Algie reminds them of a circus act they saw a week ago and suggests that two members should reenact it. Being the tallest, Sam allows Algie to walk up her back and pick the apples, and the four children begin to eat. A gunshot rings through the meadow and the orchard's owner appears: an angry, unshaven Farmer Tregowan () with a shotgun. Stinker leaps at the farmer to protect the children and Tregowan shoots him in the chest, killing him in point-blank range.

Despite its marketing campaign, King Kong Lives was a box office flop in the United States and Canada, grossing $4,711,220 during its theatrical run. Little Stinker in the Smithsonian Skelton's father, David, organized an amateur airshow in 1945 to raise funds for the local Jaycees. The airport manager in Tampa suggested that Skelton perform some basic stunts, but she had never done aerobatics. She borrowed a Fairchild PT-19 and Clem Whitteneck, a famous aerobatic pilot from the 1930s, taught her to loop and roll. Within two weeks, she had honed her skills and mastered simple aerobatic maneuvers, which she repeated for the air show.

Skelton was US Female Aerobatic Champion in 1948, 1949, and 1950. Her last two championships made her and her plane, Little Stinker, famous. He loses the notebook and Bertie fears that if it should fall into Sir Watkyn's hands, Sir Watkyn will forbid Madeline to marry Gussie. The notebook is found by Stephanie "Stiffy" Byng, Sir Watkyn's niece, who wants approval from her uncle to marry the local curate, Bertie's friend, Harold "Stinker" Pinker. Sir Watkyn considers Harold insufficiently wealthy and therefore unsuitable.

Arthur Askey and Stinker Murdoch, two out-of-work performers, are living on the roof of the Broadcasting House in Central London. After being called in for an audition with the BBC three months before, they were forgotten about and settled down to live there waiting for their big chance. One day an item from their clothes line falls and hits Claude Pilkington, a senior figure at the BBC, who has them evicted. They are forced to pack up all their belongings and leave.

Melissa loves Scarlet, but her happy mood is extinguished in a heartbeat when the Chamberlain orders her to "Keep away from that masked band-d-d-d-d-desperad-d-d-d-d-that masked stinker!" The Chamberlain gets a brilliant plan and decides to marry Melissa to the Grand Duke (Sylvester) in an attempt to lure the Scarlet Pumpernickel to town and then kill him. As planned, the Scarlet Pumpernickel is drawn to town to interrupt the wedding. He arrives disguised as a noble to research and develop his plan for rescuing Melissa.

Bugs, on an adjacent line, plays Tweety's time-honored "this little piddy" game (even talking in something close to Tweety's voice), peeling the clumsy canine's "piddies" from the line one by one. When he "runs out of piddies" and the dog falls, Bugs reverts to his normal voice, and his regular aside to the audience, "Gee, ain't I a stinker?" Bugs thinks he has dispatched the dogs, saying "that's '-30-' for today!" He goes back to his tap-dancing and singing, and suddenly finds himself in a blind alley next to a newsstand.

The music falls into the wide area of post-bop, more advanced than hard bop but not as free as most avant-garde music. The boom was translation into Persian and Turkish languages and published in Iran, Tehran in 2010, in Turkey, Istanbul in 2011.His drama plays are "Ana intiqami" (Mother's revenge), which was written in 1994 and put on the stage of Drama Theatre in 1996; "Churuk adam" (A Stinker) (2002); "Itirilmish inam" (Lost confidence) (2006). Living It Up was a TV version of the BBC radio comedy Band Waggon, and a film had also been made starring impresario Jack Hylton. In Living It Up Arthur Askey and Stinker were living in a flat on top of the A-R's Television House in Aldwych. Askey's daughter appeared as herself, as she had done in Love and Kisses in 1955. The characters would often speak directly to the studio audience, and Leila Williams, who would later become Blue Peter's first female presenter, made a guest appearance, as did Valentine Dyall.

A film version of the series was released in 1940 was produced, directed by Marcel Varnel, again featuring the double act of Arthur Askey and Richard "Stinker" Murdoch. The plot involves the latter pair using unorthodox methods to get their show onto the BBC and running into enemy agents at a castle in Sussex. Arthur Askey, playing himself, in his first major film role, employs his trademark catchphrase: "I Thank You" and songs: "Big-Hearted Arthur" and "The Bee". The film also features the music of Jack Hylton, the singing talents of Patricia Kirkwood, dancing girls and the clowning of Moore Marriott.

A line of dialogue delivered by Mary Wickes, referring to the refurbishment the old-fashioned Brinker home, a dowdy house crammed full of Victoriana kitsch, desperately needed, was filmed twice, once as "How can I convert this McKinley stinker into a Dewey modern?" and the second time with the name Truman substituted for Dewey. When the film opened in New York City in late October, Dewey seemed a sure win, so the Dewey line was retained. When Truman unexpectedly won the election, a revised reel was sent to theaters. Davis, a staunch Truman supporter, sent Montgomery, who had headed the Hollywood Republican Committee to elect Dewey, a gloating telegram.

Despite a large publicity campaign and huge media coverage of the film's production, Freddie as F.R.O.7 was both a critical and financial flop. The film received negative reviews in its home country and in North America when it was released there. Renowned animation critic Charles Solomon said, "this 21-gun stinker makes Saturday-morning television look good." He continued by saying "the improbable story is so full of gaps, it's difficult to believe writer-producer-director Jon Acevski ever read his own screenplay." Derek Elley of Variety said, "A shake ‘n’ bake mixture of virtually every toon genre going, it makes up in energy what it lacks in originality".

The cloth is stolen by the Merry Men for their uniforms and the Sheriff gives the rights to the game to a local peasant, mistakenly believing the man's name to be "Stinker". The new owner of the game, however, is actually known as "Snooker". #The Miracle of St Charlene: The Merry Men need to build a bridge to cross the river in order to steal from the rich, a task which is not made any easier by Robin's literal adherence to Marian's instructions. Meanwhile, King John's uncle, the Duke of Dagenham, has died, leaving him only a hot water bottle, which the Sheriff is to sell for a grossly inflated price.

In 2006, an EP called Lost, Picking Flowers in the Woods was released containing the song of the same name, as well as other songs that later appeared on Dandelion Gum. "Sun Lips" is the first track by Black Moth Super Rainbow to be accompanied by an official music video. In mid-2008, it was announced (via an update to the band's official website) that Tobacco would be releasing an album called Super Gum (Destroying Dandelion Gum), rumored to be a remix album. The cover for this album is a crop from a Garbage Pail Kids trading card, Stinker Belle, as found by Tom (aka Rokto) via tumblr.

Each team represents their favourite sitcom, and through numerous rounds of quizzes, challenges and good-old laughs, the teams collect points in order to crown an eventual 'winning' show. The show was conceived and developed by Baker who originally envisioned the winning team being allowed to show an episode of their favourite sitcom after the episode was over but such a concept never materialized. In a 2014 interview with Richard Herring Baker described the show as a "stinker" and "not the worst show there's ever been but it was close".

Jack O'Lantern was almost universally panned by critics. DVD Talk wrote Jack O'Lantern is one of the goofiest, silliest, and most obviously inept "do-it- yourself" horror flicks I've seen in quite some time", offering that one might expect "a no-budget stinker like this populating the 99-cent VHS bin", but that it was "a bit bizarre to see a company like Lions Gate releasing this malformed mass on DVD." Of plot and cast they wrote, "The acting is hilariously bad, the story is muddled, familiar and boring, the kills are juicy yet infrequent, and the titular beastie? He looks like a goofy, runny, smelly pumpkin.

Critical reception to the episode was generally negative. The A.V. Club's Noel Murray graded the episode with a C-, explaining he didn't want to watch a season one cast-off, and that some of the episode moments were "generic[ally] embarrassing", such as when Olivia tricked someone into telling her Rusk was sick and when Rusk failed to kill his wife after falling into the "old Fallacy Of The Talking Killer" cliche. New Yorks Tim Grierson thought it was "the lamest in recent memory" and "a stinker that should have remained safely out of public view". He did however remark that the episode allowed him to see how far the show had improved since its first season.

Major Wilfred Basham, known to all as Plug, was a good friend of Galahad Threepwood, and features in many of the anecdotes Gally drops like leaves from a tree. A member of the Pelican Club, Basham once knocked "Stinker" Pyke out cold when, having started off throwing bread in Romano's, he got a little carried away and moved on to a side of beef. His trouble was due to a custom of ordering quarts where others would be satisfied with pints, an old Basham family trait. His drinking was curtailed when, attending a wedding reception which became entangled with another wedding party being held at the same hotel, he was shocked to find himself seeing two brides.

The Riverview Park grounds were owned by George Schmidt, which initially served as a private skeet shooting range. Immediately across the street, on the east side of Western Avenue, was George Schmidt Motors. There, George Schmidt senior sold new Sunbeams and Hillmans and other British cars from the Rootes Group (Humbers, Commers, etc.) and George Schmidt junior raced his sportcar named the Li'l Stinker, a white Sunbeam Alpine convertible with a cute skunk in a yellow circle painted on the doors and bonnet. Riverview Park, Hell Gate scene, Chicago, Illinois, circa 1907-1914 "Big Bill" Haywood, the Industrial Workers of the World leader, once spoke here to a crowd of almost 80,000 people.

Natalie Y. Moore of In These Times magazine echoed the latter's commentary, writing that the video showcases Beyoncé "strutting her sexuality", and that in Jay-Z's scenes it "looks as if any minute now she'll give him fellatio". The video later appeared on a list of Yahoo! There's no mystery for the viewer, because director Warren isn't shy about introducing the male lead with a scene in which he rapes and murders a flirty blonde." However, he considers it "more watchable" than Warren's later films. David Parkinson of Radio Times gives the film three stars out of five, concluding that Warren "ultimately over-indulges in horror clichés and garish set pieces". TV Guide magazine describes it as a "vile shocker ... full of unappetising gore effects", while Time Out considers it an "absolute stinker", criticising its dialogue and "dragged-out" theme.

At the Saturn Awards, Fantastic Four was nominated for Best Science Fiction Film, but lost the trophy to Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. It was given two nominations at the 2006 MTV Movie Awards including Best Hero for Jessica Alba (she lost to Christian Bale for Batman Begins) and Best On-Screen Team for Alba, Michael Chiklis, Chris Evans and Ioan Gruffudd (they lost to Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson for Wedding Crashers). Alba was nominated for a Razzie Award for Worst Actress for her performances in both this film and Into the Blue, but lost to Jenny McCarthy for Dirty Love. The film won the Stinker Award for Worst Screenplay for a Film Grossing Over $100M.

Back in 1952, Algie () visited his aunt Fanny and uncle Herbert, with his pet dog Stinker and his best friend Col (), in Kent for their summer holidays. They had created a gang, named The Chipper Chums, with three of the neighbourhood kids: the children of a Royal Navy captain, Alice and her older brother Ginger; and gentle giant tomboy Sam, "a girl with a boy's name" who slapped Dick Stick, the son of an underclass rat skin seller, for teasing her. One morning before breakfast, Algie and Col decide to go on a picnic and look for an adventure. Aunt Fanny offers to pack them scones and Herbert's tomatoes; Ginger and Alice's mother gives them gingerbread men, and Sam's mother gives them a Victoria sponge cake.

Pfaff's playing style was central to Janitor Joe's relentless assault both live and on record, and she and Breuer both contributed songs to Big Metal Birds: "Both operate within easy reach of the line separating punishment and reward: Pfaff's contributions (the surly "Boys in Blue") tend to be slightly more spacious, while Breuer's ("One Eye," for instance) stipulate that drummer Matt Entsminger maintain perpetual motion", wrote David Sprague of Trouser Press. Ket Watson of the Metro gave a negative review, in which he stated that "Dead Boss was enticing enough with its stellar cast, excellent writing credentials and intriguing premise, but in the event, this début episode was more Dead Loss than anything else." He also said that "Throttled by a cast of supporting characters cobbled together from left over bits of Psychoville and Prisoner Cell Block H, Dead Boss boasted bonkers eccentricity by the slop-out bucketload but none of it felt remotely original", and "At the centre of it all there’s Horgan, working her socks off as the ‘normal’ one. But she’s fighting a losing battle, because the script is a bit of a stinker – and she co-wrote it.

The Film Pilgrim observed that the DVD cover art was at odds with the actual film contents, noting it as a "last-gasp desperate gambit of a marketing department that knows it’s selling a stinker.

O'Hara in How Green Was My Valley (1941) O'Hara began 1941 by appearing in They Met in Argentina, RKO's answer to Down Argentine Way (1940). O'Hara later declared that she "knew it was going to be a stinker; terrible script, bad director, preposterous plot, forgettable music". She grew increasingly frustrated with the direction of her career at this time. Ida Zeitlin wrote that O'Hara had "reached a pitch of despair where she was about ready to throw in the towel, to break her contract, to collapse against the stone wall of indifference and howl like a baby wolf". She pleaded with her agent for a role, however small, in John Ford's upcoming film How Green Was My Valley (1941), at 20th Century Fox, a film about a close, hard-working Welsh mining family living in the heart of the South Wales Valleys in the 19th century.

She sang, danced, and acted in risqué college reviews, published her poetry in an alternative student magazine, and was a knowledgeable presence at the film society where she developed her interest especially in European new wave cinema. She was also an active participant in Anti-Ugly Action, a group of RCA students involved in the stained glass, and later architecture, courses who protested against new British architecture that they considered offensive and of poor quality.Boty told the Daily Express, "I think the Air Ministry building is a real stinker, with the Farmers' Union HQ, the Bank of England [that's the huge curved block along New Change by Victor Heal], and the Financial Times as runners-up." Between 2010 and 2012 Andreea portrays Ruxandra in the two seasons of the HBO's TV series "În derivǎ" about psychotherapy. Andreea starred also in the comedy film "Of Snails and Men" that received multiple awards at Valladolid International Film Festival, Warsaw International Film Festival, South East European Film Festival and many more. In 2013 Andreea begins a new phase of his career: she debuts as a Theatre director with the shows "Shot sau Comedia relațiilor" (Shot or comedy relations) and "Moș Crǎciun e o jigodie" (Santa Claus Is a Stinker) and in 2014 she performs for the first time the Improvisational theatre at "Comedy Show" in Bucharest. In 2016 he plays again for TVR 2 the role of Varya in "The Cherry Orchard", the last play by Russian playwright Anton Chekhov. After 21 years of career at Bucharest's Art Theatre she performs in her first one-woman play directed by Daniel Grigore-Simion: „A woman alone” by Dario Fo and Franca Rame.

Although there were exceptions, Terry-Thomas's screen characters were generally similar; Geoff Mayer wrote that "although there would be variations, he would remain the 'rotter', a pretentious, elitist, seedy, sometimes lecherous cad with an eye for quick money and the easy life". Eric Sykes, with whom Terry- Thomas shared a number of screen moments, said it was "always the same character and always funny". Andrew Spicer, writing for the British Film Institute, called him "the definitive postwar cad or rotter". He also took part in a raid on the Atlit detention camp to free illegal Jewish immigrants being detained by the British, the Night of the Bridges, and the November 1946 killings of two Templers to deter the rest of the German Templer community from returning to their homes in Palestine following World War II. His most famous operation at this time was blowing up the British radar on Mount Carmel near the port city of Haifa, which was being used to track ships carrying illegal Jewish immigrants. To reach it, Eitan had to crawl underground through sewers, thus earning the name 'Rafi the Stinker', which would differentiate him in later years from the other Rafael Eitan, a well-known Israeli Chief of Staff and politician. While on an operation to assist illegal Jewish immigrants, he was injured in a mine explosion while planting mines to prevent the British from interfering and was rendered almost totally deaf. Mark Kermode gave the film a scathing review, calling it "an absolute stinker" and "not funny on any level, at all", saying that: "it's good that the cast [laugh at themselves in the bloopers] because were it not for the cast laughing at the jokes, there wouldn't be anybody laughing in the cinema... there are no laughs.
