This then leaves open the possibility for fluctuations in STh. The thermodynamic entropy may go "down" as well as up. A more sophisticated analysis is given by the entropy Fluctuation Theorem, which can be established as a consequence of the time- dependent MaxEnt picture. 3\. As just indicated, the MaxEnt inference runs equally well in reverse.

Trichuris trichiura egg Whipworm (Trichuris trichiura) is the third most common STH-causing nematode in humans. According to current estimate, nearly 800 million people are infected, the majority of them children. Heavy infections could lead to acute symptoms such as diarrhoea and anaemia, and chronic symptoms such as growth retardation and impaired cognitive development. Medical conditions are more often serious since coinfection with protozoan parasites such as Giardia and Entamoeba histolytica, and with other nematodes is common.
Most conditions of STH have a light worm burden and usually have no discernible symptoms. Heavy infections however cause a range of health problems, including abdominal pain, diarrhoea, blood and protein loss, rectal prolapse, and physical and mental retardation. Severe ascariasis is typically a pneumonia, as the larvae invade lungs, producing fever, cough and dyspnoea during early stage of infection.Hookworm infections insinuate a skin reaction (dermatitis), increased white blood cells (eosinophils), a pulmonary reaction (pneumonitis), and skin rash (urticarial).
Classical thermodynamics is built on the assumption that entropy is a state function of the macroscopic variables—i.e., that none of the history of the system matters, so that it can all be ignored. The extended, wispy, evolved probability distribution, which still has the initial Shannon entropy STh(1), should reproduce the expectation values of the observed macroscopic variables at time t2. However it will no longer necessarily be a maximum entropy distribution for that new macroscopic description.

The Institute was established in 1993 to replace the former Joint Board of Theological Studies, which comprised five churches from 1968 to 1992, which in its turn had replaced the St John's Theological College LTh (for the Anglican and Methodist churches. The EIDTS offers STh and LTh qualifications. As a result of government funding ceasing in December 2012, the Institute will close at the end of 2014.
This section is often used as a through route for travellers crossing Vilas County as an alternative to STH 70. The eastern section connects Sayner and Star Lake via CTH K, and provides a connection to CTH G and Eagle River. CTH K runs east–west through the town serving the Star Lake area. To the east it runs through mostly Vilas County forest lands to Conover, and to the west CTH K is a Rustic Road between its junction with CTH N and Boulder Junction.
The town is served by four Vilas County Trunk Highways and a Michigan State Highway. CTH W leads west and south through Winchester and Manitowish Waters to a connection with USH 51. CTH B runs east–west through the town and connects with M-64 about north of the village of Presque Isle, to the east it connects with USH 45 and STH 32 at Land o' Lakes. CTH P serves the western part of the town and provides access to North Lakeland Elementary School.
Carsten Peter Thiede Carsten Peter Thiede OCF KStJ (8 August 1952 – 14 December 2004) was a German archaeologist and New Testament scholar. He was also a member of PEN and appointed a Knight of Justice of the Order of St John. He taught as Professor of New Testament Times and History at the Staatsunabhängige Theologische Hochschule (STH) in Basel and at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beersheba, Israel. He often advanced theories that conflicted with the consensus of academic and theological scholarship.
US 10 enters Wisconsin at Prescott and travels southeastward passing Neillsville, Marshfield, Stevens Point, and Appleton before reaching its eastern terminus near the Lake Michigan shore in Manitowoc. Ferry service between the western and eastern portions of US 10 is provided between May and October by the ferry S.S. Badger. US 10 is now a 4 lane divided highway from State Trunk Highway 80 (STH 80) south of Marshfield to I-39. This allows travelers to bypass Auburndale, Blenker, Milladore, Junction City, and downtown Stevens Point.
The thermodynamic entropy (at equilibrium) is a function of the state variables of the model description. It is therefore as "real" as the other variables in the model description. If the model constraints in the probability assignment are a "good" description, containing all the information needed to predict reproducible experimental results, then that includes all of the results one could predict using the formulae involving entropy from classical thermodynamics. To that extent, the MaxEnt STh is as "real" as the entropy in classical thermodynamics.
Additionally, STH 13 was extended westerly from Bayfield first to Port Wing, then into Superior then across the border to Duluth. In the 1920s, the southern end of highway 13 was realigned from Evansville to Beloit along what is now WIS 213 after US 14 was commissioned. Highway 13 was truncated to its present southern terminus in 1961 after I-90 and I-94 were commissioned. As of late August 2012, WIS 13 was removed as a concurrency with WIS 73 between Wisconsin Rapids and Marshfield.

It is uncertain whether robes from a university other than Oxford or Cambridge can be used when the archbishop is not an Oxford or Cambridge graduate. There has been talk of whether holders of Lambeth degrees should have distinctive academic dress and some Lambeth degree holders have designed their own dress to wear, for example, Dr Turpin who commissioned an Oxford and Cambridge hybrid DMus robe. However, the Lambeth STh Diploma has a distinctive academic dress. The hood is of black stuff of full Cambridge shape with the lining divided horizontally.

WIS 39 is one of only two numbered state trunk highways, along with WIS 794, that share a number designation with an Interstate or US Highway within the state's borders. Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) policy prohibited dual designations within the state trunk highway system, prior to the commissioning of Interstate 39 (I-39) in 1992.
The highway first appeared in 1975 with the completion of the six-lane Fox River span between Ashwaubenon and Allouez. By 1984, the freeway was extended easterly to its terminus at Interstate 43, which along with US 41 and I-43 completed the circular bypass of Green Bay. In 1988, STH 172 attained its current length of 11.6 miles after a westerly extension to Oneida at Wisconsin 54. A large-scale two-year reconstruction project of the Fox River bridge deck and its approaches, costing $37 million, has been completed.
The original alignment of WIS 25 was along the present-day route from Nelson to Menomonie. From Nelson southward, WIS 25 followed the routing of present-day WIS 35 to junction with then WIS 52 at Galesville. The route was truncated at Durand in the early 1920s and also extended to end at then STH-14 (present day US 8) and to WIS 48 a few years later. The route was extended again to Nelson when WIS 35 was rerouted across a new bridge over the Chippewa River in 1933.

The soil-transmitted helminths (also called geohelminths) are a group of intestinal parasites belonging to the phylum Nematoda that are transmitted primarily through contaminated soil. They are so called because they have a direct life cycle which requires no intermediate hosts or vectors, and the parasitic infection occurs through faecal contamination of soil, foodstuffs and water supplies. The adult forms are essentially parasites of humans, causing soil-transmitted helminthiasis (STH), but also infect domesticated mammals. The juveniles are the infective forms and they undergo tissue- migratory stages during which they invade vital organs such as lungs and liver.
For the American market the band was known as Drain STH. Live promotion in North America included second stage appearances at the Ozzfest event in 1997 and 1999, and tours with Type O Negative, Corrosion of Conformity, Machine Head, Megadeth, Godsmack and Black Sabbath among others. The 1999 album Freaks Of Nature would be noted for the inclusion of the track "Black", co-written by Iommi, along with two tracks — "Simon Says" and "Right Through You" — co-written by Max Martin. In Metal Edge magazine's 1999 Readers' Choice Awards, they were voted "Female Performers of the Year" and "Most Underrated Band".
State Trunk Highway 441, and often called the Tri-County Expressway or Highway 441 (STH 441, or WIS 441) is a state highway in the US state of Wisconsin. Together with Interstate 41/US Highway 41 (I-41/US 41), the highway forms a beltway around the greater Appleton area, and is a freeway for the entire length of its route. It connects at both ends to its parent highway, I-41/US 41\. It runs east–west and north–south in east central Wisconsin from near Neenah around Appleton to near Little Chute through Winnebago, Outagamie and Calumet counties.
State Trunk Highway 142 (STH 142, commonly known as Highway 142 or WIS 142) is a mostly rural highway connecting Burlington with Kenosha. Prior to the commissioning of Interstate 43 in the early 1970s, the current route of WIS 142 was designated as State Trunk Highway 43 (WIS 43). The route number was changed in accordance to then-Wisconsin Department of Transportation policy, which prohibits duplicate numbers between state and US/Interstate highways within Wisconsin. When the road was recently rebuilt, the state department of transportation incorporated a new feature they are testing called centerline rumble strips.
N class By 1983, the 1981 New Deal had been such a success that the incoming Cain Government ordered conversion of a fleet of the early Harris suburban Electric Multiple Units to replace the last of the older wooden carriage stock. The fleet eventually reached 59 carriages of multiple types. For the purpose of contract negotiations, short cars were referred to as SCH, SH or STH and long as LCH, LH or LTH, respectively for conductor, regular and terminal carriages.Newsrail June 1984 p185 Each carriage has two doors per side, manually opened by passengers, but remotely closed and locked by the train conductor.
WIS 22 joins WIS 32 south in Gillett and the two routes run concurrent for three miles (5 km) east to where WIS 32 turns south off while WIS 22 continues east, passing through Oconto Falls. In 2014, an 8.1-mile stretch of STH 22 between Gillett and Onconto Falls was honored with the Sheldon G. Hayes Award for being the smoothest asphalt pavement in the country. The highway crosses US 141 in Stiles Junction eight miles (13 km) west of its eastern terminus at US 41 in Oconto. The terminus is adjacent to Copper Culture State Park.
If the air is not stable, this warm and moist air emitted by human activities creates a convective movement that can reach the lifted condensation level producing an anthropic cumulus cloud, or Cumulus homogenitus (Cuh). This type of clouds may be also observed over the polluted air covering some cities or industrial areas in high-pressure conditions. Stratocumulus homogenitus (Sch) are anthropic clouds that may be formed due to the evolution of Sth if the atmosphere is slightly unstable or from Cuh if the atmosphere is stable. Finally, Cumulonimbus (Cb) presents such a great vertical development that only in some particular cases they can be created by anthropic causes.
The club did not stay in Division 3 for long however with the Seniors going back to back winning the 2004 Division 3 Grand Final over Sth Croydon by 26 points in the same fashion as the Seniors of '80 / '81. This was now the 2nd time the club had been promoted 2 Divisions in 2 seasons. A feat not achieved by any other EFL club in EFL history and Rowville had now done it twice. The Club also won the Division and Club championship awards again with the Reserves reaching the Preliminary Final and the Colts making a 3rd successive Grand Final appearance.
McDonald was opposed to the politics of Ronald and Nancy Reagan, sating that "beneath their misleading smiles, have hearts of pig iron, which finds expression these days in bullying the minorities, the poor, the sick, the hungry, the old, and, for all I know, the lame, the halt, and the blind."Cruising, p. 80. McDonald celebrated and encouraged promiscuity, which he claimed was men's nature, stating that "all too often — in reading and in life — we look for sex and only find love; all too often we want a nice piece of meat or a nice hot suck hole and only find a wonderful human being."Smut: An STH Chapbook, ed.
It is regarded as one of the world's most important causes of intellectual and physical retardation. The helminthic disease is so named because the infection is transmitted through ingestion of the nematode eggs in the soil, which is contaminated through excrements. Therefore, the disease is most prevalent in warm and moist climates where sanitation and hygiene are poor and waters are unsafe, including the temperate zones during warmer months. STH is categorised among neglected tropical diseases because it inflicts tremendous disability and suffering, which can be clinically treated and relatively easily be prevented (primarily through improved sanitation), yet negligible attention has been given for many years.
Mass deworming, also called preventive chemotherapy, is the process of treating large numbers of people, particularly children, for helminthiasis (for example soil-transmitted helminths (STH)) and schistosomiasis in areas with a high prevalence of these conditions. It involves treating everyone – often all children who attend schools, using existing infrastructure to save money – rather than testing first and then only treating selectively. Serious side effects have not been reported when administering the medication to those without worms, and testing for the infection is many times more expensive than treating it. So for the same amount of money, mass deworming can treat more people more cost-effectively than selective deworming.
Most commercial bismuth vanadate pigments are now based on pure bismuth vanadate with monoclinic (clinobisvanite) or tetragonal (dreyerite) structure though in the past two phase systems involving a 4:3 relationship between bismuth vanadate and bismuth molybdate (Bi2MoO6) have been used. In the monoclinic phase, BiVO4 is an n-type photoactive semiconductor with a bandgap of 2.4 eV, which has been investigated for water splitting after doping with W and Mo. BiVO4 photoanodes have demonstrated record solar-to- hydrogen (STH) conversion efficiencies of 5.2% for flat films and 8.2% for WO3@BiVO4 core-shell nanorods (highest for metal-oxide photo-electrode) with the advantage of a very simple and cheap material.
32nd Division Infantry sign in Racine County State Trunk Highway 32 (often called Highway 32, STH 32 or WIS 32) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin that runs north–south in eastern Wisconsin. It runs from the Illinois border (at Illinois Route 137) north to the Michigan border (concurrent with U.S. Highway 45). It is named the 32nd Division Memorial Highway after the U.S. 32nd Infantry Division, and the highway shields have red arrows—the division's logo—on either side of the number 32. The route of WIS 32 and the Red Arrow marking is set in state statute by the Wisconsin Legislature.
State Trunk Highway 42 (often called Highway 42, STH-42 or WIS 42) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It runs for about north–south in northeast Wisconsin from Sheboygan to the ferry dock in Northport. Much of the highway is part of the Lake Michigan Circle Tour from the eastern junction with U.S. Highway 10 (US 10) in Manitowoc to its junction with WIS 57 in Sister Bay. WIS 42 parallels I-43 from Sheboygan to Manitowoc, and parallels WIS 57 throughout much of the route, particularly from Manitowoc to Sturgeon Bay, meeting the northern terminus of WIS 57 in Sister Bay.

The fall depicted in the Sistine Chapel by Michelangelo The Catechism of the Catholic Church says: "The account of the fall in Genesis 3 uses figurative language, but affirms ... that the whole of human history is marked by the original fault freely committed by our first parents."Catechism of the Catholic Church: 390 St Bede and others, especially St Thomas Aquinas, said that the fall of Adam and Eve brought “four wounds” to human nature, enumerated by (STh I-II q. 85, a. 3). They are original sin (lack of sanctifying grace and original justice), concupiscence (the soul's passions are no longer ordered perfectly to the soul’s intellect), physical frailty and death, and darkened intellect and ignorance.
STh I, q. 12, a. 4. Further, since every created image or likeness of God (including even the most perfect "ideas" or "images" of God we might generate in our minds) is necessarily finite, it would thus be infinitely less than God himself.STh I, q. 12, a. 2. The only perfect and infinite good, therefore, is God himself, which is why Aquinas argues that our perfect happiness and final end can only be the direct union with God himself and not with any created image of him. This union comes about by a kind of "seeing" perfectly the divine essence itself, a gift given to our intellects when God joins them directly to himself without any intermediary.
MA examinations were introduced by Archbishop Tait in the late nineteenth century, but were brought to an end in the early part of the twentieth century by Archbishop Davidson. The MA degree was reinstated by Archbishop Runcie at the request of the Lambeth Diploma Committee to meet a need to provide for the possibility for theological study at a more advanced level than that offered by the diploma. The first award of the new degree was in 1993. Candidates must have had at least a second class first division honours degree in theology or a subject related to the proposed thesis topic or, alternatively, a STh with distinction or another equivalent qualification.
The 20 May 2020 episode was pulled from TVNZ OnDemand over a segment where the panellist Urzila Carlson was asked if "Hipango" was the name of a member of parliament or a brand of yoghurt. Whanganui MP Harete Hipango said that the segment insulted her family, saying that "my adult children who carry my whanau name Hipango have paid attention and like their mother are not amused at the poor taste humour of a Sth Africa NZ kiwi (sic) so-called 'comedienne' bastardising our family/whanau name on national television in order to generate a few half-hearted laughs". TVNZ apologised, and removed the episode from OnDemand while it spoke with Hipango.
State Trunk Highway 145 (STH 145, commonly known as Highway 145 or WIS 145) is a road which connects the northwest suburbs of Milwaukee with the city's downtown. For much of its route, the highway is known as Fond du Lac Avenue. Up until the fall of 2009, Highway 145's northern terminus was at the freeway interchange with US-41 in Richfield. A project involving the construction of five roundabouts in a less than one mile span has truncated the highway's northern terminus to the freeway interchange with US-45, with the stretch of roundabouts between US-41 and US-45 now designated as County Highway FD. Highway 145 travels generally southeast through Germantown as a secondary highway.
Thirdly, the ground adjacent to Cape Hillsborough Resort is a burial ground, not only for the Yuwibara, but also for South Sea Islanders, and is thus sacred ground. Other locations of significance to the Yuwibara people include, for instance, the Kommo Toera Trail; a Melaleuca forest located in wetlands where food was gathered. Special ceremonies are also said to have been performed on the ocean-side of Mount Blackwood, which would later be a vantage point for spotting the Native Police. Stone fish traps can also be found at Slade Point, Reliance Creek, Ball Bay, Woodwark Bay, Adelaide Point, Hay Point, Llewellyn Bay as well as on West Hill Island, Green Island, Rabbit Island, Sth Repulse Island and other places.
After his brief stint at Fitzroy, Watson was signed by SANFL club West Adelaide in 1981. Under the coaching of legendary South Australian footballer Neil Kerley, he played 66 games and kicked 19 goals for the Bloods until the end of 1984, often playing as a half back flanker and was a member of their 1983 premiership team. Larry Watson was one of a number of ex-VFL players in The Bloods 1983 Premiership team, including Craig Williams (), Bernie Conlen (), Mark Dreher (), Mike Smith (Sth Melbourne) and captain Ian Borchard (). The team also included future VFL/AFL players Bruce Lindner ( and ), Tony Burgess (Collingwood) and Grantley Fielke (Collingwood and Adelaide), while Mark Mickan ( and Adelaide) was unlucky to miss the game through injury.
State Trunk Highway 23 (often called Highway 23, STH 23 or WIS 23) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The route is signed as a north–south route from Shullsburg to Wisconsin Dells and as an east–west route from Wisconsin Dells to Sheboygan. With the exception of freeway segments between Sheboygan Falls and Sheboygan, an expressway segment between Sheboygan Falls and near Greenbush, a freeway concurrency with I-39, and an expressway segment concurrent with U.S. Route 151, the highway is generally either two-lane surface road or urban multilane arterial. WIS 23 provides access to several important Wisconsin destinations, such as the House on the Rock, the Wisconsin Dells area and various state parks.
Horticultural therapy (also known as social and therapeutic horticulture or STH) is defined by the American Horticultural Therapy Association (AHTA) as the engagement of a person in gardening and plant-based activities, facilitated by a trained therapist, to achieve specific therapeutic treatment goals. Direct contact with plants is believed to guide a person's focus away from stress enhancing their overall quality of life. The AHTA believes that horticultural therapy is an active process which occurs in the context of an established treatment plan. Horticultural therapists are specially educated and trained members of rehabilitation teams (with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists and others) who involve the client in all phases of gardening, from propagation to selling products, as a means of bringing about improvement in their life.
While linguistic transliteration tries to preserve the original language's pronunciation to a certain degree, the latest version of the ISO standard (ISO 9:1995) has abandoned this concept, which was still found in ISO/R 9:1968 and is now restricted to a one-to-one mapping of letters. It thus allows for unambiguous reverse transliteration into the original Cyrillic text and is language- independent. The previous official Soviet romanization system, GOST 16876-71, is also based on scientific transliteration but used Latin h for Cyrillic х instead of Latin x or ssh and sth for Cyrillic Щ, and had a number of other differences. Most countries using Cyrillic script now have adopted GOST 7.79 instead, which is not the same as ISO 9 but close to it.
Thomas Aquinas, STh I–II q71 a6. Christian tradition has explained sin as a fundamental aspect of human existence, brought about by original sin—also called ancestral sin, the fall of man stemming from Adam's rebellion in Eden by eating the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Paul espouses it in , and Augustine of Hippo popularized it in the West, developing it into a notion of "hereditary sin," arguing that God holds all the descendants of Adam and Eve accountable for Adam's sin of rebellion, and as such all people deserve God's wrath and condemnation—apart from any actual sins they personally commit. Total depravity (also called "radical corruption" or "pervasive depravity") is a Protestant theological doctrine derived from the concept of original sin.
State Trunk Highway 100 (STH 100, commonly known as Highway 100 or WIS 100) is a road which encircles the outer edges of Milwaukee County. Officially, the road is designed as a bypass around the city of Milwaukee, but with residential and commercial development along Highway 100 on almost all portions of the road, this purpose has been negated, and it serves as one of the Milwaukee area's major commercial corridors. Highway 100 roughly parallels the freight railroad beltway around Milwaukee constructed in 1912 by the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company, approximately one mile inside the north, west and south county lines. In Milwaukee's immediate western suburb Wauwatosa, Highway 100's north–south segment was once known as Lovers Lane; parts of the road still have this designation.
Thomas Aquinas maintained that all cognitively impaired Christians have a right to the Eucharist and that the sacrament should not be withheld from such persons, except in the most extreme of circumstances (STh III.80.9). According to Aquinas, the extreme circumstance that warrants withholding the Eucharist from a cognitively impaired Christian is if the Christian is entirely incapable of expressing their desire to receive the Eucharist. The worry of Aquinas is that the Eucharist would be forced upon someone who does not want to participate in the sacrament. The Code of Canon Law of the Roman Catholic Church (and those bodies in full communion with it) has official policy about how the sacraments should be administered in the case of adult Christians who lack the use of reason.
