Another ten- tries put on by the players, giving the crowd of less than five-thousand their money's worth. Steelers supports certainly couldn't help but feel if they had of gotten over the line in at least two of these three games their season might have shaped up differently. Knight was born in Toogates, Tamworth and began his career at Walsall, before being spotted by Aston Villa in 1907. He joined Villa as an amateur and spent some time with their nursery club, Stourbridge,. In 1911, he had a trial with Southampton of the Southern League, in which he "shaped up well" and, much against the wishes of the Villa directors, he moved to the south coast in May 1911. He made his debut for the "Saints" when he replaced Arthur Brown for the match at Luton Town on 18 November 1911.

The Tigers recovered with a win against an improving Yale squad but lost any chance they had at the title when Harvard won the second game. The contest was odd in that two 5-minute overtime periods were played with Harvard scoring in both extra sessions. The next game against Cornell was cancelled, leaving the team with a long layoff before their final match against Yale. While their season had not shaped up like they were hoping, there was good news for the program; the ice hockey team was making money.
The straight trunk of the rimu is generally 1.5 m in diameter, but may be larger in old or very tall specimens. Convicts quarried the stone from nearby William Street and hauled it to the hill top, where other convict gangs shaped up the blocks by hand. The completed enclosure was known as Woolloomooloo Stockade. Construction commenced in 1836 and was complete by 1841. Prisoners from George Street prison were marched in chains to Darlinghurst to the jeers and catcalls of the watching crowd. The first public hanging took place at the new gaol on 29 October 1841. Darlinghurst Courthouse, neighbouring the gaol, was constructed in the 1840s, with later additions by the 1880s.
Mike Conway started from the pole position and looked to sweep the weekend of races in the second race of the Chevrolet Dual at Detroit. Conway led 31 of the first 45 laps, but after a sequence of pit stops, and a failed tire strategy, was shuffled back to third in the closing stages. After a ten-car accident that took out several front-runners, the final stint shaped up as a three-car battle between Simon Pagenaud, James Jakes, and Conway. Pagenaud came to the lead when Jakes pitted on lap 58.
LORE (Low Overhead Rendering Engine) is the name of the graphics engine used by Civilization V (and its successor Civilization: Beyond Earth). There was a presentation of LORE at the GDC2011. While Direct3D 11 was still in alpha stage, Firaxis decided to design the rendering engine natively for the Direct3D 11 architecture, and then map backwards to Direct3D 9. This approach shaped up as being that advantageous, that Civilization V officially supports AMD's proprietary Mantle low-level rendering API, which is stateless, as are Vulkan and Direct3D 12.

Sachin Yardi, who previously worked as a screenwriter for films such as Kyaa Kool Hai Hum (2005) and Traffic Signal (2007), got an idea for a story which dealt with ordinary men placed in extraordinary situations. He worked on the script for six months and invested much time on the character sketches. Speaking about his directorial debut, Yardi felt direction to be a satisfying experience and helped him have control over his script. After filming, he felt that the film was executed in the way he wanted it and was quite confident about the way it shaped up.

Their operations shaped up the battlefield creating a favorable situation to launch a historical major offensive to liberate Eastern Province from LTTE. Most of the operations conducted by the Commando Regiment are Covert operations.
Dennis Lennon was responsible for co-ordinating the interior design, and his team included Jon Bannenberg and Gaby Schreiber, although Lennon's original designs only remained intact for three years. The Midships Lobby on Two Deck, where first class passengers boarded for transatlantic journeys and all passengers boarded for cruises, was a circular room with a sunken seating area in the centre with green leather clad banquettes, and surrounded by a chrome railing. As a kingpin to this was a flared, white, trumpet shaped, up lit column. Another room, designed by Michael Inchbald, where QE2s advanced interior design was demonstrated was the first class lounge, the Queen's Room on Quarter Deck.

Reunited with Creation Records, they released a couple of singles ahead of the album Shaped Up, Shipped Out. On 23 August 2010, The Bodines debut album Played was reissued with seven bonus tracks on the Cherry Red label.

Kennett's personal popularity was mostly average to high through his first term, though that of the government as a whole went through peaks and troughs. Without a by-election in the previous four years, the 1996 state election shaped up as the first test of the 'Kennett Revolution' with the electorate. The Coalition was expected to win a second term at the 30 March election, albeit with a somewhat reduced majority. At the federal election held four weeks earlier, while Labor was heavily defeated, it actually picked up a swing in Victoria. However, to the surprise of most commentators, the Coalition only suffered a two-seat swing, allowing it to retain a comfortable 14-seat majority.

The team struggled with defensive injuries in 1991, and narrowly missed the playoffs on an overtime loss to the New York Jets in the final week of the season. The Dolphins finished 11–5 in 1992, capturing the AFC East title behind Mark Higgs having his best season as a running back and tight end Keith Jackson (acquired as an unrestricted free agent from the Philadelphia Eagles) leading the team in receiving.

On the album the songwriting is credited as a collaborative work between Liam, Andy Bell and Gem Archer. The BBC and The Independent both commented that the album bests Oasis' later music, if not lacking innovation from the previous group, while The Sun praised the album's simplicity and variety, citing "Bring the Light" as a surprising highlight, a comment that NME repeated. The album is generally agreed to have surpassed expectations, with Mojo remarking that the album "shaped up better than many imagined," and Q saying that it "decimates all negative preconceptions." On 3 April 2011, Beady Eye headlined a Japan Tsunami Disaster relief concert at the Brixton Academy. Liam Gallagher organised the star-studded event as a fundraiser for the devastating event that happened on 11 March 2011.
Variety magazine was impressed. “The Edsel Show, a special kick- off for Ford’s new line of cars on tv, was a smooth, fast ride all the way. In fact, without even seeming to try, it shaped up as one of video’s top musical offerings, in the same class as the Mary Martin-Ethel Merman layout several years ago, on the ‘Ford Jubilee’ show. This time, it was the tandem of Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra, two savvy pros who were at the top of their form. For Crosby, it was his best tv showing to date and for those who remember live radio way back when, Der Bingle generated the same easy charm that was responsible for his long-time run on the AM kilocycles...Crosby’s number with Armstrong and his combo on ‘Now You Has Jazz’ was a crackerjack getaway.
A cast also rapidly shaped up around Crawford with the input of the new director and choreographer in a fresh set of auditions, with then-ingenues Mandy Gonzalez and Max von Essen in the young lead roles of Sarah and Alfred, René Auberjonois (after similar prolonged negotiations to Crawford's) as Professor Abronsius, Ron Orbach (late of the out-of-town run of The Producers) as Chagal, and Leah Hocking as Magda, among others On paper, put together by talented people, Dance of the Vampires looked like magic. A celebrated rock composer, a critics' darling who had authored several Off-Broadway plays, a Tony-winning director, and a high-wattage Broadway star were the captains of this ship. However, rehearsals proved just how unsteady the ship actually was. Rando had never directed a musical of this size, and quickly proved overwhelmed according to cast members.
Kidd was unusually well-respected, and his judgment was granted deference by the leading dancers of his era. British critic and biographer Michael Freedland said at the time of his death that "when Gene Kelly danced through the street with a dustbin lid tied to his feet in the 1955 film It's Always Fair Weather, the man who usually planned his own routines did it to Kidd's order". His realistic approach, designing dances that were inspired by the way ordinary people behaved, led one critic to observe that "Kidd is, in a way, the originator of the fantasy that if only your life shaped up and offered you the right moments, you too would be able to dance like a Hollywood star". Kidd believed that dance needed to derive from life, saying that his "dancing is based on naturalistic movement that is abstracted and enlarged", and that "all my movements relate to some kind of real activity".
Shortly after the release of the album You and Your Revolution, the line-up of the band changed fundamentally. This marked the end of the band's first era. Salim Mahboubi and Zsolt Szentpéteri quit due to family reasons, while Szabolcs Szűcs had to give up touring actively because of his civil job as a sound engineer and producer. After three chaotic months while Superbutt did a Hungarian headliner tour and a few support gigs with In Flames in Eastern Europe with some of the old members and ever changing substitute players, the new line-up shaped up by the summer of 2009, with Attila Kovács (former member of Watch My Dying and Sear Bliss) and Tamás Práznek (former technician of Superbutt) on guitars, Zoltán Prepelicza (Remembering The Steel – Pantera Tribute; Apey & the Pea) on bass and initially Péter Szűcs, then László Makai (Zoltán Prepelicza's bandmate in Remembering The Steel – Pantera Tribute and Apey & The Pea) on drums.
Ken Hands kicked the first goal of the second quarter to extend Carlton's advantage, before repeated South Melbourne attacks with the wind and smart play saw South kick the game's next four goals – to Keith Smith after capitalising on a fumble by Carlton defender Arthur Sanger, then Laurie Nash who collected a long kick which flew over the marking pack, then Reg Richards, and finally Vic Castles who roved a boundary throw-in. Baxter kicked a goal for Carlton from a scrimmage, then Castles kicked his second goal in open play to restore South Melbourne's 7-point advantage, 5.6 (36) to 4.5 (29). At this point, two incidents broke out. South Melbourne's youngest player, 17-year-old Ron Clegg, was knocked down by Bob Chitty, unsighted by the umpire; Carlton's Rod McLean and South Melbourne's Jack Williams shaped up as if to fight, before umpire Spokes broke them up and reported Williams.
