Tantra, like the Vedas, recognizes four levels of speech. Vaikhari is the audible speech located in the throat and manifest during the waking state; Madhyama is thought located in the heart and manifest during the dream state; Pashyanti is illumined speech located in the navel and manifest during the deep-sleep state, and Parā is the transcendent located at the root center and manifest during Samadhi. The power of speech must be brought down to the base of the spine to allow the energy of consciousness to ascend upward as Kundalini to awaken higher potentials. Pashyanti is the state of seeing, the perceptive or the illumined word; it is the sound that perceives and reveals the truth.

A securities class action (SCA), or securities fraud class action, is a lawsuit filed by investors who bought or sold a company’s publicly traded securities within a specific period of time (known as a “class period”) and suffered economic injury as a result of violations of the securities laws. In cases involving misleading statements or omissions, a class period generally starts when a company makes an untrue statement of material fact about the company or fails to disclose a material fact necessary to render other statements not misleading. The class period generally ends when the truth is fully disclosed to the investing public. The statement or action that reveals the truth related to a specific alleged misstatement or omission is known as a "corrective disclosure".

Many stories and works of art depict this period in Japanese history, and it is through these sources that the life of Taira no Tokuko is best known. The Tale of the Heike is the most famous of the sources from which we learn about this historical character, although many kabuki and bunraku plays reproduce events of the war as well. The central theme of the Heike story—and the mirrored theme of Taira no Tokuko's life story—is a demonstration of the Buddhist law of impermanence. The theme of impermanence (mujō) is captured in the opening passage: > The sound of the Gion Shōja bells echoes the impermanence of all things; the > color of the sāla flowers reveals the truth that the prosperous must > decline.

Sovereign and Harbinger are voiced by Peter Jessop and Keith Szarabajka, respectively. Sal Basile from Ugo considers the first time a Husk is detached from a pillar made from Reaper technology and charges at Shepard to be one of Mass Effect's shocking moments. He noted that this moment, as well as another shocking moment when Sovereign reveals the truth about the Reapers and Protheans to Shepard, set a defining tone for Mass Effect and it is not a simple "lasers set to stun" space game.

Janusz Korwin- Mikke compared the eponymous Nikodem Dyzma favourably to the former President of Poland Lech Wałęsa. In his opinion, there were three major differences between their characters: that Dyzma eventually declined becoming prime mininister while Wałęsa did go on to become president; that despite circumstances helping him, it was Dyzma who tricked others, whereas Wałęsa had had everything arranged for him by the security services, an exaggeration on the topic of allegations of Wałęsa's collaboration with the SB; third, that Dyzma could play the balalaika and Wałęsa could not. This was incorrect, as in fact Dyzma played the mandolin. The title of the novel lent itself to the title of a song by Jacek Kaczmarski, from the POV of Dyzma's eventual brother- in-law, Żorż Ponimirski, who eventually reveals the truth about Dyzma's past but is not believed.
