QPA feels like an afterthought (and it kind of is at this point), but if they're going to be included, make them a little more important.

It's a message to not dig too deep into why the QPA team thought Fenton (Dean Norris) was behind Quinn's kidnapping (and also Rashad's assassination) – because remember, Olivia and Jake planted that evidence.

A few highlights from the QPA conversation include a nod to the OG Scandal crisis — the murder of Amanda Tanner (Liza Weil) — which touches upon Charlie's previous murderous behavior and the philandering ways of Fitzgerald Grant (Tony Goldwyn); the fact Jake murdered Cyrus' husband James Novak (Dan Bucatinsky) because Vice President Sally Langston (Kate Burton) killed her husband and certain QPA members covered the crime up during their B613 days; and, that small matter of Fitz starting a war in West Angola for his girlfriend.

QPA deduces that he's a spy, but when Quinn goes to talk to Olivia about it, Liv has no time for it or for Quinn, no matter how badly Quinn needs to take a quick pee.

The class action suit is added to the court docket, much to Mellie's dismay.

A woman desperately enters the office looking for help and Quinn and Abby rushes to talk with her. The woman, named Madeline Stewart (Tina Huang), tells her father travelled overseas and, during the previous two nights, he wasn't calling her, which triggered suspicious.

Fitz adjusts to his post-presidency life and his desire to establish his legacy. With Olivia having departed for the White House, Olivia Pope & Associates, now renamed Quinn Perkins & Associates (QPA) goes through a reboot, as Quinn and the remaining gladiators must now rebuild the firm's reputation from the bottom up. Soon, however, everyone is caught up in one last scandal stirred up by Cyrus that threatens to expose all of their various crimes over the past seven seasons to the public and land them all in prison or worse.

On 12 September 2006, Qantas Flight 68, Airbus A330 registration VH-QPA, from Hong Kong to Perth exhibited ADIRU problems but without causing any disruption to the flight. At and estimated position north of Learmonth, Western Australia, NAV IR1 FAULT then, 30 minutes later, NAV ADR 1 FAULT notifications were received on the ECAM identifying navigation system faults in Inertial Reference Unit 1, then in ADR 1 respectively. The crew reported to the later Qantas Flight 72 investigation involving the same airframe and ADIRU that they had received numerous warning and caution messages which changed too quickly to be dealt with. While investigating the problem, the crew noticed a weak and intermittent ADR 1 FAULT light and elected to switch off ADR 1, after which they experienced no further problems.
