So what can a consumer do if they believe their favorite retailer doesn't have a satisfactory grade?

The School/College/Academy therefore celebrates its 49th anniversary in 2014. The Dukeries has been visited by Ed Balls, Sebastian Coe and Gordon Brown. Balls described it as "a school of the 21st century". The school received a "satisfactory" grade after an OFSTED inspection.

In January 2007 the school received national attention when then-Headteacher Ruth Poppleton excluded eleven pupils who walked out in protest amid complaints over poor education standards. Protesters complained that as much as 75% of teachers were employed on a supply basis. In September 2008 another Ofsted inspection also handed out a Satisfactory grade. In December 2008, Poppleton left the school, and Deputy Head Mark Ranford was appointed Headteacher.

Since 2014, the MD has replaced the MBBS as the title of the medical degree conferred by the Sydney Medical Program. Entry into the Sydney Medical Program is on the basis of a satisfactory grade point average, the Graduate Australian Medical School Admissions Test score, and performance in a multiple mini-interview. Each year's cohort has approximately 300 students enrolled, an appreciable proportion of which are international students.

A December 2004 report gave most teaching staff a grade of good or better. In November 2006 an Ofsted report gave the college a 'satisfactory' grade, and gave a good or better teaching and learning in 72% of lessons. In late 2008 planning permission was given for the college to build a new campus on Leek Road, as part of a £1.5 billion regeneration project in North Staffordshire. In addition, there is no lecture for the student as he or she is self-teaching the subject on their own. Inside the packet has assignments that the student would have to complete by reading the textbook first then answer the questions from the assignment. Out of the fifty states in the United States, parents of students interested in the program are primarily responsible for the tuition cost in nine of those states. He continued his education in January 1906 in the newly opened Polish Private Seven-class Trade School in Suwałki (now School Union nr. 4). Later on, his father sent Adam to Kraków, where he attended the Philosophical College of the Jagiellonian University. In order to do so, he had to pass final exams in one of the Kraków's gymnasiums.
