Senga (15 March 2014-28 June 2018) was an American-bred, French-trained Thoroughbred racehorse. It was during this period in the 1970s that Hassinger began to collaborate with the sculptor Senga Nengudi. Incorporating both sculptural and performance work, their collaborative sculptures have been considered ahead of their time due to their process of "combin[ing] sculpture, dance, theater, music and more with the collaborative spirit of community meetings and the avant-garde brio of Allan Kaprow's happenings." Additionally, Hassinger utilizes movements of everyday life in her dance. While few of their works from the 1970s remain, Hassinger and Nengudi continue to collaborate, with Hassinger activating Nengudi's sculpture R.S.V.P.X as recently as 2014.

He also switched to an electric guitar and adopted punk mannerisms and outfits. He initially worked with Kagetora's heel faction STONED, but he distanced himself from them, as he was also teaming with up with Aagan Iisou, STONED's enemy faction, in El Dorado Wrestling. Ken then tried to form his own stable, Ken Gundan, by defeating wrestlers and forcing them into servitude, but he only managed to secure the low-carders Mototsugu Shimizu, Rei and Banana Senga, and the group disbanded after some time. In March 2008, Ken45º helped to found Kowloon, a heel stable eventually led by Hayato Fujita.
Something Leather is a novel-in-stories by Alasdair Gray which was published in 1990. Its framing narrative is the story of June's initiation into sado- masochistic activities by the female operators of a leather clothing shop in Glasgow. The four central characters are from different social groups: June works for the civil service; Donalda is a dressmaker, and Senga her employer; and Harry (Harriet) is an aristocratic English artist and dominatrix. The novel also features a large cast of Glaswegian minor characters across a broad social spectrum, some of the segments reworked from Gray's earlier broadcast material.
During that time, Okimoto competed both under his real name in said stable, using a realistic, mat wrestling based style, and also as Jumping Kid Okimoto, featuring his common high-flying. In 2008, Jumping Kid Okimoto and KAGETORA fought Speed of Sounds (Tsutomu Oosugi and Hercules Senga) for the vacated UWA Tag Team Championship, but were defeated. In response to the Coca-Cola 'Share a Coke' campaign, Barr decided to produce thousands of limited edition 750 ml bottles of Irn-Bru with the names 'Fanny', 'Senga', 'Rab' and 'Tam' on the label, mimicking that by Coca- Cola. The use of the name 'Fanny' ties in with one of Irn-Bru's controversial marketing advertisements. In December 2018, 12 years after the original Christmas advert left off, with the child being in a snow bank in Edinburgh, returned to the screens as a sequel which involved the child taking a Seaplane to chase down the Snowman who had his Irn-Bru. In the end, the drink gets stolen by Santa.
In the show, black men and women worked together on a single thematic project. The next major WWA show, Joining Forces: 1 + 1 = 3, which opened June 1986 at the Muse Community Museum in Brooklyn, was a collaborative installation of the WWA and a group of invited male artists. It was curated by Charles Abramson and Senga Negudi-Fitz. The show consisted of three-dimensional works produced by male/ female artist “couples” who met over a three-month period and engaged in an “artistic and platonic mating ritual.” The two artists were expected to come to a consensus on how to visually compose the work, and the entire exhibition had to come together as a unified whole.

The New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York hosted Mendieta's first survey exhibition in 1987. Since her death, Mendieta has been recognized with international solo museum retrospectives such as "Ana Mendieta", Art Institute of Chicago (2011); and "Ana Mendieta in Context: Public and Private Work", De La Cruz Collection, Miami (2012).
The Prix de l'Opéra at Chantilly on 1 October resulted in a "blanket finish" with Wuheida taking fourth place, beaten a head, a neck and a neck again by Rhododendron, Hydrangea and Lady Frankel. He later served as Assistant Division Comdr of the 9th Infantry Division in Bicol and concurrently as Chairperson of the Government Coordinating Committee on the Cessation of Hostilities with the MILF for his proven competence and abilities especially in understanding the intricacies of the Mindanao conflict. He then, briefly served as Chief of the AFP’s Civil Relations Service and concurrent AFP Spokesperson where he ably articulated the AFP’s position on various defence and security issues. With Gen. Generoso Senga as then Army Chief, Yano was personally plucked from Camp Aguinaldo to assume as Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army where he earned his Second Star (MAJ General) in April 2005, again, the 1st to earn said rank in his class.
This led to his falling out of grace with many of his fellow Chinese, including his teacher Hung I-hsiang, even though Hsu was one of Hung's senior students at the time. For many years, Hsu went to teach in Japan every year and several of his Japanese students opened schools there, Senga Masaki being perhaps the most well known. He had several long-term American students in Taiwan, many of which now have schools in the United States, including Vince Black, James McNeil, Mike Patterson, Harold Bellamy, Mike Bingo, John Price, Thomas Snowden, Dale Shigenaga, Charles Alsip and Pam Holder. He also had several grand students that also now have schools of their own in the United States including Steven Baugh, Tom Bisio, Anthony Franklin, Mark Kimzey, Alex Shpigel and Steve Cotter, among others.
On that occasion, the Public Questions Committee of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand became involved in strenuously lobbying against the verdict. Class differences were also seen to affect the verdict. Dr. Senga Wintringham was convicted of manslaughter, rather than murder, in February 1955, after shooting and killing Dr Bill Saunders. Wintringham claimed that she had only meant to intimidate him, rather than kill him. The Peoples Voice, newspaper of the Communist Party of New Zealand, criticised the perceived "double standard" in this context, as the courts had just convicted and sentenced 26-year-old British migrant and itinerant labourer Frederick Foster to death, despite questions about mental illness and intellectual impairment in his context, as well as appeals from his mother.Yska, 1996: 166 Foster had shot and killed Sharon Skeffington, his former girlfriend.
Püspöki-Nagy's conception of the two Moravias (1986) Péter Püspöki-Nagy proposed the existence of two Moravias: a "Great" Moravia at the southern Morava river in present-day Serbia, and another Moravia on the northern Morava river in present-day Czech Republic. Toru Senga, a Japanese historian living in Hungary, likewise concludes that two polities named Moravia co-existed in the 9th century and were united under Svatopluk I. Before unification, the first (Rastislav's) Moravia was located in present-day Czech Republic. The second (Svatopluk's) Moravia was in present-day Hungary between Danube and Tisa and neighboured with Bulgars not only in the east but also in the north (present-day Slovakia). Again, none of these theories achieved wider acceptance in the academic community, particularly among European historians.
On January 14, 2013, Kodaka won the DDT Extreme Division Championship for the third time, after defeating Keisuke Ishii. However, his reign lasted only thirteen days, before losing the title to Kenny Omega in a match also contested for Union Pro's parent promotion DDT Pro-Wrestling's top title, the KO-D Openweight Championship. On August 18 at Ryōgoku Peter Pan 2013, DDT's biggest event of the year, Kodaka and Miyamoto defeated Hikaru Sato and Yukio Sakaguchi to win the KO-D Tag Team Championship for the first time and become double tag team champions. Following their win, Kodaka and Miyamoto vowed to successfully defend their double crown hundred times. Yankii Nichokenju went undefeated for most of 2013, before losing to Speed of Sounds (Hercules Senga and Tsutomu Oosugi) in a non-title match on October 18.
Rabusa also admitted that he pocketed PHP50 million when he was still a budget officer from 2000 to 2002, and that wives of the generals were also given money. Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo issued a statement that she did not have anything to do with the alleged corruption in the military. Five of the chiefs of staff, Narciso Abaya, Dionisio Santiago, Generoso Senga, Hermogenes Esperon, and Alexander Yano, denied receiving money, and denied that their wives used government money to spend o their overseas trips. As a result of Rabusa's allegations, Senate President pro tempore Jinggoy Estrada (who presented Rabusa as a witness in the hearings), asked Ligot on the subsequent hearing, on his wife's alleged 42 overseas trips from 1993 to 2004; the retired general refused to answer and Estrada summoned Ligot's wife Erlinda at the next hearing.
His report supported further theories on Moravia's location. For instance, Kristó and Senga propose the existence of two Moravias (one in the north and other one in the south), while Boba, Bowlus and Eggers argue that Moravia's core territory is in the region of the southern Morava river, in present-day Serbia. The existence of a southern Moravian realm is not supported by artifacts, while strongholds unearthed at Mikulcice, Pohansko and other areas to the north of the Middle Danube point at the existence of a power center in those regions. In addition to East Francia and Moravia, the first Bulgarian Empire was the third power deeply involved in the Carpathian Basin in the 9th century. A late 10th-century Byzantine lexicon known as Suda adds that Krum of Bulgaria attacked the Avars from the southeast around 803.

In forming the Gaza empire, Soshangane and his Nguni impis[armies] overran and incorporated the Tsonga, Shongonono, Ngomane, Portuguese, Hlengwe, Nyai, Rhonga, Shona, Senga, Chopi as well as the Ndau tribes in a new nation with the people collectively called Shangani. With the prolonged drought, the rise of Gaza, the dominance of the slave trade, and the expansion of Portuguese control in the Zambezi Valley, the once-mighty African chieftaincies of the Zambezi region declined. In their place, valley warlords established fortified strongholds at the confluence of the major rivers, where they raised private armies and raided for slaves in the interior. The most powerful of these warlords was Manuel António de Sousa, also known as Gouveia, a settler from Portuguese India, who by the middle of the 19th century controlled most of the southern Zambezi Valley and a huge swath of land to its south.

Masamune began working for El Dorado Wrestling in 2010 as well, teaming with Minoru Fujita to defeat Speed of Sounds (Hercules Senga and Tsutomu Oosugi) to win the UWA World Tag Team Championship, holding the title for 344 days until Speed of Sounds regained the title.
