Whereas 14-month-olds can recall a three-step sequence after being exposed to it once, 6-month-olds need approximately six exposures in order to be able to remember it. Although 6-month-olds can recall information over the short-term, they have difficulty recalling the temporal order of information. It is only by 9 months of age that infants can recall the actions of a two-step sequence in the correct temporal order – that is, recalling step 1 and then step 2. In other words, when asked to imitate a two-step action sequence (such as putting a toy car in the base and pushing in the plunger to make the toy roll to the other end), 9-month-olds tend to imitate the actions of the sequence in the correct order (step 1 and then step 2).

The reaction mechanism for this reaction is a four-step sequence. In the first step the alcohol is oxidized to the aldehyde. These intermediates then react in an aldol condensation to the allyl aldehyde which the hydrogenation catalyst then reduces to the alcohol. Guerbet Reaction Mechanism The Cannizzaro reaction is a competing reaction when two aldehyde molecules react by disproportionation to form the corresponding alcohol and carboxylic acid.

Desloratadine is well absorbed from the gut and reaches highest blood plasma concentrations after about three hours. In the bloodstream, 83 to 87% of the substance are bound to plasma proteins. Desloratadine is metabolized to 3-hydroxydesloratadine in a three-step sequence in normal metabolizers. First, n-glucuronidation of desloratadine by UGT2B10; then, 3-hydroxylation of desloratadine N-glucuronide by CYP2C8; and finally, a non-enzymatic deconjugation of 3-hydroxydesloratadine N-glucuronide.

A long-lived transaction is a transaction that spans multiple database transactions. The transaction is considered "long-lived" because its boundaries must, by necessity of business logic, extend past a single database transaction. A long-lived transaction can be thought of as a sequence of database transactions grouped to achieve a single atomic result. A common example is a multi-step sequence of requests and responses of an interaction with a user through a web client.

Step sequences must be a part of the short program, but they are not required in the free skating program. There is no required pattern, but pair teams must fully use the ice surface. The step sequence must be "visible and identifiable", in any shape they like (oval, circle, straight line, or serpentine).
The Enders SAMP/RAMP hydrazone alkylation reaction is an asymmetric carbon- carbon bond formation reaction facilitated by pyrrolidine chiral auxiliaries. It was pioneered by E. J. Corey and D. Enders in 1976, and was further developed by D. Enders and his group. This method is usually a three-step sequence. The first step is to form the hydrazone between (S)-1-amino-2-methoxymethylpyrrolidine (SAMP) or (R)-1-amino-2-methoxymethylpyrrolidine (RAMP) and a ketone or aldehyde.
The rhythm dance was a close competition overall, with Papadakis & Cizeron suffering their first fall in competition for more than four years, with Papadakis' blade getting caught under the ice during a step sequence. Chock & Bates were the only team to accomplish a seasons best on the rhythm dance, finishing in third place behind compatriots Hubbell and Donohue. All teams struggled to achieve a level four difficulty status, with messy footwork a frequent feature throughout the segment.
Taxodone rearranges easily in the presence of mild acids and reacts readily with nucleophiles. Although taxodone shows higher anticancer and antibacterial activity than taxodione it eluded creation in the laboratory for over 25 years because of its inherent instability. During this time several different groups reported syntheses of the more stable taxodione. In 1993 taxodone was synthesized for the first time in a 16 step sequence utilizing a unique phenol benzylic epoxide electron reorganization in the final step.
Character step sequences can be performed at any time during the program. They must occur from barrier to barrier of the rink and must proceed around the short axis of the rink, within 10 meters on either side of the short axis. Ice dancers can touch the ice with one or both hands during a choreographic step sequence. They can be in hold or not touching, and they can skate up to four arms-lengths (four meters) apart.
Rippon at the 2009 Trophée Éric Bompard At the 2010 U.S. Championships, Rippon finished 5th overall after ranking 4th in both segments. He had a fall on his step sequence in the short program. Following the event, he was named as a second alternate for the 2010 Winter Olympics and 2010 World Championships, and assigned to the 2010 Four Continents Championships. At Four Continents, he placed 7th in the short program and first in the free skate, winning the gold medal.
They had to skate one full circuit of the rink, finishing where they started on the ice surface. They had to include a partial step sequence in hold during their pattern dance, for any exact number of four measures musical phrases. They were judged on specific key points in any dance hold, except the hand-in-hand hold with extended arms. They also had to remain in contact at all times, even during their one allowed stop and during changes in edges.
Both teams made errors in the rhythm dance, with Soucisse putting her free foot down to regain balance at one point in the Finnstep pattern dance, and Soucisse/Firus placed third in that segment. Early in the free dance, Firus fell on the one-foot step sequence, and they finished third in that segment as well, winning the bronze medal. They were assigned to compete at the 2020 Four Continents Championships in Seoul. They placed seventh at Four Continents, with Firus falling again in the free dance.
Junior dancers, in addition to their Starlight Waltz pattern dance, had the same rhythms as the senior dancers. Juniors' tempo also had to be constant and follow the required tempo of the Starlight Waltz (58 measures of three beats or 174 beats per minute, plus or minus three beats per minute). Junior ice dancers had the same requirements about crossing the rink as the seniors did, except for during their not-touching step sequence and their not-touching circular step sequence.ISU No. 1932, pp.
2—4 Senior ice dancers only could use one full stop, as long as it did not exceed 10 seconds. Junior dancers could use two full stops, but they could only last five seconds each. In addition to the two required sections of their pattern dances, both levels had to perform not more than one short lift. Seniors had to perform one partial step sequence in hold, for four measure musical phrases and in one full circuit around the rink, immediately after their required stop.
In chemistry, a reaction mechanism is the step by step sequence of elementary reactions by which overall chemical change occurs. A chemical mechanism is a theoretical conjecture that tries to describe in detail what takes place at each stage of an overall chemical reaction. The detailed steps of a reaction are not observable in most cases. The conjectured mechanism is chosen because it is thermodynamically feasible, and has experimental support in isolated intermediates (see next section) or other quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the reaction.
The species believed to responsible for reducing Au3+ to Au0 Technically Au3+ is reduced to Au2+ which then forms Au+ and Au3+ by disproportionation followed by final reduction of Au1+ to Auo is the Norrish generated ketyl radical. Norrish application nanogold synthesis Paquette's 1982 synthesis of dodecahedrane involves three separate Norrish- type reactions in its approximately 29-step sequence. An example of a synthetically useful Norrish type II reaction can be found early in the total synthesis of the biologically active cardenolide ouabagenin by Baran and coworkers.
It was again choreographed by Richaud, and was a replacement for a short program he choreographed early in the season, which failed to inspire Tennell. Her free skating program, also choreographed by Richaud, was set to music from the 1988 film Cinema Paradiso. Her coach Denise Myers called Tennell's short program "a little sassier, a little more mature", and her free skate "soft and feminine". There was also no choreographed break before her step sequence, unlike her previous free skating program, so it was more challenging.
Winning the free dance as well, they set another set of world records and qualified first to the Grand Prix Final. Competing at the Grand Prix Final, Papadakis stumbled out of her twizzle in the rhythm dance's midline step sequence, leading to them scoring 83.83, their lowest rhythm dance score under the post-2018 judging system. They nevertheless placed first in that segment, albeit narrowly. They won the free dance decisively with close to their previous world record score, winning their second Grand Prix Final gold.

The following elements may be included: the dance lift, the dance spin, the step sequence, twizzles, and choreographic elements.S&P;/ID, p. 144 Illegal elements and movements include, unless otherwise stated by the ISU, certain lift movements and poses, jumps and throw jumps that have one or more revolution or jumps of one revolution "skated at the same time by both partners", and lying on the ice.
4 They were also required to use a Blues tempo plus one or more of either Swing or Hip Hop. Their tempo also had to be constant and follow the same tempo and character as the senior dancers. They had to use Swing or Hip Hop rhythms while performing their not-touching step sequence. The ISU stated, about ice dancers' use of Hip Hop, "To comply with the ethical values of sports, Hip-Hop music chosen for Ice Dance competitions must not include aggressive and/or offending lyrics".
Younger infants (6-month-olds) can only recall one step of a two-step sequence. Researchers have suggested that these age differences are probably due to the fact that the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus and the frontal components of the neural network are not fully developed at the age of 6-months. In fact, the term 'infantile amnesia' refers to the phenomenon of accelerated forgetting during infancy. Importantly, infantile amnesia is not unique to humans, and preclinical research (using rodent models) provides insight into the precise neurobiology of this phenomenon.
Reigning world bronze medalists, Ukrainians Elena Grushina / Ruslan Goncharov, finished in fifth. The biggest surprise was the sixth-place finish of Belbin / Agosto, who were originally seen as the main pair who could really challenge the Russian domination of Navka / Kostomarov. The French team of Isabelle Delobel / Olivier Schoenfelder follow, while another team making a comeback, Lithuanians Margarita Drobiazko / Povilas Vanagas, who finished third at the 2006 European Championships, sit in eighth. The Israeli team of Galit Chait / Sergei Sakhnovski found themselves in thirteenth after a fall during a step sequence.
At the 2019 Russian Championships, Zahorski/Guerreiro placed third in the rhythm dance, several points behind the top two teams but more than three points ahead of fourth-place finishers Sofia Evdokimova / Egor Bazin. The team had major problems in the free dance, with Guerreiro's boot laces coming undone early on, and Zahorski making errors on both her twizzles and the one-foot step sequence. Consequently, they dropped to seventh place in the free dance and overall, and were not named to the Russian team to the European Championships.
A step sequence is a required element in all four disciplines of figure skating, men's single skating, women's single skating, pair skating, and ice dance. Step sequences have been defined as "steps and turns in a pattern on the ice". Skaters earn the most points in step sequences by performing steps and movements with "flair and personality", by turning in both directions, by using one foot and then the other, and by including up and down movements. Step sequences in pair skating should be performed "together or close together".
Like her performance at U.S. Nationals, she put her hand down on the opening triple Lutz and did not complete the planned combination. The final jump in her triple flip-triple toe combination was downgraded, but she successfully completed three more triple jumps and a double Axel-double toe-double loop combination. She successfully completed her double Axel, triple salchow, and triple loop, and produced a level-three straight line step sequence. She also completed a double Axel- double toe loop-double loop combination, but two-footed the second triple Lutz.
They remained in sixth place after the free dance, which Ponomarenko called "redeeming." At their second GP event, the 2019 NHK Trophy, they finished fifth in the rhythm dance but a lift error in the free dance placed them in seventh in the free and sixth overall. Carreira/Ponomarenko placed fourth in the rhythm dance at the 2020 U.S. Championships. Fourth in the free dance as well, they would have placed third in that segment but for the invalidation of their choreographic character step sequence due to a violation of the distance requirement.

Maia Shibutani and Alex Shibutani performing a twizzle, a required element in ice dance Ice dance, a discipline of figure skating, has required elements that make up a well-balanced skating program and must be performed during competitions. They include: the dance lift, the dance spin, the step sequence, twizzles, and choreographic elements. The elements must be performed in specific ways, as described by published communications by the International Skating Union (ISU), unless otherwise specified. Choreographic elements are judged differently; they are considered complete if the minimum requirements defining the element are met.
They had to perform one step sequence, either in hold, not-touching, or a combination of both. Both levels had to use a different rhythm for their step sequences than what they chose for their pattern dance; seniors also had to choose a different rhythm than what they had chosen for their PSt. Their chosen pattern could only be diagonal or midline, and retrogressions and hand-in-hand holds with fully extended arms were not allowed. They could use only one stop lasting up to five seconds during their step sequences.
The ISU re-named the short dance to the rhythm dance (RD) in 2018. The SD was composed of two parts: the pattern dance (formerly known as the compulsory dance), which lasted about one minute and could be placed anywhere in the SD, and the creative section, which took up most of the SD. The pattern dance changed each year, and was announced beforehand by the ISU. The ISU also published yearly rule changes. Ice dancers were expected to perform five required elements in their SD: two segments of the pattern dance, one short lift, a step sequence, and a set of twizzles.
In the free skate, he finished last, and dropped to last place overall, after falling on a number of jumps and spins. Aliev placed fourth in the short program at the 2020 Russian Championships, performing only a triple Lutz instead of his planned quad and putting a hand down on an underrotated triple Axel. Second in the free skate despite two falls, one on a quad toe loop and the other during his step sequence, Aliev captured his first Russian national title. At the European Championships, Aliev placed second in the short program with 88.45 points, despite underrotations on two of his jumps.
They were clean in the free skate, winning the bronze medal and qualifying for the Grand Prix Final. Competing at the Final, Mishina/Galliamov were fourth in the short program, skating cleanly but for their side-by-side spins not receiving a level due to errors. Third in the free skate, they won the bronze medal overall, the highest-ranked Russian team in the competition. Mishina/Galliamov ran into trouble in the short program at the 2020 Russian Championships, with Mishina falling on their throw triple flip, stumbling in the step sequence, and exiting the pair spin too early.
The number and type of technical elements included in a skating program depend on the event and on the level of competition. At the senior international level, the short program for both singles and pair skaters must contain seven technical elements. The free program must contain twelve elements for singles and eleven elements for pairs. Details of the seven elements required of singles skaters in their short program are given in ISU rule 611: the skater must attempt two solo jumps, one combination jump, three spins (including one combination spin and one flying spin), and one step sequence.
For her free skate, which was also choreographed by Richaud, she used music from three versions of Romeo and Juliet, done to make the program modern and to emphasize Tennell's strength, speed, and emotion. The first section included selections from Prokofiev’s ballet and used angular, powerful movements to show Juliet's determination and willfulness; the middle section featured the score from the 1968 film and was highlighted by a fluid step sequence. The third section of the program featured the score from the 1996 movie Romeo + Juliet. Tennell's coach Denise Myers thought that her free skate showed a more mature side to Tennell.
Making his ISU Challenger Series (CS) debut, Martinez finished sixth overall at the Lombardia Trophy. He was assigned to his first senior Grand Prix event, the 2014 Skate America. In his short program, he fell on his triple Axel, but landed all his other jumps and received level fours on his camel spin, his flying sit spin, and his step sequence; he finished ninth. He also placed ninth in the free skate, falling on his triple Axel, under-rotating his triple toe in the triple Lutz-triple toe combination, and stepping out in his double Axel towards the end of the program.
Started in 1979, MMR program at the University of Georgia is the first marketing research program in the US. It has an 11-month cohort program which starts every summer (June) and ends in May. A total of 39 credit hours are required to complete the program. Being a cohort program it has a lock-step sequence of courses which are enrolled by the whole incoming class at the same time because of which the incoming class starts and graduates at the same time. Till date the program has a record of 100% placement for both domestic (US).
In line dancing the term chassé is used for a triple-step sequence in any direction (forward, side, back, diagonally, or curving). For instance, if the chassé is to be done to the right, the right foot steps right, the left foot is placed next to the right, with the weight being transferred to the left foot so that the right foot can complete the chassé by stepping to the right. The call is usually "step, together, step". The step is often called "the shuffle" by line dancers, but that has several unrelated meanings in other dance contexts.

Senior ice dance teams had to perform one section of the Finnstep for their pattern dances, skated to the Swing, Charleston, or Quickstep rhythms. The tempo they used had to be constant and follow the required tempo, which was 52 two-beat measures per minute, 104 beats per minute plus or minus two beats. They also had to perform one section of a pattern dance-type step sequence (PSt), skated to the same rhythm they chose for the Finnstep. They could choose the same or a different tune as the Finnstep, but had to have the same tempo.
As the Civil War abated, instating a coalition government between UNITA and MPLA, the Angolan economy liberalized and there was a wider availability of personal computers (ibid). This resulted in DIY kuduro production using the Fruity Loops interface, which democratized the enterprise of creating batidas (ibid). The Fruity Loops interface is described by Garth Sheridan in the following manner: > The Fruity Loops interface is centred on a row of on/off controls for each > sound, known as the step sequence that resemble the user interface of the > Roland TR series of drum machines. In the default 4/4 setting these 16 > controls represent 4 bars of quarter notes.
8—9 Seniors and juniors both had to use two rhythms of three possible choices (the Foxtrot, Quickstep, and Tango) in their creative section, but Seniors could use the same rhythm as the Golden Waltz. In addition to the elements in the pattern dance, the ice dancers had to perform a short lift, a midline step sequence in which they could have no contact with each other, and a set of sequential twizzles during their creative sections. They could perform up to two short lifts, but not more than two. They were allowed to make two full stops during their SD, lasting no more than 5 seconds.
The process of ubiquitination is a tightly regulated three- step sequence: activation, performed by ubiquitin-activating enzymes (E1); conjugation, performed by ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2); and ligation, performed by ubiquitin ligases (E3). The result of this process is the formation of a covalent bond between the C-terminus of ubiquitin and a residue (typically a lysine) on the target protein. Many UBL families have a similar three-step process catalyzed by a distinct set of enzymes specific to that family. Deubiquitination or deconjugation - that is, removal of ubiquitin from a protein substrate - is performed by deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs); UBLs can also be degraded through the action of ubiquitin-specific proteases (ULPs).
Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir (2009) demonstrating an ice dance hold The ISU defines a step sequence in ice dance as "a series of prescribed or un-prescribed steps, turns and movements in a Rhythm Dance or a Free Dance". Step sequences have three divisions: types, groups, and styles. There are two types of step sequences: not-touching or in hold. Not-touching step sequences must include matching and/or mirror footwork; both ice dancers must skate as close to each other as possible, not more than two arm lengths apart, without touching, except when they are skating turns and edges in opposite directions for short distances.
The two enantiomers of thalidomide: Left: (S)-(−)-thalidomide Right: (R)-(+)-thalidomide Thalidomide is racemic; while R-thalidomide is the bioactive form of the molecule, the individual enantiomers can racemize to each other due to the acidic hydrogen at the chiral centre, which is the carbon of the glutarimide ring bonded to the phthalimide substituent. The racemization process can occur in vivo. Celgene Corporation originally synthesized thalidomide using a three-step sequence starting with L-glutamic acid treatment, but this has since been reformed by the use of L-glutamine. As shown in the image below, N-carbethoxyphthalimide (1) can react with L-glutamine to yield N-phthaloyl-L-glutamine (2).
Seniors had to perform the character step sequence in their free dance, while juniors could "choose to use it to fulfill the choreographic element criteria". Alisa Agafonova and Alper Uçar perform a hydroblade, a choreographic element in ice dance Choreographic spinning movements are spinning movements, performed at any time during a program, in which both partners, in any hold they choose, perform at least two continuous rotations on a common axis that may be moving. One foot or two feet must be elevated for less than two rotations, or a partner must be elevated for the same period of time. A combination of the three requirements is also allowed.
With two JGP victories, she qualified for the 2018–19 Junior Grand Prix Final, where she won the gold medal after placing first in both the short program and the free skate. She outscored her teammate and training partner Trusova by about 2.5 points. At this event, Kostornaia scored her personal best score of 217.98 points and she also set a new junior-level ladies' record for the short program (76.32 points). At the 2019 Russian Championships, Kostornaia placed third in the short program due to a fall during her step sequence, which she attributed to being "too relaxed" as she was nearing the end of the program and had already completed all of her jumping passes.
Soucisse/Firus began their season at the 2018 CS Autumn Classic International, where they won the bronze medal after placing third in the rhythm dance and fourth in the free dance. Firus remarked that he felt they had left a few technical points on the table, but was otherwise satisfied with their performance. At their second Challenger event, the 2018 CS Finlandia Trophy, they finished fourth overall, having placed third in the rhythm dance and fifth in the free skate following an error from Soucisse on the one-foot step sequence in the latter. The duo had two Grand Prix events for the season, beginning with the 2018 Skate Canada International, where a fall on the midline step left them in ninth place after the rhythm dance.
Skaters and couples also have personal best (PB) scores, i.e. the highest scores achieved over their entire career, in terms of combined total and segment scores. However, PB scores are not completely comparable if achieved in different seasons because the ISU regulations and technical rules are modified prior to each new season. There may be different requirements specified to achieve a certain level; the required elements may change and new elements may be allowed (for example, two quads in the short program were permitted starting in the 2010–11 season); and the point values may change (for example, the values of quads were increased after the 2010 Olympics, and a second step sequence is no longer assigned a level in the men's competition).
They had to use the same piece of music in both the pattern dance and partial step sequence, and the music's tempo had to be constant with the Paso Doble (56 measures of two beats or 112 beats per minute, plus or minus two beats per minute). Senior dancers had to use Spanish Dance rhythms in the creative section of their SD. They could not cross the long axis of the ice surface, except during their partial step sequence.ISU No. 1875, pp. 2—4 The required pattern dance for junior ice dancers was the Silver Samba; they had to skate two separate sections, and they had to skate the first step of each sequence on opposite sides of the rink.
The free dance imitated the results of the rhythm dance in nearly identical fashion, with Kazakova & Reviya maintaining their narrow lead over Nguyen & Kolesnik by another very narrow margin: just 0.12 points, with the judges rewarding Kazakova & Reviya for their clever pairs-inspired choreography and effortless execution on both lift elements, as they became the first athletes representing Georgia to win a Grand Prix Final title in both the Junior and Senior events. Nguyen & Kolesnik's silver medal made it the first time since 2008 that neither of the top two teams represented Russia. All other teams, including eventual bronze medallists Shanaeva & Naryzhnyy, held their positions from the rhythm dance, with Shanaeva appearing to fall after a step sequence which luckily did not impact their final placing.
Hines (2006), p. 36 The first steps in ice dance were similar to those used in ballroom dancing, so unlike modern ice dance, skaters tended to keep both feet on the ice most of the time, without the "long and flowing edges associated with graceful figure skating".Hines (2006), p. 120 In the late 1800s, American Jackson Haines, known as "the Father of Figure Skating", brought his style of skating to Europe. He taught people in Vienna how to dance on the ice, both singly and with partners. Capitalizing on the popularity of the waltz in Vienna, Haines introduced the American waltz, a simple four-step sequence, each step lasting one beat of music, repeated as the partners moved in a circular pattern.
103–104 A step sequence must have the following characteristics to earn the most points: the sequence must match the music; it must be performed effortlessly throughout the sequence, and have good energy, flow, and execution; and it must have deep edges and clean turns and steps.ISU No. 2168, p. 13 Also important but not required are the following characteristics: a sequence must have originality and creativity; the skater must have "excellent commitment and control" of his or her entire body; and the skater must have good acceleration and deceleration during the sequence. Skaters earn the most points in step sequences by performing steps and movements with "flair and personality", by turning in both directions, by using one foot and then the other, and by including up and down movements.
Group B includes three curved step sequences. The circular, which is performed on the rink's entire width, on its short axis, can skated either clockwise or counterclockwise. The serpentine, which must be performed along the full length of the rink, can be done in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction at the rink's long axis, at one end, and then progresses in either two or three S-shaped bold curves, ending up at the other end of the rink. Group C consists of partial step sequences: the pattern dance type sequence, which can be done anywhere on the ice and follows the chosen pattern dance; and the one foot step sequence, which is skated on one foot by each partner, separately, in hold, or at the same time.
Chen skated a clean short program receiving scores that let him lead Hanyu by over 12 points and 0.15 shy of Hanyu's current world record from the 2018 Rostelecom Cup. Hanyu made an error, as he was unable to add a combo jump to his program, notably sitting in the kiss and cry alone after one his coaches, Ghislain Briand experienced difficulties travelling from Toronto to Turin, with Ghislain's passport stolen while transiting through Frankfurt Airport. Aymoz finished in third after the rink organisers accidentally began playing the wrong short program music, however he was able to keep his composure and earned a personal best short program score. Aliev's short program placed him in fourth place, after a near-fall when his blades clipped the ice during his step sequence.
At Skate Canada, Chan had a collision with Adam Rippon during the morning practice before the short program. He placed fourth in the short program after falling on his 4T, his 3A and his step sequence. He won the free skating after landing a 4T and five more triple jumps, and finished first overall. It was his first time landing a quad in an ISU competition. Although he fell on a 3A to make it four falls over the course of the competition, his total score was high enough to earn the gold medal. Chan also struggled with consistency at 2010 Cup of Russia, accumulating another four falls over the competition. He was first in the short program, where he landed a 4T-3T combination and fell on a 3A. In the free skating, he fell on a quad and two triples.
At the 2017 World Championships in Helsinki, Fernández set a new personal best in the short program, in which he successfully executed all the jump elements (a quad-triple toe loop combination, a quad Salchow and a triple Axel), three level four spins, and received maximum grades of execution from every judge for the step sequence. He received 109.05 points in the short program to take the lead, the third highest mark ever at the time of the event. Fernández started his free skate a quad toe loop, quad Salchow-triple toe loop and triple Axel-double toe loop, but fell on another quad Salchow attempt, doubled a planned triple flip and stumbled on the landing of the triple loop to finish 6th in the segment, dropping him to 4th place overall. It was the first time off the podium at a World Championships since 2012.
