During their journey, they encounter a mysterious man, Kurt Ross (Jeremy London) who possesses a weapon that can disable any TR-4 it hits. Ross also has intimate knowledge of the TR-4s and is heavily implied to have met Reed in the past. With Ross's help, Reed's group struggles through several battles with the TR-4s and ultimately locate an airship used by the machines to travel. Ross proposes that they travel to the space station where the TR-4s originate from and shut them down remotely, but they must first acquire fuel for the ship.

Suffering from depression and longstanding guilt over a fire that killed his parents and disfigured his younger sister Pearl, Owen Roberts struggles through relationship issues with his girlfriend Isabel Sullivan. Freud (1900) believed that by uncovering the meaning of one's hidden motivations and deeper ideas, an individual could successfully understand his or her internal struggles through eventually resolving issues that create tension in their lives. In contrast to the information easily recognizable, latent content makes up everything underneath the surface.

Among the evidence is a lab notebook with Gale's notes on the construction of the lab, the synthesis of meth, and other details that leads Hank to believe Gale was Heisenberg. During a shared dinner, Hank talks about Gale's notebook, and Walt drunkenly suggests Gale was merely copying the real Heisenberg's work.

Indira Ranamagar is social worker and founder of non-profit organisation Prisoner's Assistance Nepal that looks after the children of criminal parents living in jails. Ranamagar took a deep interest in the welfare of prisoners and their families from an early age, and after becoming well acquainted with their struggles through various social projects, she founded Prisoner's Assistance Nepal in 2000. In New York City, atop the Dynamic Forces skyscraper headquarters, Dynamic Man and Dynamic Woman look down upon the city. Godlike, they regard humanity as little more than the ants they appear to be from atop their glass and steel eyrie. As Bruce Carter, the former Fighting Yank, struggles through the snows of Tibet, he is beginning to realize that he has been badly misled by the ghost of his ancestor and namesake, that his ancestor might well be a traitor with his own hidden agenda. Reaching Shangri-La, Carter is greeted by Tsarong, Green Lama's manservant, who takes him to his master. Jethro “Jet” Dumont, the Green Lama, who has apparently not aged since the 1940s, greets Carter warmly.
Screen Rant found the punk phase and the fact it was quickly dropped weird, having the same reaction to Quinn first wanting to steal back her baby then trying to get pregnant again before being told of her self-worth. Quinn was also paralyzed from a car accident, but only for four episodes before she was performing again – in 2019 The Guardian termed this, and the related "cringe-inducing" performance of "I'm Still Standing", as the show's "defining shark-jumping moment". Agron had previously said that the storyline would be "slow and gradual" as Quinn struggles through accepting a more challenging situation. In a recap of one season three episode, Autostraddle referred to Quinn's actions as: "whatever enigmatic plotstravangza the writers gifted Dianna Agron this week".

Ralph, in the form of a fly, tricks Botch into pressing The Big Red One, detonating all the nightmare bombs before Rudy could put the spring back in the Cosmic Clock, the still- immobilized Rushers being unaffected.
Greene buys a gun and uses it to scare a crowd of punks on a train but tosses the gun in the river soon afterwards. The show, written by Leena Gangopadhyay, focuses on the journey of Parameshwari, an average housewife who struggles through the rules and regulations of a joint family to become self-dependent utilizing her passion for music as a career.

The bookish Ransom is afraid, and debates for hours with the divine inner voice. A curious twist is introduced here; although Ransom knows that his name derives historically from "Ranolf's Son", God reminds him that the Passion of Jesus was a ransom for humanity, and Ransom's name was actually arranged to foreshadow his present role.
The musical play showcases a bunch of many talented young actors, singers, and professional dancers. The story is about a knight named by Faris trying to build a Utopian city for the people to be united together but he has some challenges and difficulties because of the kidnapping of his loved one Shumoos (the female leader) and gets very confused between helping his beloved and building a city. He struggles through his way and will face many obstacles but he will be guided by a messenger or a wise man. He tries to give him wise advice and tries to enlighten him through his wisdom and thoughts. The Knight then starts to get the message behind the wise man’s words and tries to save his beloved and create a city that unites people together.

Through works such as "Nongseongjangui bam" (농성장의 밤 Strike Site Night), "Jabonga" (자본가 The Capitalist), "Amerika" (아메리카 America), "Ssaum jeonya" (싸움 전야 The Eve of the Fight), and others, Park, from the title alone, is able to capture the subject matter and themes of labor struggle. Park is able to present almost every aspect of 1980s labor reality in his vivid writing.
When the resistance advances upon them Edward holds out a single piece of dynamite to ward off their attacks and when they reach the cave he lights the dynamite with the hope that it will seal the entrance to the cave that leads to the surface. When it fails to ignite, Edward leaves the cave and shoots the dynamite sealing the rest of the group in, and him out with the violent resistance. The team then struggles through water filled passages that lead them up through to the lake on the surface, where they originally found the entrance to the cave. On the surface they make a small memorial for Edward, who is presumed dead, and decide not to tell the secret of the world below, and to continue their adventures to the East Indies with Martha and Jonathan (most unpredictably) as an item.
Other subplots in the story include: Holling entering track and field; running the big race for track; going on his first date with classmate Meryl Lee Kowalski, whose father is of the other architecture firm in town, Kowalski and Associates; his sister Heather running away to California with her boyfriend; and the ever-present shadow of the Vietnam War — as well as other historical events, such as the shootings of Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.. In addition, television news anchorman Walter Cronkite is mentioned throughout the novel, as an important presence while delivering the news. Cronkite is presented as the voice of the people, with the ability to sway Americans to a particular side. The plot follows a steady, progression-focused format, lacking any clear climax. Instead, it simply follows Holling as he struggles through school, forms friends out of supposed enemies, and tries to grow up.
Also, since the film has controversial elements—including, for some reason, a lurid rape scene with Nazis and nuns—the reclusive, little-read poet has been receiving a barrage of ranting phone calls from angry citizens who are eager to denounce "his" film.
