22:100 At the heart of Kulischer's work is a simple axiom: individual short- distance movements in their combined action create great population shifts.Europe on the Move, 1948 An expansion of that concept is his oft quoted dictum: > “The migratory movement is at once perpetual, partial, and universal. It > never ceases, it affects every people, but at a given moment it sets in > motion only a small number of each population; hence the illusion of > immobility. In fact, there is never a moment of immobility for any people, > because no migration remains isolated”.

The play demonstrates how divine intervention sets in motion the main theme of the play, revenge, and how that leads to the downfall of a royal family.
Since humans are capable of centring natural forces, by the means of rites, they are themselves "central" to creation. So, human beings participate in the ongoing creation-evolution of the God of Heaven, acting as ancestors who may produce and influence other beings: The metaphor of the moon. The effects are different, forming the "myriad species" ( wànshū), each relying upon their myriad modifications of the principle, depending on the varying contexts and engagements.

Vijay returns the village to his mother and finds himself back in her favour, but Cheena ensures his release by arranging for the witnesses to be gunned down and Vijay's family to be kidnapped and held hostage.
The music of Viktor Ullmann, specifically the last Piano Sonata No 7, brought to life the loss of her grandparents in Auschwitz concentration camp. Hebenon is the agent of death in Hamlet's father's murder; it sets in motion the events of the play. It is spelled hebona in the Quartos and hebenon in the Folios. This is the only mention of hebona or hebenon in any of Shakespeare’s plays. ::Upon my secure hour thy uncle stole, ::With juice of cursed hebenon in a vial, ::And in the porches of my ears did pour ::The leperous distilment; whose effect ::Holds such an enmity with blood of man ::That, swift as quicksilver, it courses through ::The natural gates and alleys of the body; ::And with a sudden vigour it doth posset ::And curd, like eager droppings into milk, ::The thin and wholesome blood; so did it mine; ::And a most instant tetter bark'd about, ::Most lazar-like, with vile and loathsome crust ::All my smooth body.
The Rasumovsky string quartets, and the Waldstein and Appassionata piano sonatas share the heroic spirit of the Third Symphony. Other works of this period include the Fourth through Eighth Symphonies, the oratorio Christ on the Mount of Olives, the opera Fidelio, and the Violin Concerto. Beethoven was hailed in 1810 by the writer and composer E. T. A. Hoffmann, in an influential review in the Allgemeine musikalische Zeitung, as the greatest of (what he considered) the three "Romantic" composers, (that is, ahead of Haydn and Mozart); in Beethoven's Fifth Symphony his music, wrote Hoffmann, "sets in motion terror, fear, horror, pain, and awakens the infinite yearning that is the essence of romanticism". During this time Beethoven's income came from publishing his works, from performances of them, and from his patrons, for whom he gave private performances and copies of works they commissioned for an exclusive period before their publication.
Her refusal to name the father sets in motion a family drama involving her three brothers, two sisters, and her parents, along with her employers and all her friends. Kellegher, playing the role as a coarse, earthy, yet remarkably sensible young woman (with the exception of her excessive drinking during her pregnancy) soon discovers who her friends really are, as some people tease and torment her, some make remarks to her siblings, some force her father to take direct action in her defence, and all spread gossip. Des Curley, Sharon's father, shows the whole world in his face, his emotions ranging from outrage toward Sharon for embarrassing the family to tender concern as her time draws near. As the eight-member family trips all over each other emotionally (symbolised in their battles for the one bathroom, often occupied by Sharon), the tensions within the family grow more intense.
The massacre of Arthur's nephews sets in motion the events leading to the treason by Mordred and the disappearance and apparent death of Arthur, in the new version introduced in the Vulgate Mort Artu by replacing the great Roman War from the chronicle tradition. What first follows it is a war waged against Lancelot's faction by Arthur and the vengeful Gawain: they besiege Lancelot at Joyous Gard for two months and then pursue him with their army into Gaul (France in Malory). The eventual result of this is the betrayal of Arthur by Mordred, the king's bastard son (and formerly one of Lancelot's young followers), who falsely announces Arthur's death to seize the throne for himself. Meanwhile, Gawain challenges Lancelot to a duel twice; each time Lancelot delays because of Gawain's enchantment that makes him grow stronger between morning and noon, then strikes down Gawain with Galahad's sword but spares his life.
Though he reaches the Triforce in the Sacred Realm, his heart is imbalanced and the Triforce splits, leaving him with the Triforce of Power and forcing him to gather the other two carriers who are "chosen by destiny", Link and Princess Zelda, and take the other pieces from them. Though he succeeds in bringing them to him, they are able to fight him off and, along with the Sages, seal him within the Sacred Realm. In The Wind Waker, Ganondorf manages to escape from the Sacred Realm, and his search for the new Princess Zelda and her Triforce of Wisdom sets in motion the plot events. At the end of the game, he succeeds in bringing Princess Zelda and the new Link to his castle, and unites the pieces into the completed Triforce; however, before he can touch it and make his wish to rule Hyrule, King Daphnes of Hyrule touches it and wishes for Hyrule to be completely destroyed, and for Zelda and Link to be given a prosperous future.
