories of the Century. He portrayed Matt Clark, a detective for the Southwest Railroad who works to bring notorious gunfighters and outlaws to justice.

When Bubbles takes Sherrod, a homeless teenager, under his wing, he fails in his attempts to encourage the boy to return to school. Proposition Joe tries to engineer conflict between Omar Little and Marlo to convince Marlo to join the co-op. Omar robs Marlo who, in turn, frames Omar for a murder and organises attempts to have him murdered in jail but Omar manages to beat the charge with the help of Bunk. Omar is told that Marlo set him up, so takes revenge on him by robbing the entire shipment of the co-op.

Harry takes revenge by throwing a brick through Max and Vanessa's window and slashing the tyres of the cars on Max's car lot. Jodie's cat goes missing and while everyone looks for it, Harry slashes Vanessa's clothes, and when she goes to throw them away, she finds the cat dead in the bin. Max and his brother Jack (Scott Maslen) then decide to take revenge on Harry. They send Harry a text message from Vanessa's phone asking to meet, and when he turns up, they threaten him and tell him to never contact Vanessa again or next time it will be worse.

Just then, a fairy appeared and granted a privilege to Tonyo that changed his life forever - the fairy chose him to take possession of the Agimat (amulet). The trinket took the form of a belt buckle that gives him the abilities and instincts of a monitor lizard (bayawak), transforming his into a reptilian's and granting him superhuman abilities. Tonyo's wife Maring was assaulted by the same syndicate Tonyo encountered in the forest, she was sexually assaulted by the leader and her skull accidentally crushed.

This novel was nominated for the British Science Fiction Association Award ; Summary : Cara's face is horribly scarred and her body mutilated by the knives of barbarians. She seeks aid from a strange magic that for one year will transform her into the most dangerous of beasts: a man. To cleanse the stain of evil, Cara travels to the Land of the Dead to retrieve the Flower of Life, an aspect of God with the power to heal.

The film was considered to be a success, bringing in box office receipts of $80,000 and helping to launch Buchanan's career.

At the end of the 19th century, Irène was the governess of the young Douce de Bonafé and had the manager Fabien as a lover, with whom Douce was in love. Fabien would like to take Irene to Canada, but she is tempted by the idea of marrying the master of the house, a widower, Douce's father. She throws herself into Fabien's arms, who leaves with her and takes revenge on Irene and her masters, but he is gradually seduced by the young girl. Douce is ready to live poor, far from France and her family, but not to replace her governess.

Mes has argued against the feminist portrayal of the film, noting that Asami is not motivated by an ideological agenda, and that acknowledging that she takes revenge on a man who has lied to her would be ignoring that she has also lied to Aoyama. Asami states "I want to tell you everything" during the torture scene, implying she had not been truthful before. Mes also notes that the avenging angel theme contradicts a feminist-themed revenge interpretation, given that one of Asami's victims is female. Shortly after winning the Parola Sands Race, her youngest grandson Alan Tracy picks her up so she can move to Tracy Island. Unfortunately, a racing competitor of Alan's takes revenge and Alan and Grandma find themselves having to sit still on a bridge spanning the San Miguel River due to a bomb that the enemy has placed under it – should either of them move, the bomb will detonate and the bridge will be destroyed.

Woody is happily singing "Home! Sweet Home!" after building a brand new birdhouse out of a tree until neighborhood dog Happy sets fire to the woodpecker's domicile who then laughs at Woody's misfortune after he was annoyed by Woody's pecking. Frustrated, Woody moves into another birdhouse, only to have it thrown over the side of a mountain by a malicious Happy who laughs again. Soon, it begins raining, and Happy at first goes into his dog house happy at what he did to Woody, but Woody takes revenge on Happy by pecking his dog house to nothing, forcing Happy to take refuge to his owner's home.

Though a New York Times reviewer criticized the production as "frenetic to the point of being frazzled," he praised Rivers as "a deft comedy writer" and "a very funny lady." From 1972 to 1976, she narrated The Adventures of Letterman, an animated segment for The Electric Company. His company had borrowed 40 lakhs from a rowdy, and over the months, it had increased to 50 lakhs, but he is unable to pay back any money as his agent, who was supposed to give him two crores, runs away and is nowhere to be found. With the help of ghosts, Bala and his family find a way to escape from being kept under house arrest. Bala's partner, who has been jealous of him, had the money the whole time to pay the rowdies. With the help of the ghost, Bala takes revenge of his partner and family and destroys the curse left upon the house.

This was followed by a sequel, Nancy Bikin Pembalesan (Nancy Takes Revenge) in 1930, which followed Dasima's adult daughter Nancy in a quest to avenge her mother's death; this work was also a success. According to Biran, around this time Lie developed an interest in ethnography and began inserting documentation of cultural habits. Later that year Lie directed Si Ronda for Tan's, an action film which told of a bandit named Ronda. Lie directed another novel adaptation, the two-part Melati van Agam (Jasmine of Agam), in 1931; the original work had been written by Parada Harahap under the pen name "Swan Pen" in 1923.

Greatly humiliated by Sasha, who correctly defines her as a leecher of others' powers, she "takes revenge" by welcoming and taking care of Ekaterina Kurae, the Qwaser of Copper. It is also revealed that Ho-Jung stages suicide for Chang-hoon, making it seem that he is guilty of Jin-hee's death, so he commits suicide in the bathtub. Ho-jung plans to burn the body of Jin-hee and the unconscious Ji-won with gasoline. However, Jin-hee's spirit awakens and takes revenge on Ho-jung, thus saving Ji-won.

At first, Jung-woo does not want to get involved, but he ends up yelling and throwing a bag of snacks at Young-bok, that unfortunately lands on someone else walking along the corridor. This happens to be the school's toughest student and aspiring boxer Lee Yeok-ho, a.k.a. Brown Bear (Choi Tae-joon), who challenges Jung-woo to a one-on-one fight. Jung-woo's instant fame heightens when he takes revenge on Ah-young by asking her out. To his shock, Ah-young accepts his offer instead, making their classmates overjoyed and most people at Namil High, including the senior bullies, going ballistic about this new “class couple.

Florinda is an oil on canvas painting by a German painter and lithographer Franz Xaver Winterhalter. After Roderic selects and courts Florinda, her father takes revenge by inviting the Moors to invade and conquer Spain.

Meanwhile, William takes the free troops from the border on the Spanish Netherlands to England, precipitating the Glorious Revolution, including the expulsion of James II. James flees London and Daniel Waterhouse soon encounters him in a bar. Convinced that the Stuart monarchy has collapsed, Daniel returns to London and takes revenge on Jeffreys by inciting a crowd to capture him for trial and later execution. Though he plans to depart for Massachusetts, Daniel's case of bladder stones increasingly worsens during this period. However, Billie is unmasked during the raid and it is revealed he used a water pistol. He then chooses Whitney over his former gang members, so Kylie takes revenge by attempting to shoot Billie with his gun, but accidentally shoots his uncle Jack (Scott Maslen) instead, who is left critically ill in hospital. Blaming himself, Billie announces his plan to join the army, but Carol is opposed to the idea until she discovers the gun came from Billie and tells him the army is the best place for him. When he is accepted into the army, Whitney promises to make the most of their remaining two weeks together.

Instead, he covertly cooperates with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to uncover a spy ring operated by the former Soviet Union. Anthony Eisley and Gregory Walcott also appear in this episode. In "The Tenth Mona Lisa" (1963), Italian farmer Vincenzo Perugia (Vito Scotti) in 1911 steals the Mona Lisa from the Louvre Museum in Paris but is apprehended by a French detective when he attempts to unload the painting on an art dealer. In the two-part 1963 episode "Heydrich", two Czech sergeants assassinate the Nazi hangman Reinhard Heydrich; Chancellor of the Third Reich Adolf Hitler takes revenge on an entire village in his search for the sergeants.

Scott is arrested for assault, and he tries to claim he was provoked by Paddy but is shocked to discover that the assault charges were for hurting Dawn. Dawn has seen Scott's true colours, and finally realizes he is capable of what Zoe claimed he had done, and Dawn ends their relationship for good as she is scared he would rape her. While Scott was serves a prison sentence for the assault, Dawn dates Danny Daggert (Cleveland Campbell), but breaks up with him after she realizes she isn't ready to settle down. After his release, Scott takes revenge on Dawn for rejecting him by reporting her for benefit fraud.

She played Angeline, a long-suffering wife, who has been lied to by his husband, Marcel and a friend named Heidi. Angeline returned as "Chantal", a rich sophisticated woman who takes revenge on the people who had hurt her. The series once again gave fame to Rivera on various Asian countries, resulting to a fan meeting and television guesting's in Vietnam, where the series was aired, along with her other works. "The Fruit of Enlibar" by Lynn Abbey :Illyra, the half S'danzo seer, aids her half-brother Walegrin's search for fabled Enlibar steel to rebuild the army under his command.

With the aid of two independent women, Felice and Graciela, she is able to leave her life of abuse and escape back to Mexico. Clemencia is the Chicana protagonist of the story "Never Marry a Mexican", who experiences rejection by her white lover. She takes revenge on this man by luring his naïve son into a lover’s role, and makes it known that in due time, this young man will inevitably pay for his father’s transgressions. "Eyes of Zapata" is a story that looks into the life of female protagonist, Inés, who offers a reflection on her life in the context of her illegitimate relationship with Mexican revolutionary Emiliano Zapata.

The alternate versions include stories about the role of Guru Arjan in a conflict between the Mughal Emperor Jahangir and his son who Jahangir suspected of trying to organize a patricidal coup. An alternate version highlights the role of a Hindu minister of Jahangir named Chandu Shah. He, in one version, takes revenge on Guru Arjan for not marrying his son Hargobind to Chandu Shah's daughter. In another Lahore version, Chandu Shah actually prevents Guru Arjan from suffering torture and death by Muslims by paying 200,000 rupees (100,000 crusados) to Jahangir, but then keeps him and emotionally torments him to death in his house.

She tells her friend Svenja to come with them because Svenja recently ran away from home with a large sum of money stolen from her stepfather. She takes revenge for Rasul and herself by beating up Sandro with a baseball bat who opposed her plan to get away from him. But Sandro catches up as they reach Rügen where a boat will leave to Sweden because Svenja has called him and asked him to pick her up revealing their position to him. He arrives on the scene and fires a single shot from the pistol he bought shooting Marisa dead minutes after Rasul left on a boat.

The first Viper who fights the Keroro Platoon because of a war between the Keronians and the Vipers, and was defeated by a technique used by Dororo. He reappears in Episode 121, where he appears as a cyborg who takes revenge on Dororo, but ends up capturing Chiroro and hides in Alien Street from the Space Police and the Keroro Platoon. To keep himself from being spotted, he disguises himself as a chef in a ramen stand. When Keroro disguises himself as Viper and captures Karara in an effort to earn money, Viper takes off his disguise and attempts to defeat the fake Viper, proving that he does have some good in him.

Lily and Rufus find out about the drugs, which Damien covers up with a story about his father. Against Rufus's will, Jenny continues her relationship with Damien, who seems interested in taking it further. Jenny, who is a virgin, backs out at the last minute, causing Damien to break up with her, leaving her to face her family. At Rufus's suggestion, Eleanor reemploys Jenny to help out with her upcoming fashion show. Jenny is happy to be back, but is shocked to learn that one of the models she’ll be working with is Agnes, who, after the show finishes, takes revenge on Jenny by drugging her and leaving her in a bar to be taken advantage of.

As a husband passes by the place where his pregnant wife was brutally murdered, her ghost appears and hands their child to him. She then tells him the story of her murder and assists him as he takes revenge for her death. Utagawa Kuniyoshi 1845 In mythology and folklore, a vengeful ghost or vengeful spirit is said to be the spirit of a dead person who returns from the afterlife to seek revenge for a cruel, unnatural or unjust death. In certain cultures where funeral and burial or cremation ceremonies are important, such vengeful spirits may also be considered as unhappy ghosts of individuals who have not been given a proper funeral.

The hero takes revenge on the villain for the injustice done to the victims who have become ghosts, and the priest is revealed to be a spirit. Finally, they leave the place, and the camera pans out of the film screen, and the whole film is revealed to be shown as a movie played in a theatre, with it being the first film of aspiring filmmaker Jeevanandam (Raj Tarun) and the real Jeevanandam, Jacqueline, and the others as actors in the film. The film ends with Raja Ravindra, a film person, receiving a call from people and planning to demand money as the film has controversial content. Finally, the real ghosts appear and finish him off.

Later in a chase he successfully kills Shanker Narayana and saves his friend's family. After knowing his son's death Guru Narayana though feels sad and angry he uses this as an opportunity to gain sympathy for becoming Chief Minister and creates riots again in the city while trying to stop Durga was shot by his own men. In the hospital Guru Narayana meets Durga and confesses his deeds for his aspirations by telling the peoples are fools. Then Durga reveals that actually it was his trap to make him confess in live Unknown of him to the public which exposed him again and later Durga takes revenge for killing of his family by killing Guru Narayana.

When Lorena finally accepts the fact that Julián does not love her anymore, she wants to take revenge by killing them both. One day, while Lucrecia and Julián are in the fields, Lorena tries to run them over, but fails, crashes against a truck, and goes flying out the windshield; consequently, ending up with a disfigured face. Carmelo, furious that a judge has approved of Lucrecia's request for divorce, takes revenge by burning down the warehouse full of apples that Paulino owns; Paulino is accidentally trapped in the warehouse and dies from smoke inhalation. At his funeral, Lucrecia faints and discovers that she is pregnant but does not know who the father is.

After being discharged from hospital, David takes revenge on the trio by arranging fatal "accidents": he electrocutes Bruce by sabotaging his hang-glider to fly into a power line, tricks Craig into high-diving into an empty swimming pool, and pushes Paul's van off a cliff with Paul in it. The school changes after the bullies' deaths. At first the students support each other, but soon the formerly tormented students become bullies themselves, and try to form alliances with David to control the school. In due course more deaths occur: Arthur is killed when his hearing-aid malfunctions, Oscar's locker explodes when he opens it, and Rodney's car blows up when he starts the engine.

His new plan is to compose a suicide note, disappear, and start a new life in Costa Rica. Before he can leave, he is snatched out of his house by Red and Tool, hog-tied, and driven to the Everglades, Red having concluded that the "blackmail" was just a con by Chaz to rip him off. When Red orders Tool to shoot Chaz, Tool deliberately misses and Chaz flees into the swamp. On the way home to Red's farm the entrepreneur insults Tool, who takes revenge on his boss in the middle of nowhere by slaying him and impaling his body on a roadside cross of the same type that Tool collects.

Kramer decides he enjoys showers so much that he is going to spend most of his time in his shower, even going as far as to buy a waterproof phone, prepare a dinner there and install a garbage disposal in his bathtub drain. Elaine's co-worker Peggy (Megan Cole; also seen in the episode "The Susie") is a germophobe who dislikes Elaine because she thinks she is promiscuous and therefore full of germs. Insulted, Elaine takes revenge on Peggy by going to her office and rubbing the keyboard on her rear end, her stapler under her armpit, and finally coughing on Peggy's doorknob. David Puddy reveals to Elaine that he, too, is a recovering germophobe.

But Uma stands firm in her decision of marrying James but only after getting the blessings of elders. Sundarrajan and Shanmugam decide to get the other two children married. Mala is married to Sanjay but Shanmugam hides the truth about Uma to Mala’s in-laws. Narayanan is in love with a girl and tactfully plays game by making it as an arranged marriage with the help of the girl’s parents. On the day of marriage, Kamalanathan takes revenge on Sundarrajan and Shanmugam by disclosing about Uma’s love affair to Mala’s in-laws which makes them feel cheated. Also, he informs to Shanmugam about Narayanan’s plan of making a love marriage into an arranged one.

Last House on Dead End Street, originally released as The Fun House, is a 1977 American exploitation horror film written, produced, and directed by Roger Watkins, under the pseudonym Victor Janos. The plot follows a disgruntled ex- convict (also played by Watkins) who takes revenge on society by kidnapping four acquaintances and filming their murders in an abandoned building. Watkins, a student at the State University of New York at Oneonta, devised the concept for the film after reading the Charles Manson biography The Family (1971) by Ed Sanders. Commissioning a cast from the university's theater department, Watkins shot the film inside an unused building on the university campus in the winter of 1972, on a budget of around $3,000.

The uncomfortable unbalance between the social classes of Ulises and Renata unleashes disagreements between Mariana and her upper-class friends against Ulises' "naco" friends. Ulises and Renata are troubled by these events but decide to disregard them for the sake of continuing their relationship. For a while, Ulises and Renata became inseparable, that they even skip school in order to spend more time together. Ulises gifts to Renata range from cute portraits of her face, handmade by Ulises by himself, to huge painted graffiti on walls made especially for her. Francisco finds out and takes revenge on Ulises out of jealousy; he sends his bodyguards to beat him up at Renata’s school, where Ulises had been leaving her after their dates.

A story of a lovely married couple, Vijay Kumar and Laxmi (Jeetendra and Moushumi Chatterjee), who perform musical shows together with friend Tom D'Costa (Vinod Mehra) and their son Raja (Master Bunty) as their means of living. Dinesh Khanna (Danny Denzongpa), was heartbroken by Laxmi during her college days, and he never quite got over her rejecting him, and when Vijay Kumar was performing a show in London, he takes revenge by coming home and trying to rape Laxmi in his absence. But unfortunately, Vijay gets back home due to the late flight along with Tom and while protecting his wife, he gets murdered by Dinesh and Tom is crippled. The blame was put on Laxmi and she has been sentenced to life.

In 2014, Paul starred in Need for Speed, as a street racer recently released from prison who takes revenge on a wealthy business associate. Paul stars alongside Juliette Lewis in the family drama Hellion, as the drunken father of two young vandals. Also in 2014, he co-starred in the biblical epic Exodus: Gods and Kings, portraying the Hebrew prophet Joshua. In December 2013, Netflix announced that Paul would be a cast member on the animated series BoJack Horseman. On March 3, 2014, he appeared on WWE Raw to promote Need for Speed, by entering the arena in a sports car with Dolph Ziggler, providing commentary for Ziggler's match against Alberto Del Rio, and helping Ziggler win by distracting Del Rio.

Concealing his true identity, Sherman adopts a false identity, "Buddy Love", and invites Carla out on a date at the same club again. Reggie is present again, and Sherman takes revenge by heckling him mercilessly. Sherman's "Buddy" persona starts to develop an independent personality due to the heightened testosterone levels of the transformation, gradually changing from his regular good-natured self to perverted and super-confident. Klump's lab assistant and good friend Jason spots him fleeing the scene when the serum starts to wear off. Jason notices that he left a credit card with the Klump name on it at the bar, and stalks him to his car believing him to be a thief - ultimately witnessing Sherman’s transformation back to his regular self.

This experience influenced the way he portrayed female characters in his stories. In fact, Feng Menglong was one of the few authors who portrayed female as being strong and intelligent; and this is different from other authors, where they tended to ignore the importance of female’s position. The female characters in Feng Menglong’s stories were portrayed as brave and bright when dealing with different situations. For instance, in his story Wan Xiuniang Takes Revenge Through Toy Pavilions from Jing Shi Tong Yan, Wan Xiuniang showed her braveness during her tough times, and she was able to escape using her intelligence. Other female characters, such as Du Shi-niang and Qu Xiuxiu, are example to show Feng Menglong’s respectful and sympathetic portrayal of female characters.

Marissa takes revenge on Cole for rejecting her by once again pantsing him in front of the crowd. Enraged, Cole delivers a lengthy speech in which he criticizes how the students have hurt each other in pursuit of popularity that is ultimately without meaning or worth. Cole ignores Maddy for the rest of the school year due to her betrayal at prom and the fact that she could’ve helped him all the past years in High School and just stood idly by and watched as he was tormented by other students. After graduation, Felicity explains to Cole that the only reason he got into the College he's been trying to attend is because Maddy sent his profile in to a recruiter.

The series tells the story of Detective Baek Hong-suk, a happily married family man whose life is shattered when his 15-year-old daughter is killed in a car accident, causing his wife to go into a state of shock, eventually killing herself and leaving Hong-suk a widower. He later discovers his daughter's death was the result of a conspiracy led by politician Kang Dong-yoon, to secure his political future as a presidential candidate. Hong-suk goes from loving, doting father and cop to harrowed man hellbent on revenge, as Kang continues to rise in power. With the help of Kang's sister-in-law, a reporter, Hong-suk takes revenge against the man who ruined his life.

In early New York, on Halloween night of 1679, because of her Celtic worship, a young widow living on the first New York settlement was burned alive with her three children by an angry mob of settlers suspecting her to be a witch, and she takes revenge every year on Halloween, when the border between the spiritual world and the physical world dissolves for a short time. Since then, every Halloween the ghost of this woman takes three living children from their parents and puts them in an alternate world. The borders solidify until next Halloween, and the children taken are able to reach out and be rescued. But if the children cannot escape this alternate world within the first year, they are stuck in this world forever.

The film follows Melinda, a female employee of the Pentagon's public information service, who loses her job when she refuses to give in to her male superiors' sexual advances. She then becomes outraged by the Pentagon's "un-patriotic" actions, and takes revenge on them by using her physical charms to seduce the top brass into letting her back into the Pentagon. After being re-employed, she sets out to manipulate them to her will and destroy their careers, thus ridding the US government of what she sees as "perverts", who care more about cheap thrills than national security. She eventually seduces the Russian ambassador into betraying valuable military secrets by offering him among other things "the most scrumptious little breasts" as well as something (left unsaid) which she declares to be the "softest, moistest, sweetest".

Despite this, Mark continues to defend Lisa and tells Phil that she isn't totally responsible for the crime - stating that the abuse Phil had inflicted upon Lisa is what set the course of his shooting in the first place. Phil grudgingly comes to accept these terms, and decides to cover Lisa's involvement by framing his ex- business partner Dan Sullivan (Craig Fairbrass) for the crime. Mark and Lisa observe Phil planning to incriminate Dan in the shooting, even going as far as to get Steve and Mel involved with his plan. However, Dan is found not guilty and he takes revenge on Phil and Steve by kidnapping Mel and fleeing the country with a money ransom - all the while believing that Steve had shot Phil, meaning that Dan was never aware that Lisa had shot Phil in the first place.

During the period, Samantha had also been signed on two feature in two big budget projects in Tamil, Mani Ratnam's Kadal (2013) and Shankar's I (2015) but was forced to opt out from both films, since she was suffering from a skin disease and could not work for two months during mid 2012. Samantha next featured in S. S. Rajamouli's live action Telugu-Tamil bilingual project Eega (2012), portraying a micro artist who runs a NGO and takes revenge for the murder of her lover. As the film featured a CGI-created housefly as the main character, Samantha noted that she had to use her imagination and act accordingly. She also revealed that many heavy lights were used for the shoot of the film and she subsequently suffered skin burns, calling the process "very stressful" but "satisfying".

On a mountain in the Pacific Northwest, apparently in the 19th century, the she-wolf Nitka discovers an abandoned Native American baby and is inspired by the "Spirit of the Wild" to raise him alongside her own cubs. He has no name of his own to begin with, although the author calls him Shasta from the outset. Like Rudyard Kipling's Mowgli (Baker even refers to him as a man-cub), Shasta grows up naked in the wild and is able to speak to animals, including the wise old black bear Gomposh, although this "speech" seems to consist as much of body language as of actual vocalization. Along the way his animal parents and friends rescue him from attacks by a grizzly bear and a moose, and he takes revenge on an eagle for killing wolf cubs.

Cleopatra doublecrosses Grypus and uses her army to help Grypus's brother and rival to the throne, Cyzicenus, who marries her and makes her Queen of Syria, so when the civil war in Syria takes another turn, Grypus and Tryphaena capture Cleopatra IV and Tryphaena has her killed. Some time later, the war in Syria again takes different turn, and Queen Cleopatra Tryphaena gets captured by her brother-in-law Cyzicenus, who takes revenge upon her for killing his wife, and slowly and painfully kills her. In the meanwhile, Queen Cleopatra III and her daughter, Queen Cleopatra Selene, arrange for Chickpea to be driven out of the kingdom by an angry mob, whom they convince that Chickpea tried to kill his mother. Chickpea flies Egypt and goes to Cyprus, while Alexander finally becomes his mother's co-ruler, whom she treats as a puppet.

Kripke continues his antagonism towards Sheldon in "The Vengeance Formulation" by pulling a prank on Sheldon when he is a guest on NPR's Science Friday by putting a helium tank in his office, making Sheldon's voice more squeaky, though Sheldon takes revenge by humiliating Kripke in front of the President of the University and the board of directors. In "The Toast Derivation", Sheldon tries to befriend Kripke and a few others when he is feeling excluded by his friends, but Kripke and the others all connect in a manner that Sheldon finds 'wrong' and leaves. In season five, Kripke and Sheldon battle over a retired professor's office; but, after a long sports contest, Kripke loses to Sheldon. He is later invited to Howard's bachelor party, where he uses his turn toasting to complain that no strippers are at the party.

Cal, along with Chloe, then takes revenge on Sully by throwing feathers on his honey-coated body (he was at the spa), which was so humiliating that even his own gang laughed at the joke. Although he initially wants to leave immediately despite the threat to Madison's life, in Episode 10, he volunteers to go with Cal to find a sailboat so everyone can escape the island, and when Cal is shot in the process, he takes him to the clinic and, under Cal's direction, manages to remove the bullet and save Cal's life. The two form an unlikely friendship, and Sully realizes how much Cal and Chloe love each other. He later teams with Danny in an effort to save Chloe, and ambushes and shoots Wakefield while Danny acts as bait, but the others choose not to kill Wakefield.

The Bake-O-Lite Girl (voiced by Sally Lindsay) but in the film she is no longer in her bakery job. She was fired because she was overweight and too big to ride the 'Bake-O-Lite Balloon' so she takes revenge on other bakers which 12 of them are dead except Wallace and Gromit weren't killed. With her charming nature and captivating smile, Piella is normally seen as very kind but she is actually very fierce, arrogant, evil and revealed as the serial killer, who intends for Wallace to become the 13th of her "baker's dozen". Having grown rich from her modeling days and lives in a mansion filled to the brim with mementos of her former glory, at the end she gets eaten by a crocodile because she escaped Wallace's using the Bake-O-Lite Balloon which dropped her because she was too big to ride it.

When Choiseul spoils Du Barry's formal court presentation by having her dress and wig stolen and the tipsy noblewoman who was to present her abducted, she shows up at the court gathering in her nightgown, and Louis storms out but then turns and beckons her to follow. Du Barry takes revenge on Choiseul by charming him, promising him a reward and luring him into a compromising situation where Louis catches him seemingly trying to take liberties with her. Louis fires Choiseul and makes D’Aiguillon Prime Minister, and the war with England is averted, to the bemusement of the English ambassador at the trivial cause of so major a result. Louis’ slow, pedantic grandson and heir, Louis the Dauphin, is betrothed to the Austrian princess Marie Antoinette, and Du Barry is among those who drive to the frontier with Louis and the Dauphin to receive her.

On the advice of his friend and fellow-Drone Hugo Carmody, he once again uses his uncle, this time to wangle the post of secretary to Lord Emsworth, recently vacated by Carmody. He spends a few happy days at Blandings, in company of his former fiancee Sue Brown, before events conspiring against him, particularly Lord Emsworth's suspicions of anyone connected to the Parsloe-Parsloe camp, lead to his expulsion from the post. He tries to get back in with Lord Tilbury by stealing Galahad Threepwood's reminiscences, but is scuppered by Percy Pilbeam; he later takes revenge on Pilbeam, but repents and ends up paying him handsomely for the chance to work for his Detective Agency, the Argus, for a year. In "The Plot That Thickened" Monty manages to hold down a job in the entertainment industry, only to be informed by J.G. Butterwick that it does not count.

The month of April starts with the news that Icelandic midfielder Stefán Gíslason signs a new contract to keep him with Leuven for another season, until 2014. The victory against Waasland- Beveren is not followed up with more good performances, as Charleroi first takes revenge for the 0–4 loss during the regular competition, beating OHL 3–0 in Charleroi, after which Leuven loses again by three goals to nil, now at home to KV Mechelen. OH Leuven thereby drops to the last position in the group with only three points, but all is still open, as after three matches Charleroi has five points, while both KV Mechelen and Waasland-Beveren have four points. After being down 1–0 at halftime to KV Mechelen in Mechelen, the season seems to be finished for OHL, but in the second half OHL comes back, scoring no less than five goals to take the win.

Majer is sent back to the human world, but Rumburak is ousted for this perceived act of mischief and must henceforth play the role of the wolf himself. Enraged, Rumburak takes revenge on the Fairy Tale Kingdom by establishing a pirate broadcast station in his castle and, by using his magic to impersonate Majer, twisting the fairy tales into grotesque stories, like having the prince from Sleeping Beauty (here named Vilibald) stealing from the sleeping people instead of reawakening them. The King of the Fairy Tale Realm, Hyacint, decides to put Majer under observation and sends his court magician Vigo and his daughters Arabela and Xenia to the human world. Arabela, the kinder and gentler of the two princesses, soon meets and falls in love with Majer's son Petr, while Xenia, spoiled and selfish, takes a liking to the modern world's commodities and eventually wishes to accordingly convert the Fairy Tale World.

Most of the story takes place in a room in a house called 'The Snuggery', which the narrator, "Jack", converts into a kind of erotic torture chamber equipped with beds to which women can be strapped and held helpless and which is soundproofed to make their screams unheard. Other equipment includes cords and pulleys, flagellation implements and a mechanical "Chair of Treachery" to which helpless females are lured to be restrained in. The first of many victims lured into 'The Snuggery' to be raped is a girl called Alice, a member of Jack's social set who had earlier jilted him and on whom he takes revenge by subjecting her to a series of sexual acts without her consent (and without any more thought of marrying her). The very detailed description of Alice's rape, with the narrator repeatedly expressing great satisfaction at her fear and humiliation, takes the whole of the first part, called "The Tragedy".

After the success of Sineserye Presents, ABS-CBN decided to make a new afternoon drama for daytime. Nagsimula Sa Puso was a 1990 film which earned Richard Gomez his first FAMAS awards and nominations. Richard Gomez played the role of a young college student in a heated affair with his college professor played by Hilda Koronel, who attempts revenge after being stricken with grief and resentment by his professor's mother, and takes revenge on his professor's now settled family only to obtain her for himself. Throughout its press conference, Maja Salvador takes the lead as Hilda Koronel's character Celina Hernandez, a role in which Maja took time to analyze carefully when offered the project, she decided to give the green light and allowed herself to play the role because she wanted to experience a role out of character and taken seriously because of many projects in which she played teeny-bopper roles.

Germany at the end of the First World War: "The fuel that war and need created in people" is portrayed as a "nervous epidemic", "which has affected people and drives them to all kinds of deeds and guilt". The fates of various people from different social strata are described: the manufacturer Roloff, who has lost his belief in technological progress, the teacher Johannes, who calls for social reform in popular assemblies, and Marja, who turns into a revolutionary to fight against the armed forces. “Young Marja is about to get married to Richard, but has actually loved Johannes since childhood, who has become a kind of mouthpiece for the branded people and demands social reform; when he rejects her love, which he replies but cannot reconcile with his biblical code, she takes revenge by accusing him of rape. Her brother, the factory owner Roloff, who has long since given up his belief in technological progress, swears in court that he has observed the attack: his psyche has long been marked by war and destruction, and soon he will be completely mad.
