The term triquetra in archaeology is used of any figure consisting of three arcs, including a pinwheel design of the type of the triskeles. Such symbols become frequent from about the 4th century BC ornamented ceramics of Anatolia and Persia, and it appears on early Lycian coins.John Burley Waring, Ceramic Art in Remote Ages (1874), 84f. The triquetra is found on runestones in Northern Europe and on early Germanic coins.

The superior body is decorated with half columns finished off with pinnacles and an arch of half point with two couples of columns of Tuscan style, which is in turn finished off with two pinnacles and kind of a bowl showing a cross. The tower of the steeple is embedded to the facade and it has as ornamental elements rough columns, arches of half point, entablatures, and pinnacles, following the architectonic style of the temple. The high of the tower ends with a pointed dome. The church possesses colonial images and parochial documents of the 18th century. This antique population, in remote ages, gives birth to an oriental region of the country called “hueytlato” or primitive Tula.

The Moulin Quignon mandible (above) compared to a neanderthal mandible (below) Moulin Quignon, a quarry near Abbeville, France, celebrated for the discovery in 1863 by Boucher de Perthes of a human jawbone believed to be referable to the Quaternary period. By his collection of flints Boucher de Perthes had been the first to attempt to establish the existence of man in remote ages; but it had been objected that if the flints were indeed the work of man, human remains would have been found in association with them. Considerable excitement therefore was created both in England and France by the "find" of bones at Moulin Quignon, and a commission of inquiry was appointed. The report was favourable to the genuineness of the relics, but latterly doubts have arisen as to whether they can be regarded as earlier than the Neolithic age.

The first recorded use of the term "Naacal" is contained in Augustus Le Plongeon's work from 1896, "Queen Moo and the Egyptian Sphinx." From pages xxiii - xxiv of the preface: > "Perhaps also will be felt the necessity of recovering the libraries of the > Maya sages (hidden about the beginning of the Christian era to save them > from destruction at the hands of the devastating hordes that invaded their > country in those times), and to learn from their contents the wisdom of > those ancient philosophers, of which that preserved in the books of the > Brahmins is but the reflection. That wisdom was no doubt brought to India, > and from there carried to Babylon and Egypt in very remote ages by those > Maya adepts (Naacal - "the exalted"), who, starting from the land of their > birth as missionaries of religion and civilization, went to Burmah, where > they became known as Nagas, established themselves in the Dekkan, whence > they carried their civilizing work all over the earth." According to Augustus Le Plongeon, the Naacals were the missionaries of Mayan religion and civilization.
