The Hampton Mansion re-opened to the public on November 30, 2007. The Park Service's chief ranger for the Hampton National Historic Site said afterwards of the $3 million in renovations, "I don't think the mansion has ever looked better". The Grand Lake Lodge hotel was opened in 1920 to serve tourists visiting Rocky Mountain National Park via the Trail Ridge Road, completed the same year. Located in Grand Lake, Colorado, the rustic lodge was founded by Frank Huntington and Roe Emery on land owned by the National Park Service at the edge of the park. The resort was affiliated with the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad.. A kitchen fire in 1973 closed the lodge for the next seven seasons. After extensive reconstruction and refurnishing, the lodge reopened in 1981.

Stables and courtyard built by William Whitmore, 1786 Dudmaston viewed across the Big Pool, which took its present form under William Wolryche-Whitmore Colonel Weld outlived his niece and his sister to become the owner of Dudmaston. When he died in 1774, it passed to a distant cousin, George Whitmore, who died shortly afterwards, passing it to his nephew, William Whitmore (1745–1815). He was a seaman from Southampton who had also inherited a number of other large properties, giving him the resources to restore and reshape Dudmaston. He spent large sums on repairs and on refurnishing the hall.

The Beach House in 2010 after painting and refurnishing The Astronaut Beach House is a two-story house built in 1962 as a part of the then Neptune Beach subdivision at Cape Canaveral, Florida. NASA purchased the development through eminent domain for $31,500 in 1963 to accommodate the expanding Kennedy Space Center, and other private homes were removed. Unlike a nearby gas station and store, the home was left and has served as a social gathering point for astronauts prior to launch. Officially it was called the Astronaut Training and Rehabilitation Building then, today it is officially titled the Kennedy Space Center Conference Center.

William Robinson, an early 19th-century historian of Edmonton, attributed the nature of the work to the fact that one of the churchwardens was a bricklayer, and the other a carpenter. When Robinson described the church, it had only one aisle, on the north side of the nave. The church's rector in 1772, Dawson Warren, regretted the architectural changes, and described them in verse: The chancel was restored by Ewan Christian in 1855 and the 18th-century wooden tracery was replaced in stone in 1868. In an extensive refurnishing of 1871 the galleries, added in the late 18th century were removed, and the box pews replaced.

One of the larger known renovations of Berritzgaard was in the 1890s where the existing leaded lights were added to mimic the Rosenborg Castle in Copenhagen and the windows on the first floor were shortened so they would "stand" on the decorative limestone border, which is set into the redbrick wall all around the house. During the same renovation, several blinded windows were re-established. The house was kept in basic repair until 1970 where Christiane Henriette's great- great grandchild (the present owner) converted the house to his private residence with a general restoring and refurnishing of the house. In the 1950s the public road "Kogangen" was moved from its immediate position north of the house to its present southern location between the house and the farm-building complex thus combining the gardens north and south of the house.
