He also won the bronze medal in the men's all-around in the same competition, establishing himself as one of Japan's top male gymnasts, with his star teammate, Naoya Tsukahara, ranking only 7th in the all-around.

In 2009, he moved to Australia, competing and winning at the 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013 Australian National Gymnastics Championships, and winning 2nd place behind Joshua Jefferis in 2012. In 2012, he gained Australian citizenship, allowing him to compete representing Australia in international competitions. However, the process was not completed in time for qualification to the 2012 Olympic Games. In 2013, he competed at the 2013 World Championships, narrowly missing the all-around finals, but premiering two new variations of the V-cross on still rings.

This led to increased concerns about Aleksei's lack of a major title. However, as a high-performance athlete, Nemov went into the 2000 Olympics in the best shape of his life – having never seen his newborn son (born in September 2000), and was able to take home to his son what he called a golden rattle, in reality an all-around gold medal. Except for still rings, he had won at least one Olympic medal in every other discipline of men's gymnastics by the end of the Sydney games.

However, others chose to risk their lives in a war that seemed unwinnable. The Leprechaun is an album by Chick Corea recorded and released in 1976. The album was recorded during Corea's time with his jazz fusion group Return to Forever. Though the album is more jazz oriented than anything Return to Forever had produced up to that time, the fusion edge still rings through quite clearly. Corea was awarded the Grammy Award for Best Jazz Performance by a Group for the album and the Grammy Award for the Best Instrumental Arrangement for "Leprechaun's Dream, Pt. 1" at the 19th Annual Grammy Awards in 1977.

After five years of career with "La Factoría", he left the group to pursue his solo career. In 2003, he received a physiotherapist. In July 2004, he composed a song that was a success, so it was recommended to be a solo singer. He was there when he released his first album titled Sin Cadenas, in which he had the collaboration of Ángel López (former member of Son for Four) in the single "Que Dios Te Castigue", produced by Predikador who still rings in different parts in the world.

Balandin competed at the 2013 World Championships in Antwerp. He qualified for the still rings final and won the silver medal – Russia's only MAG medal of the championships. At these championships he performed his eponymous skill which was officially named the Balandin 3. In 19–25 May, at the 2014 European Championships in Sofia, Balandin contributed a score of 15.633 (rings) for Russia and along with teammates (Denis Ablyazin, David Belyavskiy, Nikita Ignatyev, Nikolai Kuksenkov) won Russia the team event gold medal with a total score of 267.959, ahead of Great Britain.

Ivankov's Achilles injury required serious rehabilitation, reconstructive surgery and muscle grafts, and months of physical therapy. His condition was considered to be career-ending, however, only a year after rupturing his Achilles, Ivankov returned to win his second all-around gold medal at the 1997 World Championships. One year later, he won the all-around at the Goodwill Games in New York City. In 2000, Ivankov competed in the 2000 Olympics where he finished 4th in the all-around, and 5th in the individual parallel bars and still rings event finals.

The men's all-around competition for gymnastics artistic at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games in Philippines was held on 1 December 2019 at Rizal Memorial Coliseum. The top eight scorers for each apparatus move on to the event finals. Carlos Yulo bagged the gold in the men's all-around after placing first in the floor exercise and the horizontal bars and second on the still rings, vault, and parallel bars. Vietnam's Đinh Phương Thành and Lê Thanh Tùng brought home the event's silver and bronze after placing second and third, respectively.

Paul O'Neill is the other gymnast who attained this distinction in 1994 when he won the silver medal in men's rings at the 1994 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Brisbane. Brandon finished 7th in the World on Parallel Bars. In August, at the 2013 Men's Gymnastics National Championships in Hartford, Conn, Brandon, once again, grabbed the Gold Medal on Men's Still Rings, finished 4th on Parallel Bars; 8th on High Bar and Vault and 5th All Around. As a result, Brandon was appointed to the Men's World and Senior National Team.

In a remarkable comeback, Bilozerchev went on to reclaim his title as World All-Around Champion in 1987 even though his leg was never the same. At the 1988 Seoul Olympics, he won gold medals in the pommel horse, still rings, and in the team competition. He took bronze in the All-Around competition after a mistake on the horizontal bar. Had the competition been held under the new life rule, where all previous scores are dropped, he would have won the gold medal over teammate Vladimir Artemov.

Shirai had qualified for event finals in 22nd place, finishing in 30th. Shirai also managed only one score in the top three on any apparatus, second highest on floor (14.533) behind Kazuki Minami (14.633), who just competed on floor. This event’s respective gold, silver and bronze medallists—Kakeru Tanigawa with a combined score of 84.699, Kazuma Kaya with a combined score of 84.664, and Kazuyuki Takeda with a combined score of 84.498—had Tanigawa managing the second highest score for pommel horse while Takeda had achieved the third highest for still rings too.

He also qualified to the all-around and pommel horse finals, where he placed 7th in both events. In the summer he once again competed at the Visa Championships, where he became the U.S. gold medalist on the parallel bars and the all-around silver medalist.

Bondarenko won a silver in the all-around in the 2000 American Cup and the 2000 World Stars in Moscow. He was seventh in the all-around in the 2001 Brisbane Goodwill Games, and won a bronze medal on floor exercise, and was a finalist on pommel horse, still rings, vault and parallel bars. During the World Championships in 2001, however, Bondarenko was 18th in the all-around and did not medal in the other event finals where he qualified, on floor exercise and on the vault. He won the all-around in the 2004 Russian Cup in Moscow leading into the Olympics.

At the 1987 European Championships in Moscow, he won gold medals in the all-around, on the horizontal bar, and in the floor exercise where he was the first gymnast to perform a triple back somersault. He won the silver medal on the still rings and the bronze on the vault. At the 1987 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam, he won the team competition with the Soviet Union. At the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, Liukin won the gold medal in the team competition, and was the co-champion on the horizontal bar with fellow Soviet gymnast Vladimir Artemov.

On floor exercise Biles won gold with a score of 15.133, one point more than silver medalist Lee. By winning five gold medals in Stuttgart, Biles tied the record of most gold medals won at a single World Championships with Larisa Latynina and Boris Shakhlin, who both accomplished this at the 1958 World Championships. Furthermore, by winning her fifth gold medal on floor exercise, Biles tied the record for most world titles on one apparatus with Italian Jury Chechi (who won five gold medals on still rings) and Russian Svetlana Khorkina (who won five gold medals on uneven bars).

Hrant Shahinyan (, July 30, 1923 – May 29, 1996), also known as Grant Shaginyan, was a Soviet Armenian gymnast. Specializing in the still rings and pommel horse, he is a two-time Olympic Champion, two-time World Champion and seven-time USSR Champion. Shahinyan has awarded the honors Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR in 1952, Honored Coach of Armenia in 1961 and Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of the Armenian SSR in 1966. From 1967 to 1969, he headed the Sports Committee of the Armenian SSR and from 1969 to 1975 he was the Deputy Chairman of the Sports Committee.

Shahinyan came in fourth place in the parallel bars. Albert Azaryan (; born February 11, 1929) is a former Soviet Armenian artistic gymnast who competed internationally representing the Soviet Union. He is the 1956 and 1960 Olympic Champion on the still rings. Azaryan is the first gymnast to become an Olympic Champion in Rings twice, a feat that Akinori Nakayama would accomplish twelve years later and that no one else has matched since. He is the first person to do one of the rings most famous variations of the Iron Cross called the Azaryan Cross (not to be confused with the Azarian Roll to Cross), which incorporates a quarter turn to the side.

The album also included four previously unreleased tracks recorded by Whitley in 1987, one of which had Morgan dubbed in as a duet partner. The album also included two original songs: "Little Boy Lost", co- written and sung by Daron Norwood, and "A Voice Still Rings True", a multi- artist song. Alison Krauss's rendition of "When You Say Nothing at All" was released as a single from the album, reaching number 3 on the country charts in 1995. In 1995, the album Wherever You Are Tonight was released, produced by Lorrie Morgan, featuring restored demos of 1986–1988, with crisper 1990s recording techniques and a full orchestra.

Belyavskiy competed in the 2018 Russian National Championships, winning individual gold on pommel horse, silver on the all-around, still rings and high bar, and bronze on the team event. He also placed fourth on the individual floor exercise event. He also competed at the 2018 European Championships, securing the team bronze medal as part of the Russian squad while capturing individual the silver medal on parallel bars and placing fourth on pommel horse. Lastly, at the 2018 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Doha, Qatar, Belyavskiy took the team silver medal as part of the Russian squad, and finished in seventh place on the individual pommel horse event.

In the 1998 Goodwill Games, Bondarenko won another silver in the all-around, and the pommel horse and still rings, and a bronze on floor exercise. The 1998 European Championships in St. Petersburg was a successful competition for Bondarenko where he won the gold in the all-around and on parallel bars, a silver on pommel horse and a bronze on floor exercise, as well as a silver on the team competition. In the 1999 World Championships, Bondarenko contributed to the silver medal in the team competition for Russia. He won a silver on parallel bars, and was 10th in the all around and 8th on floor exercise.

The Boys Gymnastics section compete on six pieces: floor; vault; pommel horse; still rings; parallel bars; and high bar. Welsh Gymnastics (founded 1902 as the Welsh Amateur Gymnastics Association), based at the Sport Wales National Centre, is the national governing body for gymnastics in Wales. It has overall responsibility for the administration of all eight gymnastics disciplines in Wales – women's artistic, men's artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, general gymnastics, sports acrobatics, sports aerobics, trampolining and tumbling – through its four geographical areas (north, south, east and west), which are responsible for their own area competition and squad training sessions. Welsh Gymnastics organises the Welsh national and international teams and competitions.

Dolci during the still rings apparatus final at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics where he was winning the silver medal. Dolci suffered a shoulder injury at the start of 2018 which made it difficult to do high bar, pommel horse, and parallel bars. Because of this, he was not able to compete his best at the Élite Canada competition in February and ended up in fourth place in the all-around. Dolci recovered and in April he went to the Pacific Rim Championships in Medellin, Colombia. He placed 2nd as a team, 2nd on rings, 4th on parallel bars, and 8th on high bar.

As in the previous year, he dominated the qualifications and the all around final, winning his second consecutive all around title by a margin of 2.251 points ahead of Philipp Boy. During the all around final he had the highest score of the day on floor and the highest execution mark (9.666) for a Yurchenko 2½ twists on vault. He also contributed to Japan's team silver medal by competing the team final on all events except still rings.

On February 22–25, 2017, Shirai competed abroad at the individual-apparatus-only- meet 2017 Melbourne World Cup (WCup) in Melbourne, Australia, with expanded programme including more individual finals on the horizontal or high bar (HB), still rings (SR) and parallel bars (PB). In rings qualifications, he placed tenth or last with low execution decreasing enough the combined total to not qualify for its event final. In parallel bars qualifications, Shirai placed third, and qualified for this event final. Despite a fall in his routine during the horizontal bar qualifications, Shirai finished in fourth place due to errors made by his rivals, and ended up in the event finals too.

This was Mikulak's third consecutive all-around title, and he became the first male gymnast since Paul Hamm (2002-2003-2004) to win the all- around 3 consecutive times. In the individual events, Steven Legendre won on floor exercise, Alex Naddour won on pommel horse, Whittenburg won on still rings, Mikulak won on both vault and parallel bars, and Brooks won on high bar. In 2016, the top three finishers in the women's all-around were Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, and Laurie Hernandez. It was Biles's fourth consecutive all-around title, and she became the first female gymnast since Joan Moore- Gnat (1971-1974) to win the all-around 4 consecutive times.

Ablyazin took a hiatus after the Olympic season to recover from sustained ankle injuries and spent time with his new son Yaroslav. On August 23–27, Ablyazin returned to competition at the Russian Cup where he won bronze in the team event and gold in rings. On October 2–8, 2017, Ablyazin competed at the 2017 World Championships in Montreal, Canada and finished with only one medal, a silver in the individual still rings event final with a combined score of 15.333 behind the 15.433 posted by the gold medallist Eleftherios Petrounias of Greece. As is customary again, no team event was held at this world championships due to 2016 being an Olympic year.

Bondarenko made his international debut in the 1996 European Junior Championships at 17 where he won the gold medal in the all-around. The next year, in 1996, he ranked sixth in the all-around in the Russian Championships but he was not selected to compete in the 1996 Olympics. In the 1997 Russian Championships, he ranked second in the all-around and first in the pommel horse, still rings and vault, although Alexei Nemov was not in this competition. He then qualified to the World Championships team where he helped Russia obtain a bronze in the all- around, and where he won a silver in the all-around, and ranked fifth in the vault finals.

Donnell Whittenburg (born August 18, 1994 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American artistic gymnast who won a bronze medal at the 2014 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. He was the 2014 U.S. National champion on Vault and is the 2015 U.S. national champion on rings. At the 2014 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, Whittenburg won the bronze medal in the team event with the Americans, and contributed scored on floor exercise (15.300), still rings (14.766), vault (14.966) and parallel bars (14.633). At the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, he won the individual bronze medal on vault with an average combined score of 15.350 behind Ri Se Gwang of North Korea (15.450) and Marian Drăgulescu of Romania (15.400).

The Whittenburg dismount has been awarded the second-highest difficulty score (D-score) in gymnastics and highest in still rings H (0.8), by the FIG in their most current 2017–2020 Code of Points. An H (0.8) score has been awarded to only four skills across all apparatuses, for men's artistic gymnastics (MAG). The other three H (0.8) skills are the Shirai 3 or triple- twisting double layout on floor, Liukin or the triple back (tucked) somersault on floor, and Bretschneider or double-twisting (tucked) Kovac on high bar. Only one other skill, the Miyachi or double-twisting straight Kovac on high bar, in gymnastics has been awarded a higher D-score, the highest of I (0.9).

Kōhei Uchimura (on the right) and Rick McCharles at the All Japan Gymnastics Championships 2011 On October 14, 2011, Uchimura won the all- around final for the 3rd time at the 2011 World Championships in Tokyo, Japan. With a score of 93.631 points, Uchimura won by a margin of 3.101 points, roughly the same margin that separated 2nd and 14th place. Not only is he the first male gymnast to win three all-around titles, but he is also the first gymnast, male or female, to win three consecutive all-around titles. During the all-around final, Uchimura recorded the highest score on four of the six events: floor exercise, still rings, parallel bars, and pommel horse (he tied for the highest score on pommel horse).

However, Cooper kept a connection with the missionary Daniel Matthews and, in his 20s, he returned to Maloga, which appears to represent very happy years. On March 3, 2018, Shirai started this competition season for 2018 when he accepted the invitation to participate in the American Cup FIG Individual All-Around World Cup 2018 or 2018 American Cup in Hoffman Estates (suburb of Chicago), United States. In the individual AA-only competition, he placed sixth, achieving a combined total of 81.498 despite posting top floor and vault scores, the signature apparatuses, of 15.066 and 14.966 respectively, and second highest tying Yul Moldauer of the United States on parallel bars with 14.500 behind leader Petro Pakhniuk of Ukraine with 14.933. Each of Shirai’s scores, in particular on pommel horse, was relatively weaker when compared to all other finalists. Hovering sufficiently lower, Shirai’s numbers on each of the apparatuses were a 11.100 on pommel horse (lowest on that apparatus with top number posted nearly three full points higher), 13.700 on still rings, and 12.166 on the horizontal bar.
