Snohomish County Public Utility District is a public utility providing power to over 350,000 customers in Snohomish County and on Camano Island, Washington. It provides water service to over 21,000 customers in the northeast section of the Snohomish County. This involves using materials that will produce an ethylene oxide backbone, or similar, or a chain pendant from the main polymer backbone. Anionic PUDs are by far the most common available commercially. Smart zoning (or smart coding) is an alternative to Euclidean zoning. There are a number of different techniques to accomplish smart zoning. Floating zones, cluster zoning, and planned unit development (PUDs) are possible even as the conventional Euclidean code exists, or the conventional code may be completely replaced by a smart code, as the city of Miami is proposing. The origins of PUDs in the new American communities can be traced to British movements during the 1950s. The developments in Britain's new communities dealt with the locations of industrial elements and how they were publicly dictated before building ever began in order to uphold an economic base.
