In the late 1980s, the company acquired the Minuteman product line from AmTran (formerly Ward Body Company) and in the early 1990s, the tooling and product rights to Busette from Wayne Corporation. After a succession of larger facilities in Lima, around 1995, the company moved to a much larger facility in Bluffton, Ohio.

After the end of the war the destroyed section was rebuilt. In 1952 the Deutsche Bundesbahn, now in charge of railway operations, introduced diesel locomotives, the first one being a Gmeinder locomotive, and by 1957 the change of traction was completed. There is an elementary school located in Chilwon, a middle school and highschool in Chilseo along with a close by Christian church. Surprisingly, there is only one temple, which is located in Chilwon, yet three Christian churches. There is no bus station, but various bus stops located around town. Cutup is a group of London-based artists, whose work mainly revolves around the manipulation of billboard advertisements. Their first works consisted of removing a billboard, painstakingly cutting it up into roughly 4000 small rectangles, each one in essence a pixel, and then reassembling the billboard. More recently, Cutup have started other projects, such as replacing small bus- shelter advertisements with a drilled sheet of wood. The illuminating back lights that turn on at dusk reveal an image, as the many holes light up against the dark background.

On 14 March 2011, a group of prisoners estimated to number 109 managed to escape from Dry Dock prison. Some of them tried to escape by sea, some by a small bus and others hid in nearby buildings. However, most of them were captured the same day. On 8 May 2012, ministry of interior claimed that a prisoner arrested for protest-related activities named Ridha Al-Ghisra (25 years old) escaped from the Dry Dock prison. Pascale Marthine Tayou has made significant contributions to a number of major international exhibitions and art events around the world. In 2010, he was one of five international artists (El Anatsui, Zarina Bhimji, António Ole, Yinka Shonibare) of African descent selected for the Berlin National Gallery. The Berlin National Gallery is an expression of Germany's past and present history and relationships with the rest of the world. The gallery organised a show titled "Who Knows Tomorrow", inspired by an inscription on a small bus in Africa that was photographed by chance.

S. Route 1, the town's main thoroughfare) and West Avenue. The 2006 Census indicated that 1.4% of people in the Peace River used public transit to go to work, while 7.3% chose to walk or bike to work (the provincial averages are 9.2% and 7.1% respectively). According to the Peace River Transit Pilot Project Survey, 38% of the lower income earners used Peace River Transit. Statistics from Community Services Department indicated that the ridership had been on a steady climb since its inception in 2005.

In 1958, after selling the marine division to Crofton Manufacturing Company of Los Angeles, the company moved its remaining production to Cheektowaga, New York. In 1962, the company's name was changed to Twin Industries. A portion of the company called Highway Products produced a number of products, such as small Post Office vehicles, mobile post offices used in rural areas, small boats for military and commercial uses, missile launchers and a variety of other products. Production of a small bus, sold under the "Twin Coach" name, began in 1969.

Rav-Kav was first introduced in August 2007 by the Ministry of Transportation. Operations started on August 28, 2007 by Kavim, a small bus company serving the suburban cities of Kiryat Ono, Or Yehuda, Yehud and Petah Tikva, as well as several other destinations in the Jezreel Valley area in northern Israel. Several other small companies were to start offering Rav-Kav in the following months, however these were all delayed. The first major company to offer Rav-Kav was Dan, which serves many bus routes in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area.

It was flown on a orbit inclined 28.5 degrees to the equator. The crew performed a 4-hour photographic survey of the free-flying structure, which held 57 science, technology and applications experiments. The 12-sided cylinder, about the size of a small bus, was then berthed in the orbiter's payload bay for return to Earth. NASA had planned to acquire data on the crew members' exposure to long periods of zero gravity, and its effects on the crew's performance while landing the orbiter after an extended mission.

Route D2 operates daily between Glover Park and Dupont Circle station connecting Glover Park, Burleith, and Georgetown residents to Metrorail as there are no stations in Georgetown. Route D2 currently operates out of Western division. The line primarily uses 30ft Orion VII BRTs since the line primarily uses small buses due to ridership and DC's Small Bus Program, but sometimes utilizes regular 40 ft buses from Western. During its times, the line would use Orion IIs and 30 ft Orion Vs prior to the 30 ft Orion VIIs.

Sometimes a small bus runs. The village stretches along the main road, Fieschi Road, and the houses have one side facing this road and the other facing the sea. Corniglia is characterised by narrow roads and a terrace in the rock from which all other four Cinque Terre's villages, two on one side and two on the other, can be seen. The town planning structure presents original characteristics compared to those of the other villages: the houses are lower set, and only more recently higher, similar to those of the villages of the hinterland.

Plaxton converted some of the latter to forward control in the 1950s using the same scaled down Consort body as fitted to similar Austin or Karrier buses, whilst an MLC converted to a 12-seat school bus by Lee Motors for Dorset County Council survives in preservation.

The platform is side- loading and is connected via two entrances: the north entrance is located in the lobby of a four-storey office block constructed on the former site of the service station; the south entrance is via a standalone building. An escalator, stairs and an elevator provide access to the platform at both entrances. A small bus loop has been constructed near the north entrance which also doubles as an access road to the nearby Westbrook Mall. In its first year of service, Westbrook served an average of 8,180 boardings per day.

Weesp has one railway station, Weesp. It serves as a transfer station for passengers on local trains on the Amsterdam–Amersfoort (Oosterspoorweg) and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol–Almere (Schiphollijn and Flevolijn) lines, which bundle up just before Weesp and diverge right after. Weesp therefore benefits from 16 departures per hour, serving many destinations including Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol Airport, Hilversum, Amersfoort Centraal and Utrecht Centraal four times per hour. In front of the railway station there is a small bus station with services to neighbouring towns and villages such as Muiden, Muiderberg, and Nigtevecht and to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station.

The suburb is connected to the rest of Perth's metropolitan area by two routes - Leach Highway, which links to Tonkin Highway, Bayswater/Morley, Forrestfield and the Perth Airport; and Abernethy Road which links to Great Eastern Highway in the direction of Perth CBD. Cloverdale is served by Transperth buses operated by Path Transit. A small bus station at Belmont Forum is host to several bus routes including the 998-999 CircleRoute and various other routes. The 38-39 and 935 bus routes travel through Cloverdale along various streets while the 286, 287, 288, 293, 298 routes service Abernethy Road.

This attribute, does not carry over to a small bus due to its lesser size; buses with a GVWR under 10,000 pounds are required to have safety belts. However, recent accidents involving school buses that have caused serious (if not fatal) injuries have caused the National Transportation Safety Board to conduct new tests to check the legitimacy of this continued practice. After completing these tests due to bus accidents in 2016, they have recommended that new buses being built need to have both a lap and shoulder harness in place. They have also recommended that 42 states add seat belts as a requirement.

Bayshore is a station on Ottawa, Ontario, Canada's transitway served by OC Transpo buses. It is located in the western transitway section at the Bayshore Shopping Centre in the neighbourhood of Bayshore. Prior to its construction, buses used Woodridge Crescent and entered the shopping centre parking lot, which is prone to congestion and extensive delays. Due to no access to westbound Woodridge Crescent from Bayshore Drive northbound (except emergency vehicles), routes 11, 82, 97, and 173 have to travel around the shopping centre, on Richmond Road and Holly Acres Road, to enter the small bus-route access to the station.

Julian Peddle (born 1954 in Uxbridge, England)Julian Henry Peddle Company Check is an entrepreneur who has worked in the bus industry since the early 1980s, having owned or part-owned numerous bus companies. He spent 11 years as co-owner of Stevensons of Uttoxeter between 1983 and 1994, having previously been its traffic manager. During the late 1990s and early 2000s he ran Status Group, a group of small bus companies spread across England which included BakerBus, Choice Travel and MK Metro. He was a major shareholder in Tellings- Golden Miller and Centrebus Holdings before their sale to Arriva.

The airport is served by regular inter-city bus lines, limousine and private shuttle services, Sherut "shared" door to door taxi vans and regular taxis. Afikim bus company provides 24 hours a day, on the hour, direct service to Jerusalem with line 485. the line departs from Terminal 3 on the 2nd floor and passes through Terminal 1. Egged bus number 5 ferries passengers between the terminals and a small bus terminal in the nearby Airport City business park near El Al junction just outside the airport where they can connect to regular Egged bus routes passing through the area.

Starting in the early 1920s, competition from numerous small bus companies, nicknamed "pirates" because they operated irregular routes and plundered the LGOC's passengers, eroded the profitability of the Combine's bus operations. This had a negative impact on the profitability of the whole group. Stanley lobbied the government for regulation of transport services in the London area. Starting in 1923, a series of legislative initiatives were made in this direction, with Stanley and Labour politician Herbert Morrison, London County Councillor (and later member of parliament and Minister of Transport) at the forefront of debates as to the level of regulation and public control under which transport services should be brought.

Following the deregulation of bus services in the United Kingdom, Stagecoach bought a number of the newly emerged small bus companies and ran free or low fare buses to put local rivals out of business. In Darlington, Stagecoach subsidiary Busways offered bounties to recruit drivers away from the existing bus service and offered free buses to deter the rival preferred bidder from taking over the existing bus service. This was "predatory, deplorable and against the public interest" according to findings from the Monopolies & Mergers Commission. In 2000 Stagecoach Manchester was found to have been employing bus inspectors to usher passengers away from competitor's services.

A plan was developed to extend operations using buses in 1926. In May 1927, the company got approval for and started a small bus operation from Scranton through the Abingtons and Lake Winola to Tunkhannock, but kept the trolleys running the bulk of the operation. Scranton Mayor Jermyn threatened to shut down its trolley operation in the city several times in 1928 and 1929 due to its negligence in maintaining the tracks on West Market St. By 1930, the effects of declining ridership and the Great Depression came to a head. The trolley line was cut back from Montrose, at first to Nicholson, and then to Factoryville.

The UERL's ownership of the highly profitable London General Omnibus Company (LGOC) since 1912 had enabled the UERL group, through the pooling of revenues, to use profits from the bus company to subsidise the less profitable railways. However, competition from numerous small bus companies during the early 1920s eroded the profitability of the LGOC and had a negative impact on the profitability of the whole UERL group. In an effort to protect the UERL group's income, its chairman Lord Ashfield lobbied the government for regulation of transport services in the London area.

In order to decrease the average I/O power dissipation for wide buses the observation that the bus- invert method performs better for small bus sizes can be used to partition the bus into several narrower subbuses. Each of these subbuses can then be coded independently with its own invert signal. For example, a 64-bit bus could be partitioned into eight 8-bit subbuses with a total of 8 added invert signals. Because of the assumption that the data to be transferred over the wide bus is uniformly distributed, the statistics for the narrower subbuses will be independent and the sequence of data for each subbus will be uniformly distributed.

To assist with the 1 in 15 grade of the Rimutaka Incline on the Featherston side of the range, the Fell engines that used a raised centre rail to haul trains up the steep grade were employed. The less steep 1 in 40 grades between Upper Hutt and the small settlement and shunting yard at Summit could be managed by ordinary steam locomotives. The only other rolling stock able to traverse the incline unaided were small bus-like Wairarapa railcars, colloquially known as "Tin Hares". By the 1950s the Fell system had become too expensive to operate and was closed on 29 October 1955.

Four years later, TRT published its intent to increase the amount of track for its electric cars but insufficient money prevented this from occurring. In October 1925, Tucson Rapid Transit Co., having realized that buses were more flexible and economical to run than streetcars and were the future of public transportation in the Old Pueblo, bought the White Star Bus Line. This small bus company would become the basis for TRT's bus service in town. Also around the same time, Roy Laos Sr., noting the lack of transit service to the south and west sides of town founded the Occidental Bus Line to serve these areas.

The 67L service, which uses a small bus or vehicles with low floor access for wheelchairs and pushchairs, runs a clockwise circular service from the White Lion pub on Liverpool Road, running via Cutnook Lane, Merlin Road, Morillon Road and Silver Street, returning to the White Lion, where the service connects with the 67. The service takes 5 minutes to complete its route and runs Mondays to Saturdays with a frequency of every 10 minutes from 06:40 (08:00 on Saturdays) until 19:00. This service was the first one introduced by First and ran until 2010 when it was replaced by the 100 service. Other attempts were not so successful.

Moses also proposed to charge 25 cents for parking and 10 cents to enter the boardwalk, drawing up to 2.4 million people within 30 years. The development included adding bathhouses; parking lots with spaces for 7,000 cars; several small bus terminals; comfort stations; and recreational facilities such as playgrounds, baseball fields, handball courts, roller hockey fields, skateparks, shuffleboard courts, bocce courts, and checkers tables. As he sits and waits in the dark barn, Charley descends into a rage after he concludes he has been played for a fool. He storms out of the barn, but just as he crosses the threshold, he looks back and briefly glimpses, in a flash of light, the planet Verna through the back window of the barn before the barn door slams shut.

In addition, a programme of modernising many of the Underground's busiest central London stations was started; providing them with escalators to replace lifts. New rolling stock was gradually introduced with automatic sliding doors along the length of the carriage instead of manual end gates. By the middle of the 1920s, the organisation had expanded to such an extent that a large, new headquarters building was constructed at 55 Broadway over St. James's Park station. Starting in the early 1920s, competition from numerous small bus companies, nicknamed "pirates" because they operated irregular routes and plundered the LGOC's passengers, eroded the profitability of the Combine's bus operations and had a negative impact on the profitability of the whole group.

Feltham station is one of the nearest National Rail stations to Heathrow Airport, especially to Terminal 4. Signs at the station and in timetables give Feltham as a connection for the airport. Buses to the airport run from the small bus station by the exit from Platform 1 and link directly to all five terminals. Route 285 serves Terminals 2&3, and route 490 serves Terminals 4&5, with the two routes serving the same stops up until Hatton Cross. A shuttle bus service to the airport was started in 1999 with two dedicated bus routes to the airport: Route T123 for terminals 1, 2 and 3, and route T4 for terminal 4.

A Dan Bus Company terminal is adjacent to the western entrance of the station. It is the terminus of routes 7, 13, 40, 45, 49, 113 and 289, that connect the station to Tel Aviv University and continue further to different parts of Tel Aviv and Gush Dan. On the eastern entrance of the station there is a small bus terminal that contains only the terminus of Dan bus line 8 that operated on rush hours only. On Rokah Boulevard, outside the eastern entrance, are stops of Dan routes 8, 22, 40, 89, 122, 189 and 266 as well as routes from Tel Aviv to Herzliya, Ra'anana and Kfar Saba: 47, 48, 247 of Metropoline Bus Company and 521 of the Egged Bus Cooperative.

Subsequently following redirection of the business by Slaemuir, the company has been sold on to the Walker Family who run a variety of small bus operations including Gullivers Travel, Erskine Travel and L.B.C. The buses of both Gullivers, First Stop Travel and LBC have now been branded First Stop. As a result, First Stop took over a number of new routes, although these were licensed and operated by vehicles belonging to LBC, Erskine Travel and Gullivers Travel. The buses were painted in an all yellow livery, and the operations moved to premises in Barrhead with the other Walker companies, having left the previous depot in Renfrew. There was also a significant expansion of services in 2007 with many used vehicles purchased.

Before the Dover Transit Center was built, the main bus terminal for DART First State buses in Dover was the Water Street Transfer Center, a small bus terminal located along West Water Street between South Governors Avenue and South State Street. The Delaware Department of Transportation made plans to replace the Water Street Transfer Center by constructing the Dover Transit Center, a larger bus terminal that could accommodate more buses and lead to the expansion of bus service in the Dover area. The location of the new transit center near a railroad line also makes it possible to serve as a train station should a project bring passenger rail service to Dover in the future. The transit center was proposed to be built on a site formerly belonging to George & Lynch.

Thus, most traffic enters and leaves the village on the eastern (Hope-Hathersage-Sheffield) road; for traffic going west, that involves a long diversion via the villages of Bradwell and Peak Forest. Castleton has a small bus station from where buses depart hourly to Sheffield (services 272 and 4 times a day via Ladybower to Sheffield (273 & 274) and to Tideswell and Bakewell (service 173). A few less frequent bus services also serve Castleton, including services 68 to Buxton and 174 from Baslow, which run just once a day, 200 on schooldays to Chapel-en-le-frith and Edale and 276 on Fridays to Chesterfield. There is no railway station, but Hope station is about away, and train tickets to Hope and Edale are valid on connecting buses to Castleton.

Benambra Primary School was the last surviving of the schools on the Omeo Plains, with children transported to the school by a small bus from outlying areas such as The Brothers and Uplands until as recently as 1998. Benambra Primary School continued until 2002 when the enrolment was nine students, and closed at the end of that year when projected enrolments for the following year dropped to as low as one student. Benambra Primary School is officially still a going concern under the caretakership of the Benambra Neighbourhood House, however it seems unlikely at this stage that it will ever again open for students. From 2003, local children have been bussed to Omeo Primary School, with secondary students making the daily 100 km round trip to Swifts Creek School.

In an attempt to cut costs, the Cain Government wanted to reduce the number of private operators, while increasing the number of cross-city bus routes. At this stage Melbourne's bus network (aside from the Met buses) was run by a large number of small, family operators which ran no more than a handful of routes each. The Cain Government reasoned that it would be more efficient, and cost effective, to have bus services provided by no more than about half a dozen large companies than dozens of small ones: larger operators would bring in economies of scale on bus purchases, repair costs, staffing, and would require fewer depots. The State Government also believed that it would be easier to negotiate contracts with a smaller number of large bus companies than with a large number of small bus companies.

Ghim Moh Bus Terminal () is a bus terminal located in Ghim Moh along Ghim Moh Road with a small bus park behind the terminal. The terminal is now one of the few surviving terminals of the 1970s era in which it was common for terminals to be built along the roadside with only a small booth for bus captains to report to when completing their duties. The terminal allows boarding and alighting at a bus stop along the road and serves the residents of Buona Vista and Ghim Moh as well as those in the Mount Sinai housing estate. Before the consolidation of bus routes to operate to and from major interchanges, roadside terminals were very common, especially in the seventies. Ghim Moh Bus Terminal was no exception, and opened in the late 1970s to complement the building of Ghim Moh Estate.

Today, the site is known for being the location of the chip shop of the same name, but in the busy tourist days of the island it was a popular stopping off point for visitors on their way to the White City located a few yards along the coast. It remains open today but is only demarcated by a small bus stop-type sign fitted to one of the green overhead poles. The site is also served by the island's Bus Vannin service. Whilst never appearing in the railway's timetables or scheduling, the halt has long been established as a dropping-off point for local traffic and tramcars stop on either side of the road that bisects the railway at this point, either on the southerly side outside the chip shop, or the northerly which directly leads to a set of public conveniences.

They journeyed there by flying to the neighbouring Dominican Republic, and then taking an arduous 18-plus hours land route over chaotic roads in several rented trucks and a small bus. Among the advance group were Rahul Singh and Dr. Michael Howatt, who assisted throughout the night with surgeries at the Université Adventiste d'Haïti (Adventist University of Haiti) in the capital city starting shortly after his arrival there. A large capacity Explorer water purification unit was also set up within 12 hours of the group's arrival, drawing water from a ruptured swimming pool being filled with river-fed ground water. Within a month of their first arrival GlobalMedic had distributed millions of Aquatab purification tablets, set up two inflatable field hospitals that were treating 300 patients a day, brought in satellite phones and radios, and set up some 64 water purification units including 62 portable Noah Trekkers dispatched daily by a team of 15 to 20 hired motorcyclists.

Towards the west, they divide in three branches: a north branch, which passes by the former Sarratea Station and exits Rosario towards the city of Santa Fe, reaching the city of Tucumán in the northwest of the country; a west branch, towards Fisherton, passing by the former Antártida Argentina Station and reaching the city of Córdoba almost 400 km away; and a southwest branch, that crosses Rosario in a diagonal, passing by the former Barrio Vila Station and the neighbouring city of Pérez, reaching Córdoba via Cruz Alta. Patio Parada has been designated as the future site of a multi-modal public transport terminus serving Rosario and its metropolitan area. The official plans are contained in the Municipality's 2007–2017 Urban Plan. The site is to contain a small bus terminus, a stop of the projected Buenos Aires–Rosario–Córdoba high-speed train, and a tram distribution node, plus direct communication with Rosario International Airport.

Godmanis served as Prime Minister from 1990 to 1993, focusing primarily on Latvia's difficult economic transition from a communist to a capitalist economy. In 1995 Godmanis was awarded with the Order of the Three Stars. He later served as the Minister of Finance from 1998 to 1999. He was originally associated with the Latvian Popular Front, but after the Front ceased to exist he moved to the Latvian Way party. In November 2006, following elections in which the Latvian Way in coalition with Latvia's First Party returned to Parliament, Godmanis became the Minister of the Interior. On 18 June 2008 he suffered head injuries in a car accident when his official limousine was involved in a collision with a small bus.

Rohr was showing their own subway cars that were being produced for BART and the initial models of their proposals for the Washington Metro, as well as Transbus designs from their recently purchased Flxible bus division, who were working on what would emerge a few years later as the Flxible Metro. The government's funding of the aerospace firms to present at Transpo led Pullman to pull out of the show, complaining that the government was "playing wasteful politics by needlessly fostering the entry of companies from the depressed aerospace industry into the rail transit equipment business." Motor Coach Industries (MCI), a Canadian and U.S. bus manufacturer controlled by Greyhound Lines, used the show to introduce their MC-8 "Crusader" motorcoach, an intercity coach. The model became so popular with both large and small bus operators that General Motors lost its position as the major manufacturer of such buses in North America, exiting the market entirely in 1980, two years after MCI updated the product with its MC-9 model.

Bernard Vivastation on Yonge Street adjoining the terminal Bernard Terminal is a small bus station in York Region, Ontario, Canada, located at 11000 Yonge Street. It is on the west side of a mall on the southeast corner of Bernard Avenue and Yonge Street in the town of Richmond Hill, Ontario, one city block north of Elgin Mills Road. It replaced the previous bus loop at the north end of the Richmond Heights Centre, that was used after the former Toronto Transit Commission loop was replaced by GO Transit Yonge 'C' Buses in the 1970s, until the late 1990s. The bus terminal land, formerly owned by the Town of Richmond Hill, was conveyed to York Region in 2005, since the responsibility for public transit now belonged to the Region.Report No. 3, Item 2, of the Transit Committee Regional Council Meeting of March 31, 2005 It presently serves York Region Transit (YRT) routes 81 (Inspiration), 83 (Trench), 86 (Newkirk-Red Maple), 98 (Yonge), and 99 (Yonge), plus the recently launched Viva Blue service; previously other routes served this stop, including the 84A/C Oak Ridges route.
