Chan released his first greatest hits compilation Quinquennium on 23 June 2011, marking his fifth year in the industry. Four new songs were recorded for the compilation album: "Unlimited" 無限 (with labelmate Phil Lam), "Dignity" 尊嚴 , "Praise Myself" 讚讚自己, and "Looking From Afar" 望遠方, the Cantonese theme song for Korean drama Yi San. He was a Jurisdictional Conference delegate, 1976-92. He was a delegate to the World Methodist Conference each quinquennium, 1976-92. Rev. In the Church of England, the Prolocutor is chair of the lower house of the Convocations of Canterbury and York, the House of Clergy. The Prolocutor presides in that house and acts as representative and spokesperson in the upper house. They are elected by the lower house in the Province of Canterbury and Province of York for a period of five years at the beginning of each quinquennium of the General Synod of the Church of England. The two Convocations each also elect two deputies, known in the Northern Province as the Deputy Prolocutor, and in the Southern Province as the Pro-Prolocutor.

At the session of the Episcopal Conference of Croatia in Gospić on October 18, 2007, he was elected president of the Conference and held that position for a quinquennium until November 2012.
