Suer placed in Light and Composition's list of the "100 Best Photographers". At the Arts and Culture Festival in the region of Federal Kurdistan in Iraq, he was awarded special honors. Four of his photos have been printed as postage stamps.

Weywot, officially (50000) Quaoar I Weywot, is the only known moon of the trans-Neptunian object and possible dwarf planet 50000 Quaoar. Discovered by Michael Brown and T.A. Suer using images acquired by the Hubble Space Telescope on 14 February 2006, its existence was announced in an IAU Circular notice published on 22 February 2007. Weywot has an estimated diameter of (approximately 15% of its primary). The satellite was found at 0.35 arcseconds from Quaoar with an apparent magnitude difference of 5.6.

Herten castle bears resemblance to the Schloss Nordkirchen of that time, because they were built by the same architects: Henric de Suer and his son Johann. After the completion of this project in 1560, contemporary reports describe the castle complex as an "enormous building with fortifications and ramparts". During the Cologne War, it withstood a two-year siege led by Gebhard Truchsess von Waldburg. Remains of these ramparts can still be found by the chestnut avenue to the eastern side of the castle.

Michiel Borstlap was in his early years a piano prodigy. He started to play the piano at the age of 4. And after years of classical training he found his first jazz teacher, Hans Heinhuis. During his early years he played in local bars and pubs, and formed a quartet with fellow youngsters Bart Suer and Peter Bergman ao. In 1992 Borstlap completed his studies with highest honors at the Conservatory in Hilversum, where he received piano lessons from Dutch masters like Henk Elkerbout and Rob Madna.

'Vanth, full designation ', is the single known natural satellite of the plutino and likely dwarf planet 90482 Orcus. With a diameter of about 440 km, it is half the size of Orcus and probably the third-largest known moon of a known trans-Neptunian object, after Pluto I Charon and Eris I Dysnomia, though it is possible that the poorly resolved Varda I Ilmarë or Haumea I Hiiaka might be comparable in size. It is located within an old English landscape garden and its first mentioning dates back to 1376. In 1962, the main castle building was declared a cultural heritage monument. While foundations of today's main castle building incorporate elements from the 14th-century building, the buildings visible today were built in the 16th and 17th century by Coesfeld architect Henric de Suer and his son Johann.

If selected to fly, it would explore Io's active volcanism and impact on the Jupiter system as a whole by measuring its global heat flow, its induced magnetic field, the temperature of its lava, and the composition of its atmosphere, volcanic plumes, and lavas.
